  • If you’re not fat you don’t understand how much effort he needs to achieved this… I’m only a little fat almost consider not fat at all and I’m already struggling hard on losing weight, this guy is a beast

  • The idea to not have any food around and force yourself to walk to the next food store to get one meal is pretty creative. (When you are extremely overweight)

  • Anybody know why fairway divots aren’t repaired immediately? When Tiger/Molinari/Finau drives from the tee and land in the fairway, I can see lots of divots lying around from previous groups.

  • That is awesome never give up.you are a true inspiration for many people you are a role model.i am glad you found out what works for you.not everything is diet is a combination of working out also..Keep Getting it bro..!!

  • Man…. I am 14/15 years old, I have 190cm (6ft 2inch) and I have 93kg (205lbs) my weight turn up so fast while I start’na workout so hard… I am trynna get 100kg (220 pounds), that is my target:D

  • Thank you for being so sincere. I recently started a lifestyle change and have lost 6 pounds (Although I don’t see it..lol). I am grateful to you and your vids and how honest you are. This vid here is my fav because you reassured me that taking my time is best. I have a bit of a journey ahead but am enjoying the process. I could scream now that I realize the amount of garbage I put in my body over the years, I digress:). Again, thank you so much. Live greatly…..I’m a fan.

  • Ok keep in mind I’m 11 I love to not eat food but I’m forced to eat food… but a finger and a bathroom would do right? No?….ok I’ll stop… Weight: 54 kg. target: 45 / 40 kg wish me luck..

  • At 5’9 290lbs and you had a football coach that wanted you to gaining weight? You had an idiotic football coach. You wouldve been a way better football player at 5’9 250lbs.

  • Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I think that I must have tested every fat reduction program that was available, however eventually not one of them helped me to shed and keep the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Custokebon Secrets because my buddy who told me unbelivable things about it and so far to date I have effectively lost 16 lbs within 3 weeks!

  • So i’m watching again, but i decided to pick up at the Koepka group on 12. You get BK, and IP in the drink. Granted, Tony F doesn’t see or know this. (and by the way, i really lilke Finau; i think he’s got huge /greatness written all over him.) Tiger’s group; FM in the drink; TW plays safe and hits the green; can someone please explain to me, why on earth would FN still try to hit / or go for the flag stick after seeing what just transpired with his playing group???? I’m not a golfer, just a TW fan. I have played sports; so i’m thinking FN……….is thinking…. i can make this shot??? I mean, i just don’t get it. To me, FN makes the biggest blunder of all on 12. Feel free for someone to tell me where my thinking is squeued.

  • Oh no! This is the most amazing and motivating video I’ve ever watched in my life! I need to lose 50 pounds and I just started my health attorney three days ago. And I have thyroid disease so it’s very hard to lose weight and I am 50 years old going through menopause. You look absolutely phenomenal. Thank you for sharing your story. Every time I want to give up her every time I do a work out or every time I’m feeling down I will think of you and go watch this video.

  • This video is inspiring to me man! I am 311 lbs and I just started working out recently, but seeing the progress you’ve made, WOW I want to get there. Any tips for changing food though like what can I still eat and what has to stop immediately?

  • That carb struggle is real bro. It took me more than 4 years of low-carbing it to realize that I could lose weight while still eating carbs. Oddly enough, my diabetes is in better control now as well! Thanks for sharing this man. Best of luck with the new channel. Love your content!

  • Congrats man. I appreciate your effort. I was way too fat for such a long time that I couldnt even remember how many times I decided to lose weight. I failed multiple times. Its always been too hard to me to reach my aim. After like five times trial for different periods for three years, I learned finally stay motivated, I will end it this time. Thank you for reminding this today

  • Hes like 18 so fat falls off at that age lol try doing that at 40 it takes twice or three times as long. To lose 100lbs at 40 would take until youre 50

  • What are some ways to lost a lot of weight? I read a lot of superb opinions on the net about how Custokebon Secrets will help you lost lots of fat. Has any one tried this popular fat burn secrets?

