  • Oatmeal with blue berries, strawberries, some banana slices, some flax seed, 2 walnut halves and a little cinnamon on top is great for breakfast. A filling and healthy combination. Nutritious and good tasting.

  • Last time I had a gout attack I thought “maybe a good fast will kick it”. Don’t ever fast during an attack, it’s literally the worse thing you can do. I recommend benching your low carb diet for a day or two and eat a whole bag of frozen cherries, the large bag. Or stay on your low carb, just eat something.

  • As specialist, I believe Custokebon Secrets can be great way to lost tons of weight. Why not give it a chance? maybe it will work for you too.

  • Hi Dr. Sudano, I am a 60 year old woman. I have hypothyroidism, PCOS, sleep apnea (I just had the test and haven’t received the bi pap yet. I have lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks. • Thank you Dr.! You’re so nice to want to help others with their health! I appreciate you, and I’m glad I found your hubby started to watch your show together… God bless!

  • Can anyone explain why you need to take glucose levels? I’m afraid I only have Ketostix so never do glucose. Is there a ratio of Ketones/glucose that’s relevant?

  • Dr. Boz I am so happy….I have a uric acid score of 4.9! It is fun to have a number to tell you. I had a little trouble with a new bread store in town but I am starting to fast 6pm to noon again today. Thank you always?

  • Your skin is amazing. I looked at some of your early videos and can tell a difference. Do you attribute your skin to:
    A. Better lighting
    B. Genetics
    C. Avoiding sun damage
    D. Keto lifestyle
    E. Longer fasts

  • Eating cooked oatmeal beneficially coats the intestinal lining, but do cold oats with non-dairy milk, such as muesli, have the same benefit?

  • You rock! I am listening to the Longevity Paradox for the 2nd time right now. Your info is critically important! I’ve made a few videos on my channel recently quoting you. Here is one of my vids on the carnivore diet where i show a little bit of your interview with Dr. Mercola:

I did a book review of The Longevity Paradox here:

And I talk about the problems with fruit and show a clip of one of your videos on fruit here:

I literally quote you in MOST of my videos! I am about to do a video on all the people who try to debunk you and fail miserably!:-)

THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOU DO. Why are so many people failing on a vegan diet? I tried it and felt terrible after a couple months. Then, just adding eggs or dairy back in made me feel so much better immediately. I didn’t stop eating lectins or change anything else back then b/c i did not know about your discoveries and books. What did the eggs/dairy do for me that made me feel so much better?

  • I have a learning experience, I just pinched a nerve in my lower back in the last 24 hrs. Boy does it hurt. Ive always been in the area of glucose 76, ketones 3. But this morning my glucose is 100, and ketones 2.6 just goes to show you what pain can do huh.

  • Hi Doc. Have you done anything on HRT for older guys? Would be interested in what you think. Was looking at Royal Medical Center ads about getting T treatment. I’m 60, and seem to have built muscle and have flat stomach. Don’t have any bedroom issues when interested, though interest is not as frequent as when I was younger obviously. Good idea? Hope you add to your future video list.

  • Dr Grundry, you say that we should consume lots of olive oil. I read that 70 % of olive oils are either fake or are diluted with cheaper much worse oils like canola. Can you suggest source of or a pure olive oil brand. I would very much like to comply with your suggestion of consuming lots of this great oil. I have at least 2 1/2  gal of olive oil that did not pass the freeze test and I have to throw it out.

  • I’m curious about the harm/benefits of fluoride. As the daughter of a dentist I’ve been raised to believe that we will get cavities without fluoride. I even had an example of a childhood friend that “didn’t listen to her dentist about getting fluoride” and she ended up getting silver caps on her front teeth. Yuck! That was enough for me to jump on the fluoride bus! Help! Is it good or bad? If it’s bad how do I avoid cavities?

  • P.S. Thanks for the egg & avacado recipe. I broke my fast today and it was a delicious first meal! I added some spinach and sliced almonds to get a bit of crunch and it will become a staple. Very satisfying, indeed.

  • Hey there Dr. Nick. I just subscribed to your channel. So much great info in all of your videos. I don’t know if you answered or have gone over this already. I have been trying to figure this out, so I will ask anyways. How does counting macros work with intermittent fasting and doing OMAD (one meal a day)? Are reaching macro targets the same when eating OMAD vs. when eating 2 or 3 meals per day?  Last but not least, do you recommend OMAD and intermittent fasting? Would love to see a video on this topic. Many Thanks Dr. Nick, 2 Thumbs Up!!

