  • I got angry becauce everyone say that prophet muhamad love to eat dates but he loves eating meat too so it isn’t a big deal with dates

  • In islam we were taught this 1400 years ago by our prophet, science abit late but well done science ❤
He also said “leave it overnight with milk if you wanna gain weight, but with water it does the opposite” he also said “It will boost your energy after eating 1 after finishing your fast during ramadan”

  • You are guaranteed to find certain set of people to make everything religious, even a simple video about benefits of date invokes religious passions from certain people. Weird. Really weird.

  • I make tea dates with cinnamon and ginger. Taste wonderful, I get mines at BJ’S. I’ve salads’ dates before, but not medjool dates salads is delicious

  • wow, thank you they taste realy good,,,i will be eating them more.i like them,,very tasty,,and i enjoyed your video along with the instructions youve given..

  • Dried dates are not a healthy food. The ripe dates on the palm fronds are great. Some imbeciles infuse poison into dates by soaking them in sugar syrup.

  • I left refined sugars food & beverages and eat dates with cheese when i’m craving for sweets. I eat 30 dates/day. I feel my memory sharper and yes my vision is improved during the night.

  • I used to eat dates as a child; my mother was always making “date squares” for parties or holidays. I will buy some on my next marketing date and soak as you’ve shown. I think I can afford to have 3 dates per day… I ‘d much rather have a few dates than a banana! Thank you!

  • But our beloved prophet Muhammad told us to eat dates for odd number namely 1,35,7 etc
    However you choose 2 dates.
Thank you so much for sharing this amazing tips about health.

  • Fresh dates are absolute fire. You can find them at select Asian and Indian marts. Think of the sweetness of a date in the texture of an apple!

  • Wat you r sharing had bn told our Prophet 1400 yrs ago. They lived mostly on dates. We r told to break our fasting with the dates to give us the boost.
    Thank you.

  • They taste so good. Natures caramel. Get them more in the uk now. They used to be hard too find. Usually only around Ramadan I’m guessing because the Muslim people break the fast with them.

  • I have been eating for past few weeks…not 2 but like 10-15 per day lol…who has the restraint to limit to 2?! It is a great snack in between meals

  • Hi!
Could you please advise how many dates I can eat per day as I cut them and add the peanut butter in them and after I melt 85% cocoa chocolate and I put them in the chocolate. 1h in the fridge and voila! Lovely healthy dessert!
But the question is are they make us get fat if we eat 4-7 a day?

    Thanks!!!

  • I think the info are mistaken because there are about 60g of carbs in 100g of dates! There is no way one date contains that much sugar; I even suspect that one date weighs 60g.

  • I just had two dates. I was feeling tired after work. Now I feel rejuvenated! Dates are incredible. My energy seems to be back again.