  • My ex gf once said to me……its either me or the masters during last years final roun.d…….I dont need to tell you how it ended.. lol…

  • Thanks pat giving me motivation to start again and not give up! Went from 128 to 98 recently but during COVID back to 108kg I will start smashing the gym again!!

  • Ive tried to teach my daughter the exact thing you learned in the gym. WEIGHTS and RESISTANCE training are the way to go, along with proper diet. Build greedy muscle onto your bones. Those greedy muscles demand energy. What’s fat? Stored energy.

  • I been working out since my classmates teased me about my man boobs that’s been over 30yrs. Ago! I said that to say it’s a lifestyle not a goal.

  • What are some of the reasons Tiger is the GOAT?
His 15 stroke win at the 2000 US Open at Pebble Beach, where he was the only one under par at -12 under, while the other 155 players that started, 2nd place was at 3+ par. The US Open, where the big boys come to play.
Biggest margin of victory in the Masters..Tiger by 12 strokes in 1997.
Tiger has the longest streak of consecutive tournaments without missing the cut, 141 tournaments.
Winning the same tournament 4 consecutive years in a row…2000 to 2003 Bay Hill Invitational and 4 consecutive years in a row 2005 2008 Buick Invitational.
Most consecutive weeks as the #1 ranked player in the world. He had 281 weeks in a row from June 12, 2005 to October 30, 2010. Next person with the most #1 consecutive weeks as the #1 ranked player in the world? Tiger again with 264 straight weeks, from August 15, 1999 to September 4, 2004. Tiger holds the record for the most weeks ranked #1 at 683 weeks. I remind you that there are only 52 weeks in a year. There were 14 previous and the current #1 ranked players in this years Masters.
Largest amount of years between winning Masters? Tiger at 14 years, 2005 last win, to 2019.

  • Thank you for this info, it put my mind set in a different place when you said to get rid of timelines. Basically make each day about changing your lifestyle, aka eating and exercise, and you will get healthy plus the bonus is that you will lose weight too. I hope I got the message right. Thank you for your time

  • This is the single greatest redemption arc in sports. Tiger rose the highest and fell the furthest, with all of us as witnesses. This win makes me emotional just talking about it sometimes, it goes far beyond golf. This serves as a beacon of hope for anyone facing adversity; grind it out and you’ll find a way.

  • 2:18 all the lesbians and girls who hated this boy r now confused. Now they want his babies.
Every man should learn from this boy. He changed for the better

  • Thank you for this one. I am currently at 301 lbs, having shortness of breath, smoking, unhealthy eating all the bad habbits. Always planning to lose weight but I am having a hard time doing it. Same as you, i am a former athlete but because of injuries I can no longer continue doing stuff that ive done before. Your words motivates me, im even on the same age as you are. I will do it this time or die trying. Thank you very much.

  • It seems to me there were a lot more Tiger fans after he won the 2019 Master’s, than there were before. When the season began I had predicted that Tiger would win a major and all I heard from people is that Tiger was finished, he would never win another major, and the game had passed him by. The same people that were hating on this guy and telling me how stupid I was for betting $1,000.00 on Tiger to win the Master’s @ 14-1, now get a tear in their eye when they watch this video?

  • I lose 140lbs I’m gonna disappear and then owe the universe 10lbs. Yall some big mFs! I’m like the chihuahua of human beings. Lol.

  • Hey men, whats up. cool asssssssssssssss video, i had a soccer injury in 2012-13 and i was not able to play or practice non physical activity for 2 years and a half almost 3 years. it was a hole in the tibia bone ” fissure” lots of confussions when it comes to hungriness and sleepyness.. currently 190-195lbs.. love beer and bbq but not a fan of gym. just love to enjoy running and eating onion sandwich with mayonnaise. i was 240lbs now 190-195lbs going down for the 150-160 lbs goal.

  • Hi I was also in a situation where I weighed a lot and a good friend of mine introduced me to an amazing diet plan thanks to which I lost 20 pounds!!!

this is the blog of the plan!: shorturl.at/qMTW0

    good luck!