  • Love love your channel!!! Thank you for the iformation I’ve been searching for to understand the Keto lifestyle.. Awesome recipes!!

  • Can you please add grain free tempeh and hemp tofu to your grocery list on your website? I live in the SF Bay Area and could not find a local Whole Foods or a health food store with these products:-(. Not even the Berkeley Bowl (famous for having the most obscure of items) carried them. I look forward to hearing from you! Thank you ♥️

  • Does Custokebon Secrets really work? I notice a lot of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets. But Im uncertain if it is good enough to lost a ton of fat.

  • Dr….. Hello, Please advise me on my fat intake if I’m trying to lose fat. Should I stop adding butters and creams and cheese to my food. Also should I lower my calories. Because I’m not losing weight. I’m 56 yrs and 5’5. And weight 195. I have been lifting weights two days a week. And just started treadmill 20 minutes two days. I also am using macro app 5% card 20%protein. 70%fat. Just wondering about that 70%fat.

  • Dr. Grundy, I’ve read in your book and have listened to you say that as long as you pressure cook beans, etc. it will destroy the lecithins and make them safe to consume. But what about sprouting? If you properly soak chia, pumpkin, or sunflower seeds, can they be made safe to eat? Thank you.

  • I have afib,,Hashimoto’s disease, mtrf. Your paradox plan has been very good and I’ve done well and greatly reduced my prescription meds. My question is about swimming pools. Swimming is my best choice for exercise but I worry about the chlorine. There are no salt water pools. Do you think it is safe to swim a couple days a week?

  • Hi Dr. Nick! I’m planning on going on the Keto Diet, however I was wondering what kind of diet I would follow after I reach my goal weight? Would I continue with the Keto Diet? Thank you!

  • Ok thank you for the great information your are providing us all with to live healthier lives again.
I am 60 years old and just started keto last week but after watching your video on Mufa’s & Pufa’s for beginners i became very confused.
How do you get the correct percentages into a beginners diet when most of the good fats are much more heavier in good saturated fats than the Pufa’s and Mufa’s.
Also how do you get 65% Pufa and Mufa’s ratios.
I am also keen to know if we are supposed to keep our carbs at less than 10grams how are we supposed to eat avocados everyday.
I hope i am making sense as i am just starting my journey and really love your videos.
Thanks and be safe in these difficult times.

  • WOW, didn’t know about the skin on sweet potatoes I’ve been eating the heck out of them for 2 yrs. I can’t say Ive noticed any problem, but I’m gonna miss the skin.

  • Dr. Nick!!! You actually responded immediately to my question about my skinny friends!! BRAVO to you and the assistant/s who help you keep up with comments on your video channel. So, my skinny friends CAN follow KETO, but the variable for them is more or less FAT. I will research recipes, tell them about MCT oil, and keep up with what you say. I sure appreciate your personal care to those of us who are learning everything we can by watching your videos.

  • I just started watching your videos. Thank you for all informations. I would like to ask you please, please, please clarify a little bit more about the bad side of eating beacon, because I am in the beginning of the Keto Diet and in all my researching you were the first one who do not advise it, I want to know why not? Thank you

  • I followed your link for the ketone and glucose monitor… is this the correct bundle for a first time purchase? FORA 6 Connect BG25KT25 Blood Glucose and Ketone Starter Testing Kit It appears to be on sale for $84.

  • You are most welcome. I have been enjoying your video’s. Even though I have been on Keto for 2 years, but you have even taught me some things. So thank you. I have subscribed and clicked the bell to receive notifications. Thumbs up to you Sir

  • I’m following the Plant Paradox program and will likely be transitioning to the Longevity Paradox when I’ve finished reading it. I have 2 questions.

    1) I blend coconut Cream with Black Coffee at breakfast time, will this bring the body out of Ketosis or is there anything else bad about it? The ingredients on the Can are Coconut Flesh and Water

    2) Often when eating out the choices of food aren’t ideal, can you advise what is the least bad to eat? I know to avoid whole grains, potatoes, and rice, but when faced with nothing else what would you choose? There’s only so many times I can face pan fried fish, sweet potatoes and broccolli for every meal, and the vegetarian option usually includes legumes and other real baddies!

