By Steve Kamb • Last Updated: November 11, 2015 • 18 comments. It’s back, baby! We launched Nerd Fitness Yoga on Nerd Fitness to a test group and 2,000+ rebels took the plunge.

Over the past few months, it’s been an absolute blast interacting with them on the NF Yoga Facebook Group and watching them. Nerd Fitness: A fitness website for nerds and average Joes. Helping you lose weight, get stronger, live better. Nerd Fitness Yoga is Now Available (Until Friday!) Nerd Fitness Yoga is finally here! After a year+ of planning, an intense week of filming back in February, and six months of development, we’re finally launching our first new product in almost two years!

Nerd Fitness Yoga is officially available for the next four days!Nerd Fitness Yoga has 2,840 members. Welcome! This group is for members of Nerd Fitness Yoga. If you have a different name on Facebook than you used for.

Born from Makoa Combatives Group martial training group in Portland, Oregon. I transitioned more into keeping fit as one gets older. Now, Nerd of Fitness is (or will be) the culmination of all the experience & resources collected over the years. I have her Yoga TV DVD and the Team Unity Fitness DVDboth are a bit campy in the way that many home fitness DVDs are but Kris is a great teacher, and you can really tell (especially in the latter DVD) that she firmly believes in the mind-body-energy side of Ryoho Yoga.

Most of the stuff I do is floor based. Why I Didn’t Buy Nerd Fitness, And You Shouldn’t Either: Steve, the leader at Nerd Fitness, definitely means well. I love how he admits he’s a nerd who liked fitness, so he decided to combine the two to create sort of a game out of it, and I know he is just trying to help people. For my Master’s in UX Design, I’m looking into our favorite fitness site, Nerd Fitness, to see how users interact with the various content and premium features. Help me out by filling out this quick survey and let me know (via the survey) if you’d be willing to be interviewed (30 minutes max) via webcam about your Nerd Fitness experience!

What exactly do you mean by “doing Nerd Fitness”? There are a bunch of things on the site: various workouts on the blog (free and of varying quality), accountability challenges in the forums (free and totally awesome, IMO; the community is fantastic and the guild mini challenges are really fun), the Academy (costs money, I love the quests functionality, I’ve been having good.

  • I love this! Thanks for posting it. I haven’t worked out in a long time but when I saw this it gave me the motivation to start working out again. I found the padawan exercises very approachable for a beginner, and the encouragement to rest when you need to. I had to take a break towards the end with the pushups and I was able to feel good about working out instead of guilty for not finishing the set. I hope this is just the beginning for me, I’m looking forward to working up to the higher levels.

  • Great 2 soyboys and a girl who got bored easily and didn’t even finish the challenge. typical Buzzfeed. Surprised the game wasn’t dinged for not promoting sjw. But no before and after weight/BMI measurements, no before/after body pics. Waste of a vid pretty much but then that’d Buzzfeed in a nutshell.

  • The correct positioning for floor push ups presumes a strength that most of us don’t have when we start doing push ups. My arms are fairly strong as a I do a variety of lifts but I still find push ups difficult, particularly on the wrists, elbows and toes.

  • The guy in the red and the camera man are judgmental and annoying. The man in the green is very professional and straightforward. No judgment, just education.

  • Nobody has been able to encouraged me to workout but you. Your workout programs are adjustable, suited by pace and easy to stick on. Thanks a ton man.

  • Thank you for the really thorough explanation. I was chicken-winging it for years and was wondering why certain groups weren’t getting worked out. Much appreciated!

  • ok that means Ive been doing them ‘wrong’ every day for the past 2 yrs…always put my arms/elbows way out. does that mean Ive done some damage to muscles etc?

  • I’ve been using this routine for about a month and I can now comfortably get my elbows on the ground when in the lunge position. Note I’m already flexible as is

  • I know that its not good but I like that some forgot to do some of it. I can see myself into it! because I am lazy. I think I will get it because just getting some type of excersize will help me.

  • I’m 47, I had 10 kids. Started on Tom’s exercises today! It feels really good to be more flexible. I can feel the effects even after just one time. I hope to do these often and not to feel like an old lady with everything stiff and squeaking at every turn! Wish me luck!!

  • Great video to learn great technique.

The silly clips inserts were not necessary. (Apart from the one at the end which did make me chuckle. ).

