The most important lessons that George needed to learn were these: you can do things well and even if you do something badly, other people will not necessarily think badly of you, and even if they do, it is not the end of the world.

Ultimately, all of this relentless cynicism and corrupt characterization is encapsulated in Seinfeld’s guiding philosophy “no hugging, no learning,” that is, the show will offer no moral lessons, and the characters will never become sentimental with each other.

  • My great grandma was 114 when she died about 10 years ago. She was the oldest living person in the United Kingdom and Europe and the second oldest living person in the world. It still blows my mind.

  • @ 1:48 when they say “YOU’VE EARNED MY DISGUST” Jeremy hocks a loogie and spits it out Such a fucking cool sound fx they put in. Never heard it until now!

  • Nobody wants to be friends with a person who feels betrayed by that person claiming they are a “friend” and then have that friend go on their youtube channel to interpersonally exploit their own so called “friend.” You’re a piece of shit Jenna. Good riddens to bad rubbish!! FUCKN GLAD YOU RETIRED!!!

  • These videos have taught me so much as a person. They have made me excited to grow older, which is a whole other topic. Thank you, Jenna.

  • George: I was so obsessed with trying to be superior to someone for once in my life that I flew out to Ohio just to zing a guy

  • My great great uncles name was Keith Evers it give me great pleasure to say he lived to 102. 1916 2018 he was a world war 2 soldier. I met him once on his 100th birthday. He was from the isle of white.

  • This is one of my top favorite heavy songs I’ve ever heard. Short, to the point, high energy, riffs galore, breakdowns that make you snarl they’re so good. Can’t believe it’s been this long since it came out, it’s still THE jam.

  • Jeremy played this song to the dudes from TDWP and told them the lyrics line-by-line and their reaction was:
    “What the fuck man?”

  • My thoughts about this song:
    -It’s good.
-Yet, I would like it to be longer and with more verses, so I can understand what they want to express.

And I’m doing an emphasys in this because there are great stories behid ADTR’s songs, but I can’t understand this one specially.

And if someone can express the meaning, please go ahead. You’re welcome to explain.

  • The first time my friend came around for a sleepover she said “OMG WHY IS THE BACK OF YOUR BED SO MESSY” it doesn’t work.. We are still friends tho?

  • …I don’t understand why this is up for debate.
I love Heartless, I love Mr Highway’s Thinking About The End, I love each ADTR, each ADTR track…but this song is very clearly their hardest. Lyrically, vocally, and ESPECIALLY musically.
Yes, Heartless had some sick lyrics, and a killer breakdownbut it was just some simple chugs, and had a ton of melodic choruses.
Mr. Highway’s Thinking About The End was basically the same setup, but with more harsh vocals throughout.

    This one is heavy all the way through, with some nice technical implements throughout, and no sign of clean vocals. ;-;

  • I hope you see this to realize how much this video impacted my life over the years. I still follow some of this advice still to this day. Every time I was ready to give up, I would watch this video. It probably saved my life a few times. 2020 in the year of chaos, I’ve worked on me and im finally happy. Thank you for share your life online. You’ve grown so much and it was nice to grow with you.

  • That butt does not look fat. You got some imagination you look thin in that picture. How do women not know what women are suppose to look like. Debbie Gibson and Tiffany were to thin that was why they wore bulky sweaters and Jean Jackets to cover it up. The modeling agency that said Twiggy was what a woman should look like lied.

  • This is my favorite scene in the entire series I think. For many reasons. Notice how George starts so calmly, then does a slow burn when the oldster doesn’t agree that he should be worried. Second it’s Jason’s brilliant acting. Third it reeks of Larry David’s fascination with death, something he himself saw his hero, Woody Allen, literally make a career of. And George’s line, Are you so senile that yoy don’t even know what you’re talking about anymore??? Is so hilarious and off the wall, directed at someone you’re supposed to be bonding with. is just too funny for words.

Then the topper… You owe me for the soup!

Well you’d think the greatest scene in Seinfeld would’ve involved George and Jerry.