  • What helped my husband was to follow a “Alkaline diet”. lts also excellent for the kidneys. No red meat, even chicken, alcohol, sugar. Avoid acidic foods!
Almond milk, alkaline water or alkaline powder, just to mention a few things might be beneficial. Try to reduse your stress level. “Stress can also cause gout attacks and high blood pressure!”

  • The question about osteoporosis I want to ad that if you take Vit K2 either d3+k2 or if you sunbath then only k2. Impact exercise promotes bone density but be careful talk with your Dr. and Personal trainer cause it depends on the stage of your osteoporosis, if it’s recommended. Its important as well, Vit. C and collagen as in bone broths or a good supplement. Good luck

  • I’m gearing up to do vegan keto. I get how to count net carbs. Keeping them under 20 per day What about sugars? I have a vegan protein 9 carbs 7dietary fiber 2 sugar grams? And so I still follow a 1500 calorie per day regimen?

  • I’m a nurse, it’s great to see a doctor that takes his time to educate us all. I’ve been around, they don’t make docs like you anymore…trust me!!!

  • I follow many keto videos but I am impressed with your clean and healthy outlook to the ketogenic lifestyle. You don’t make keto feel so clinical. Thank you for that. I truly think that is why people are attracted to your videos. I will continue to watch!

  • Great Video.. I want ask if some use here the COGNI KETO from Sparta Nutrtion(Peach Mango) and if this spike the Bloodsugar high..or is it Keto friedndly? I cant test it now….perhaps for other peoples interesting too. Thanks for help and greetings from Andreas

  • Thanks for what you do for us. I make homemade mayonnaise with non EVO olive oil. I prefer it to mayo made with EVO because it is a more neutral flavor. My question:Does regular Olive oil have same amount of polyphenols as EVO? Thanks again for everything.

  • Would putting canned beans (not pressure cooked variety) in a pressure cooker reduce the lectins? Or is it too late for that can of beans.

  • Hi, I am very excited to do keto I have watched all of your videos and I have read several articles and I’m truly excited to make this change for my life. I have read so much about the keto flu as my body is transitions but another symptom that I have read about is this mental fog that people describe experiencing. I am wondering how often do people experience it. Does it go away and what’s the best way to combat that. I am ready to start keto tomorrow but I am near the end of my semester In nursing school i have two tests this week and finals mid December. I am wondering if this mental fog can affect my mental clarity and thereby affect my ability to perform on my tests??? Thanks In advance for any information. You can provide for me

  • I used to use the Ketonix tester but I found that
a regular breathalyzer works better and is much
less expense. Now I am using the “Alcohol Tester
Breathalyzer Keychain” at Amazon Prime.  It costs $12.99.

  • Is keto good for someone with diabetes? I want to try keto but my father is diabetic and I cook for him as well as myself so want to know if its okay for him as he needs to lose the weight too.

  • Where and when did the federal government say that no women should take Calcium Supplements? I’m not seeing this online as they are still recommending them.??

  • Can you eat three regular meals a day on Keto? I tried intermittent fasting with just 2 meals and failed because I was always starving.

  • Hello, missed your live stream as South Africa is 6 hours behind New York time and probably even longer ahead from where you are in the states. Watching it now! P.S. The link for your spreadsheet for Keto Tracking isn’t functioning & I’m unable to sign up and download.

  • Chicory I understand is an inulin & great for you. What about roasted chicory granules? I found the organic roasted chicory granules on Amazon and have been grinding 3 parts roasted chicory: 1 part coffee bean. Is this type of chicory still an inulin or am I wasting my money?

  • How would you rate this Breakfast?

  • love your vids…so informative. i went low carb in march and have lost 16 pounds. last week was bad. i ate some cashews and on saturday i had french fries for the first time. i gained 2 whole pounds. i am back on course this week. hahaha

  • Yikes! Did I hear you say exogenous ketones break your fastohhhh nooooo‍♀️I’ve been fasting for 2 days and drinking ketones! That means I’m not fasting!

  • Great questions! I had been curious about tuber peels. Also seemed you’ve mentioned similar reasons for avoiding the classic detox approach in the past.

I sure could use a searchable inventory of your videos. I have the hardest time referring back to them when trying to make a point about something I recall that you’ve already addressed. Everyone seems to hang on your words.

