It is a smashing one off guide for learning a simple solution to get an amazing looking body minus the hard work. I don’t need as detailed as this ” Here’s how you use the fork to eat, first you grab the fork on the left side because on the right side is the knife, and then remember there are many forks on the left side, we are now eating the appetizer so work from the outside to the inside, so grab the fork on the very outside of the left side, then you extend your right hand to the fork, then you use thumb and index finger and middle finger to grab then you take that extended right arm back to the right side so you can use it to eat, now you have your fork, you can begin eating by sticking the fork that you just grabbed to the food, but watch don’t stab too hard otherwise people will look at you weirdly because you will come off as rude, stab the food lightly just enough for the fork to go through the food, then you take back that extended forearm to your mouth then you put the food that’s on the tip of the fork to your mouth, now, you need to open your mouth before putting the food in, otherwise the food won’t go in. Now that food is in, close your lips and mouth and now begin to chew, now be careful not to chew your tongue. ” I NEED SOMETHING QUICK AND INFORMATIVE, don’t drag it for too long. For example the tip on Glute Step-ups is pretty good, just point that out not to use the other leg to push you up, so you want you point that toe upwards so it disables the calve on the secondary leg. Something along those lines, really don’t have drag it that long. Unless this channel targets specifically for elderly people you don’t have to be as detailed as that.

  • Alot of women have hips like buckets and do not feel comfortable running. I would say learn to prance lift the knees high with each step. Then go for prancing walks lifting your knees to the beat with music. It will give a nice butt and harden the thighs, effortlessly, as you can raise a hair or go for the full 90 degree angle

    day 1: had to stop 2-3 times to rest and my butt is burning rn but its great i love it!
    day 2: was less challenging then yeasterday but i had a mental breakdown in the middle of it and worked out while crying but anyways still love this.

  • I lost 35 kg and I’m 17. I didn’t go on a diet, because it’s stupid. I don’t eat sugar, bread, sometimes I eat pasta. It’s important to find a sport that you really really like. I mean I wasn’t a sport addict, but I found swim and now that’s my lifestyle, and slowly I started with other sports. When you start losing weight you may be skeptical about the result, but after you see your work and you’ll be proud!!

  • I have asthma, tachycardia, hypothyroidism and chronic migraines. So it’s extremely hard for me to stay motivated and lose weight. So far what I’ve found that might help is strength training, yoga, and working myself up to running. I know if I try to run fast like I did before I’ll fail so this time I’m going to aim for speed walking and then running. As far as cellulite I’ve heard exercising for lean muscle and reducing sodium intake will help. Does anyone know what equipment I should aim for? What do you think I should start with for about $250 bucks? I know I want a floor mat or yoga mat because it hurts my back too much to exercise on the hard floor.

  • Can someone pls explain to me why every time I try to workout my legs they never get soar? I can do leg workouts every day but my legs never get soar and idk why

  • I do these same exercises but with 10 pound weights on each ankle for about 45 seconds each leg…is it better to use lighter weights with more reps?

  • Squats aren’t the most effective at growing your booty— hip thrusts are because you can do progressive overload easier. And if you do squats you should do SUMO squats, which are wider, so that it works the gluteus more. Regular squats work more of the quads/hamstring. And for the leg lifts, if you have a straight leg it also works more of your quad than your glutes, which is why you should do donkey kicks instead, which are more glute focused. You should also either add weight or do more of the exercise each time you do it to make sure you are actually getting stronger/growing the muscle

  • Working on the same muscle group everyday without rest will make that muscle smaller because you are tearing the muscle on a daily basis and not giving it the time to rest and heal and become stronger…workout 3 MAYBE 4 times a week and on the days you don’t workout load yourself with protein to rebuild the muscle stronger than before you worked out…

  • Amazing workout! Currently on day 3 and I add in a good cool down stretch to prevent soreness. I noticed we are the same hip measurements (before) so also decided to stick with healthy eating and 15k steps a day, I can feel and see a difference already and cant wait to remeasure on after day 7… thank you so much x

  • As someone who works out 5-6 days a week and lifts, I know there is no way your glutes can grow this fast. I wish they would stop making videos like this giving false hope. In order for your glutes to grow you need to let them rest after a workout. So NO to working out glutes every day.

