From Skinny Fat To Ripped: Jasper’s Journey to Real Life Superhero By Steve Kamb • Last Updated: February 1, 2016 • 24 comments Meet Jasper, a 30-year-old sports teacher (and basketball coach) living in the Netherlands. When you think of a professional gamer, we’re willing to bet the first thing that comes to mind isn’t muscles. In fact, it may just be the opposite. But the long-standing stereotypes associated with serious gaming definitely don’t apply to Josh Lujan, who goes by Xaryu on Twitch. Lujan, whose claim to gaming fame is [ ].

Skinny to Ripped My Natural Transformation (EXPLAINED) How College Changed My Life: THE REAL STORY | VLOG 1 S1 Duration: 9:57. Looks like a real life superhero; Rock hard muscles and ripped abs; 8-10% body fat; This physique is similar to the Greek God Physique, the difference is that the Superhero Physique has an extra 5-8 lbs (2.2-3.6 kg) of “pretty muscles”. This additional muscle growth creates a big visual difference. My purpose of this video is to motivate you, no matter if you have you to go from Fat to muscle or from Skinny to muscle, for everyone, body transfomation in the gym, calisthenics, for women or.

One of the best ways to shed fat and get good muscle definition is high-repetitions of a lower weight — not low weight, but low enough to allow for 10-15 repetitions before failure. Reaching. 16 female characters with biceps so ripped they’ll topple the patriarchy. Because men shouldn’t have a monopoly on looking and feeling strong. First, you will eventually reach the Warrior or Greek God build.

You will need to attain a lower body fat for the warrior physique. For the Greek God physique you will need to build up more strength and mass. Taking things into Superhero status requires a great nutrition.

A Carry On actor was rejected for a part playing himself in prisoner of war movie The Wooden Horse because he was ‘too fat’ for the film. Peter Butterworth was involved in. • His workout is awfully similar to a lot of wrestling program workouts… Were you a wrestler at some point? Can we substitute cable flys etc. with dumbbell flys?

  • Hallo Jasper.

ABSTRACT: In most situations involving a significant change in body weight, both fat-free body mass (FFM) and body fat participate, but the relative  contribution of FFM and fat to the total weight change is influenced by the initial body fat content. Overfeeding: In experiments of at least 3-weeks’ duration, the weight gain of thin people comprises 60–70% lean tissues, whereas in the obese it is 30–40%. Underfeeding: In humans, there is an inverse curvilinear relationship between initial body fat content and the proportion of weight loss consisting of lean tissue. […] as energy  intake  is reduced, lean tissue makes up an increasing fraction of the total weight loss. Exercise: If individuals lose much weight with exercise, the result is usually some loss of lean tissue as well as fat, and once again the proportion of lean loss to total weight loss is greater in thin people than in those who have  larger body fat burdens.

    S. 4
TABLE 1 shows that other types of induced energy deficit also result in loss of lean tissue as well as fat. The data on exercise-induced weight loss and on losses induced by hypermetabolism show  that such losses comprise both lean and fat. Hence, it is the energy deficit  per se,  not its cause, that is important.

    S. 5
It would appear, therefore, that exercisers who maintain their weight can actually gain a bit of lean, and so lose an equal amount of body fat; but, if much weight is lost, lean weight will decline. In those who gain body weight, lean weight will increase along with body fat. Exercise cannot augment, or even preserve, lean weight in the face of significant weight loss.

  • I’ve always followed Jasper on instagram, always in censor’s stream asking questions too. My journey began last week after finishing university exams. Will be posting results in 3/4 months. Excited is not the word, but dedication starts now.

  • We’ll its not a natural transformation and Jasper you know it too. Anyone who’s been within the bodybuilding community for more than 1 year knows you cant gain that amount of LEAN muscle mass in such a short period. Its stupid to even try calling him natural. His vascularity just gives it away. If he was bulk it would be possible that he could have done it naturally but not when hes that shreddez at such a mass lmao

  • He does have a good plan and dedication but I’d say he’s on some sort of cycle and he hasn’t admitted tho so it puts people of when they don’t see results like this

