  • What time do you usually go to they gym I swear every time I go there’s always a ton of the ecu frat dudes there hogging machines while on their phone

  • Pre workout=cup of coffee ladies lol
Bcaa please girl! I bought them after watching YOUR video the same brand and guess what after one month of taking it I started to feel DIZZY…Dizziness was caused by BCAA! You are incorrect there are side effects like dizziness. Also BCAA aren’t necessary supplement (it should be only taken by athletes with very low FAT percentage). I have a box that I won’t be using that u recommendedwould you like to buy it?!
Proteinall in moderation do not use if you eat a full balanced meal!
Girls she gets paid to advertise these products as many of these YouTube influencers do! These are not needed in order to work out, build muscle, tone up or even lose weight.

  • one of ghost’s co-founders used to be like VP of cellucor and i would assume a lot of the changes in cellucor formula happened after he left the two formulas are actually quite comparable makes sense why people who like old c4 are fans of ghost

  • Question. I work in a vitamin store and I see several of these including pre kaged. But this has sucralose, an artifical sweetener. isnt sucralose bad and it stores in our body as fat? thats what i heard. havent done much research, i try to get things that are more clean, ingredients wise and will spend more for quality. thanks:)

  • C4 is bad for you! C4 has Mucuna Pruriens (causes high blood pressure, hair loss, & hallucinations. C4 Sport is safer than the other C4s.

  • When considering eating healthy, you must never fall victim to modern fad diets. Extreme diets are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short period and then the benefits decrease after a while. It is best to search Custokebon Secrets on google as it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • Prolific and Alani Nu pre-workouts are both calorie, carb and sugar free, what is listed on the container is what is in them. Both companies claim to not to use added fillers like sugar and just supplements.:)
I’ve been using Prolific for a year now and I still love it! All the flavors I’ve tried have been good and it’s on Amazon Prime.:)

  • Have you tried the Bang energy drinks? It has 0 calories 0 fat 0 cholesterol 0 carbs 0fiber 0 sugar 40 mg sodium and 85mg of potassium. 50% vitamin c 25%vitamin B6 2% magnesium 25% niacin and 25% B12 it has BCAA aminos

  • Girrrrl I feel you on so many levels with this. I no longer use preworkout. The one I had was fine and I actually didn’t always need to use it but….I once had it on an empty stomach before working out and later on ended up having THE worst stomach ache of my life. That was an automatic stop for me lol. So now I just just have preworkout foods like fruit and/or coffee and really the only supplement I stick to are BCAAs. Thanks for the video….you look amazing! ❤️

  • Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping through weight loss plan to others as well, I think that I need to have tested every single fat reduction program that was available, however in the end not one of them helped me to shed and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Custokebon Secrets mainly because my mate who told me awesome things about it and so far to date I’ve effectively dropped 15 pounds within 3 weeks!

  • Great video! I too use both prolific and alani nu pre workouts at the suggestion of these fitness girls I follow on Insta. I used prolific first and liked it a lot but it gave me super cracked out feeling/jitters like I was gonna jump out of my skin and I was more tired after my workout, but no itchy tingly feeling which I liked. The alani nu didn’t give me that crackhead feeling and I still have a lot of energy after my workout. I used prolific cotton candy and rainbow candy alani nu and they both taste really good, alani nu tastes better in my opinion. I agree that they are both great pre-workouts but I like alani better as well! Thanks for the reviews!

  • OK but what about that COFFEE DRINK RECIPE?!? I searched high & low 2 find it but not uploaded…or am I missing something? Please LMK. TY

  • I’m in a low carbs diet and took Ghost for the first time today and for me is….. Fantastic…energy and stamina super good with no crash

  • When you said you couldn’t sleep I immediately needed the amino. As mom I’ve been looking for something that made feel like I can keep going. I need to go to the go jogging, hit the gym, and come home and still be super women for the family.

  • BCAA do not work at all, there are many studies out there that have said it… they are completely useless… only protein supplements, creatin and beta-alanine have some kind of benefits.

  • EAA’s vs. BCAAs can you make a scientific video that addresses pros and cons of both. Keep up the great work, love your content.

  • Hi there…. really nice video on pre work and what to have in a good pre work…. can u make a video on what to have in a good protein shake?

  • When it comes to eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern day fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your daily nutritionary intake. While they may induce quick weight loss, these kinds of diets are never a long-term answer for your waistline. You should check out Custokebon Secrets on google search engine as it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • Hahahahaha. Lol. I am one of those folks that love the itchy prickly feeling. I just made a video saying how I add more beta to the mix. Lol. Keep being honest and much respect.

