  • Dr. Oz, in other shows you don’t recommend light or fat free versions of products. This lady eats a lot of those products. Hmmm…

  • Coming across your video leaves me so much hope you inspire lots of peoples who struggle with losing weight I’ve become so depressed about my weight I don’t even want to look in the mirror at myself, I try to go days without eating just to find out that I’ve gained more stress on top of not eating does not work out, anytime I tried to pick up food I shame myself into feeling even more disgusted with myself..I’m just not happy with myself & nobody seems to understand fully but me. My fiancé loves my weight but that can not change the thought of how I feel about myself I want to feel happy for myself along with my family. I don’t know where to start at I don’t have nobody to help motivate me as to everyone around me is happy with their weight and don’t have to watch what they eat, but you really motivate me to want to lose weight and to know that it’s very much possible I thank you

  • Starting my new journey tomorrow. I’m currently 218 and want to lose 70 pounds by March 2021. Hopefully I am able to. I’m going to the gym every day for at least 2 hours

  • You’re such an inspiration and you look amazing! Yes having an eating window of 8-10 hours, even up to 12, will give health and weight loss benefits. It’s one of the first changes I’ve made (wasn’t confident I could long term not eat at night so I just don’t eat until at least 11am) and made a huge difference without restricting fat or calories!

  • I’m suppose to have gastric bypass next month, but i think i will cancel. I want to do this on my own. I suffer from depression, and i’m and emotional eater and i’ve gained a huge amount of weight. I went from 315lbs to 301lbs. I’m 5’9 and i want to be at least 150lbs. People tell me not to lose that much, but at the end of the day i have to do what is best for me.

  • I’m here because I’m trying to lose weight for the umpteenth time. Though every weight loss video I watch the person always cuts out drinking, smoking, fizzy drinks or read meat like Summer but I don’t consume these things so it’s hard for me to cut out things I don’t already have. My downfall is snacks, despite my diet being generally healthy. Always seems I need to do more and hoping this time it works.

  • Her four points for anyone who didn’t have time to watch the whole thing.

1.) Keep healthy diet (Low sugar)
    2.) Stay active
    3.) Fasting
    4.) Detox often

She had lots of good information & tips throughout the video! So I suggest making time to watch it when you can.

  • Wow!!!! Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh (verses 1 Timothy 3:16, John 1:1, John 1:14, Isaiah 9:6, Luke 13:3) and He wants a relationship with you by baptizing you in His Holy Spirit. I became Born Again (John 3:3-7 & Acts 2:38) almost 4 years ago and nothing’s been the same since. After repenting and turning fully to Jesus Christ, I’ve been Delivered from drunkenness, suicidal thoughts, among a list of things with only intervention from the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christno medical intervention, just GodGod is Love and He came to save us from Hell (Matthew 10:28)-He wants us to come to Repentance and seek Him diligently (2 Peter 3:9). The Spirit of the Lord says, Come:: “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
Matthew 11:28-30 KJV http://bible.com/1/mat.11.28-30.KJV also @forgivensinners page on IG and Facebook have testimonies of more lives that have been transformed by the Holy Spirit Power of God through Jesus Christ. Peace be with you All

  • Hi Vivian from Puerto Rico pleasant to meet you. Just want to know what is fasting that is part of the list that you mentioned in this video thank you and have a great day.

  • I need to lose 120lbs in one year what is detoxin and what are some ways to stay active I can name a few: cleaning, walking everywhere, jump rope

  • Sending love your way! I hope this journey is successful not just in weight loss but in lots of love for your body and off the scale victories!

  • Hi Summer I just came across your video and I wanted to say KUDO’S To You Girl, it takes a lot for a person to put their self out there. I just wanted to let you know that you have a wonderful spirit and keep up the good work. I just started my weight loss journey to and I was wondering, if you remember what was the name or where did you purchase you vest waist trainer from. Thank you so much…also when I have a slip up, I go back and look at your videos and jump back on the wagon LOL

  • THIS is the video I needed! I’ve been trying everything to lose weight for over 5 years now, and I’m stuck at 220lbs, not even STARVING helped. I think I want to try what you did! I don’t have a gym membership unfortunately, but I LOVE going on walks by the lake, and I see people taking breaks to do some strength workouts too. So I’m going to try what you did! Going back to chugging green tea, going to try apple cider vinegar again, and tomorrow I start with as little sugar as possible. I’m so tired of feeling stuck, but this video gave me some hope that maybe I can get fit and feel healthier too!

  • I just found you from Olivia Patrice channel you are so inspiring. I have a lot to catch up on! Thank you for sharing your journey, and congratulations on everything you have accomplished

  • Girl you are goals!!! I’m trying so hard to lose weight & I agree it’s so discouraging.. it’s to the point where I hate looking in the mirror now. Thanks for the motivation

  • Hey! I don’t know the channel, it got recommended to me and I just wanna say go for it girl! I don’t know you so I can’t really say anything about your personality but you look like a nice person with a good aura. Don’t be too hard on yourself but also you can do it! Go girl!!

