  • Lately, I have put my self hate on a loved one and this helped alot. Its exhausting to be negative to yourself and others and it’s not worth the pain you put yourself through or them. Then you start to give yourself a different image to others and positive people don’t attract to negative people because it brings them down.   • My father died of heart faliure in June. My close friend died of cancer in July. I’ve moved 2 hours away from home with my fiance and I’ve started a new remote job. I have been so stressed out.

    IDK how to tell you this, but we are in serious need of meditation in order to raise our vibrations. And, the meditations will also help us to relinquish the past, and welcome the new future. The reason why it’s so urgent is because we had the 36 year window, 18 years before, and 18 years after December 21, 2012. And, it is not clear how much longer Kryon will be our guide through this human evolution.   • I decided a few months ago that caring for myself is my number 1 priority. Self love.
    I go to sleep when I’m tired.. no more FOMO. I’ve priorities pampering with a focus on skin care and dry brushing. Its my personal gift to myself. I feel more confident in my skin. I journal my feelings as much as I can.
    I’m still learning more ways to care for myself

    I’m becoming more confident and being a person I actually like.

    *It has pushed my 5 year relationship to it’s tipping point because not accepting shit anymore. I’d much rather be alone by myself with someone (me) who loves me than feeling lonely with someone*

  • Lately, I have put my self hate on a loved one and this helped alot. Its exhausting to be negative to yourself and others and it’s not worth the pain you put yourself through or them. Then you start to give yourself a different image to others and positive people don’t attract to negative people because it brings them down. If you become more positive then you begin to attract more positive energy that’s almost like a high and it’s the best feeling.

  • i really like her voice. She has a lovely mellow quality in how she speaks. I get the feeling that she speaks from within the state that she wants to help us create in ourselves. It certainly works for me! I also appreciate that she includes forgiveness, which is something I include a lot in my own work.

  • The experience was beyond words. I was in a boyancy state. It took literally 2 minutes or more to open the eyes after the meditation was over.
    I am my own date. I am my own valentine. I am enough for myself. I am love. I am the universe for myself. I don’t need anyone to approve me or certify me to be complete. I have accepted the way I am. I never judge or don’t myself. All I know is I am a divine son of the God and I love myself.

  • I needed this a lot more then i thought today. I started my practice today on the verge of mental breakdown and this is easily what kept me from it. I feel heard, validated, and was able to convince myself that I really was worthy of love all from a 13 minute video. I couldn’t hold the tears anymore when you told us to smile, even if it was fake.   • People call me “crazy lady.” Then say, “Oh I am just kidding.” It triggers me it hurts. I have told them not to say it and they keep doing it. I express frustration and I am done because it keeps happening. Self love starts with removing assholes like that out of my life. Good thing is they are people I work with.   • I have and pretty much always had an eating disorder, and want to lose weight. I tried to recover but failed. I hated the way my body looked and I felt ashmed for who I am. I also just hated me in general. My face, my behavior and everything. But my main goal was to lose weight. All I wanted was to look in the mirror and be happy with what I see. So I relapsed and started dieting and exercising. However… It did not turn out the way I wanted. I have developed a binge eating disorder, and couldn’t help it. When I woke up I was determinated and motivated to lose weight but as the day went by I just felt like “I dont care” and binged. Repeat. So basically it was just and endless cycle of restriction and binge. I started to get so tired and sick of it, I wanted to stop binging and just “live my life” lose the weight and be happy. And it was like this to this day. Started the morning as usual, grossed out with myself but I said that this time I can do this. And it was just like the other days but in the middle of the day I was just exercising in my room. I looked in the mirror and… I realised what I had done to my body. I realised, that if I ever wanted to change my body I have to learn to accept it and love it. I won’t lose weight in two weeks by restricting and excercising. If I want a succesfull weightloss I need to be patient and in ordee to be patient I had to learn to love myself. I still have my eating disorder of course but… now I know. I know what it’s doing to my health… I try to recover. I’ll try my best to love myself, recover but also lose weight to be fully happy with my body!

  • I’ve started doing an appreciation prayer before every meal! I do this by saying “I love my food, on my food loves me.” and this helps me manifest a better diet and body! I hope this inspires someone out there:)����������

  • I looove your energy �� been listening every day and trying to intentionally flood my mind with good vibes, love, peace manifesting. Been listening in the background at work on overnight shifts. I figure if i hear it enough I’ll start to feel my thoughts being positively affected, and I am. By the way, 333 comments and I saw 555 twice today. One time I slammed on my breaks to see 555 on the license plate right in front of me, and then on my odometer. I had to laugh. I took a break in my relationship because my boyfriend hurts me and other people by being snarky (which absolutely turns me off and does not match my vibration AT ALL) and being by being defensive when I confront him. We’ve talked about it many many times and he is truly healing, and he’s starting to recognize the impact it has on other people and himself (he will notice when he is being snarky and impatient and verbalize it instead of acting on it, and he’s also not as defensive when he’s being confronted) and I’m so proud of him for that. But I feel like I’ve been so freaking hurt from this relationship and that I need to heal from it. I don’t even know if I could go back to our relationship… I feel like even if he doesn’t hurt me anymore, a partner/boyfriend shouldn’t even have hurt me in the first place. It’s so confusing and difficult. I keep going back and forth between wanting to leave the relationship and wanting to try again one more time. It’s hard and it hurts a lot.