  • What if you’re overweight and the extra weight of your belly makes it hard to know if you’re in a straight line? I’m naturally included to drop my hips on one hand and on another my belly would always reach the ground first before my shoulders anyway. Any advice?

  • Wishing everyone a beautiful day and may you have a peaceful and beautiful life full of joy and happiness✨✨. It doesn’t matter from which religion or race we’ve come from. we’re all in this together. Love to you all

  • Hey Tom! Just wanted to say thank you for helping me with my flexibility. I ship out august 11 for special warfare in the AirForce and my body feels amazing!

  • Day 1 and it was like climbing a mountain: first part was fine but got harder and harder the more I tried to climb up.

    Workout felt good though!

  • I literally can not do more than four of the exercises from this including the first three. The hardest ones were the ones on my knees. This is so disappointing to me

  • really useful thanks! Iv’e been suffering from a lot more injury’s recently during lockdown (probably because of more treadmill running than outdoor running) and I needed a good stretch

  • Hi Tom Merrick. I have seen the video where you talk about how often to stretch, I got a question. Is it possible to do one of your morning routines in the morning, and then do this one in the evening or is that too much stretching and thus counterproductive?:) Sorry if you answered it already elsewhere, but I havent found anything on that particular question. Cheers Tom, awesome videos, touched my toes with straight legs for the first time in ages!

  • total begginner here. couldn’t figure out how to do the child pose with pec twist. feel i either didn’t have enough strength or was just laying on the ground not stretching anything

  • Fantastic, easy and helpful. Make you learn a lot about the benefits of yoga and stretching and get to know your body s flexibility and improve it. Thanks!

  • i’m 20 years old,out of shape and I sit all day. you just fixed my lower back for free. I appreciate you because it’s been going on for about 4 months months lol. thank you I’m gonna start doing this every day. stay healthy

  • I only did the neck, back, and arm exercise and I feel good.less tense, even more If I put this into my routine after a hard night at work. Have to be consistent! Time too rearrange The room. Ty Bro

  • total begginner here. couldn’t figure out how to do the child pose with pec twist. feel i either didn’t have enough strength or was just laying on the ground not stretching anything

  • I used to not workout at all. I bought ring fit 2 months ago and have used it for around 40 days. I started on difficulty 7 and could barely handle 5min each time. Now I’m on difficulty 17 and work out 30 minutes. I feel so much better both physically and mentally. Sure it’s not the best way to get muscle mass even though I found muscles I didn’t know I have and I have gained a bit of muscles. But it helps you feel better for sure and I’m motivated to go and do other stuff. Honestly this game has changed my life.

  • Wonderful that you are moving. For beginners, be mindful of your alignment. This video does not give proper alignment instructions. His form in updog is completely misaligned.

  • i bought a long magic mirror, of a market for 40 pounds in london,.i took it home, i stood it in my bedroom.i said magic mirror on the wall make my penis touch the floor, and jesus my legs fell off..

  • Mobility is more fundamental than strength because it allows you to put your body in advantageous positions where your need for brute strength is decreased

  • This cool down routine has been a game changer for my hamstrings (always so tight!!!!!!) and lower body. I absolutely love how scientific she is and how she explains which muscle groups are being stretched for each move.

  • Hi enjoyed that stretch. Thank you. What stretches do you recommend for asthma patients. I was recently diagnosed with asthma. I experienced lots of short of breathes. I was told to do lots of deep breathing. Do you have videos for deep breathing.

  • After wasting more than 1000 hours on searching of flexibility videos. Finally I landed on a good guided video. Thank you for uploading

  • for first timers the transition time between stretches is way too short, by the time I’ve gotten into position it’s already counting 3 seconds left on the hold. I have to keep pausing it to allow me time to hold the stretch before you change it:(

  • Sir, there is any exercise routine for make strong nervous system. My whole body is shivering when I does some hard work. Sir I want to overcome my shivering problem could you make a video on this.

  • I swear this works like MAGIC! I had soreness from working out for the first time yesterday and i like know nothing about working out so i googled “how to deal with the muscle pain after working out?” and i found this and gave it a try i swear my paiinn is liike gonnne i just wish i knew about cooldown stretches earlier..