  • I stumbled across this video and since I’m into fitness I watched it and boy you said almost exactly what I’ve told a few people that wanted to get in shape. I agreed with everything said and experienced the same pretty much. Good video. I’m following this channel now. I’m currently workin’ on my “6 pack” LOL

  • I play a lot, 3X a week. After listening to players with caddies, I could never enjoy it with someone telling me what to do every shot, every swing constantly. I have a 75 yr old friend who plays with us and is always trying to give me advice, how to swing, tee the ball, how the stance and swing is off. I really hate it.

  • I was 400 pounds, I always had trouble breathing never was on a breathing machine it’s just Everytime I walk even to the store that’s next to my house not even a mile away I had to stop to catch my breath…. NOW I’m at 206 pounds I can walk easier then ever…. Still gonna lose weight more excercise never quiting…. • Inspiring story to watch about a young man who found his way through his journey to improve his life. I really enjoyed what this man had to say about how he got to where he is today.

  • From big man to big muscle. With an even bigger heart. Truly man your mom is smiling down at you. Proud at the man her son had become.

  • Extremely motivating and well done. What I find most motivating is the fact that you were able to fill that saggy lose skin with muscle and look good. I’m in the same boat, I’ve been big for so long and in my early 40’s, so for me, I’ll defo have to pack on muscle to fill in that skin, but I’m ready for it. Gonna be a lot of work but work worth doing. Thanks for sharing.

Starches and bread can derail your progress if you eat too much of it, but moderation is key . You don’t have to stop eating pasta, sandwiches, oatmeal, and potatoes, but keep the portion size smaller. Just always remind yourself to eat way more proteins and greens . • I don’t think carbs are bad I just think highly processed carbs are bad. Eat as much natural things as you want but it’s really difficult to lose weight when you’re still eating cheezits

  • This was a great video. You are about the first trainer I’ve heard who said you can eat carbs. Eat carbs!!! Eat fats!!! Your body needs them especially if you are working out. Lastly in order to progress you must train to exhaustion. Doesn’t matter what exercise you are doing. You have to get to that,” Oh god, I’m gonna die”, moment. And then do one more of what you are doing. You have to know your body and your mind. Never train so hard where you injure yourself. But don’t psyche your self out either. You want to get a great physique relatively quickly? (Definitely within a year). Sprint hills.

  • 15 and a 4-5 XL???? Man this is why i watch this stuff it gives me inspiration because im 15 at my highest i weighed 320 and now im down to 306 i normally wear a 2-3xl basically a 2x but i was able to wear my first 1x shorts in years last week

  • No miraculous diet and unnecessary supplements. Just eat normal and train right with faith and consistency.
    You deserve all GOOD things!!

  • When considering eating healthy, you must never fall victim to modern day fad diets. Extreme diets are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your daily nutritional intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short period of time and then the benefits decrease after a while. It is best to look up Custokebon Secrets on google as it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • Not the usual bullshit I get fed by mainstream media telling me that it’s okay to be overweight, it’s time for me to change. I might post some progress updates here.

  • Watching these videos always motivates me big time…at first. Then my motivation goes to zero after a week or two max and I fall off of the exercise wagon. Nutrition I have no problem changing but…again…that only lasts like a month or two before I am right back to poor choices. I am. Just curious: How do you manage to stay so motivated! That is one hell of a transformation and good to see!

  • Thank you for your inspiring words and beeing truthfull with your journey!

  • Problematic to use the words fat and lazy next to each other. Not all fat people are lazy. Some are very very active and on their feet all day. Theyre not lazing around just because they’re fat. They just make the wrong food choices. Congrats on your weight loss success.

  • 3:15 This girl is possessed, I’ve seen possession, voices trying to get the person to harm people. This phenomenon is old as time itself.

  • I’ve been watching alot of these and i realize i don’t have much of an excuse. One dude is missing legs.. and everyone else started at twice my weight. I’m at 312 last i checked. at 6 feet 2 inches. I got a belly and some arm fat. I’m a casual runner so my legs are ok but i’ve always been a big dude and at 35 i’m finally starting to feel the consequences of it. Now i’m going through a divorce and i’ve found peace replacing my mental pain with physical limits pushed pain. Figure why not start now,but this time seriously commit. I just don’t know what would be a good exercise regimen/diet for me. Most of the stories,if not all, i don’t know, mention the website as a key point in their change. Guess i’ll have to sign up there.

