  • Of the 5 or so videos I’ve seen so far here on YouTube for playground workouts, you’re the only video that shows a workout for the legs. And it was the first exercise you demonstrated! Kudos to you for that. It’s no wonder you’re the first video at the top of the search. And it deserves to stay there. At a time like this during the Covid-19 pandemic, people are looking for ways to workout. I have the luxury of having equipment at home, but some aren’t as lucky. Keep up the good work!!i just had to come back to comment to give you your props. I’m planning on a road trip sometime next year on foot. Who knows what the future has in store for us. So I want to try and at least keep in shape any way I can besides just walking. Thank you, Buff Dudes!

  • same. everytime i workout at my park i try to be as respectful as i can so i dont appear creepy lol. hopefully kids will be interested in calisthenic moves by watching me workout…. but i never count on it because their all like 5 haha

  • Is anyone else distracted by the beauty of the background?? Looks like such a breezy summer day! The sky is so clear and grass looks so soft. I want to move!!! Definitely wouldn’t attempt this workout in the summer in Charleston. You’ll get 3rd degree burns from touching the equipment that is if you don’t pass out from the humidity first

  • With those nice swings there I’d go for a handstand plank with a leg pull variation. Just place your feet on a swing, get in a push-up position and pull your legs towards your chest. Feels like a much more complete exercise than just crunches:P

  • Wow u look a lot older since i watched u in 2016, lucky bro looks like a nice quiet place where I live theres too many barking dogs and loud cars..

  • It’s like this guy is on an amusement park ride as he glides like he’s floating…..but still can’t keep his damn pants up, tho. lol.

  • I’m gonna try the assisted push up with my power rack, I can put one of the safety bars all the way down at the first slot, thanks buff dudes

  • Hannibal For King is a legend and a pioneer! One of the first video’s I ever saw that inspired me to incorporate calisthenics into my lifestyle. Respect King

  • Lateral squats 3 sets x 15 reps 0:39
    Pull-ups 3 sets x 15 reps 2:29
    Assisted one arm push-up 3 sets x 15 reps (each side) 3:48
Push back push ups 3 sets x 15 reps 6:30
    Crunches 3 sets x 15 reps 9:08

  • Loved this. I always go to the nearest park with a pull up bar and dip bar here in Stockton, CA. You don’t need a gym to make gains. The world is your gym. Calisthenics baby.

  • I’m so sold on calisthenics. Little to no equipment needed, no gym membership required, can do it anywhere, real functional strength, incorporates the whole body, burns fat, builds muscle, everything.

  • You have like twice larger wrists and hands than me so i think you are able to do those better. my wrists hurts so much trying to do pushups and especially the one hand pushups, anything you can suggest?

  • I sometimes have knee pain, do you think squats is a good idea to strengthen the knee? Or should I avoid that. What are some knee strengthening exercises?

  • CAN SOMEONE HELP ME? I am trying to understand Protein Intake, I see that a pound of meat, like steak, has 453.6g of weight for 1lb, but I see it has 112g of protein. I am looking to shed some fat, and build/keep muscle. I see I should have about 190-200g of protein a day, so this means I need to eat about 2 lbs of meat everyday?

  • Loving the series guys!! But does anyone know if they’re gonna show us nutritional recipes like they did with their cutting plan earlier this year?

  • What about legs,he have a chicken legs couse they don’t like do legs,it happen to me..i use to kill the bars but no legs,so i stop doing that and work more legs..

  • Recently found these videos. Been using them as a HIIT workout at the beginning of some of my weight training days. A lot of fun and pretty challenging. Excellent job guys.

  • Thank you for sharing this workout! Some new moves to do next time I take my kids to the playground. I LOVE playground workouts!:) Mommies should ‘play’ at the playground to!! I get the strangest looks, but, It’s so much better than sitting on a bench and waiting!

  • Hi, I just wanted to say that here in NYC and many other areas adults are not allowed in a park without a child. And they do go nuts over this rule. I tried to contact you guys for this heads up.

  • Thank you so much for sharing! Was at the playground today with my 2 year old and four year old. Did a few little things but these will get me in shape! Thanks again.

  • Hats off to Hannibal! I truly feel like he is BEST on the bar hands down…
You know someone better drop a name, I’d like to see em

  • Had to come back to this video. All the gyms are shut down in my area. I have a feeling I’ll be seeing more people working out in the parks. #coronavirus

  • Damn, was this park set up just for the sake of this training phase?! Perfect setting no one around! EMPTY! Fkk off kids! jk
    haha
speaking of which.. oh man, has anyone seen that Always Sunny in Philly..episode where Denis Reynolds performs a few exercises at the park, shirtless, with kids around? Doing hamstring stretches while wearing short jean shorts and a mean ‘stache! (and eventually getting ass kicked by local dads) HAHA,
very similar to what Brandon almost looked like he was doing ( if kids were around) ^.^

  • I worked out at my local park by a elementary school today. There were a lot of kids playing but I was respectful at the same time… I don’t care what other people think of me while I am doing these exercises there because I know for a fact they benefit me and every other adult male should be following my lead, but then again that’s just my opinion and like they say opinions are like assholes every ones got one.

  • I workout around kids. They see me and just hop over me. Of course their parents have a watchful eye but I feel that kids should see adults working out in a natural environment. And since I started working out @ the playground…more adults are copying what I do. Thanks for making this video.

  • Revelation 6.13 And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. 14 Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. 15 And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, 16 and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! 17 For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

Jesus Christ loves you. Only Jesus Christ saves. Repent and be saved. God bless you and your family in the name of Jesus Christ

  • i went away for a while but im back at it and barstarz always here for me. thanks for what yall do all love. this will be the first channel i actually join. corona got my funds fucked up a little but ill find the money. what i save on the gym is going to go to yall.

  • I JUST MET HAN TODAY AT MY BUILDING I LIVE AT. HE SHOW ME SOME OF HIS WORK, AND I SHOWED HIM MY COMBAT FIGHTING SYSTEM CALLED BOXNIN.

  • Hannibal is on another level. His strength and form are insane, and I love how he says “do that for 8 months 1 year.” He understands that worthwhile goals are never quick or easy.
    Awesome stuff.

  • Always fan of your workouts, but in this case i have to say im disapointed… NO CRUNCHESSS!!! FLEX THE SPINE??? ITS INJURY GARANTEED!!!

  • Holly, thanks for posting this video! So many of the playground workouts are too hardcore for most ppl and this one is appropriately challenging. (And your baby is darling and I liked how you worked him into the lunges.) Kudos…I’ll be posting as a sample video for my readers. Best

  • What helps you get bigger faster Free weights or Bodyweight? Cause I’ve noticed that it’s harder to get progressive overload with bodyweight. I have most of the equipment at home for Free weights (ie. Power rack, bench press and much more. And my goal is to get much bigger and better very strong. Which one would you recommend for me? I’ve noticed more of a activation in my muscles with Weightlifting, and its easier to progress.

  • Who’s here because of the coronavirus, shut down my gym now. It’s time go back to the old school ways and still work as… THE BUFF DUDE

  • Do you recommend any alternatives if I’m struggling with the push back push-up? I don’t know if it’s just something with my form, but I have trouble doing the “push back” part from the down position, especially after those one-arm push-ups. Staying down for that duration and getting my hips up seems to be giving me trouble. Edit: I’ve tried doing them from my knees and that seems to make them doable.

  • Smh. This guy will have you feeling no matter what hard work you ain’t gonna look like that. He’s in jeans casual looking better than 80% of Instagram.
