3 small ripe apricots, pitted and halved 1 large ripe banana, peeled and frozen 1/4 cup (60 ml) full-fat coconut milk 2 teaspoons (30 ml) honey 1 teaspoon (15 ml) lemon juice. Make the Matcha Chia Seed Pudding: Add the almond milk, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, and matcha powder to a small blender. Blend until well-combined (Note: You can adjust amounts of match powder and maple syrup to taste).

Pour this mixture into a sealable glass jar along with the chia seeds. I like to have a thicker chia seed pudding so I opt for 1:4 chia seeds to milk ratio. Keep in mind that the matcha green tea will also absorb some of that liquid. It’s easier to add liquid after it sets.

Stir multiple times. Between the matcha powder and the chia seeds. What about a delicious, well-balanced parfait that is made with Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen and combined with chia seed pudding!

The Matcha Chia Pudding is delicious on its own, but pairing it with a fluffy, dairy-free whipped cream and a crunchy peanut butter granola adds the perfect balance. Add the sweetened matcha to the chia seeds and stir well to combine. Cover the bowl and let the matcha chia pudding soak at least 3 hours in the refrigerator, but preferably overnight. Add more almond milk or water to thin out the pudding.

Measure one tablespoon of the chia seeds into a blender along with all the other ingredients – almond milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk), rolled oats, lemon juice, maple syrup (to taste), vanilla, and the matcha powder. Step Two. Transfer the pudding to a bowl and now stir in the other tablespoon of whole chia seeds. Instructions In a medium bowl, add chia seeds and non-dairy milk. Stir to combine.

In a small bowl, add matcha powder. Add a little hot water; whisk until smooth. (This prevents the matcha powder from Add the matcha mixture, maple syrup and vanilla to the chia seed mixture; stir. Place it in the.

Benefits of Matcha Chia Pudding. Chia pudding is delicious and easy to make! It is filled with some of the best superfoods such as chia seeds and matcha powder for a dessert that is high in fiber, protein, omega-3s, and more.

Now that’s a good deal! Chia pudding can be eaten for breakfast, a midday snack, or a wholesome dessert. If you like matcha, then BOY, do I have the recipe for you! This Healthy Matcha Green Tea Chia Seed Pudding is bursting with matcha green tea flavor.

This pudding is sweet and has got an amazing texture — smooth with a slight crunch in every delicious bite. Pour half your matcha smoothie into each bowl or cup. Mix each cup and let it sit overnight in fridge.

The next morning, top each bowl/cup with extra oats or granola, chia, and maple syrup. I also made a little matcha latte and poured extra on top of that before eating.

  • Idea, make your favorite flavor of tea and sweeten to taste. Soak Chia seed’s in the tea. Then contrast the flavor of the tea with a Tapioca pudding or jello or ready rain drop cake drizzled over chia seed’s tea flavor for a very unique desert. The chia seed’s will absorb the color’s of different tea’s so you can get very creative with rain drop cakes.

  • Hey Sundai! I have a question for weight loss snacking. I eat right, I follow most of your recipes, I drink so much water, lemon water and tea as well, but I get soo hungry at night..I resist the urge to binge eat unhealthy foods in my house but what should I eat when the cravings get too severe? I tried “snacking” on nuts and having a hard boiled egg but that just makes me even hungrier! Thanks in advance <3

  • What a way to lose weight! I’ve been a fan of tea so when I had to choose what kind of supplement I would use I chose this one. I’ve done prior research and this weight loss green store tea for me, is the only one that could give me better results. I have never felt so happy being right this time. I am a witness of how I was able to lose a pound per week without killing myself over strenuous diet and workout. I did not overdo things and did everything nice and slow because I can only push my body too far yet this kept on giving me satisfying results!

  • For the Nutella one you can substitute that for peanut butter and chocolate, it’s very good and add bananas with a touch of cinnamon, yum!:-)

  • I want to incorporate chia seeds into my diet, but I just don’t like the texture of it. I tried eating just as how it is and leaving it overnight but I still don’t like the texture of it. Any suggestions or recommendations on what else to do with them?

  • Hey! I love these recipes but i want to know if they are too filling or light enough for a simple breakfast. I don’t feel hungry in the morning but i am forced to eat breakfast. I’m wondering if a serving of these will serve as a light, non-nauseating breakfast.

  • I’ve seen like every single video on chia pudding, but every time I try to make it it never works!!!! It annoys me so much because it looks so good and I want to try it!!