  • thank you, I just found this channel im 400lb and I find it hard to stick to a plan I find your videos motivating so thank you and keep doing what you’re doing

  • I Still say Sam Snead is the Greatest golfer ever, BUT, Anyone who says Tiger Woods is Not the Greatest Golfer in the Last 60 years is either A) A Racist or they are B) One of the Most ignorant Golf enthusiasts alive. The Reason I Place Sam Snead ahead of Tiger Woods is
1st Sam Snead Had over 140 Career Professional wins and over 60 were taken away including The British Open for Many years until the USGA and PGA saw How Ignorant they were and reinstated it.
Also I’m sorry But with Today’s Equipment you give Sam Snead, Ben Hogan, Byron Nelson, Bobby Locke, Peter Thompson, Jackie Burkie and Billy Casper JUST to name a Few, But just put Snead, Hogan and Nelson in the Mix today and those 3 alone would win 95% of EVERY Tournament for the Next 10 years.

  • Watched the video, took a look at his instagram, now he is fat again. sad story. I’m sorry to say this, but I think one of the reasons is his wife. She’s extremely fat. Since they cook and eat together, it will affect him permanently.

  • I saved time at the gym by putting 210% into throwimg a 2.5k truck full of product at target all at once everyday I work. Dropped from 230 to 201 in a month. I leave work with a paycheck and a drenched shirt lol

  • This is the result of the liberal mind. Nothing is out of bounds, do what you want then blame it on America, or anyone but yourself and ultimately if you’re nothing but a useless POC, doesn’t matter, the DemocRATS “free” entitlements will take care of you. It’s not your responsibility, it falls on others since it’s an uncontrollable “illness.” We must keep these insects OUT of the White House and government for as long as possible.

  • i just wanted to say i know losing weight can be difficult ( believe me i know) but i found out about proVen and i gotta say, it has helped a lot. It’s basically an all-natural formula that contains only ingredients that are completely safe!! i will say, don’t rely on one thing though. exercising, eating a balanced diet and your mental health. those all count too but trust me, this supplement will make it much easier. check it out:) @t

  • Everyone else in the comments: laughing at nicolette grey. That’s all fine and well but can we envy her for never having to work a day in her life.

  • I don’t believe this there are poor kids in other countries that get up early to go through piles of GARBAGE lookin for food, and this RICH kid is crying just thinking she might have to go to work I wouldn’t mind sticking my foot up her RICH A☆☆

  • Why would you buy a 12 year old grand theft auto there is nudity and a lot of organized crime on that game if I was that mother and my son locked me out I would of flipped the breaker on the meter box and not turn it on till he me in and then sell his Xbox

  • weight loss tip: eat whatever you eat everyday but eat within your personal weight/dieting goal and keep protein in check 1g /pound of your lean body mass.

    You’ll lose/gain it definitely! remember
    1pound = 3500 kcal

  • Think long term, I cannot stress this enough” That is key. Train 3 days a week + some cardio on off days, eat healthy with some fat and HAVE FUN. Depending on your physique and age it may take from 2 to 5 years so do not give up and stick with it!

  • Truely said about weight loss process, honestly do not pressurised yourself for few months only..

  • My mother isn’t dead, but she might as well be. She fell ill mentally when I was 16 and now basically doesn’t know herself or those around her. It’s tough.

  • OmgI just can’t believe my eyes this is incredible…I have watched this video more then 3 times and I showed this video to my entire family This is such a Positive video I loved it♥️♥️Those who wants to loose weight this is such a motivational video ♥️♥️Thanks for sharing

  • This should be shown to all the people that say fat shaming is helpful. You never know what a person goes through, say something nice or a private advise or shut your mouth.
    Much love.

  • I always knew the carbs thing was way overrated. When I was 40…I dated this lady who made rice and potatoes and baked chicken every day.
I lost 40 pounds that summer by eating that and walking. True story…rice and potatoes. Its more about the portions and less about the food!