    Then I wanted my lavender eye pillow when you said close your eyes.
    Once I got back from retrieving that…. I then wanted a soft cuddly blankets.

  • lately i’ve noticed myself lacking in confidence and it’s made me wanna cry (fortunately haven’t yet). everyone around me seems to be growing up and becoming these amazing people and i feel left behind but i told myself i should not compare myself to others because that’s not how you should measure what you accomplished. you measure by how far you’ve come and what you have done to get there. anyone reading this comment, including myself, should never stop self loving. at the end of the day, you really only have yourself and to love others, you have to learn how to love yourself first.:)

  • I decided a few months ago that caring for myself is my number 1 priority. Self love.
    I go to sleep when I’m tired.. no more FOMO. I’ve priorities pampering with a focus on skin care and dry brushing. Its my personal gift to myself. I feel more confident in my skin. I journal my feelings as much as I can.
    I’m still learning more ways to care for myself

    I’m becoming more confident and being a person I actually like.

  • The concept of a personal policy is a good idea! I think there are so many small little habits that aren’t that great but that we indulge in and we don’t even think about it! One of the things for me can be letting myself run with a train of thought when I know it’s the last thing I want to think about. Meditation has been incredibly helpful for me! ☺️

  • For every action in nature there is an equal opposite reaction. That entity made the world cold while keeping it self warm. It took care of its self at the expense of others energy.     The Scientists of the world

    Subject: Divine Transformation of Human Being

    Namaskar!!

    Western researchers of Physical Sciences are unable to understand my message to them for their limited knowledge of Vedic Psychology. They are looking at me with suspicion because for them religion has become a profession. It is unfortunate but true that throughout the world, religion is now commonly perceived as a profession.

    Spiritual Science begins from the point where physical sciences end and goes much ahead of them. It explains the working method for evolutionary development of mankind by which all problems of humanity will be solved and mankind will reach the highest evolutionary stage.

    All the scientists of physical sciences should leave their prejudices and research, with an open mind, on the philosophy explained by Maharishi Sri Aurobindo. They can not ignore this important task any longer since their limited knowledge has failed to solve the problems before the mankind. According to Indian Yoga Philosophy:

    “Everything here is the projected shadow or symbolic translation of a light or a force that is behind, on another plane. This whole world is a vast symbol. Science analyzes phenomena, puts gravitation, atomic fission and fusion etc into equation, but it only sees the effect, never the real cause. The yogi sees the cause before the effect. A scientist can deduce a cause from the effect; a yogi deduces the effects from the cause. He can even deduce effects that do not yet exist from a cause that already exists, the accident that will happen tomorrow from the force of the accident that is already there, behind. The scientist manipulates effect and sometimes brings about catastrophes; the yogi manipulates the cause or rather identifies with the cause, and can change the effects, or as Sri Aurobindo puts it, ‘habits’, that we call laws.”

    Therefore, it is not impossible for a yogi to know about the earthquakes before they actually occur.

    Thousands of my disciples, during Spiritual Meditation and stage of Samadhi (Profound meditation in union with the Absolute), are able to see the events about to happen in the future and hear the words, about to be spoken with respect to those future events much before they actually happen. Physical science has not developed up to this stage till now.

    According to the experience of ancient yogis……., Agni (fire) is threefold:

    Ordinary fire or ‘Jada Agni’
    Electric fire or ‘Vaidyuta Agni’
    Solar fire or ‘Saura Agni’
    Science is only aware of the first and second types of these fires. The third fire remains unknown to it.

    In the supreme Mantra of Vedas, ‘Gayatri Mantra’, the yogi prays to receive this divine light (third fire) within. This divine light appeared within me in an innocent way in 1967-68. Unlike the first two fires, this divine fire does not burn but brings calmness to the Sadhaka. According to Indian Philosophy, this is known as ‘Nirgun Niraakar Siddhi’ (Attainment Of Unqualified Absolute Being).

    Mother, an associate of Sri Aurobindo, during yogic condition, sitting in Pondichery, visualized this divine light that appeared within me at Bikaner (Rajasthan) and declared:

    1968: “Powerful and prolonged infiltration of Supramental force into the body, everywhere at the same time, as though the whole body bathed in the forces that entered everywhere at the same time with a slight friction, the head down to the neck was the last receptive region.”

    1969: “On the 1st January, 1969 at two o’clock in the morning, a consciousness descended into the earth’s atmosphere and settled there. It was a most marvelous decent, full of light, force, power, joy and peace and suffused the whole earth.

    “Since the beginning of this year a ‘new consciousness’ is at work upon earth to prepare man for a ‘new creation’, the superman.