  • I love your vids but I think you may be ADD. You often put in heaps of work to support the conclusion then fail to reach the conclusion right at the end. This is a classic symptom. Coupled with the staying on track issue. This is not a critique I love your vids. But they could be better with focus

  • I am a great fan of yours, having three of your books, and watching and eagerly awaiting your podcasts and YouTube appearances. My question is re problems like irritable bowel, leaky gut, crones, etc., etc., What should people with these conditions eat have just seen on your podcast with
Dave & Jann, that raw food and the brassicas should be avoided and replaced with resistant starches, but there is not always a lot
of variety re organic root veg., etc. Its it healthy to eat a limited type of of these foods. Thank you so much. Patricia H.

  • Hi Dr Sudano I love all your videos very informative. I’m a type 2 diabetes and a heart attack surviver. I take at least 10 different medicines for these condition. My question is can I stop taking the medication when I start the keto diet?

  • Dr Grundry, you say that we should consume lots of olive oil. I read that 70 % of olive oils are either fake or are diluted with cheaper much worse oils like canola. Can you suggest source of or a pure olive oil brand. I would very much like to comply with your suggestion of consuming lots of this great oil. I have at least 2 1/2  gal of olive oil that did not pass the freeze test and I have to throw it out.

  • Please do a vlog on how we should speak with our General Practioner about supporting us on the Plant Paradox and what types of blood work and tests should we request to monitor our success?

  • I just started Keto yesterday and being a diabetic I don’t know what I’m doing. You are wonderful source of information. I’ve been told not to eat bread, potatoes, rice or dairy.

  • I was on methotrexate for my RA and gout. I had done Keto for one year and got off Prednisone for my autoimmune disease but was unable to get off the methotrexate. I bought a uric acid home test kit and my uric acid was off the chart. I managed to bring it way down with a potassium electrolyte but my RA and gout symptoms remained. I then was reading up on oxalates and joint pain, so I went carnivore for a month, eating the very thing that they tell you not to, red meat. After one month of carnivore I was able to taper off methotrexate in 2 weeks. A week after that I had one small salad with oil and vinegar, and 2 days later had terrible pain in my hands. Another week of carnivore and one small salad and again, 2 days later terrible pain in my hands. I continued for another 3 months strict carnivore and now I can have a little bit of veg without pain. I eat mainly meat, mainly red meat, and in the past year and a half have had zero RA or gout pain, no need for pain meds. I wonder about that study about red meat and gout. I might add here, that when fasting your uric acid level goes up because when you are in ketosis your body gives priority to eliminating uric acid at the cost of uric acid levels going up. I found this out the hard way when fasting 3 days and in such terrible pain I had to end my fast. I also found out that as you go farther down the Keto path your body does a much better job of juggling ketones and uric acid. I have no problems going 5-7 days fasting, no idea what my uric acids levels are, but no issues with pain. Just and FYI because many who do Keto and carnivore also fast.

  • I must say, for the past 5 years I have had horrible psoriasis all over my torso. In November I started Keto, monitoring my Dr. Boz Ratio. I also started vitamin D. By January there was no change, so I figured it wasn’t working. Then Feb-March rolled around. I walked into the bathroom one day to shower, and BOOM, like, 90% gone. What remains is much easier to treat topically. Very happy with this result.

  • My husband and I don’t like the same red wines; he prefers them on the sweet side, or fortified. Since he travels a lot, fortified is great because it doesn’t go bad as quickly. What alcohol/sugar levels/flavor profiles should we look for when buying “red wine”?

  • Yeah, I can’t take that guy seriously with his “man bun.” Come on, dude, take your job seriously and stop showing up looking like a circus clown. At least tuck it behind your head and not have it bobbing up and down like a high school cheerleader.

  • Hiya, I just watched Joe Rogan’s show with Dr Joel Khan and Chris Kresser and as Chris mentioned at the summary of the podcast the most nutrient densed foods (according to some noble research), with whole list of animal products on the very top of the list, foods like meat organs, shelfish or fatty fishes. Plant based foods like e. G beans or lentils have not even made to the top or close to it. My question is: is it possible then to stay nutrient sufficient on WFPB diet for years or lifetime when not consuming these animal foods at all? P.S. Love your podcast You do excellent work so keep calm and keep on doing it

  • Heme iron is a cofactor of the cytochrome P450 enzymes, that do a large part of the detox work in the body and are highly concentrated in the liver and to a lesser degree in other parts of the body.
Also, cytochrome c a hemeprotein that transfers electrons between complex 3 & 4 in your mitochondria, is important for energy.
    So eat your meat.

