    I thought not. 
    It’s not the story the Masterchefs would tell you.

    It’s a Chef legend. Chef Ramsay was a Master in cooking, so powerful and so wise he could use his skills to influence the horeca owners to change their manners… He had such a knowledge of cooking that he could even keep the ones he met from being bullied by their customers. The cooking from Chef Ramsay is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his fame, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his children everything he knew, then his children bullied him in his cooking time.

    It’s ironic he could save others from being bullied, but not himself.

    Gordon is basically a woman, meaning exactly the opposite of what he’s doing.

  • Saying, “In ten minutes” is deceptive, since almost everything is ready to go. Total time should include getting things out of the fridge and pantry, measuring ingredients, etc. It’s not 10 minutes unless you have someone prepping before you cook.

    Also, can even the cooking be done safely in 10 minutes? Watched you spooning hot oil all over your counter. LOL. I’d say you were lucky none of that oil hit that back right burner. You’re amazing, though. ��

  • Instead of trying to completely forget about the snack. I allow myself a monthly bad snack day. So once a month. I would allow myself eating 1 full bag of unhealthy chips that total of less than 600 calories. My weight started to balance it self out. And no matter how little or how much more i eat. I always stay the same plus or minus 1-2 lb in a week period.

  • Try to avoid iodized salt since it does not like to be digested that easily, instead go for a seas salt or a mineral salt. Next, try par cooking them in the microwave for eight to ten minutes to help cut own on cooking time. Next, try sprinkling some Maldon salt on top as a dressing and enjoy.