  • @ChloeTing Can you PLEASE make a video for all of us who dont feel like doing the workouts and you say motivational stuff to INSPIRE US INTO DOING IT??? i know for a fact that its very much so needed lmaoo

  • For people wondering whether or not they should bother with the cool down, I would HIGHLY recommend doing it.
I have been doing Chloe Ting challenges for a little over a week now. At the beginning I would just do the workouts, and move on with my day. I was so sore whenever I woke up the next day and it hurt to even walk (keep in mind I am someone who has never seriously worked out before.) I started doing the warm-up and cool down before and after every day’s required workouts and I noticed a HUGE difference in how I felt. I am less sore and I feel much better when I’m working out. They might seem like a waste of time, but you will feel so much better if you do the cool down

  • That Is a very good stretch especially the shaking of the head backwards, forwards and side to side, can feel it in the middle of the upper back. Thanks Chloe for this quick stretch I will be doing many times

  • Omg this is so relaxing, normally when I do head down exercises and after getting up I felt head pain but this exercises made me feel relax, thanks Chloe ting

  • I think you overestimate what some beginners are capable of. Doing most of this is something I might aspire to, but to find it called easy and for beginners is dispiriting. It’s not even just the flexibility required that I lack, but the muscle strength and fitness to get into and hold the positions five minutes of failing at this was exhausting and left my whole body shaking.

  • When u just wanted to end your workout session with a lil stretch but an other abs workout video starts to play a the end of the stretch

  • Omg slow down will ya! By the time you change poses you lose half the time. Too many people on Youtube just want to show off their pretty bodies and their (usually lack of) film making. Terrible video!

  • Nope. You’re going wrong about it and I’m not going to share with anyone my secrets on how to work them glutes without them going flabby a year or two later haha (:

  • I’ve been feeling very insecure about my body lately so I started the flat tummy workout challenge. All these days I’ve been feeling very good even though it’s been tough. I wasn’t depressed for the longest time in a while. Today was my 9th day and I suddenly bursted out crying because I’ve been through a lot of stress today.
After the cooldown I felt relieved and I just want to say thank you❤️.
My body improved a lot and I hope I’ll keep pushing through.

  • This cool down routine has been a game changer for my hamstrings (always so tight!!!!!!) and lower body. I absolutely love how scientific she is and how she explains which muscle groups are being stretched for each move.

  • Thank you for the workout. Very useful stretches. Just some feedback tho: it would be helpful to explain the exact body positioning especially for people who have never done these stretches before

  • me:does child pose
me:smells*ooo we are having onion soup
my MUM:nope its ur armpits sweaty
    me:oh

Im dying i feel im gping to throw up but i kept thinking i am closer to my goal sp i didt stop.

  • Hey Tom! Just wanted to say thank you for helping me with my flexibility. I ship out august 11 for special warfare in the AirForce and my body feels amazing!

  • I’ve been doing these stretches for about a month now after my workouts and I’m honestly shook by how much my flexibility has improved. Thanks Chloe!

  • as an injured person, kinda curious on the impact that Adrian had with this work out. Had a back injury in July of last year, and wondering if this game is something I should wait on. Not sure if the game offers modifications. e.g. my sciatic nerve is still messed up and my right arch is totally weak. This means no running or jumping. can I walk?

  • for first timers the transition time between stretches is way too short, by the time I’ve gotten into position it’s already counting 3 seconds left on the hold. I have to keep pausing it to allow me time to hold the stretch before you change it:(

  • i just had 30mins full body HIIT & this stretching is definitely relaxing and slowed down my heart rate & breathing. The backgrd music and the voice is calming too

  • At 3:53 when she twists her leg around so her foot is back by her butt… yeah, don’t do that. That position is bad for your knees. Instead just keep your foot tucked into your thigh on your other leg, or just do a full straddle position for that stretch.

  • You are so beautiful with your sexy body and your sexy butt it is so sexy baby and your sexy round butt baby that is so sexy baby with your sexy legs baby you are so fine as hell baby doing them exercise sweetie and your skin tone color that is so sexy baby you are so flexible baby with your cute self baby and your baby face sweetie

  • nena! Tienes el aura Y el poder,

    hombre que te suele conocer.
    ha! ha! ha! Muah❤️
Veo arcoíris estrellitas Y el Edén!..

  • I literally can not do more than four of the exercises from this including the first three. The hardest ones were the ones on my knees. This is so disappointing to me

  • That was one of your best yoga videos ever. I enjoyed the camera angles of this video and wish that you would use more of the view from your feet. You have excellent assets.