  • in regards of the new information you have provide, would be nice to see an upgraded food pyramid, thank you

  • Getting into ketosis made my blood pressure go up to 187/84. I had a panic attack. This was strange. It took 5 weeks on the keto diet to get into ketosis. 2.2 ketones and 88 blood sugar dr boz ratio 40. But I had a rapid heart beat and high BP. I felt bad in ketosis. Can u tell me what to do. I ate carbs and took potassium and magnesium and felt better the next day. But I’m dieting and need to lose 40 lbs slowly. I want my energy back and weight to be normal I weigh 175.just lost 10lbs. • Any thoughts on nattokinase? K2? I get it from natto miso. also, you mentioned coconut oil and type O blood not a good idea. thanks!

  • I really enjoy watching your videos! You have a great personality and a nice way to bring these things up:) I’m an entrepreneur, working with health and sports. I have been reading and studying a lot about ketogenic lifestyle and these videos really helps me to put the puzzles together. I’m about to start this myself too (tho i do not want to loose any weight. My fat percent is around 10 so there is no need to loose it anymore, and i eat carbs but nothing shitty. I move a lot but i have my own kind of philosophy with movement). I have read that ketogenic diet could help with low ferritin? mine is 9, so it is really low. But thank you a lot and hope you keep on doing these videos! BR, Hanna from Finland

  • Thank you so very much for your kind explanation. I thought that the bad side of eating pork were something like the bad oils that you explained so well in your previous videos. I understand now that pork is bad because they not raised equally well as a ruminants that eat grass right? Thank you again. I’ll adjust that portion of my diet.

  • Quick synopsis, been Ketoing for over 1 year. On the start strict…although not gaining weight not really losing either….post menopausal 25 lbs will not budge…feel like Keto not for older people? I am 55 years old…5’3 and 155 will not BUDGE!…WHATS ur opinion on Carb cycling?

  • I’m new to the keto and I love your video’s. I’m so tired to the point of fatigue. Is that the keto flu that you mention? Also I’m highly allergic to meat, but I can eat poultry & fish.

  • Thanks for all of your amazing videos!
Are all seed oils not good? (i.e. Grapeseed oil, sesame seed oil) You mentioned that omega 6, polyunsaturated fats are not the best…

  • 2 years keto.. no weight loss, even minor weight gain, very high cholesterol, watching the macros, watch the calories (carb manager), test blood sugar and ketones… 50 Boz ratio for the last at least 3 months… I want to lose weight.. but can’t seem to make any progress.. it is so sad and discouraging! I am fasting 20 24 hours a day 4days a week. I don’t know what I am doing wrong!

  • Hi Daniel,
I have a question apologies if you’ve already answered it in any of your videos. Please reply with the link if so.

So, my question is about Ketostix/Strips what is the correct way to use (time of day) and read them for Keto for weight loss, and how accurate are they? (Ok, that was two questions!:))

    Many thanks!

  • Did Keto first time in 78 after reading Atkins. Visited DR. Berry at his clinic, when he was in TN. But no one explains it better than this young lady! Love her. Bought audiobook but gonna cry for Grandma Rose. Carnivore now 4.6 ketones 117 BS 25 ratio. My BS have been over 200-250 in morning, until started fasting doing this ratio. in Gym with PT 4 days and cardio 6 days. 66 getting my second wind! I can see what she means about Insulin. Gary Taubes taught it well but this ratio and how to reduce it is DR Boz magic! Fasting rocks! Take Basler long acting type 2 but who knows maybe i’ll reverse this.

  • Thank you for the valuable information in your video. On the topic of gut health, should I go back to taking probiotics as I did before the week water fast I just completed to get me into ketosis? Also, are there any supplements required on the Keto diet and, if yes, which ones?

  • What about this drink called Bai? The bottle says Antioxidant ( I like cocofusion ). The Erythtitol & 1gm sugar. Total 6 grams of sugar.