  • If you feel embarrassed to exercise outside, you can always do LESLIE SASONE WALKING INDOORS VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE! That way you can “walk” and feel confident about it!

  • Hey Summer ✨I just started my weight loss journey February 3rd 2019 I started at 363pounds but I was once 419#’s I’ve totally changed my diet and I’m going to start walking soon. Thanks so much for the motivation. Also, can you give some hair tips?? I want my hair long and lustrous like yours

• Congratulations on the beginning of your journey! I’ve watched your other video about how you came to be obese and I really encourage you to go to therapy now and treat your mind along with your body. Losing a lot of weight and having a baby are two big life changes and you’ll need all the support you can get along the journey. Be generous with yourself.

I also have PCOS and I was able to have two babies. I wasn’t overweight but PCOS meant that I rarely had periods. Eating fairly low carb helped me so much. I am excited to see your success! You’re so smart and sweet and honest with yourself. You’re going to do great losing the weight and being a mom!

  • Your story is AMAZING. I also see other women posting how they lost 100 lbs in a year. Therefore I have no excuse to get off these 40 in a year lol. You are a huge inspiration! Your meals on your ig look great as well. God bless you!

  • Can you also make a video on how to become a nutrition expert like you I do so much research n feel like I learn nothing

  • Am interested in following those who have succeeded in sharing off there body weight than those who don’t know what it means to leave with fat to tell me what to do.thank you for sharing your experience.

  • Love your channel! I am currently on my weight loss journey now. In the past 2 weeks, I have dropped 10lbs by cutting out all carbs and sugar. For anyone looking to drop weight fast with NO exercise, I would strongly recommend investing in The fat burning kitchen. https://bit.ly/2FzWiv2
It gives insight into what your eating habits should be in order to shed fat fast. Losing weight shouldn’t just be about dieting, it should be a lifestyle. Your videos are an inspiration!

  • I just subbed. I cried watching your journey. I feel so happy you found yourself already. Now you inspired me, us as well to loose weight. Thank you. sniffs

  • I got 2 mins into your video and knew I wanted to follow your journey and be your friend ❤️ I want to document my fitness journey as well and have just set a goal to post my first video on my 35th birthday… next week

  • I love that you are doing this. Posting your commitment publicly gives you that added accountability. You have people routing for you! Stick with it. This is beautiful I love your reasons “Find Your Reason” that’s what keeps you going.

  • Fat loss is so simple I know a trainer who got big during his college days eating straight tuna and noodles, a homeboy at my gym that lost fat and gained muscle on crap food but at a deficit. And for two and a half straight weeks I ate nothing but Chipotle at a deficit and the lost 10 lb myself. Weight loss itself is a multimillion-dollar industry and motherfukers like to overcomplicate shit in order to stay in their occupation and sell you a program.
Just do me the goddamn favor do 45 minutes everyday on the step master and lift weights everyday a different muscle group and stay at a calorie deficit and you’ll lose that shit.

  • Really an inspirational Video. I’m beginning to start my weight loss journey and i can relate to a lot of things that were said. I have gained over 50 pounds since last April and I’m currently at 300.

  • Brix What Up, I am Going to start Texting you on here if you have an email i can send you some thing Thru that I know you are super busy… On Truth, you are an inspiration for I got lose like a hundred and 30 to 40 lbs…. I been for the most part I need a check in part on diet and I think on exercise also…

  • I wish you all could’ve went more in depth about his journey. I was hooked and got mad when I seen the video was ending lol as for me I’ve done a mixture of weight lifting and cardio so psychically I’ve lost a short size and pant size over the past 5 years and my weight on the scale is almost unchanged LOL (I packed on a lot of muscle) right now I’m obsessed because I have 50 more lbs to lose and I have back issues. And I let my back get the best of me and I stopped working out. Thankfully I didn’t gain any weight the 7 months I stopped working out but I’m back at it now. I stay on the massage chair and take my ibuprofen to get through it. I’m going two hours a day doing a mix of cardio and weight lifting and I’ve drastically cut my calorie intake. So far so good:)

  • DAMN! Was excited because of the title but he didnt let dude talk. I dont want to hear your story but more of his story. Not a good interview at all!!! Definitely didnt let the guy share his story. Need to listen more than he talk. Disappointed in this one

  • I want to know. For fat loss should you lift weights? Because I’m trying to build muscle and I keep reading you need a caloric excess. How can I make sure I dont gain fat

  • Keep killin’ Nick! Brix, just a piece of constructive criticism, please let your guests answer questions without interrupting them. Thank you for the interview.

  • Brix at least acknowledge that you may have interrupted too much. You seem like you had somewhere to be and just pulled the camera out.

  • Hey Fam.. Another greaat video.. #2020Vision Codos to his 200 pound weight loss. Health is Wealth. Im on that level. Make money by being healthy.

  • 6’4” currently 245. Been going hard for about 3 weeks. Trying to get in shape for the army. Leaving February 24th for basic. Just been grinding cardio. Too scared to go to the gym and can’t afford equipment. So been doing lots of pushups. Sit-ups and other things to try and gain muscle with no equipment.

