Saturday Morning Boot Camp

Small Groups must all book their package within 24 hours of each other. It is best if the members in your group have similar fitness levels OR similar fitness goals so please consider your group carefully. In order to give every member the workout they deserve, your coach reserves the right to decline a group if the members’ goals or skill levels are too mismatched. If you wish to join a group but don’t have group members, contact Coach Alexia and she is happy to put together groups with similar goals!

Sessions can be booked in the mornings, afternoons, after-work, or on the weekends. However, space is limited so don’t delay! You can be added to a waitlist if all training times are full.

Get Started Package

If you are a beginner to exercise or haven’t exercised in a while this is your package deal. You will progress over 12 weeks to build a solid foundation for exercise. You will start with the basics of proper form, body alignment, and breathing to ensure you have the knowledge and ability to perform exercise safely and get the most benefit from the movements. All exercises are done with body weight only – no equipment needed. You need to be ready to commit to 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week. Each week will start with a workout with your coach to learn the weekly exercises. You will be expected to perform the exercises on your own two other times during the week. Completing this package gives you the skills and foundation to take your exercise to the next level.

Time-Based Packages

These packages are for experienced exercisers with a strong exercise foundation who are looking to increase variety or complexity; to focus on specific goals for weight loss, gain or maintenance; or to build strength or muscle definition. To be clear, the best results for body changes come from a combination of exercise and nutrition so this may only be part of what you need to transform and reshape your body!
