  • In two weeks you learned how to change your posture to make you look “more fit”. Amazing. Literally all you did in the second pic is have your shoulders back to give the illusion of smaller arms, legs apart to create an illusion that your legs slimmed, & you’re flexing your core with lower rising shorts. Having your makeup/hair done while smiling in the second pic is just another ploy to give the illusion you “look & feel better”. Which could have a bit of truth, but your exaggeration makes it seem all around like fake click bait. ����

Whenever I jump or do squats, or lunges I wake up the next day with stiff knees and ankles and you making such videos which are knee friendly is honestly the best thing that happened to me.   • JUST WANNA THANK CHLOE and everyone who’s supporting each other!! After years of not working out, I found out I have osteoporosis and I’m still young. I FINALLY decided to join a gym and start working out but I kind of didn’t know a lot of the basics cuz it’s been awhile and then COVID HIT?!! I found Chloe’s workouts because there were like 24 million hits at that time. I thought it was a TYPOlike 2.4 million lolbut I figured 24 million deserved a try. So I did the 2 week ab shred and WOW so I kept going. I liked how everyone can fit in a 15 minute workout (then can add on whenever they can/ want to), most don’t need equipment, Chloe’s sweet and encouraging not intimidating or annoying (sorry but it’s easy to be annoying when telling people to push themselves during a hard workout), and they’re free. I’m in healthcare, and like COVID has been HARD for everyone so I also want to thank Chloe and everyone for the POSITIVE GOALS and POSITIVE ENERGY that’s made a bid deal difference in my body and my heart:)

  • Talk about the struggle…. man it became abundantly clear how out of shape i was in the the first three exercises. But after looking at many videos for HITT this was the most user friendly, beginner friendly and actually did not require any equipment ( no bars weights nothing) and still i was panting. Thank you! I hope i can get through this after some time.

  • been doing the 2 week shred challenge since a couple of days.
    thought about sharing my experience through the whole challenge.
    Day-1 2 workouts were just fine tho my abs were burning.
    Day-2 i didn’t do the optional workout. but still my abs were burning.
    Day3i almost died. but i did it anymore
    Day4my love handles were killing me from the last workout. but still i did all the 4 workouts.
    Day5it was active rest day. i didn’t do anything. just a few warm ups exercises.
    Day6it felt good. i was going doing good on the exercise that i wasn’t performing well.
    Day7m half way through the challenge. m getting better at the exercises but side planks aren’t my things.

  • I did this challenge a few months ago and honestly I felt like everywhere I went and everything I did was quite. But I also realized how much time I had on my hands to do things. I did it during school so it was complicated to follow with homework because my class had a group chat where they would give information so sometimes we would start at like 10 am and I got to school at 8am not knowing the info…. Anyways was a good experience overall to see that I wasn’t THAT addicted to it.

  • I am having intense lower back pain. It’s been 1 week already but still I can feel that burn in lower back. Is it okay? I am little worried if it’s not. I am mostly focusing in reducing belly fat.

  • People saying that they don’t see these kinds of results in the gym….what have you been doing at the gym������. Going to the gym to convince yourself that you are working out even though you aren’t really doing much or what? Results will come depending on what workouts you do wether it’s at home or at the gym or outdoors or wherever.

  • Going on 4 months of working out now. I’m still nowhere near where I want to be and still get frustrated that I haven’t been able to lose my stomach fat. I went from a 7 to a size 4 now. I got so discouraged at my body imagine as of recently that I quit the gym for a week and that only made me feel worse about myself. I need to work harder and seeing your journey gets me motivated to achieve what I deserve/want.

  • I had lengthy period of illness where I was bedridden for about 6 months recently and ever since I have developed a full blown addiction to my phone. I get anxious when I’m not being distracted in one way or another (lol yesterday I was reading a book and had a YouTube video playing in the background not loud enough to hear but just as white noise). I know it was initially a coping mechanism to block out the physical pain I was in during every moment but the longer the habit sticks, the more and more unhealthy it’s becoming. Phone broke abt a two weeks ago and i haven’t fixed it yet and it’s really been a breath of fresh air and helped me move in the right direction:^)

  • Did this for the first time this morning, such a fun and good work out! I am soo sloppy on my kicks though, and need a chair for balance on move 2 but im tryin to not be to hard on myself about it.

  • I used to weight 54 kg and now I weight 92 kg; I used to be obsessed with taking care of my body and I actually did pretty well. Then, from one day to the next, I started to care less, I began eating unhealthy meals, even as far as to replacing the healthy things with unhealthy things. As a result, I gained massive weight really fast and all that work I used to put in my body went away in a blink of an eye. All together I lost motivation and I have yet to find it. I’m very proud of you and I’m happy you were able to reach your goal! You serve as an inspiration to many and I’m glad you’re keeping it real! Thanks!
