  • This is my first time coming across one of your video’s and I just wanted to point a few things out.

Just WOW. I don’t think people are REALLY understanding how absolutely GOLDEN this video is! OMG! This is stuff people pay hundreds of dollars for, study years for and have to trial and error for months and he literally just blessed us with it for the FREE free. I’m astounded.

-First of all I love a short video that’s entertaining and able to keep my attention (my attention span is on squirrel), the pan out’s of you cooking and working out helped to break things up.
-Secondly, I love a video that gets right to the point, no extra, no fluff.
-Lastly, I love things that are detailed and easy to follow. I mean a child could follow this. It literally can’t be messed up.

HE TOLD US HOW TO COOK, SEASON, TEMP CHECK AND WEIGH up the food. Even down to our water intake. (I loved the reference of 4 gatorades or mcdonald’s sweet teas.. really helps to put it in perspective). You even told us HOW to work out and WHEN. This is beyond words.

And just when I thought this video couldn’t get any better you literally WROTE IT ALL DOWN for us visual learners in the description box (with a grocery list).

And the real kicker is….THERE ARE ZERO AD’S in the entire video. I.JUST.CAN.NOT.

YA’LL PUT SOME RESPECT ON THIS MAN’S CHANNEL and all the time, work, energy, information, and editing he jam packed in here.

I just want to say THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. That is all. God Bless.

*Edited to say: I went to his online store to support the channel and even his merch is reasonably priced. GEEZ. This man’s a gem. Y’all take care ✌

  • This is good money right here! Also try cooking the chicken breast in a oven air fryer. You’ll never go back to grilin’ chicken again bro.

  • I watched your video and thank you for the Fantastic advice. How would this work out for a recently converted vegetarian like myself? I may be willing to bring the chicken back into my life but definitely not the beef. I don’t know I’m just trying to just work it out and the vegetarian life I’ve been kind of committed to for the past year and it’s really helped my body out as far as aches and pains hand stiffness. Any advice that you give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

  • Love the info Bro! I workout at 5AM in the morning should I keep the meals in the same order or change them up? Move the shake to the first meal and the pancakes to later?

  • Hit me up guys! How I lost 18 pounds in 1 month and 30 pounds in 1 and a half months.

I lost 30 pounds in total. All in less than 2 months.

  • Amazing break down and explanation. Plain english and in a way that anyone can understand, relate to and put into practice. I’m definitely going to be adapting this process…I have 45 pounds of excess weight that I’ve been carrying around and have been struggling to lose and keep off.

  • I should have documented my weight loss I loss 80 pounds in a month one meal a day at 1pm for one hour plus I went right over to vegan

  • great plan pretty basic but for newcomers it works great. along the lines of meal prepping past 4 days you can always freeze what you aren’t going to use within 3 days and then just pull them out the night before (freeze for up to 1 month) that is my pro tip that I learned to help save a little bit more time

  • This dudes the best fr, like I already subscribed I’m SO happy I found someone that has a similar sweet tooth but also wants to be healthy

  • I like drinking water a lot… problem is, with any liquid, if I drink a lot, I have to go pee a lot and I hate that. it takes away from what i’m trying to do throughout the day. Is this normal? Or can I keep drinking water and my body will get used to it?

  • Hey zac mate. I’m 20 year and it’s sooo hard for me to gain weight! Can you please make a video on high calorie snacks easy to eat.

  • everything looks so so good. i definitely needed some more new healthy breakfast ideas. avocado and egg toast is my favorite thing. you should do more healthy meal plans!!

  • Water retention. All that seasoning has MSG. The Centrum multi vitamin is nothing but fillers. The jasmine rice is 48g carbs at 160 cal. Dude.. No wonder it took you 4 months to loose the weight.

  • I love this channel I’m doing same type of journey I got a channel need some support if you can help keep up good work I love this

  • Dude, this is the only time i watch a video and immediately subscribe and hit the thumbs up. Phenomenal video with treasure loads of information where you would get this from influencers in a subscription form for 9,99$ a month and all that other BS. Best of luck and continuity my man!

  • You earned my respect and subscription. I have been looking for someone to break down these info in a simple and easy way. Thank you so much.

  • Bro you really give great breakdowns and you put your content out for the world to see and you don’t try to make a profit out of it. I salute you sir! I would definitely have you as my trainer if possible

  • You have a great personality and you are well spoken. Nice touch with the mental coaching and the cooking tutorials. Keep going to 1 million and beyond.

  • Perfect recepies, I work as nurse in hospital and 99% of the time I don’t eat breakfast, so this just made my day Thank you!

  • Got this video recommended to me, so I guess youtube is doing something right lol. But fr thanks for posting this and being clear on who it can benefit and explaining different options. I’m currently on my weight loss journey, started at 218lbs and now I’m at 204. Goal weight is to be 200 and then aim to get down to 160 -150 by the end of the year. Just subbed and now I’m gonna be on a binge cycle:)

  • I think with the way you film, make videos and your calm and sweet voice, they make you deserve many more subscribers so you will surely get it, just be confident in your self ❤

  • This is so dope. Sharing this video with all my friends and colleagues who are looking for this exact nutritional formula. Thank you Black man. I just hit the subscribe button. Well worth it.

  • I have like a kind of ‘weirdo’ question for you. Australia is the last time, unfortunately, a lot in the newspaper. Also the climate change is a hot topic. You post like a lot of ‘huge meal’-videos, so a lot of consumption. Now is my question: what is your opinion on that and more general on the climate change? Do you think it’s okay to consume that much? (I still like your videos ;))

  • Tip for mic, while recording (if you’re not alone) listen to the audio with headphones so you’ll hear it right away when something comes up

  • Great work as usual. When I started doing meal prep I thought no way this ain’t gone work in fact it’s boring but once you commit and truly dedicate yourself you results you become addicted. I normally do chicken for like a month or until I can’t stand the taste of it and then I’ll switch to ground turkey. I watch my body fat drop weight drop and my muscle mass go through the roof.