  • 1) Dr. Loomis called LDL the “bad” cholesterol. Maybe someday we’ll be able to edit our genes so that our body doesn’t make it anymore, because it’s bad.
    2) OTOH, “…low levels of LDL-C (<70 mg/dL) were associated with increased risk of CVD mortality, cancer mortality, and even all-cause mortality especially in men who were not treated with lipid lowering therapy." And, "...even though the association between LDL-C concentration and CVD mortality was U-shaped in men, the lowest levels of LDL-C concentration were significantly and independently associated with increased risk of CVD mortality."
    3) Or, “An international team of experts has found that older people with high levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) live as long, and often longer, than their peers with low levels of LDL-C. The findings, resulting from an analysis of past studies involving more than 68,000 participants over 60 years of age, call into question the ‘cholesterol hypothesis’ which suggests people with high cholesterol are at risk of dying and need statin drugs to lower their cholesterol.”
    4) When vegan doctors don’t address these contradictions, I feel so confused.

  • Doctor, could you tell us why we get hang nails? I heard it was a nutrient deficiencies, but I eat healthy thanks to your plant paradox program (11 months), but still get a few now and then. Thanks

  • This video is wonderful! It helps me remember of times when my wife used Custokebon Secrets to get rid of 15 pounds and enjoy being healthy again! Most people would like to lose fat, but we also need to stay healthy and balanced, and that is exactly what Custokebon Secrets gifted.

  • Does Keto causes blood pressure to go higher in high blood pressure patients. How to take pottassium if cannot eat very high amounts of vegetables due to digestive issues. Thanks

  • Elizabeth K! I hope you Don’t be defeated! Search out for the sales. I am not rich! Not sure where you live but I buy grass-fed beef on sale for $3.99 at Shop Rite when on sale! • Hi Doctor, after losing 63 pounds on Keto my total cholesterol went from 203 up to 390! My heart used to flutter and skip beats. But since on Keto that doesn’t happen anymore and I feel amazing!! What types of medical tests do you suggest I take to make sure all is well with my cholesterol being that high?

  • Hi Dr. Gundry, I’m very new to the program. I am an intermittent faster and have been for a couple of years, and I love it.
I’ve just started your products, Prebiothrive and the Vital Reds. I read on the directions to take the Prebiothrive first thing in the morning. Will that break my fast? I don’t normal break the fast until 11am, what about the Vital Reds.

  • No matter how hard I try, it’s been 2 years, I am not able to fast beyond 18 hours. It just messes with my head, and I cannot function. I end up tired the rest of the day, and just out of it. I have been eating strict keto for 2 years, and my fasting blood sugar will not go below 85. Ketones are usually.5. What can I do to turn this around? I am a 56yo f.
    From Southern Az.

  • Ok, Dr. Gundry, I’ve tried drinking red wine instead of white because it makes sense to me that it would be healthier. I don’t drink much but I’d like to do anything I can to work toward being healthy and productive again. But what is in it that makes my arms itch intensely after I drink it? I don’t have that reaction after drinking white… even when the white has nitrites in it.

  • Dear Dr Gundry. Thank you for all the explanation. May I ask, how about the Japanese sake? Is it safe to drink? (fermented rice wine)

  • Thank you! Love the Video with the girls and the pizza!! Wow! Love all your info!? Please. Can you make a list of subs for foods. Like this recipe for Salmon Patties: 1/4 c onion. 1/4 c CORNMEAL(ouch) 1/4 c FLOUR (ouch)1 egg, 3 T Mayo (keeping patties moist) and veg oil for frying(ouch). I can sub the veg oil with avocado, I? the flour exchanges, usually not a problem. You are the best on recipes! THAT, I have found on YouTUBE! Working in fish into our diets, thanks. I am down 47+#. Sister down about 20+ # Hubby we ain’t going there! 😉

  • I would like to know if I can do Keto and not lose weight. I would like to lose some body fat and actually build some muscle. My BMI is 23.2. Also, I am 51 years old.

  • I’m sure it was not intentional. I can’t believe how many professionals seem oblivious of language and attitude in giving keto information.

  • Thank you so much
I am currently doing a research on DASH Diet and I’m making some questionnaires for this particular topic…this is very helpful
    Simple and interesting explanation
I gained so much knowledge from this video
    Thank You GMA!

  • Oh Chuck, that man bun half sticking out… Pls let your lovely hair down…. it would be most interesting to see. Or do a Viking plait. 😉

  • I’m paranoid about buying wine right now because there was an independent test that shows even organic wine have traces of glyphosate.

  • Camalina Oil is high in omega 3s, and it does not go rancid in the bottle… nor when it is cooked. It has a nutty flavor. Camalina is aka “wild flax”.