  • Good for you! I’m excited to see how this goes for you, and I’ll be rooting you on. I have subscribed!
I’m on a fitness journey of my own. I know it’s not for everyone because of the cost, but I would highly recommend looking into OrangeTheory. I’m still fairly new, but I have become totally addicted, and I have NEVER EVER said that about exercise before. It’s amazing, and you will always get a solid workout. Everyone in the classes are on totally different paths and fitness levels, and there’s zero judgment. I wish you the best.

Thank you to you and your husband for the sacrifices you make everyday for this country. God bless you.

  • Sounds like a great story of accomplishment. It would have been awesome if the dude was able to tell the story and what he did to get there without being interrupted.

  • Is good to hear other people’s weight-loss journey.

  • Hi April. I decided to start yoga a few weeks ago too. I have been following the 30 days of yoga program from a YouTube channel called yoga with adriene. She gives you ways to adapt the moves to make them harder or easier and its very relaxed setting.

  • What are y’all talking about man he interjected like once maybe twice during the whole thing, this isn’t Jimmy Fallon fam he’s gonna talk to dude while he interviews him so it’s more casual lmao

  • You should do a collab with Greg doucette! He has an interesting eating model focused on high volume foods for weight loss! Plus he seems really funny.

  • If I understand you correctly the only carbs you were eating was veggies and pineapple? I’m just confused bcs in your video on why keto didn’t work for you you said that you ate high carb during your weight loss?

  • I was 204, 6’3 and went down to 186 then for christmas put on twelve pounds its not bothering me because i understand my body and know how to loose weight and i enjoy working out

  • It’s funny cuz I’ve been watching all these guy you pit bull Torres and the mike rashard deff wanted to reach out. I been going through mad stuff and this is what i know i need to do and between ya three I’m learning the ins and outs to this and I’m over weight myself and struggle with some things… remember this comment cuz ima make a page bout my come back and have ya on it BIG FACTS!!!!

  • I’m 380. Signed up for a Marathon in November, thinking about documenting the journey. This is great motivation for me to drop 180 200 lbs

  • Hey, I started my weight loss journey (150 lbs to lose) 3 weeks ago. I think it’s so funny that you and I have a lot of the same whys! Shoes not fitting, not being able to check myself for bugs, having to wonder if I will fit in a seat, I understand them all! I think the reason you and I are going to make it is that we have whys that both point out the negatives of our current life experience while also looking forward to positive experiences in the future. It sounds like your husband will be a good support for you, and I know you will be able to get there. Just keep at it and trust that it is working!

  • let’s go y’all I started out 345 and I’m 272 right now and in order for me to make tape for the Army I have to get to, or under 220…. if you got snap add me and we both can put a target of where we wanna be and motivate each other if anyone else wants to join go ahead, we’ll just make a group chat full of people who are tryna accomplish the same type of goal‍♂️ my snap is: headcrack28 let’s make 2020 the year for us

  • BEST FITNESS CHANNEL FOR WEIGHT LOSS. BRINX ACTUALLY FAUGHT ADVERSITY AND LOST 140 POUNDS UNLIKE THESE SKINNY STEROID FREAKS THAT NEVER BEEN IN A SITUATION WHERE THEY WERE FAT

  • 1st interview where I felt my boy Brix was kinda impatient with letting him answer the questions… Lol.. for Instance when he said he did all cardio at 1st… I wanted to hear him answer how much weight did he lose doing cardio alone & how did his body change vs cutting him off & saying “cardio only makes you a smaller version of what you look at the moment “.. I think it could be different for different ppl so I’d liked to hear him answer that from his own experience…. lol.. much love tho fam overall it was a good interview… iron sharpens iron! Peace

  • Girl!!!! I have watched several vlogs, kinda in reverse and was already hooked. Decided to watch from the beginning. I already knew I liked you, but then I get to the “Roll Tide” part. It’s official. You’re my fave I am a Bama girl too! You are beautiful and thank you for sharing your life with us! RTR ❤Lora

  • Another Brix victory! You are inspiring bruh.. So many ppl, including myself appreciate the dedication & transparency you’ve shown that motivates us to keep pushing forward!

  • Hey everyone! I have recently dropped 21kg in 2 months & I am documenting my all natural weight loss journey on YouTube. Check it out!!

  • Hey Doctors! I myself lost 142lbs and was inspired by Dwayne Johnson. I have my video on my profile? Would love if you all checked it out

  • You don’t need to have that surgery… just jog.. jog and jog some more. It’s all about cardio.. but people want the fast way… (not effective, you have scars for life) Heck i was 377lbs a couple years ago, now i’m down to 180 just by walking 8 hours a day, and then jogging for cardio. Sure i have some lovehandles, but it’s who doesn’t? lol..

  • I’m a little late to this video as I’ve just started watching you videos but I’m already so proud of you. This shouldn’t be so much about weight loss as much as it should be about investing in your health as the routines you’re creating now shouldn’t stop when you get to your goal weight. It should be about making sure that you feel good and that your body feels good

  • Respect and loved this could relate alot I’m trying too loose 200 myself lost 70 last year need that 130 this year kind of motivation I needed to start off the year

  • This is the sweetest video ♥️♥️♥️ shes so genuine setting realistic goals and sharing personal struggles. Its so refreshing to see her positive attitude too.