    …………………………..“ All that is of the future, a future that has begun but will take some time before realising itself integrally. In the meanwhile, we are in a very special situation, extremely special, which has had no precedent. We are attending on the birth of a new world, altogether young, altogether weak weak not in its essence, but in its external manifestation, not yet recognized, not yet felt – denied by most, but it is there, it is there endeavouring to grow and quite sure of the result. Yet the road to reach there is a new road that has never before traced, none went by that way, none did that. It is a beginning, a universal beginning; therefore, it is an adventure absolutely unexpected and unforeseeable.”

    Later, in 1984, I also attained the ‘Sagun Saakar Siddhi’ (Attainment of Positively Qualified Supreme Being). This also happened involuntarily and in an innocent manner. Sri Aurobindo explained about it:

    “Action of force under conditions”

    “As for the force, I shall write some other time. I have told you that it is not always efficacious, but works under conditions like all forces, ‘it is only Supramental force that works absolutely, because it creates its own conditions’. But the force I am using is a force that has to work under the present world conditions.”

    I have come out before the world to provide complete peace to the mankind using the force that is referred to as ‘Supramental force’ by Sri Aurobindo. Nothing is impossible for this power. Due to this power all human beings are getting cured of all types of incurable diseases, physical and mental, and getting rid of all types of addictions without experiencing any problem.

    According to Vedic Psychology, whole Universe is present within human body. Therefore, Biologists, Astronomers, Geologists and all other scientists can find solutions to their problems through this Yoga. Sri Aurobindo has said about it:

    “Scientists, if they remain truthful, would be the first to reach the absolute truth”.

    Therefore, Scientists will be able to predict exactly about the possible earthquakes, which is considered impossible by modern sciences today. Scientists of USA based NASA, will get unprecedented success in their endeavours through this yoga.

    It may be possible to explain the yogic cure of acquired diseases like AIDS, but it is not possible for medical science to cure congenital or hereditary ailments. This impossible looking task has also been made possible by the Indian yoga philosophy. A patient of Haemophilia, Master Hemant, has been cured through Siddha Yoga. His cure is an open challenge to physical sciences.

    Therefore, I affectionately invite world scientists with diverse faiths to come forward and explore the TRUTH.

  • I needed this today.. very timely, my self worth has been at an all time low recently… i don’t feel i am being nurtured by any one.. as it is me that does the nurturing with no return.. i can’t seem to remedy this.( goes back to childhood) and given no value.. i am working on it.. and these great meditations help.. it’s trying to stay with that self empowerment and self love i find difficult.

  • One thing people miss ON PURPOSE to explain is:
    Sarcasm requires intelligence.
    It can not be learned. Its a trait of people who are “past it” You have to understand the irrelevance of miniscule and are using it to subtly ridicule itself.
    Its pretty much Science jokes regular people understand. They have a deeper meaning but even on surface they are amusing and provocative. But they are multi layered.
    Why Ryan had trouble to Push the line at the table there was because of one more thing: Setup
    Sarcasm is an exposition of intelligence and mind sharpness. Its a momentary response to a situation including alot of knowledge and correlation to dish out sarcasm in moments notice.
    It’s basically a display of Owning the situation.
    So when He was forced to do it out of context,over and over again,the brain actually looped on itself and said: “Wait why are we doing this again?”
    People actually get offended by being said to that they cant be sarcastic if they aren’t “gifted” and as violin You can still play it, but rarely you can Own it.
    But realistically if you take into account what makes sarcasm effective or not its:
    What words to use, what tone to use, how offensive will you go, who do you target with it, did the situation set itself or did you setup the situation for it, reading WHEN, How and most importantly How much?
    These all require quite alot of wits to get in 1 moment so that’s why its a feat more than a fluke.
    People like to think its Hulk throwing a car randomly and killing the bad guy,where in all reality is more like Tony Stark Exploding the Virtual structure picking whats good removing whats unnecessary,connecting bits, applying know how than smashing it back to marble size and using it.

  • My filter, for keeping things light and humorous when and where needed is to joke “often” not all the time. People know that I have a sense of humor, but I also know when to “dial it in” and be serious too. That’s the differential for me. As a 911 Operator, people know I do have a serious side, but I have a lighter side too. If people know that you joke around on a regular basis, but also know when its time to be serious this has a two fold benefit. First, it lets people know that you do have a serious, “business side” to your personality. Second, it also lets people know that I have a sense of humor too. Its important to have both sides of that. But when you do let your humorous side out, follow steps 2-4 and you will have nothing to worry about.

  • I’m not gonna use this meditation if there’s several ads in the middle, I don’t understand what’s the point? It severely disrupts the flow.

  • changing the way you talk to yourself is really hard, so here’s a tip that helped me a lot: start using the word ‘maybe’, you cannot go from “I’m not beautiful, I hate myself” to “I’m in love with myself” in one day, start doubting your negative thoughts ♡ maybe you’re not that bad 😉