  • I do not think you will get results by practicing several squats per day because it is important that the muscle rests and can eventually form before so not only will you get no results but later you can fracture your muscles

Something along those lines, really don’t have drag it that long. Unless this channel targets specifically for elderly people you don’t have to be as detailed as that.

Then go for prancing walks lifting your knees to the beat with music. It will give a nice butt and harden the thighs, effortlessly, as you can raise a hair or go for the full 90 degree angle

  • I have asthma, tachycardia, hypothyroidism and chronic migraines. So it’s extremely hard for me to stay motivated and lose weight. So far what I’ve found that might help is strength training, yoga, and working myself up to running. I know if I try to run fast like I did before I’ll fail so this time I’m going to aim for speed walking and then running. As far as cellulite I’ve heard exercising for lean muscle and reducing sodium intake will help. Does anyone know what equipment I should aim for? What do you think I should start with for about $250 bucks? I know I want a floor mat or yoga mat because it hurts my back too much to exercise on the hard floor.

  • My legs are nom I literally can’t move my legs it is so painful butt it really worked so I like it and I think I am going to subscribe and like

  • Squats aren’t the most effective at growing your booty— hip thrusts are because you can do progressive overload easier. And if you do squats you should do SUMO squats, which are wider, so that it works the gluteus more. Regular squats work more of the quads/hamstring. And for the leg lifts, if you have a straight leg it also works more of your quad than your glutes, which is why you should do donkey kicks instead, which are more glute focused. You should also either add weight or do more of the exercise each time you do it to make sure you are actually getting stronger/growing the muscle

  • Working on the same muscle group everyday without rest will make that muscle smaller because you are tearing the muscle on a daily basis and not giving it the time to rest and heal and become stronger…workout 3 MAYBE 4 times a week and on the days you don’t workout load yourself with protein to rebuild the muscle stronger than before you worked out…

  • Amazing workout! Currently on day 3 and I add in a good cool down stretch to prevent soreness. I noticed we are the same hip measurements (before) so also decided to stick with healthy eating and 15k steps a day, I can feel and see a difference already and cant wait to remeasure on after day 7… thank you so much x

  • As someone who works out 5-6 days a week and lifts, I know there is no way your glutes can grow this fast. I wish they would stop making videos like this giving false hope. In order for your glutes to grow you need to let them rest after a workout. So NO to working out glutes every day.

  • Come on y’all, I’ve got 2 babies under 2.5, with a 2 month old. Been doing consistently for 2 weeks. Y’all can do this!! I know 1st hand these are awesome because I started this workout in 2016 before I even had children!! This workout really works, I stopped during pregnancies (except my 1st, i was hardcore working out with him, lost all the baby weight in a few weeks. Not so lucky 2nd time around lol)

  • Been doing fitness blender exercises since 2015, it is really effective. I stopped exercising and tried other videos but i always end up here. Can’t believe that i was able to finish this exercise before and even tried their HIIT vids.
    But now i can’t even finish the pop squats���� have to go back from scratch again��‍♀️��‍♀️

  • I enjoy the workouts they are fun and easy to follow…I’d like to see more 20 to 25 minute workouts I do a morning routine than walk my dog and I do a 5 minute routine everyday on break which keeps me going… your team leaders are great enjoy the workouts with Nick, Nadia is good but she needs to remember to give a heads-up before the transition like count down and advise what we are doing next I find her a little choppy and for someone who has had knee surgery on both knees it can be hard to abruptly make a transition…all in all love you guys and keep on walking…I know I will…