  • I’m restarting my weight loss journey. It’s been tough because of the whole covid thing shutting down gyms, but I’m hoping at least an hour to two in the pool will help me. I recently graduated from college and I’ve discovered that I’m an emotional eater and a binge eater. I’ve been trying to find ways to prevent that, as well as find foods that keep me fuller longer.

  • I have about 200 lbs to lose as well and I’m getting so frustrated. I also have PCOS. I also struggle to put on my clothes I know exactly what you are talking about!!!!

  • To be honest for some reason I think this is one of your best weight lost videos to me! Felt this video was the most genuine! Dope work man.

  • I am loving watching your videos! I am on a weight loss journey too. I actually lost about 35 lbs in 2012 and became the thinnest I have ever been in my life. It was great, I was a healthy weight and I felt amazing. I got pregnant with my first son and lost my pregnancy weight almost immediately and kept my weight off for a good two years after he was born. I did struggle with some postpartum anxiety and was taking medicine for a while. I decided to cut the meds cold turkey (bad idea!) and gained about ten pounds really quick. Then I got pregnant with my second son and I didn’t lose all my baby weight this time. I kept maybe another ten pounds? Having my two boys and dealing my my oldest son’s autism has been really stressful. Slowly, the scale number started to go back up. Of course because of the quarantine I gained at least another ten pounds….The only thing to do was go pick up food and the gyms were closed! A few weeks ago I weighed myself at 4 pounds heavier than when I started my weight loss in 2012. I’m currently down three pounds (from only eating better, because I just had ear surgery and can’t work out too crazy yet). So this time I am shooting for a 40 pound weight loss and I am determined to do it again! You, Bea, John and Alan are my motivators right now!! I love you guys and I know that you can do this! It does take time and you really have to keep yourself in check for the rest of your life, but the rewards are so worth it!

  • I think it is awesome that you are tracking your weight loss and fitness this way. I never find someone in the middle of their journey, always at the end.

  • Found you from your interview with Obese to Beast. This video helped me to stay on track today. I was really wanting to binge. But your reason for wanting to loose weight has helped me past that and now I’m determined to stay on track.
    Thank you so much

  • Hi! I have lost 69 pounds so far. I started at 297 pounds and my goal weight is 130 pounds. I found your channel through ObesetoBeast. Your final advice made me tear up. Really needed to hear it. I was getting frustrated with my weight fluctuations. Hope we can become friends and health buddies! 😉 We can do this!

  • I do have to say, the 2000-2500 calorie per day intake would satisfy the energy requirement for a 6′ 200lb athletic man, I doubt any female would lose any weight at all with that intake. I think you should seriously reconsider a caloric intake of 10001200 calories, and maybe an initial milk only intake for two weeks (with vitamin pills).

  • So proud of you for deciding to better your life and get healthy!! I sincerely mean that April!! I have followed John (Obese to Beast) for a few years now and just watched your interview with him, so I wanted to start from the beginning of your journey and show you some love and positivity!! I am on a journey myself from 706.4 pounds on April 9th, 2019 and I am currently down 181.6 pounds and weight 524.8! I still have a lot to go until my goal of 250 pounds, however, documenting my journey on TikTok last month was one of the best decisions I have made!! • I’m 380. Signed up for a Marathon in November, thinking about documenting the journey. This is great motivation for me to drop 180 200 lbs

  • Just found your channel love your enthusiasm! I started tracking on MyFitnessPal July 10. Being older and dealing with chronic pain, I am tracking my food intake, drinking more water, and increasing my activity level (which includes walking). Once I’ve lost about 25 pounds, I will start adding more cardio and weights. I also love yoga and dancing…

  • You and I are literally in the same place in life… almost down to the same weight. I discovered your channel today and decided I’m doing this with you. Thanks for the motivation.

  • Hi Summer, thank you for sharing your story. You look AMAZING!!! Well done!! I started the Keto diet which really works for me. I saw the video that you did on Keto and I understand that it was not for you.

Anyway, in 2017 I almost died from severe anemia. Luckily I got to a hospital in time. The doctors thought that I had uterine cancer. I was so freaked out I totally let myself go up to 194lbs. I found out that I did not have uterine cancer but my recovery from severe anemia has been slow.
I went from 136lbs to 205lbs and just felt horrible.

My sister is mentally challenged and weighs 266lbs. We both watch your videos and she’s going to do a weight loss journey too.

    Thank you again! .

  • It’s gonna be hard, I also lost weight and it took a lot of discipline but it’s 100% worth all the effort and sweat. Just keep going ❤️ you’ll get there

  • “so the way im going to be successful..” Right here you have already won. You have decided your success. YOU are in control:) Love it!!!

