It can be tough to stay healthy when traveling. How To Stay Healthy While On Vacation. Vacations are a time to rest, rejuvenate and explore a time for travelers to experience the sights, sounds and culture of the town they are visiting without the stresses of everyday life.

The good news is that there are some fun and simple tricks that can make a big difference in finding the right. Write It Out Before you go, make a list of health info in case of an emergency.   • Its much easier to eat healthy in France, lots of options and Paris is really made for walking or biking. My mother still lives there so i am accustomed to it. I notice, like you, that i eat more slowly there than here. What arrondissment did you stay in.? One thing, in France it is not usually to carry away your leftovers. Did you manage to do this?   • Thank you Thomas, Great advice. i know that a lot of ppl try to not eat through the entire day before they get to the meal. and that can be bad because when you sit down on a holiday table starving you can eat even 3K calories and over without even realizing it. And after you havent eaten almost anything the whole day your metabolism slows down which adds salt to injury. So thats a no no. Eating foods with lots of fiber to help you fill up which have lower calories is a better alternative, presuming you cant do a HIIT before the party.

  • DO NOT make their disinfectant spray. You need to use 99 PERCENT isopropyl alcohol for the concentration of your spray to be above 60 percent. DO NOT listen to Blossom. They are a content farm who only cares about your money. While they may seem reliable, they are not. Additionally: you CANNOT just add any amount of bleach to water. MEASURE the amount of water you are using, and add the appropriate amount of bleach. And please, whenever using bleach, WEAR THICK GLOVES.

  • One of the top reasons we NEED to exercise REGULARLY and DAILY where possible is to help us keep regular, bowel movement wise!! in general if you feel sick-constoipated, then do some exercise and it will help and speed up the process. Yes, some do have medical issues that interfere with this

  • I would love to have the travel tips when you’re not on vacation… like choosing food from rest stops and gas stations (I find that a struggle)… and travel days when you’re stuck in airports or a moving car all day. Drinking water then is super important as well, I learned. We took yearly 18 hour drives to see family and we finally got our routine figured out. My boys (then aged 4 and 6) learned to enjoy drinking from water bottles in the car during those drives.

    Any tips from you are great… I’ve learned a lot and am figuring out how to adapt to my personal needs.

My husband is having problem with eating bread for many years since we living in Dubai, we always thought he is having issue with gluten,but we recently found that when I bake the bread at home with organic non processed flour, guess what he is absolutely fine with it!!!

  • I agree that focusing on whole unprocessed foods is beneficial to fight off those cravings. For my own diet I just increase the amount of fiber to combat all the sweets and add some extra cardio or a bit more volume in the gym. In the end it turns out to be caloric maintenance, you get to enjoy your favorite foods and also build some muscle in the process

  • GUYS! This is from a professional in getting constipation (since I was 3 I would get it constantly) so here is some tips.

    1. RECOGNIZE IT EARLY, I used to go without pooping for 2 months, IT WAS HELL to say the least, it feels like your toes are full of poo as well. So if you have gone past when usually poop (it’s different for everyone I know some go as late as once a week mines usually 1-2 days) you probably are constipated
    2. Eat fiber! Fiber helps with poo. It can help and prevent future constipation.
    3. Often I find that drinking water doesn’t actually HELP pushing put the turd, but it helps prevent, so I don’t honestly recommend water
    4. GET A SQUATY POTTY. They help you get in the pooping position that helps it come out easier, I swear by them a LOT
    5. LAXATIVES AND STOOL SOFTNERS DON’T WORK ON EVERYONE. I’ve tried stool softeners and laxatives EVERY TIME I’ve had constipation (more then 10 times I’ve had constipation). They have not worked.
    6. MAGNESIUM MIGHT WORK. I have used a magnesia drink with constipation and it worked pretty good!
    7. TRY VASELINE. Now this might sound really gross and stuff, but putting some Vaseline between your cheeks (you know what cheeks constipated peeps). It can help the poo slide out. I’ve tried it. But It doesn’t work EVERY time!
    8. SUPPOSITORIES I SWEAR BY EVERY TIME. if you have done everything you can try a suppository. THEY WORK IN 15-30 WAS MINUTES. Look up how to use them if you don’t know how.
    9. Somtimes, nothing will work for you, you just gotta push and scream it out. I did it just now, it hurt really bad it felt like I was giving birth to a 30 pound poo. But it came out. I RECOMMEND TAKING A BATH AFTER THIS CAUSE YOUR BUTT WILL REALLY BE SORE AND HURT! The bath often helps with the pain

    I really hope these tips might work for you and reply of they did constipated peeps! If they didn’t you can reply to that too and maybe say what DID work and I might add that too <3

The grocery stores in Sri Lanka dont have as much variety as Australia. Most often if the produce is not in season, then you cant buy it, unless you know the few that does hehe, so the produce is much fresher too and in season. The produce even tastes much better and real there

  • I work in a quick food family restaurant in the us and i was trying to explain that the food here is le blah compared to like, most of the rest of the world and got told “we have really high quality meat and stuff here” and i was just kind of like “naah.” i indicated that i might consider giving up vegetarianism for the duration of a trip to italy because the food is just //better//. they seemed to disagree, well i seem to disagree with them!