  • Great channel you got here thanks for coming over to mine again! Never tried ghost but seen it a lot! Great video! Liked and subscribed

  • For the C4, I wholeheartedly agree that you build a tolerance for. Every morning it was constant C4 Fruit Punch intake and it eventually began to slow down, plus the taste started to become a bit monotonous. I did walk in to GNC and the sales rep did suggest #Shatter, which is what I am trying now and it’s pretty good. He also suggested Ghost and after this review, definitely attracted me towards Ghost. So, thank you for the review! Digged the detailed honesty.

  • C4 is overpriced and it isnt gonna help with weight loss, Mr Hyde is way better and all u need is 1/2 a scoop for starting off. If u build a tolerance, then u obviously need a 2 week break.

  • She’s beautiful but someone needs to tell her BCAAs supplements are pointless unless you are vegan. You can get all of your BCAAs from meat and protein supplements

  • Try a real Pre Workout Muscle-Building Nutrition’s Dominate is the highest dosed most complete preworkout on the market with 6g Citrulline Malate, 6g BCAA’s, 5g Creatine, 3.5g Beta Alanine, 2.5g Betaine and 100mg of TeaCrine a safe powerful stimulant that rivals the likes of DMAA, DMHA, and AMP Citrate for energy and focus but without any of the side effects. TeaCrine has no tolerance buildup and lasts a lot longer around 5-6 hours with absolutely no crash. Dominate contains all of the performance enhancing ingredients you need preworkout in true full doses and a potent stimulant mix of Caffeine, Tyrosine, and TeaCrine to give you a powerful preworkout experience unlike anything you have felt before. Get it at https://muscle-building-nutrition.com

  • Alani Nu tastes great but unfortunately it did Nothing for me and I took a little more than even a full scoop. Excited to maybe try the other ones! Really want to find something that works!

  • I see lots of people keep on speaking about Fenoboci Diet Plan. But I’m not sure if it is good. Have you ever tried using this popular weight loss diet plan?

  • Thank you for your honesty on these preworkouts.. Im currently desperate to loose weight this video changed my mind on preworkouts.. What type of bcaa’s do you recomend??

  • I really liked the Bucked Up preworkout. I found it made me much less itchy for a shorter period of time so it was actually tolerable. Tastes awesome too. Also, no jitters like I got from C4. I hated C4 sorry but it made me so itchy I thought I was going into anaphylactic shock.

  • I had a question about your self tan!! Does it not streak or rub off from working out so much? I love to be tan but I don’t want to waste it if it is just going to come off at the gym ya know?

  • I found this video just searching on youtube. Thank you so much for sharing! You look great. I really appreciated your honesty.:)

  • So funny I just came across your videos! I was on the same Isagenix team as your mom, Cindy! Great content on your channel, subscribed ❤️

  • When it comes to eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern day fad diet plans. • i saw you using resistance bands, i definitely recommend you looking at gracefituk because she has THE BEST ones and i am sooo obsessed with them! LOVED this video, so helpful ✨

  • Yeah yeah, can’t life without per workout booster???
Earlier Back then, people drunk a Cup of coffee for extra boost, no pre workout booster or anything like that.
If you can’t life without any caffeine, pre workout booster or any stims, you have a realy serious probleme!

  • I subscribed after you said “I hate cardio, I can barely get through running mile!” then I was more excited that I subscribed after you said “I’m just a girl who wants to look cute in my bandage dress!” Lmboo!!! I was like “yeahhh this is I meee” lol thanks for the honesty! Love it!

  • I know this old video but wanted to say thank u so many on here push these and don’t explain how it will make u feel. You made so I understand what there going to do.

  • Obviously this video is old now, wondering if you still feel the same about the products. C4 Ripped is around 29.99 now and I think its also worth pointing out it may taste worse than the other two because it has the weight-loss additives in it. Just curious. I use C4 and I’ve tried the Bang powder and hated it! I like trying new powders and was considering trying Ghost.

  • many person want to lose weight by doing workout… but it’s not possible for health condition… so them i want to recommend this: Resurge.idesiremore.surf which is no 1 in USA. and also my neighbor used this and lost crazy amount of weight in a very short time… thank me later!!!

  • I really appreciate your video, it gave me a lot of information. Thank you for what i think it was an honest review. I really loved what you said about not competing or being a bodybuilder, just a normal girl trying to stay healthy and more beautiful. God Bless you.

