  • Take all these in moderation as they may cause you to gain weight

1 Trail mix and granola especially. with honey or chocolate
    2 Fruit Juice
    3 Salad dressings
    4 Avocado
    5 Coconut milk
    6 Natural sweeteners
    7 Energy bars
    8 Gluten free products
    9 Vegetable Chips
    10 Frozen Yogurt
    11 Nut butter

  • This is so true. Everything must be eaten in moderation (except the free calories she was talking about you can’t get enough of those). I’m a HUGE Cashew nuts lover and I would eat a whole heap of them at once and I wouldn’t sweat bc it’s “healthy” but I never realized it was 170 calories per serving (1/4 cup). Yes it’s good calories and it’s better than eating a bag of chips but it will still make you gain weight. I’m starting to read the nutrition facts to everything I buy now and I look for things that have the lowest sugar, sodium, and fats but a good amount of protein.

  • You are so talented and the chips came out beautifully. Love your videos! Do u think using a dehydrator the chips would come out just as nice?

  • this is really eye-opening especially the salad dressing. Fool me tryna cut calories and made salad with thousand island dressings so much damnn. Thank you sm for the info!

  • This man is smarter then all of us! He just told us that we have no personal responsibility for our own weight gain…. good bye you idiot! Good bye!.. some cocky idiot!

  • Kids are not allowed to fish in the local ponds anymore; they’re not allowed to climb trees anymore…. “Go home and play video games.”

  • Since I’m on a strict keto diet, it’s hard to add sweet potatoes to my meals. They’ve been forgotten for quite a while. My sweet potatoes just says thanks to you. I couldn’t express how much I love ur channel.

  • Anyone that experiments on animals & anyone that supports such tourturing is deplorable. All colleges & universities are communist financed, very Few are not. California is the worst place to believe anything from their schools or politicians or higher ed. All deplorable.

  • caffeine destroys sleep and yeah that’s really bad for you. my mental health got a lot better after I stopeed having lots of caffeine.

  • Omg OK 36 years I was eating wrong so I will try!I will try! if I can but it’s impossible technically I don’t know what to eat anymore! Thank you .

  • I was 377. My Veteran Affairs doctor kept bitching at me about my weight. Then when you hit 70, V.A. STOPS providing help with the MOVE program. The V.A. don’t care. The V.A. wants you to die. I’m getting in shape to: You fill in the blanks. Eaglegards… P.S. I’m down to 333.

  • I have never had good luck getting these to be crispy. Thank you so much for explaining exactly what to do to get them crispy. Great video!

  • After soaking vegetables in water and then wiping off moisture
    Is it alright?
Because I wanted to try it from before
Thank you for telling me details!

  • Hi, love the video i am definitely going to try it
Just a questioncan i store these for sometime like two/ three days for a trip out of town? Thanks X

  • Luckily I don’t consume maximum of the mentioned foods. And others only in portion size.. May be this is the only reason I am loosing weight so easily with daily cardio ♥️

  • This is very complex. Most people won’t relate to this information. But if one person, a decision maker in each home could just get it. That would influence. Still changing diets is so hard. You can deliver info till you are blue in the face.

  • By “costs $245 billion a year” means someone is making $245 billion a year. They are making money to make you sick, and making money on your way out. In the mean time you are so doped, you will never raise your heads against them.

  • All these disease come from broken and damaged THYROID GLAND! So, recovering your THYROID is the first and LAST what you should do! With proper food and reasonable amount of IODINE. Leptin, Insulin, blah, blah…are just the soldiers in Army where THYROID is supreme commander!…ofcourse, when you cure your T. gland it wont mean that you will be able to eat tones of sugars and fructose!
    CHEERS!

  • What are the statistical links between the Federal corn subsidies for farmers and the overproduction of corn for ethanol, cattle feed, etc. And the market is always viable for production because the rest is just rendered into high fructose corn syrup?

  • NutritionRefined: Thank you so much for your prompt answer to my question about using dehydrators for this recipe. I’ve used it for apple slices which gives the house a delicious, festive aroma for days. I may have trouble slicing the root veggies thin enough, though. My daughter always asks me what I want for Christmas, so I think I’ll suggest a slicer. She always gets me something useful and fun and a slicer would fill the bill. I’ve “liked” and subscribed and am looking forward to more of your great ideas. Thanks again, DBB.:0)

  • Beautifully and artistically filmed, as always. I would love it if you would publish a cookbook. I’m sure it would be beautifully produced as well as full of wonderful recipes.

  • I at first disagreed that fat was addictive, as my craving is always for a big juicy hamburger…but after thinking about it, I don’t just eat the meat…I want the sauces. Sauces are full of sugar. Yikes!
BTW I now put light corn syrup in my coffee…100% glucose.

