  • Thank you for this well-researched video! A real powerhouse of information! I’ve taken it on and off for years. (Dr. Mercola has been my health mentor for twenty plus years. He recommended curcumin years ago.) But I got to the point that I was taking an insane amount of supplements so I weaned off most of them. BUT you have just convinced me that Curcumin should be a regular. I am VERY GLAD you recommended an actual brand this time! That is important! I found Amazon is flooded these days with new brands that pop up overnight and way too many questionable supplements. People might waste their money on ineffective, counterfeit junk or worse, ingest a brand with unknown ingredients. Unless someone like you offers a link, my suggestion is everyone is to ALWAYS call the company and make sure those are authorized sales on Amazon BEFORE buying any supplements for people or pets! I trust you were spared the tornado damage in your neck of the woods? GOD BLESS YOU!

  • i just got back frome home goods. thank you so much. your right I just ate my starch meal of green beens rice and lentils and it looks so pretty in the new bowl. like I want to take a picture of it or something. your bowl has 4 points and I was able to find a white bowl with 3 points from home goods. I got 2 sizes. one was 7.99 and the bigger bowl was 9. 99. I was looking for a big bowl. thank you again.

    Great topic. I’ve been taking Turmeric Curcumin religiously for well over 400 days now. My daily dosage has been 500 mgs. What is (in your opinion.) the daily dosage for optimal effectiveness.

  • Hi doctor can you please tell me what I should do I have low testosterone well low end of normal I need to lose 50-60 pounds and I have seborrheic dermatitis it itches around the brows in the ears and my scalp but the worst part is how dry and brittle my hair has become I’m losing some hair as well. My hair is not healthy anymore and I can’t wash it as often because when I do it feels less dense and not getting the natural oils can I cure this? It could be leaky gut but someone said it could be a zinc or fatty acid deficiency please let me know I’m in keto and it hasn’t fixed it please help it also feels like something is under my scalp almost like a fungus. What’s weird is now like when I shower I have more dead skin that I wipe off and it is like dark and I can run it continuously off and sometimes it’s even on my face like rolls of dead skin I can wipe off… I just bought your program and going to start it soon I was wondering is you have like a way there is a simple recipe I want to incorporate eggs and avacado as well as a protein for my first meal and my second meal something else like meat and veg and good fats

  • hey girl. its one of your favorite viewers. I need your help. I can’t get past 226 lbs on the scale. I ate 2 whole wheat bagels from the deli, 8 tangerines, a salad, rice pasta and tomatoe sause. and I are that yesterday and I didn’t lose wieght. what did I do wrong. please let me know. should i stay away from bagels and fruit to loose wieght. I’ve been struggling.

  • Thanks for the video. Sounds like a simple way to control your calorie intake. I use the app myfitnesspal (not affiliated with them) to track my calories and eat just about anything I want. I recommend it to all my personal training clients too.

  • Totally makes sense! I sort of have a similar thing with this spoon I love… it’s actually a Nestle Quick bunny spoon, stainless steel, that I got as a kid. It’s longer and sleeker than my other spoons, and it just feels really high quality, and whatever I’m eating just feels fancier when I use this spoon. Whether it’s a healthy soup, or not so healthy ice cream, I love this spoon! Sometimes eating is about more than the food, it’s the whole experience.:)
