  • This is my first time coming across one of your video’s and I just wanted to point a few things out.

    Just WOW. I don’t think people are REALLY understanding how absolutely GOLDEN this video is! OMG! This is stuff people pay hundreds of dollars for, study years for and have to trial and error for months and he literally just blessed us with it for the FREE free. I’m astounded.

    -First of all I love a short video that’s entertaining and able to keep my attention (my attention span is on squirrel), the pan out’s of you cooking and working out helped to break things up.
    -Secondly, I love a video that gets right to the point, no extra, no fluff.
    -Lastly, I love things that are detailed and easy to follow. I mean a child could follow this. It literally can’t be messed up.

    HE TOLD US HOW TO COOK, SEASON, TEMP CHECK AND WEIGH up the food. Even down to our water intake. (I loved the reference of 4 gatorades or mcdonald’s sweet teas.. really helps to put it in perspective). You even told us HOW to work out and WHEN. This is beyond words.

    And just when I thought this video couldn’t get any better you literally WROTE IT ALL DOWN for us visual learners in the description box (with a grocery list).

    And the real kicker is….THERE ARE ZERO AD’S in the entire video. I.JUST.CAN.NOT.

  • great plan pretty basic but for newcomers it works great. along the lines of meal prepping past 4 days you can always freeze what you aren’t going to use within 3 days and then just pull them out the night before (freeze for up to 1 month) that is my pro tip that I learned to help save a little bit more time

I normally do chicken for like a month or until I can’t stand the taste of it and then I’ll switch to ground turkey. I watch my body fat drop weight drop and my muscle mass go through the roof.