  • Okay imma put it out clear for u kids who have a hard time trusting me when i say t fue used roids. Jasper has been working out for 5-6 year now look at his physique and look how “far” he’s come compared to tfue. Tfue workedout for 3 MONTHS and gained that amount of LEAN muscle mass. Now compare 6 years of natty lifestyle (jasper) to tfue who has a 3 months with roids. Tfue is as big as jasper if not even fucking bigger lmao and way more vascular. Wonder how its possible? Its called roids my friends

  • Respect. I would also of mentioned his fat % before and after the transformation, otherwise the 30 pound weight gain is still unaccounted for

  • Just wondering what qualifications he has as a trainer or does he have a degree in exercise science or kinesiology? If he does than great this is my first time watching one of his videos or hearing about him

  • This is great, but a lot of us don’t have 6 days a week to hit the gym. I’m lucky to have 4 days a week to life so how could I alter

  • 3 Wochenstudien?

  • damn that workout is pretty shitty to gain fast muscle i hope he knows that, i mean come on you cant give your arms the same prioraty as your chest or you back????!??!?
All the back exercises are lat dominant not even one close grip row? and where is the romboid komplex? lower back? upper chest??? rear delts?

  • Watched this video because all of the hate directed towards turner but I’m extremely proud of the way you promote fitness to your viewers I used to be overweight and play video games all day when I was younger if there were people like you back in the bo2 days I probably would’ve gotten into fitness much earlier on. Thank you

  • I’ve been lifting for 2 years but haven’t made any progress due to lack of mind muscle connection I think. Please can you do a video about how to improve this?

  • Fake! You’re just defending it and denying it because you’re gonna lose credibility. You wanted clout. You’re channel is dying because you are not authentic. You are a typical California. I don’t wanna just judge you but it’s just the truth.

  • I have been overweight with no gym during quarantine, but I’ve been running and doing bodyweight workouts for the past 3 months and lost 30 pounds. Went from 230 to 200, but I lost alot of my muscle. I guess I’ll regrow it once I reach my goal weight

  • yo jasper you prob recognize me from twitter you motivated me to start GRINDING and get rid of my skinny self and try to get ripped ly bro

  • It’s not so much the timeframe… it’s the fact that he gained 15lbs(!) of muscle in 11-12 months, as by his and your words. Or was that clickbait as well? I respect you, just asking. 15lbs is not possible naturally, and judging by his looks it was all 100% muscle, he even looked leaner afterwards.

  • Boom, great stuff mate! So good to see someone with a big reach spreading the benefits of health and fitness… but actually in a HEALTHY way! People forget to enjoy the process!

  • It is impossible to gain over 15 pounds of muscle (the assumption of ‘over’ being that is looks like he also lost body fat) without taking steroids. I am sure he did work hard and dieted well, but showing a younger audience these unrealistic changes is damaging when they start to train and don’t see the same results.
Alternatively, he may not of taken roids and instead the original picture in the thumbnail may of been a long time ago or either picture may of been photo shopped (the original to make him look skinnier so the transformation is more impressive) and/or the exact change in body-weight stated is a lie / badly recorded, or hes been training longer then 3 months

  • You should of thrown in some form of deadlift movement in the program as it is one of the basics and novice/beginners should focus on them the most for muscle growth

  • Yo jasper this is a great transformation and tons of hard work. But this is kinda misleading for many people, to achieve this body natural especially with tfue’s genetics at his age is extremely extremely unlikely. We all know tfue was on some stuff. Could’ve been HRT, sarms, or roids, so that being said we should all be open and clear to the public. Regardless great vid, great transformation.

  • Thank you for posting I’m starting to take my fitness seriously. It’s just my diet that I have the most hard time with.. working out I got that pretty much down but I have stubborn belly fat and overall A lot of body fat. Any tips on losing body fat?

  • hey man you seem like a really great guy. keep making genuine videos and being yourself and your channel will pop off I promise! keep being honest it always works out. cheers

  • he’s still sitting on stream saying he gained 30lbs of muscle in 6 months, and if he used anything it would easily be 50 lbs.. dude is delusional af and probably into something shady..

  • I dont have workout equipment and I dont have a gym membership but im gonna try my best to do these workouts. Ill find a way, I always do. Let’s do this!

  • when i download the file for the 6 day workout it says i have to open with some source like for example notepad, Chrome but none of them work what should i do?