Peace

  • I also just started a weight loss journey and am about your size so I totally felt all those ‘why’s. Especially about the clothing and seats. I think one of the most embarrassing moments for me was when I was at universal studios and we were going to go check out a ride. I wasn’t going to get on the ride because seats are so difficult just in general, but I wanted to walk up with my friend who was going to ride it. There was basically no line but as we were walking up an employee stopped us and directed us to a model of the seats that they have outside in the line area. Apparently it’s to see if you’ll be okay with the movement of the coaster because it does a lot of lifting things, but he was looking directly at me and I knew. I knew he was telling me that I was too big to fit in the seat even as he was trying to get me to sit in it and test it out. I was so embarrassed and just walked away and wanted to cry. I enjoy your videos and I’m rooting for you!

  • You seem so sweet. I just started a channel for my weight loss journey… trying to lose 20 more pounds. Looking forward to a journey together:)

  • Girl my own TMI embarrassing reason to lose weight is because I can’t wipe my ass very well if I don’t have a wall in front of me to brace myself

  • Loved this video. This is how you lose weight. Run it off!!!!! You see all he did was play ball. And he loved doing it. I still say there is no better exercise to make you ripped and strong than sprinting hills. You don’t need any weights and you don’t have to watch your diet. Stop drinking soda. Make your own cheeseburgers and fries and eat lots of steak. Once or twice during the week you have to push your body to the “OMG I’m Gonna Die” point and then do one more. Don’t matter what it is. Weights never let you get to this point before injuring yourself. Train to exhaustion. When you pick up your waterbottle you will barely have enough strength to hold it steady. Anybody leaving the gym feeling all giddy and happy just wasted their day.

  • I’m currently working on my weight loss journey also! Recently I was dating this guy who broke up with me by ghosting me. It’s been really hard. I’ve been in a bad mental place for a few weeks now. He stays right across the street from me and hes hugged me a couple times since the breakup. Turns out hes a pathological liar and I’m turning to clean eating and exercise to help me with my depression. I’m only on day 2 but I’m sticking with it this time! I’m proud of you April

  • Hi April just came across your channel after seeing Alan Roberts’ video. You go girl, good for you for taking control of your life and your health. I am 65 lbs down towards a 100 lbs loss goal myself for many of the same reasons! You got this I look forward to seeing your progress! Sending love and encouragement <3

  • I am totally supportive of your journey to better health and hopefully babies! You have inspired me with your efforts and brighten my week and my own very necessary minimum 56lb loss efforts. You have the most beautiful face sweetheart x

  • I understand how you feel so much. I feel like you were reading my thoughts and repeating it to YouTube lol. I just started weight watchers. I need to lose about 200 lbs myself. Let’s do this girl! We can do this. I’m a lot older than you and take advise from a old lady lose your weight now instead of waiting until some day. ❤️

  • Go sis you got this ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I too am on my journey I have lost 52 lbs but then gained 34 of those pounds back but I’ve lost around 18 lbs so far and im still going i started at 262 and got down to 210 then I got back up to 244 and im currently 226.4 now and im trying to get out of the 200s buy the end of this year.

  • Just checked it out! Doing the MyFitnessPal monitoring calories plan myself. Just started weighing myself last month (probably about when this went up) and down about 8 pounds, started with a BMI just below 30.

    Thank you again! .

  • Hi. Just stopped over from Alan Roberts at Every Damn Day Fitness after seeing you on his channel. Just wanted to say I think you’re an awesome person and that you have an amazing outlook. You absolutely have the right mind about all of this and I 100% believe that you’re gonna achieve your goals. Thanks for being a beacon of hope and happiness for people who are in a similar situation.

  • You’re very positive and motivational! I’m also on a weight loss journey and I found your channel today because of that. I started about 10 months ago and have lost 71 pounds. I started at 279 and my goal right now is to lose another 60. From there I may lose a bit more but that’s another goal further into the future. I think the key is knowing that fad diets don’t work, and you really have to learn new habits to create a new lifestyle of eating and exercising, and you seem to really understand that too! I’m excited to watch your journey and look forward to seeing you achieve your goals!!!

  • Hi! I have pcos too and it can be so hard to lose weight and so easy to gain it with PCOS BUT we can lose the weight and keep it off if we can figure out what works for us! I’m excited to see your journey! You should tag more of your videos as PCOS related as there’s a huge pcos community online!

  • I saw your video reviewed on another fitness channel and you seem so sweet so I just wanted to encourage your on your health journey and building your healthy habits. I’ll be praying for you and for the start of your family. You can do it!

  • Hi!! I’m 165lbs and I gain weight easily:( even from water and I workout and have dance! And my goal is to be 110-115 can someone give me tips bc my body type is kinda hard for me to lose weight and I need some help!

  • Hey good luck with your journey! I’ve started exercising again for my general health and I’ve started doing a body positive meditation after my routine. Its been a great way of helping my self esteem x x

  • I think how you discuss mindset applies to so many things…Your words are very motivating! It made me think of how I used to put off creative projects like painting because my house was a mess, and how the mental shift made such a big difference to pulling me out of overwhelm towards intentional, creative living…Keep up the good work!