• really useful thanks! Iv’e been suffering from a lot more injury’s recently during lockdown (probably because of more treadmill running than outdoor running) and I needed a good stretch

  • Ok, I got Ring Fit on Monday and I beat the World 2 boss on Tuesday. 6:35 this guy’s on Day 20 and only just got there? He hasn’t been playing the game AT ALL.

  • Okay, what’s the point of this video if all of them just kind of quit work on it? Maybe you should remake this challange into “Try to Finish Ring Fit’s adventure mode under 3 months” or sometin’. since it looks like they don’t play the adventure mode that much and mostly play the mini games (which is really easy to stop when you’d like to).

I just bought my Ring Fit and have been using it for 4 days. I always making sure to increase my difficulity making sure I’m always on ‘Energetic Exercise’ and play it for at least 20 min per day. And it makes me sweats more than my normal skipping rope or morning jog.

The game is fun, it’s both punish you for not doing the work out correctly and rewards you when you did it right.

I hope I’d have the commitment to at least finish the story mode. I’ll be back here after one month.

  • Just tried this! If you’re gonna try I recommend going at your own pace. Make sure your position is correct and really feel the stretch before you start counting. Your cool down will be more effective this way (I am a physical therapist) Enjoy! ❤️

  • After my surgery I stopped exercising and developed bad dietary habits. It’s been a few days and just making this a habit is really rewarding. Once I build my stamina up again I plan to start jogging in real life. The games many pauses makes it so I have too many opportunities to recover and by the end I was barely sweating. That might mean I need to increase the difficulty though.

  • Honestly it’s kind of annoying that they got someone who works out a ton and has a “routine” to do it. Like I’m sorry, but not everyone can be as fit and fab right at the get go. For me I really enjoy the ring fit, especially because I don’t have a set workout “routine” and it’s always been hard for me to get one and stick to it. This has really helped me with that and will at least let me get started with doing better for myself. It just makes me feel really discouraged almost when someone like that says that something I consider to be a good workout for me, is boring.

  • what you barely even did ring fit I play a hour a day you 10 minutes or you just skip this find someone else to do this challange who actually does 2 hours a day you guy only play 5 minute a day Im ‘m on world 19 in 30 day you are at world 3 ussless data

  • As someone who has this game and also regularly works out normally holy crap was the blond woman annoying. she’s literally the definition of why people do not get into Fitness in the first place from other people who do Fitness.

I don’t even know why they had her because her only experience unlike other professional fitness trainers were “it’s cute but I will stick to my normal insano routine.”

OF COURSE IT WAS BORING FOR YOU YOU PROFESSIONALLY WORKOUT INSANELY EVERYDAY THE GAME’S GOING TO BE EASY!

Taking advice from her if this game is good or not is like shroud playing a first-person shooter and calling it boring.

And it’s that sort of snooty self-entitlement that turns off people from working out besides laziness.

  • Should name the video try it for 10 days then stop for 10 days then continue after the break so it’s not actually 30 straight days so this title is clickbait garbage.

  • You can tell the thumbnail is lying trash because he has the exact same facial hair and hairstyle in both pictures. Like, what’re the odds? Zero. He’s just puffing out his stomach.

  • I’ve completed 15 days of playing every single day and even after such a short time, I do feel and see results. I started out at difficulty 14 and I was a mess after 7 minutes. Now I’m at 21 and I can do 20 minutes and feel fine after. I start to see my abs and shoulder muscles which were basically nonexistent before. I started to eat healthier too.
I’d definitely recommend this game to everyone, who wants to get in shape, but looks for something fun, rewarding and simple. No need to go to the gym, perfect for introverts like me.

  • Hi All,

I just recently go the Ring Fit for Switch and see there is several workouts for the game. Does anyone know a schedule do to these workouts in that would be most effective? Thanks for any help/ recommendations.

  • Looks fun but unless someone got me this for free I think I’ll use my Switch to play Mario Maker 2 and Smash bros and do my workouts separately lol

  • Just tried this! If you’re gonna try I recommend going at your own pace. Make sure your position is correct and really feel the stretch before you start counting. Your cool down will be more effective this way (I am a physical therapist) Enjoy! ❤️

  • Well of you can go to the gym then that’s always better. I cant go. Single mom. No one to babysit. So this is great for me.
And she goes 5-6 days a week. No off course you don’t like the ring fit.