  • This totally happened to us when we went to Mexico City to get married, we didn’t feel like we needed 3 meals, but what we ate we enjoyed and took our time with and the food was so fresh and delicious.   • Drinking makes you feel better when you’re hungover? When I’m hungover the thought of more alcohol makes me sick. lol I never understood how people could just continue drinking in the morning.   • This totally happened to us when we went to Mexico City to get married, we didn’t feel like we needed 3 meals, but what we ate we enjoyed and took our time with and the food was so fresh and delicious. We walked all day, by the time the wedding came around my dress fit so much nicer, and even after the honeymoon (we stayed at an all inclusive with buffets all day) we didn’t gain weight.

  • You’re so dumb. The reason you didn’t gain is because you maintained energy balance. Secondly, you don’t gain weight from eating more of a certain macronutrient. I hate it when people like you who spread pseudoscience.

  • Constipation home remedy:
    Roast in low flame separately for 10 mins each:
    Fenugreek 2 /3 cup
    Cumin 1 /3 cup
    Black cumin 1/3 cup
    Carom seeds 1 /3 cup

    Switch the stove off.
    Use the hot pan (without flame) to roast:
    Flax seed 1/3 cup

    After each of above ingredient cools down, separately grind each in a small food processor. Finally mix all 5 together.

    Store in a air tight container with spoon in itself.

    Consume 1 teaspoon of this powder every night before sleep. Follow this religiously for few days for better results.

    You can thank me later. ��

    (Avoid consuming during menstruation).

  • Ok so I have been dealing with constipation the past 5 days and I’m kinda hesitant about some things maybe you guys can help me, I do take laxatives and I actually do go to the toilet and poop (not a lot) but there is that one piece that isnt coming out so my mom investigated it and to told it’s like a pimple in your bum but at the same I can’t believe cuz I kinda feel like its blocking some of my poop, can someone pls tell me who’s right?

  • that’s how I don’t understand what’s happening to me. I used to have a very regular toilet habit. But then one day I have a serious constipation problem. I thought I solved that problem that night but no. Till now I am still having a big trouble with my toilet habit. I exercise a lot, and I drink enough water, and I also eat a lot vegetables ( cuz I like eating vegetables) I went to the doctor and after the checking, he said everything is fine.

  • when i drink water with two tablespoons of stool softener it makes my poop even harder like wHAtnow time to suffer more:D
    and i have had constipation almost my whole life (NOT STRAIGHT, IT COMES AND GOES.) my whole life i have suffered with this darn constipation.

  • GUYS! This is from a professional in getting constipation (since I was 3 I would get it constantly) so here is some tips.

    1. RECOGNIZE IT EARLY, I used to go without pooping for 2 months, IT WAS HELL to say the least, it feels like your toes are full of poo as well. So if you have gone past when usually poop (it’s different for everyone I know some go as late as once a week mines usually 1-2 days) you probably are constipated
    2. Eat fiber! Fiber helps with poo. It can help and prevent future constipation.
    3. Often I find that drinking water doesn’t actually HELP pushing put the turd, but it helps prevent, so I don’t honestly recommend water
    4. GET A SQUATY POTTY. They help you get in the pooping position that helps it come out easier, I swear by them a LOT
    5. LAXATIVES AND STOOL SOFTNERS DON’T WORK ON EVERYONE. I’ve tried stool softeners and laxatives EVERY TIME I’ve had constipation (more then 10 times I’ve had constipation). They have not worked.
    6. MAGNESIUM MIGHT WORK. I have used a magnesia drink with constipation and it worked pretty good!
    7. TRY VASELINE. Now this might sound really gross and stuff, but putting some Vaseline between your cheeks (you know what cheeks constipated peeps). It can help the poo slide out. I’ve tried it. But It doesn’t work EVERY time!
    8. SUPPOSITORIES I SWEAR BY EVERY TIME. if you have done everything you can try a suppository. THEY WORK IN 15-30 WAS MINUTES. Look up how to use them if you don’t know how.
    9. Somtimes, nothing will work for you, you just gotta push and scream it out. I did it just now, it hurt really bad it felt like I was giving birth to a 30 pound poo. But it came out. I RECOMMEND TAKING A BATH AFTER THIS CAUSE YOUR BUTT WILL REALLY BE SORE AND HURT! The bath often helps with the pain

    I really hope these tips might work for you and reply of they did constipated peeps! If they didn’t you can reply to that too and maybe say what DID work and I might add that too <3

  • DO NOT make their disinfectant spray. You need to use 99 PERCENT isopropyl alcohol for the concentration of your spray to be above 60 percent. DO NOT listen to Blossom. They are a content farm who only cares about your money. While they may seem reliable, they are not. Additionally: you CANNOT just add any amount of bleach to water. MEASURE the amount of water you are using, and add the appropriate amount of bleach. And please, whenever using bleach, WEAR THICK GLOVES.
