  • Of the 5 or so videos I’ve seen so far here on YouTube for playground workouts, you’re the only video that shows a workout for the legs. And it was the first exercise you demonstrated! Kudos to you for that. It’s no wonder you’re the first video at the top of the search. And it deserves to stay there. At a time like this during the Covid-19 pandemic, people are looking for ways to workout. I have the luxury of having equipment at home, but some aren’t as lucky. Keep up the good work!!i just had to come back to comment to give you your props. I’m planning on a road trip sometime next year on foot. Who knows what the future has in store for us.   • same. everytime i workout at my park i try to be as respectful as i can so i dont appear creepy lol. hopefully kids will be interested in calisthenic moves by watching me workout…. but i never count on it because their all like 5 haha

  • Is anyone else distracted by the beauty of the background?? Looks like such a breezy summer day! The sky is so clear and grass looks so soft. I want to move!!!   • With those nice swings there I’d go for a handstand plank with a leg pull variation. Just place your feet on a swing, get in a push-up position and pull your legs towards your chest. Feels like a much more complete exercise than just crunches:P

  • I worked out at my local park by a elementary school today. There were a lot of kids playing but I was respectful at the same time… I don’t care what other people think of me while I am doing these exercises there because I know for a fact they benefit me and every other adult male should be following my lead, but then again that’s just my opinion and like they say opinions are like assholes every ones got one.

  • I workout around kids. They see me and just hop over me. Of course their parents have a watchful eye but I feel that kids should see adults working out in a natural environment. And since I started working out @ the playground…more adults are copying what I do. Thanks for making this video.

  • What helps you get bigger faster Free weights or Bodyweight? Cause I’ve noticed that it’s harder to get progressive overload with bodyweight. I have most of the equipment at home for Free weights (ie. Power rack, bench press and much more. And my goal is to get much bigger and better very strong. Which one would you recommend for me? I’ve noticed more of a activation in my muscles with Weightlifting, and its easier to progress.

  • Do you recommend any alternatives if I’m struggling with the push back push-up? I don’t know if it’s just something with my form, but I have trouble doing the “push back” part from the down position, especially after those one-arm push-ups. Staying down for that duration and getting my hips up seems to be giving me trouble. Edit: I’ve tried doing them from my knees and that seems to make them doable.