  • Thanks for this. I’ve been having shoulder pain since I started going crazy with pushups and I realized that I’ve been doing the arms spread out chicken wing.

  • That Is a very good stretch especially the shaking of the head backwards, forwards and side to side, can feel it in the middle of the upper back. Thanks Chloe for this quick stretch I will be doing many times

  • I should get this but that means I need the wheel thing too I already have Nintendo switch for my just dance but I stopped playing it because it’s always the same dance due to Nintendo store online is not available in my country so I can’t just pay to get unlimited just dance. I think getting the mobile for just dance is better since I can pay for 1 year and get unlimited dances compared to having a just dance 2019 and getting always the same few dance and no new dance is disappointing especially when the online Nintendo store to get the unlimited is not available in my region, all I can do is cry. I told my mum the Nintendo switch is not only for one game, it’s been a year and the only game we have for the Nintendo Switch is the just dance 2019 and no other game, I want more activity fitness games, different games so I can switch it around and not waste our frinking Nintendo swtich and left it to cry in the drawer

  • No joke though ring fit does actually a ggod job.. I’ve started seeing a difference everywhere on my body but mostly pecs, legs and back because I do more exercises for those three

  • I bought Ring Fit around the 20th of April. I’ve been doing it around 30 minutes of real exercice ingame 5 times a week. Began with intensity on 15 and now after one month and a half I’m on 20. I’ve never really exercised before buying the game and I can see a lot of changes both physically and mentally. I’m fitter, can see the abs and lost 2 kilos. If you do it right every day and also adapt your food, you’ll get results after some time. I might come back to tell about results after 2 and 3 months of use if you want to.

  • If you commit to this, it’s a legitimate workout and it felt fun with the addition of adventure and stuff!

But i felt disappointed because only Kelsey did the workout and no one else took it seriously

  • Sir, there is any exercise routine for make strong nervous system. My whole body is shivering when I does some hard work. Sir I want to overcome my shivering problem could you make a video on this.

  • 1:35
THAT GIRL IS A GAMER BRO look at those games,Bro! ARE U KIDDING ME \pokemon-luigi’s mansion-fire emblem-zelda!!!\ wtf! -and your calling her ‘that she do this training!,lmfao i respect her

  • The gym elitist has a picture of Voldemort in her house and I’m literally dying, love it lol!
    Edit: 9:21
Looks like her office not house

  • I have been following your flexibility routines for a few weeks now and I find them brilliant! Although, I have noticed many videos on youtube which are claiming that you should not stretch your hip flexors, what are your thoughts on this?

  • I started Saturday night and did a 10 minute workout starting with Medium, than moved up to the next difficulty and redid level 1. Then I moved up to intense and redid Level 1. I did Level 2 and I was dead. Sunday morning I did another 10 minute workout restarted level 2 because I thought I could have done it better and then first Dragaux boss. I beat him and I was winded, felt like I was going to faint. I’m 34 years old and in the past I have been ripped but have been out of shape for a while. I can tell you that the workouts do work but you also have to make sure you are doing them properly and correct timing. The game doesn’t always guide you in that sense but either way it’s great for novices or athletes alike. Great game and I’m glad I can start getting motivated so I can get back to getting my body back. Obviously if you are looking to get buff you’ll need weight training which this doesn’t provide but it will get you to lose fat and increase stamina.

  • well, since the video didnt make the challenge i will talk about MY experience with this game.

im in my 25 day, i usually play it for 4 or 5 days per week (i dont play it after parties or night eatings), and i feel great!, i play at intencity 17 now (but i begin with 14) and always 2 or 3 stages per sesion (always making 15 or 20 min on excersise, dat is almos 40 or 60 min IRL).
I feel my abs stronger and harder, i enhance my flexivility, my arms feel stronger, firm and bigger and my legs too. (I focus my repetition on abs then arms and legs, i try to not use the yoga abilities).

Somedays i just dont wanna play it, so i try to convince my brother and cousin to play it too. Dat keep the motivation high, and like i say before i dont play it every day.
at the beginning when u discover a new muscle, the next day always huts so u need to learn ur intencity.

  • Is it just me or is the ending song the same as the background music in the app called lovestruck? It’s the score for the series called sin with me. Just me??

  • I have been following your flexibility routines for a few weeks now and I find them brilliant! Although, I have noticed many videos on youtube which are claiming that you should not stretch your hip flexors, what are your thoughts on this?