  • Thank you. I am losing 150 to 200 pounds, and I stop and start and stop, and the depression is over whelming. I am so stoked to use you as encouragement. Thank you thank you.

  • My senior year of high school, I lost 90 pounds. All on my own, no real planning or anything. I got into running and ran three half marathons and many 5ks and 7ks. Then in college I got a job in fast food and a few months later got in a severe car accident and messed up both of my knees and hips and gained it all back and then some. I’ve just recently started my journey to fitness. I started at 256 pounds and am at 248 as of this morning. Again, no real plans, though, just intentions. No eating after 8pm, drinking only water and maybe black coffee, working out when I can. My goal is to go on a couple month roadtrip around the us and Canada, and I want to be able to do everything I want to do. Sky dive, zip line, be comfortable hiking with no help, and just lean and ready for adventures! I plan on starting a channel about all of my little goals on my way to the trip, and then videos of the trip! I don’t have a weight goal, because I want muscle and a lot of it, and that will mean that I’ll weigh more and I don’t want that disappointment.

  • As someone who has been on and off the weight-loss track for the past few years, you’ve really inspired me to stick to it this time! It’s such a breath of fresh air to hear someone say they want to lose weight so they can live their life the way they want to, rather than just for the “perfect” look or weight. Sounds like you’re doing it right too, making it a lifestyle change rather than using a fad diet! Rooting for you!

  • I worked at UAB and I came down there k8nd of looking down at southerners, but left with an appreciation. Why? In the south things are simpler, they don’t ask why or what is your purpose? It’s I’m a woman I’m going to have babies and lots of them. I’m staying home. It’s kinda like the 50s there. Men are very manly and woman are very womanly everyone is kind and if you’re not you don’t get anything. If you’re related to someone or know someone that helps in getting a job over your actual credentials. That’s just the way it is and you know that’s fine. I used to look down at housewives now I think of them as someone who has made a choice. I wouldn’t choose it, but it’s not my life and there are pros and cons. Lastly, I appreciate how simple things can be there. You can get so much more down and are so happy when you think “ this is part of a plan” this is the direction for my life. As a woman who unfortunately had to get an abortion, I respect people’s tenacity to have kids there. It is unreal the lengths they will go through for that goal. Family is everything there. You haven’t succeeded unless you have that in that culture. I respect that it encourages folks to slow down and relax. I hope your hubby isn’t one of those guys that is pushy and men are head of the household crap. Also, I hope he’s not Handsy with women. I think with the me too movement men will change that. Good for you for losing weight. You got this you’re going to be sooooooo grateful you got fit and healthy. Best of luck.

  • just stubled across ur channel and oh my gosh i love your smile and overall positive attitude. im definitely going to start following your journey i am currently loosing weight as well; from 180lbs to about 142lbs. i wish to get down to about 130lbs before 2021! we can do this <3

  • Thank you. I am losing 150 to 200 pounds, and I stop and start and stop, and the depression is over whelming. I am so stoked to use you as encouragement. Thank you thank you.

  • Best of luck. I found you through every dang day ( but not *dang) fitness. Best of luck. You are doing this for the right reasons!

  • I’ve lost 47lbs so far and all I’ve done is focus on calories in vs calories out and try to make sure I hit my daily protein as much as I can. You had some great reasons for weightloss and I really hope you remember those when it gets tough. You got this and you can do it! Also something that helped me was to preplan what I am going to eat for a few days that way I dont make bad decisions in the moment. I always let myself change stuff if I wasn’t interested in it the next day but it helped me keep myself accountable and know I have something in my calorie range. I’ve got another 54lbs to lose so I cant wait to lose with you!

• I’m currently on a weight loss journey but since Rona hit, I’ve been slipping back into bad habits. This really inspired me to get back to it. Thank you!

  • Hi April. I decided to start yoga a few weeks ago too. I have been following the 30 days of yoga program from a YouTube channel called yoga with adriene. She gives you ways to adapt the moves to make them harder or easier and its very relaxed setting.

  • Anthony Lopez keep doing what you doing bro. Don’t this pandemic get in the way of your weight loss journey. You inspired me some much it made want to loss 100 pounds too. Congratulations on your weight loss. Much love to you.❤

  • Love watching these dudes tik toks. It really seems like he’s enjoying on what he’s doing and having fun with it and i’m proud of him for what he’s accomplished

  • That’s awesome. I’m doing my own weight loss journey. I’ve lost 120lbs since September 2019. I continued to lose weight during the pandemic. I chose to put “me” on my to-do list!

  • Good for him. I will not forgive him as a bully and a jerk. Back in high school on U.S. History he would just purposely trip me, steals my bag, throws paper at me with his spit on it, and when I write about my grandpa because he was a WW2 hero and he would be talking smack about my grandpa, and 3 months later my grandpa passed away. I almost ended my life cause of him.

  • Good for u young man,u owe it to yourself to b happy n healthy.keep up the good work!!!