  • ooooook… tell me again how smart and good are kids of today in comparison to us. If this kid has all those followers there’s clearly a problem, back in my days one like her would be emarginated as cretin or spoilt. I can’t imagine any of the people I know from my generation to say “I don’t wanna work, give me 200K to buy a car”, not even the rich ones.

  • I’m sitting at 304lbs today. This is the heaviest I’ve ever been and I’m starting to notice all of the negative effects of it. I graduated this May, started working full time, got a gym membership and I finally feel like I can have something other that struggle. I remember watching this video last year thinking about being exactly where I’m at right now, and I know 4 pounds isn’t much but for me, right now, it means everything to be moving in the right direction.

  • Brix this is the first video I visited from your channel and man this is one of the realistic videos posted. Since my new journey to a healthy lifestyle, I’ve been placing a timeline on my weight loss and its been a battle. (Eating right, Water, Water, Water and Gym, Gym)
Thank you for your inspiring words.

  • Hello, I would like to write to you because I was like you a few months ago, desperate to want to lose weight without being able to achieve it. I found pills that really allowed me to lose weight while combining diet and sport recipes, they are a bit expensive but if you are interested I can send you the link?

  • Every time I watch this I get tears in my eyes. Greatest scene in any sport, congrats Tiger. You will always be one of my biggest inspirations in life.

  • What happened on 12 with the last two groups was surreal. Woods was the only one not to attack the pin and he was rewarded with a two-putt par. Everyone else in the last two groups chose to attack and ended up wet. I saw that unfold live and couldn’t help but think, “It’s over,” even though it was far from over with the Masters being what it is.
    Turns out I wasn’t wrong…for once.

  • After his tee shot on 16th. Even I started to believe he was going to win another major. He should give that spinal fusion surgeon a percentage. He won the Zozo looked like world number 1. But doesn’t look like his body will hold up. It would be great if he could overtake Sam’s 82. Jacks 18 looks a bit to far though.

  • This vid helped me when I lost weight. Started at 320 ended at 175. With 145 pounds down, I got my life back. I did it in four months. Best thing I ever did, literally. I enlisted in the military last fall and I ship out to basic training 22 July. But my main motivation for losing weight was when I watched an autopsy of a clinically obese patient, seeing all the fat around their organs and whatnot. It scared the daylights out of me.

  • I know that i’m not perfect, who is but there’s a fine line between making a mistake once and contuiniously making mistakes, if you do something and you’re unapologetic, it pretty much shows that you’re a horrible person, i know that i can’t just go around, pointing fingers at people but the messed up reailty is that the world is cruel and don’t give a damn.

  • This video is definitely wonderful! It helps me remember of the time when my spouse used Custokebon Secrets to lose 15 lbs and enjoy being healthy again! Most of us want to lose fat, but we also need to stay healthy and balanced, and that is what Custokebon Secrets given.

  • Hey as soon as you said it took you 3 yrs… my man is real! Preach! So funny that you talked about carbs how I think right now even though I know better lol!So I guess you reached your 1,000 likes? LOL! Good job! I will be checking more of your stuff and maybe subscribe. Keep up the good work bro.

  • Resilience is a virtue, this dude turned negative aspects of his life into fuel to fire the engine which changed his reality of his life.

  • I can’t Say How proud I am, I know I don’t know u but that’s no reason to not instore faith in humanity. Your No joke A gorg woman, and this is proof that anyone, anywhere can lose weight.

  • One of the things that freak me out (as a fitness illiterate) is creating my own workout schedule. Some people do certain body parts on different days. One day do cardio then weight training… .

When I get my bearings how the heck am I going to put my own workout together?
Everyone does things differently so they teach it differently… Ugh. Any advice????

  • i lost my dad in january 2020, now its july and i lost 10kg in 1 week (from 125 to 115 kg) and i will continue to make my dad proud up there!

  • Really happy for your progress! Keep going fit for life! We don’t let weight get the better of us. You really showed your true character from within. well done.
