  • Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I think that I must have tested every fat reduction program that was available, however eventually not one of them helped me to shed and keep the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Custokebon Secrets because my buddy who told me unbelivable things about it and so far to date I have effectively lost 16 lbs within 3 weeks!

  • Hey men, whats up. cool asssssssssssssss video, i had a soccer injury in 2012-13 and i was not able to play or practice non physical activity for 2 years and a half almost 3 years. it was a hole in the tibia bone ” fissure” lots of confussions when it comes to hungriness and sleepyness.. currently 190-195lbs.. love beer and bbq but not a fan of gym. just love to enjoy running and eating onion sandwich with mayonnaise. i was 240lbs now 190-195lbs going down for the 150-160 lbs goal.

  • I play a lot, 3X a week. After listening to players with caddies, I could never enjoy it with someone telling me what to do every shot, every swing constantly. I have a 75 yr old friend who plays with us and is always trying to give me advice, how to swing, tee the ball, how the stance and swing is off. I really hate it.

  • Carbs aren’t bad because your body needs them, but I completely cut breads and starches from my diet though, but it’s a battle. Starches and bread can derail your progress if you eat too much of it, but moderation is key ����. You don’t have to stop eating pasta, sandwiches, oatmeal, and potatoes, but keep the portion size smaller. Just always remind yourself to eat way more proteins and greens ��. Stay positive and reduce the negative people and influences in your life ����.

Lastly in order to progress you must train to exhaustion. Doesn’t matter what exercise you are doing. You have to get to that,” Oh god, I’m gonna die”, moment. And then do one more of what you are doing. You have to know your body and your mind. Never train so hard where you injure yourself. But don’t psyche your self out either. You want to get a great physique relatively quickly? (Definitely within a year). Sprint hills.

  • I’ve been watching alot of these and i realize i don’t have much of an excuse. One dude is missing legs.. and everyone else started at twice my weight. I’m at 312 last i checked. at 6 feet 2 inches. I got a belly and some arm fat. I’m a casual runner so my legs are ok but i’ve always been a big dude and at 35 i’m finally starting to feel the consequences of it. Now i’m going through a divorce and i’ve found peace replacing my mental pain with physical limits pushed pain. Figure why not start now,but this time seriously commit.   • After 3 years the loose skin is holding me back lol��. I workout 6 days a week and after losing 100lbs I gained back 40 lbs of it in muscle so it looks weird.

  • I always knew the carbs thing was way overrated. When I was 40…I dated this lady who made rice and potatoes and baked chicken every day.
    I lost 40 pounds that summer by eating that and walking. True story…rice and potatoes. Its more about the portions and less about the food!

  • I’m sitting at 304lbs today. This is the heaviest I’ve ever been and I’m starting to notice all of the negative effects of it. I graduated this May, started working full time, got a gym membership and I finally feel like I can have something other that struggle. I remember watching this video last year thinking about being exactly where I’m at right now, and I know 4 pounds isn’t much but for me, right now, it means everything to be moving in the right direction.

  • This vid helped me when I lost weight. Started at 320 ended at 175. With 145 pounds down, I got my life back. I did it in four months. Best thing I ever did, literally. I enlisted in the military last fall and I ship out to basic training 22 July. But my main motivation for losing weight was when I watched an autopsy of a clinically obese patient, seeing all the fat around their organs and whatnot. It scared the daylights out of me.