  • Congrats Anthony on your life changing journey! You strongly inspire me and I’m sure many others to improve our health. Many Blessings on Blessings ❣️

  • You primitive humans should be more concerned about not killing and fighting each other first, before you complain about something you can’t get rid of

  • Hey! I don’t know the channel, it got recommended to me and I just wanna say go for it girl! I don’t know you so I can’t really say anything about your personality but you look like a nice person with a good aura. Don’t be too hard on yourself but also you can do it! Go girl!!

  • Brick Fitness you’re good at what you do. ♥️Work on letting them finish their sentence. That will help a lot. ♥️Great job brother

  • I’m currently on a weight loss journey but since Rona hit, I’ve been slipping back into bad habits. This really inspired me to get back to it. Thank you!

  • So proud of you taking this step! I gained 40lbs within 2 years and now looking back, it was like the more I gained, the worse I felt and the more I wanted to eat to feel better. Now that I’m actively tracking my food and doing more exercises, it feels much better and that I’m progressing towards my goal. All the best and excited to catch up on your videos. I find weight gain after a point, it becomes more mental. I’m not planning to have kids anytime soon but I read that being in good health is quite beneficial for the baby, good luck!

  • If I understand you correctly the only carbs you were eating was veggies and pineapple? I’m just confused bcs in your video on why keto didn’t work for you you said that you ate high carb during your weight loss?

  • I jus happened to see your weight loss video and it was a amazing journey…yes it’s TRUE that doing workouts everyday keeps you mindset and body relaxed and becomes strong by all means…You were such an inspiration women…keep going as the way you were…wishing all the success in your life dear

  • It’s so crazy when I first discovered you a year ago it was on YouTube & being one of my inspirations along my 100lb weight loss journey! Our stories are so similar, we’re soul sisters haha Keep inspiring love! ❤️

  • Hey I’m a personal trainer. Before I was educated I would spend so much time on the treadmill. With my professional knowledge, you do not need to do 2 hours a day. If you do Hit workouts this will help more and more protein and cut carbs your body will produce Keaton’s Ketons and help u burn fat faster. But I’m really really happy for you. The long hours you put in definite have benefit. This helps your mind grow strong. You can do anything.

Thank you. sniffs

  • Regarding 14:04, apple cider vinegar shots lowers your insulin levels which in turn causes your fat cells to release fat to provide energy for your body. For this reason it’s very helpful for weight loss and to curb your appetite.

Something else you can do is drink some salt water. This also reduces your insulin levels. Insulin causes you to retain salt, so, if you’re sodium deficient your body will increase your insulin levels to try to retain salt. Consuming salt allows your body to reduce your insulin levels.

Your body will do what it can to regulate your blood sodium levels including raising or lowering your insulin levels.

  • I feel you, gal. I lost over 50 pounds in 2018, by tracking calories on myfitnesspal, drinking lots if water and just walking. Like, I had walked 1000 miles by July of that year. I’ve been maintaining for a year and a half now. But I really want to lose like 20 pounds more.

  • I respect all of you that went threw ur journeys. You guys are the real kings. I wish i had the drive and motivation to do what you guys have done.. if anyone has any pointers or anything like that please contact me on ig: pungocrazy

  • Sounds like a great story of accomplishment. It would have been awesome if the dude was able to tell the story and what he did to get there without being interrupted.

  • Is good to hear other people’s weight-loss journey.
Mine is going well I lost 48lb in the last 4 months
    09 September 2019: 246lb
    09 January 2020: 198lb
09 April 2020: to be updated

  • Debated getting a personal trainer to keep me consistent with eating and gym time currently in the 280s-290s and I’d like to be at 150-175 living in nyc

  • I’m back on track! Started at 265 in 2019. Lost 68 pounds intermittent fasting but then after some very depressing events in my life July last year I fell off… Got to drinking 3 x 20oz red bulls a day plus other soda’s, eating candy and milkshakes… Having no self control and then dwelling on my bad behavior causing more medicated eating..:( I was again in a bad place….

I even started taking my wife down with me bringing her bad foods… pain comes back… skin issue… sleep problems… smaller clothes get too tight again…. and I was too scared to even LOOK at the scale… Once in a while I would get motivated for a day and then still fail to sugar temptations making everything worse… like doubling down over the fail. The few days I would walk, it was only 1.5 miles and I’d have to stop.

I knew it had to change and I longed for the feeling of energy, motivation and self confidence again… so I told myself 2020 will be the first year of the rest of my healthy life. I looked at the scale January 1st and I was at 217. I gained almost 20 pounds from this bad eating for 5 months. Only 20! I lost 65 before! I can do it no problem!

Now Im back to intermittent fasting and about 3 mile walk a day. Eating better, feeling better, less pain and its only been about a week. Today on the scale I was at 204. 13 pounds lower just clearing that crap out of me and getting back on track a week. So much better… and now I cant wait to get down below 200 even though it will be more work:)

I only have so many years left, in fact I almost died in a car wreck last year so you never know… why live those years in bad health? Why wait… every year I have left can be a year I am healthy and confident and capable of anything. Or I can keep putting it off, making it harder and harder… and if I DO succeed… I have even less years left to enjoy it… I gotta get in it quick! So I can enjoy all my hard work for years to come!:)

  • Brick Fitness you’re good at what you do. ♥️Work on letting them finish their sentence. That will help a lot. ♥️Great job brother

Sure i have some lovehandles, but it’s who doesn’t? lol..