  • Hi Tom Merrick. I have seen the video where you talk about how often to stretch, I got a question. Is it possible to do one of your morning routines in the morning, and then do this one in the evening or is that too much stretching and thus counterproductive?:) Sorry if you answered it already elsewhere, but I havent found anything on that particular question. Cheers Tom, awesome videos, touched my toes with straight legs for the first time in ages!

  • I love how I saw this video before I bought the game and I was like yeah, I’ll probably be on the same level as the girl so it’ll be ok but nooooo man, it’s intense and fun!

  • I only did the neck, back, and arm exercise and I feel good.less tense, even more If I put this into my routine after a hard night at work. Have to be consistent! Time too rearrange The room. Ty Bro

  • Carried a 30 pound computer case from the post office to my house (at least 4 blocks), that was the most painful, and nerdy workout I’ve ever done so far

  • Fucking downvote waste of time watching video. I’m so mad if ur paying these fucking people make them actually do the damn video. Seriously no damn effort put in this video. Might have been just a review.

  • Glad to be part of the bodyweightarmy. Just starting today with my girlfriend on this mobility and flexibility journey. If anyone is interested I will give updates on my channel. Like and subscribe. PS love you Tom

  • What is the best push-up variations? There are multiple ways to do a push, so which is the best? By far, the archer is the best push-up variation becuase it is easier and safer to do than one arm push-up, and it targets one side of the bicep and chest.

  • What do you mean by “proper”?
Imho, instead of the straight line, the hollow body position is better, in terms of strength and carry-over to other exercises.

Also I don’t think doing pushups from the knees is a good idea. I would rather start doing them with the hands on a bench or a table.

  • @ChloeTing Can you PLEASE make a video for all of us who dont feel like doing the workouts and you say motivational stuff to INSPIRE US INTO DOING IT??? i know for a fact that its very much so needed lmaoo

  • is there any yoga involved in this video?? it’s against my beliefs to take part in yoga so i just wanted to be able to avoid doing any yoga positions since this stretching video is required in quite a lot of the workout programs ❤️

  • Mobility is more fundamental than strength because it allows you to put your body in advantageous positions where your need for brute strength is decreased

  • I just do these stretching exercises and will do it again tomorrow. I have a chronic lung disease and this exercise is good for me. Thank you.

  • Day 1 and it was like climbing a mountain: first part was fine but got harder and harder the more I tried to climb up.

    Workout felt good though!

  • i bought a long magic mirror, of a market for 40 pounds in london,.i took it home, i stood it in my bedroom.i said magic mirror on the wall make my penis touch the floor, and jesus my legs fell off..

  • I’m 47, I had 10 kids. Started on Tom’s exercises today! It feels really good to be more flexible. I can feel the effects even after just one time. I hope to do these often and not to feel like an old lady with everything stiff and squeaking at every turn! Wish me luck!!

  • Wonderful that you are moving. For beginners, be mindful of your alignment. This video does not give proper alignment instructions. His form in updog is completely misaligned.

  • personally i only use silent mode cause i’m big-breasted and having your bosom jump up and down incessantly during a jog hurts quite a lot lmao

  • Day 15 of 28 summer shred programme. Did 31 min intense hiit ( 400 calorie burn) after 500 rep abs and lower ab workout.

Im dying i feel im gping to throw up but i kept thinking i am closer to my goal sp i didt stop.

  • I just do these stretching exercises and will do it again tomorrow. I have a chronic lung disease and this exercise is good for me. Thank you.

  • Thank you for the workout. Very useful stretches. Just some feedback tho: it would be helpful to explain the exact body positioning especially for people who have never done these stretches before

  • me:does child pose

  • is there any yoga involved in this video?? it’s against my beliefs to take part in yoga so i just wanted to be able to avoid doing any yoga positions since this stretching video is required in quite a lot of the workout programs ❤️

  • I’ve been doing these stretches for about a month now after my workouts and I’m honestly shook by how much my flexibility has improved. Thanks Chloe!

  • Nice video. You may also want to checkout the review of truth about abs on my blog at jasonreviews. com/truth-about-abs-review/ Thanks. Pkl Noland.

  • I’ve been using this routine for about a month and I can now comfortably get my elbows on the ground when in the lunge position. Note I’m already flexible as is
