Im gonna TRY to do this everyday for 1 week starting now (8/2/2020-8/9/2020) day 1: I didnt complete the entire workout but i got through almost 14 minutes. At first, I was a failure at jumping jacks. It took me a few times. At first try, I couldn’t pass over 30 jumps, the second time I couldn’t pass over 50 jumps. I almost gave up, but something inside me tells me to push it to the limit. I still failed on finishing jumping jacks on the third session. Last two days ago, I managed to finish 50×2 jumping jacks, but I was almost out of breath every time it passed 30 counts. Today I manage to do 50×2 jumping jacks like it was a piece of cake! Sleep atleast 8 hours. Not sleeping enough can stop you from losing weight!
Don’t weigh yourself daily. This can work demotivating..
Losing weight is something that doesn’t just happen in 1,2,3. Losing weight takes time. All I know is to daily exercise and be healthy. But mostly stay focussed on yourself Losing weight also includes pain, but never give up. If you want to give up, think about why you started. Now you feel the pain, but you really won’t regret this! This exercises are really good. But would like to give a suggestion… After each exercise can u give us a stretching too as body and hands and all pains a lots. For each full exercises stretching is needed so that we won’t feel much pain as I have done in one of the other site. This is really simple even when lazy and sweats a lot. So please do reply me on my suggestion that I gave.

I’ve never been skinny or fit in my life. When I was born, I was a chubby baby. When I turned 5, I wasn’t fat but I did have a small belly and cubby cheeks, but I wasn’t skinny. When I was 7, I started to get fat and that’s when it started mostly. When I was 11, I weighted 140-150 pounds and I sometimes cried on the way I was. I’m 14 now and I’m still not in shape. I’m currently at 220 pounds and I just can’t with this anymore. Till this day, I still cry on the way I am and on the way I look. All I also wish is to go to the gym, but I can’t since no one can’t go with me and I’m still not allowed to go without an adult…

I drink around 3 cups of green tea everyday if not more and lots of water on top of that I I work out 30+ mins everyday and don’t consume no more then 1,444 calories plus I was on low carb diet so I wasn’t taken in carbs a lot now when I was on that I was losing lots I weighed 200 in the beginning of 2020 and now I’m around 150

At first, I was a failure at jumping jacks. It took me a few times. At first try, I couldn’t pass over 30 jumps, the second time I couldn’t pass over 50 jumps. I almost gave up, but something inside me tells me to push it to the limit. I still failed on finishing jumping jacks on the third session. Last two days ago, I managed to finish 50×2 jumping jacks, but I was almost out of breath every time it passed 30 counts. Today I manage to do 50×2 jumping jacks like it was a piece of cake! I attempted Chloe Ting’s 2 week shred challenge but felt it to be too much for me, so I opted for this instead and I feel like this is absolutely great for beginners (perhaps I felt this because I attempted the 2 week shred challenge for a few days) and I will continue doing this until I feel it is too easy for me.

My weight: 57kg/125lbs
My diet: I don’t follow any specific diet regime, I eat somewhat healthy (with a preference of an array of veges and fruits) but I still do indulge in a number of unhealthy foods but in moderation.

We tried to use our insurance policy claim but that also went in vain as they do not cover natural deaths.
After struggling for more than three months or more in this lockdown I’ve tried all the possible ways to handle the banks, family and all other stuff. Also tried to reach Sonu Sood for help but couldn’t manage to get any reply.
I just request everyone to please help me with some amount. little to little donation will help me.
I know the amount is very big and I’m trying all possible ways to save my house which will give shelter to my family.

I have been doing this workouts and lost pretty much weight using this! I did see results.
Some useful hints are:
Drink enough water
Stay focussed on yourself
Do daily workouts ️♀️
Stay away from sugar, junkfood..
Instead, eat healthy. Eat 2 pieces of fruit everyday (Water melon is delicious and healthy!)
Go walk, run or dance. Doing each of this for an hour helps! ♀️♀️
Sleep atleast 8 hours. Not sleeping enough can stop you from losing weight!
Don’t weigh yourself daily. This can work demotivating..
Losing weight is something that doesn’t just happen in 1,2,3. Losing weight takes time. All I know is to daily exercise and be healthy. But mostly stay focussed on yourself Losing weight also includes pain, but never give up. If you want to give up, think about why you started. Now you feel the pain, but you really won’t regret this!

I did dis for my back pain with my therapist and olther exercises one haur a day after a month am notice am have 10 ponds less
This exercises are really good. But would like to give a suggestion… After each exercise can u give us a stretching too as body and hands and all pains a lots. For each full exercises stretching is needed so that we won’t feel much pain as I have done in one of the other site. This is really simple even when lazy and sweats a lot. So please do reply me on my suggestion that I gave.

I’ve never been skinny or fit in my life. When I was born, I was a chubby baby. When I turned 5, I wasn’t fat but I did have a small belly and cubby cheeks, but I wasn’t skinny. When I was 7, I started to get fat and that’s when it started mostly. When I was 11, I weighted 140-150 pounds and I sometimes cried on the way I was. I’m 14 now and I’m still not in shape. I’m currently at 220 pounds and I just can’t with this anymore. Till this day, I still cry on the way I am and on the way I look. All I also wish is to go to the gym, but I can’t since no one can’t go with me and I’m still not allowed to go without an adult…
I wanna be able to wear riped jeans and a dreaking tank top without looking weird!

Been waiting to write a comment on this until I had lost weight. This is an amazing work out. Started doing it once but now I do it twice a day when I work out. I don’t exercise everyday but I walk a lot when I don’t. If you can’t do it at the beginning, follow the easy alternatives this video shows. okay first no you can’t lose weight over night but with patience you can begin to see a difference between a month or even a week or two

I wish I had seen this workout sooner…like a couple of months ago. I’m 67 and I don’t feel old at all. I never say I’m old…because I’m not, just out of shape. Have gained some weight and have a bad back and bad knees. I can’t do the jumping jacks, but modified it to suit me. I got through this whole workout… whoo hoo! Thank you!

I will start my healthy journey again, with this simple workout two times a day for a week! then I will consider changing this routine for something more challenging.

Day 1: ✅ I lost 2kg! I am now 39kg!
Day 2: ✅ i did gain back 5kg lol but i did the excerise and lost 3kg, now i am 41kg

I drink around 3 cups of green tea everyday if not more and lots of water on top of that I I work out 30+ mins everyday and don’t consume no more then 1,444 calories plus I was on low carb diet so I wasn’t taken in carbs a lot now when I was on that I was losing lots I weighed 200 in the beginning of 2020 and now I’m around 150
Day 3 try doing it in the morning and before going to be today i did not do that I only did 1. Hopefully tomorrow will be better! Hope to see some results at the end of the month trying to stick to this for my workout for lockdown since I have anxiety running outside