  • Clearly this is a well funded presentation by atkins organisation and there has no still no scientific evidence for it. Dr lustig is nothing more than a tool for the food corporations.

  • Who eats pure fructose? Even White sugar is 50% fructose and 50% glucose… this is disingenuous. Also, explain why raw food vegans are so thin and eat loads of fruits? Too simplistic!

  • Thank you for sharing! I love turning white & sweet potatoes, garden fresh beets & carrots into delicious chips using either my dehydrator or air fryer! Sharing them & making chips helps them not to go to waste! It’s fun to season them up & crunch away!!!

  • I must say, i LOVE the ending comments from the guy. I can see he is trying to be honest which helps a lot. Great videos. best i’ve seen (and i’ve seen a lot) Keep it up!!

  • I’m crying of joy inside, while I am writing everything down parallel to the talk to understand it deep down.
You can not imagine what a life changer that is to me!!! Thank You!

  • Is eating all about metabolism, or is it also partly about psychology, and to what extend does our changing world (more stress, more demands….) also play a role in the equation? I mean, there are things like “comfort food”, or eating something with a lot of sugar, not because one is hungry, but to reward oneself after having done something good or important etc. We do not only eat because we need energy to move around, lift things up, jump around, carry bags. We also eat and drink because we love company, because we like to reward ourselves, because we’re lonely or anxious or happy or…. I know they don’t play a role for babies and toddlers etc. but they might for their parents. And of course, what also changed is the constant exposure to ads: the rise of the internet and the new social media allowed advertisers to constantly tempt viewers. 30 years ago, there were magazines and ads alongside the roads, on bridges, in football stadiums, on children’s TV programs etc. Today, this exposure probably has doubled. Each day, probably a 100 times more people will have heard or seen Coke ads than Dr. Lustig’s exposé.

  • Obesity is an activation in their energy. Creator Soul (god) is activating it with our spirit guides to get people to stop hurting people; it’s a disability and they shouldn’t be required to work and etc. @PsychicSuesie

  • Sugar has just as many calories as protein, youll lose just as much fat eating 100gprotein as100g sugar, and fruit has fructose, its probably making you fat huh?

  • Wow!!the crispy veggie chips look so delicious and yummy!!awesome recipe beautifully presented with detailed ingredients and your expert tips!!

  • Many people have heard that sugar is bad, and think that this must also therefore apply to fruits. But fructose is only harmful in excess amounts, and not when it comes from fruit. It would be incredibly difficult to consume excessive amounts of fructose by eating whole fruits. However, if you drink it, then you consuming large amonts of fruit sugar, which is bad! Exemple: If you eat one orange then is just one orange. If you drink orange juice then you actually eating 20 oranges!
Because refined sugar is digested quickly, you don’t feel full after you’re done eating, no matter how many calories you consumed. The fiber in fruit slows down metabolism, as fruit in the gut expands to make you feel full.

  • You lost me with your lame, unnecessary gun control comments.
Stay in the medical lane where you belong.
Just bought a Glock 42 bc it’s better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war.

  • it was the USA lobby who pushed the USA who prevented the WHO to announce sugar as a toxic/carcinogenic addictive substance and for it to be banned for human consumption globaly (USA lobbies are a global danger)

  • Walking 1.5 miles every day first thing in the morning before breakfast I burned off loads of fat in about three months. Probably about two or three stone. Exerrcise works, but you also have to cut out the junk food

  • Thank you! I have so loved all of your videos. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and in such an easy to understand way. I am loving the easy options for my clean eating. I hope that you had a great thanksgiving and please keep posting!

  • what a load of crap, its not lack of regulation, its over regulation and to say flatly that education does not reduce addiction is pure bullshit,,my father is a boomer,my oldest brother is a gen x, i am a millennial and i have gen z’s as nephews, both father and oldest brother smoked and stopped,i smoked rarely, maybe a pack in a year at one point,, if we had less regulation we would have more local exotic healthy food boutique choices, its ridicules to try and stop addiction of any kind by force because there is always a new unregulated addiction to go, the number one addiction today is porn

  • See how they are. When the FDA says Hydroxychloroquine is dangerous and it doesnt prevent covid, you take it like the gospel truth from the mouth of God.. When the FDA says High Fructose Corn Syrup is ok and they put it in every food you can think of.. Welll you dont remember their incompetence and stupidity do you? The FDA is a corrupt political agency. That is all. Just another way to control us. Its time to think for ourselves as this man has done and come to your own conclusions. What the FDA says, approves or does not approve is totally meaningless. So are all their studies. Just as the food industry is in bed with the FDA, so is big Pharma. believe it.