  • ewwwwwwww this bitch gets famous fro been fucking fat and then loosing the fat! what about all the ripped guys who can stay ripped for year why aren’t they in the show!?

RTR ❤Lora

  • This is the sweetest video ♥️♥️♥️ shes so genuine setting realistic goals and sharing personal struggles. Its so refreshing to see her positive attitude too.

  • This just makes me cry. I understand all of the reasons and the pain behind them. I’m about 100 lbs heavier than my frame ideally supports. I am just starting my journey here as well.. And you are someone who inspires me. You are going for it with gusto and enthusiasm and it is a beautiful endeavor. I hope that we can support each other!

  • I have about 200 lbs to lose as well and I’m getting so frustrated. I also have PCOS. I also struggle to put on my clothes I know exactly what you are talking about!!!!

  • You should do a collab with Greg doucette! He has an interesting eating model focused on high volume foods for weight loss! Plus he seems really funny.

YOU HAVE A NEW FOLLOWER AND ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER!!! LET’S CRUSH OUR GOALS TOGETHER!!!:):)

  • Good job with starting your weight loss journey to help your health:) check out obese to beast on here if you Havnt. He has lost a lot of weight as well. I was never obese but just overweight (according to BMI which isn’t the best but still). Lost 25lbs. Been counting macros for 3 years now and it definitely helps!

  • I need to lose 100 lbs. Your reasons for losing weight are the same as mine, except for getting pregnant. (I am a Grandma.) You are so authentic, beautiful, loving, and an inspiration to me. Thank you for being so open, and so raw. We can do this!

  • Hi!! I’m 165lbs and I gain weight easily:( even from water and I workout and have dance! And my goal is to be 110-115 can someone give me tips bc my body type is kinda hard for me to lose weight and I need some help!

  • Thank you for being so transparent and honest. God bless you on your journey. Please thank your husband for his service! God bless you both!

  • Good morning! I’m just dropping by to show support and appreciation! I can just tell that you have such a positive and bright aura around you. I wish you all the success and happiness in the world because you surely deserve it! <3

  • Subscribe ❤️ love all your reasons. I to am on a weight loss journey.

Happy to have found your channel, can’t wait to celebrate your successes! I wish you all the best

  • I got 2 mins into your video and knew I wanted to follow your journey and be your friend ❤️ I want to document my fitness journey as well and have just set a goal to post my first video on my 35th birthday… next week

  • It’s so crazy when I first discovered you a year ago it was on YouTube & being one of my inspirations along my 100lb weight loss journey! Our stories are so similar, we’re soul sisters haha Keep inspiring love! ❤️

  • Sending love your way! I hope this journey is successful not just in weight loss but in lots of love for your body and off the scale victories!

  • Thank you, I really needed that encouragement. I am 325 and I started yet another weight loss journey on the 1st. Gotta get obsessed!!! like this guy. Also loving the testaments in the comments of people who have done it.

  • I think how you discuss mindset applies to so many things…Your words are very motivating! It made me think of how I used to put off creative projects like painting because my house was a mess, and how the mental shift made such a big difference to pulling me out of overwhelm towards intentional, creative living…Keep up the good work!

  • I wish you lasting, healthy changes during this time of your life! This will absolutely be a difficult journey but you have incredible “Why’s.” Your positivity and dedication are very inspiring, and I’m rooting for you!

  • Hey good luck with your journey! I’ve started exercising again for my general health and I’ve started doing a body positive meditation after my routine. Its been a great way of helping my self esteem x x

  • Hi! I have pcos too and it can be so hard to lose weight and so easy to gain it with PCOS BUT we can lose the weight and keep it off if we can figure out what works for us! I’m excited to see your journey! You should tag more of your videos as PCOS related as there’s a huge pcos community online!

  • Chicken and rice?? I love rice but there is so many articles that say rice promotes weight gain then some that say it doesn’t. I’m lost when it come to rice so I just avoid it.

  • I need to lose 100 lbs. Your reasons for losing weight are the same as mine, except for getting pregnant. (I am a Grandma.) You are so authentic, beautiful, loving, and an inspiration to me. Thank you for being so open, and so raw. We can do this!

  • You have the right mindset and such an infectious smile! Good luck with your journey! I’m going to be following it for sure, hoping for the best results!:D

  • Best of luck. I found you through every dang day ( but not *dang) fitness. Best of luck. You are doing this for the right reasons!

  • I love that you are doing this. Posting your commitment publicly gives you that added accountability. You have people routing for you! Stick with it. This is beautiful I love your reasons “Find Your Reason” that’s what keeps you going.

  • Debated getting a personal trainer to keep me consistent with eating and gym time currently in the 280s-290s and I’d like to be at 150-175 living in nyc

  • Dr. Oz, in other shows you don’t recommend light or fat free versions of products. This lady eats a lot of those products. Hmmm…