  • Methamphetamines is a great pre-workout lol all jokes aside I’m a recovering addict so I know what it feels like to be on meth and some of these energy drinks and pre-workout supplements or weight loss supplements give me the feeling I got when I used to do meth so I I’m pretty sure “they” are putting that stuff in these products not these in particular on this video I’m not sure I’ve never tried those but they have a weight loss pill that’s called adipex all it is is meth in a pill the government and the food industry has figured out a way to put this very addictive substance in our lives without even knowing it just be careful it’s all I’m really saying

  • These pre workouts are weak sauce. If you’re looking for intense gotta go for GAT nitraflex, probably better than all three of those combined.

  • What’s the Best Pre Workout for Weight Loss thats cheaper than the transparent labs lean. a bit expensive for me and not available on amazon for free shipping

  • my friend’s mom had to get surgery because the pre workout she was taking caused her to develop something (I forget the name of it)

  • Well, never fear. Goku Gains is here. https://furiousformulations.com/collections/goku-gains
As someone who has taken various pre-workouts, including C4, Assault, Outlift, Vapor X5, Pulse, Etc. I can honestly say for me Goku Gains has been the best with only C4 and Outlift being in the same league. (I agree back in the day C4 was definitely better then it is today.) It’s a bit pricey but it definitely works. And it provides more than just energy, this pre-workout is especially great for those of you trying to get a boost when it comes to stacking on muscle as it provides a nice anabolic effect.

  • I didn’t even know there were preworkout suppleements. When ever I feel tired or I’m discourage about working out, I just look at a picture of myself when I was 25lbs heavier and that does the trick!!

  • C4 is bad for you! C4 has Mucuna Pruriens (causes high blood pressure, hair loss, & hallucinations. C4 Sport is safer than the other C4s.

  • C4 Hands down the best pre workout I ever had. I will never go back to anything else. I love this!! I can do workouts I could never keep up with before, I feel tingly but it’s okay, because it numbs my burn so I can push hard. I LOVE IT!!!

  • thank you so much for this! i’ve been so worried about all the side effects of taking so much preworkout and what it could do over a span of a few years. you’re so right when you say i just wanna lose weight i’m a regular person and there’s no need for his typa stuff, i never put it in that perspective so thank you

  • She’s beautiful but someone needs to tell her BCAAs supplements are pointless unless you are vegan. You can get all of your BCAAs from meat and protein supplements

  • Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping through weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tested every single fat loss method that was available, but eventually not one of them helped me to shed and keep the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Custokebon Secrets mainly because my cooworker who told me incredible things about it and so far to date I have successfully lost 17 lbs within 4 weeks!

  • BCAA’s? that’s so funny because they’re such a scam! These provide only 3 essential amino acids: your body will break down muscle to gather the rest of them, in conclusion BCAA’s result in relative muscle loss lol. I can’t believe that she recommends it. There have been many studies on the subject with the same results especially when performing fasted exercise, watch Jeremy Ethier’s amazing video about it if I haven’t convinced you!! EDIT: video is called “The truth of BCAAs (how they may be harming your gains)

  • I guess you felt it wasn’t important to included that C4 ripped is Creatine free and why that is different from C4 or ghost. Both have advantages depending on your goal. Shitty review don’t trust some random girl on the internet do your own research.

  • Hello there! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (do a google search), but I’m not sure if it is really good. Have you ever tried Custokebon Secrets? I’ve heard several incredible things about it and my cousin lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me:(

  • I been working out for 3 months every morning and lost 25 pounds and I just want to know should I have to take a preworkout or coffee will be fine

  • I can’t handle that itchy feeling it will ruin my workout completely. I naturally get that itchy feeling in my legs when I don’t work out for awhile and that makes me want to cry. I usually take an antihistamine for it for the first week and then I won’t need it anymore. But yeah that’s itchy feeling is a no for me.

  • I found this video just searching on youtube. Thank you so much for sharing! You look great. I really appreciated your honesty.:)

  • Love your videos! Need your professional Opinion…please.
There’s a new brand coming out, called Muscle Diamonds, apparently it’s a supplement brand for women. I really want to support the brand because I black female owns it. I want to know more before I invest my money. I clicked on the website, but looks like it is still under-construction. I hope you do a review on it. During this quarantined, I started researching Supplements for women. I can’t find pricing or anything on the product. HELP!

  • Yeah girl, bcaa’s are the best option to burn a hole in your purse!
Bcaa’s only are Just 33% from eaa’s, incomplete and no real benefit to you or your goals.
Its just a very expensive soft drink, for only making your water better, nothing more.
And everyone who thinks different, is either stupid or have some missing spots in knowledge or blinded by the commerical of the supplement Industries.

Love it!