    Alas, no. It’s this one

  • I broke my ankle once and didn’t go to the doctor for like a week. It clicks when I walk now but it’s aight. I just can’t be super sneaky now coz well my ankle clicks.

  • One of the best videos of my life,, i have tears and some faith after watching it.. love you whoever made it and live happily….I am staying put

  • Rewatching old Jenna videos after her new accountability break video came out. ♡ she has changed like we all do, going through seasons and trying our best. her honesty and willingness to be humble in this moment and grow is very inspiring, imo. Xoxo, wishing jenna and everyone the best.

  • I thought of this video when I was presented with the opportunity to move to Chicago from Los Angeles in 2017…So I took it & here I am 3 years later. Thanks Jenna, it really was good advice.

  • For me the best part of the scene is the old man putting his head in his hands like, “I’ve got nothing on this guy, I’m screwed!!!”:D

  • Au contraire to George being fat. He was pretty explosive and athletic. Aggressive too in the right moments. Mentally weak but also scrappy and intelligent psychologically in some cases.

  • God I do believe it’s Eastbourne at 3′ 39″. Can’t get away from the place! Interesting life stories. If I were to be alive in 40 years’ time I wonder if I would be so sprightly at their age?

  • I always like listening to older people. Especially 100 year olds, because it’s very different than the kind of advice I’d get from 30 and 40 year olds. They’re way more down on life. Heck maybe until your 60s they’ll have harsher and grumpier advice but the ones these people have are so much simpler and pleasant and you can take it however you like

  • Needed some Jenna. The worlds really dark these days and im just glad we have some of your old videos to look back on you are loved. Take your own advice tho… “Dont ever be afraid of your humanness”

  • Seinfeld, Martin and Frasier (George, Martine and Niles are my favorite sitcom characters). My childhood would of been boring without them.

  • Tom Denney co wrote this song and 2012 by word alive which is why it sounds similar i like both songs
this song reminds me of ian watkins

  • Watching this in preparation for my 30th birthday this month. It is solid advice and I’m so thankful there are people like Jenna in the world to make it a brighter place.

  • I used to not like this show when I was younger, my Mom is obsessed with it and has turned me on to the show over the 10 years or so, it shocks me how funny this show is and how much I identify with George..

  • this shit is so serious, i think that every1 got to be at that situation one time in their lives, right?! or am i just dreaming, and hoping for some change and success in mah life

  • i went on a spontaneous road trip with my friend and she wanted me to take pictures of a bunch of stuff and every time, i told her to get in the picture bc of this video.

  • Awesome mix.. Still use “George is gettin’ upset!” and “Twix is the ONLY candy bar with the cookie crunch” til this day. Best character of all time

  • Van Gogh cutting off his ear was not the best idea he later killed himself so cutting off his ear did not help. People don’t cut off body parts you will regret it.

  • This is their heaviest song that riff is brutal wouldn’t look at of place in death metal and the lyrics are just brutal it’s not a competition they’ve some great heavy songs but they don’t have serious guitar riffs or themes like this song also 2 minutes is straight up punk rock this is just the only song that’s heavy in a way that makes it hard to believe adtr wrote it

  • An amazing testimony on a spell caster who
brought my wife back to me..My name is Andy
    Sowers,i live in Australia,and I’m happily married
to a lovely and caring wife, with two kids.A very
big problem occurred in my family seven months
ago, between me and my wife.so terrible that she
took the case to court for a divorce.she said that
she never wanted to stay with me again, and that
she didn’t love me anymore. So she packed out of
my house and made me and my children passed
through severe pain. I tried all my possible means
to get her back, after much begging, but all to no
avail.and she confirmed it that she has made her
decision, and she never wanted to see me again.
So on one evening,as i was coming back from
work,i met an old friend of mine who asked of my
wife.So i explained every thing to her,so she told
me that the only way i can get my wife back,is to
visit a spell caster, because it has really worked
for her too.So i never believed in spell, but i had
no other choice, than to follow her advice. Then
she gave me the email address of the spell caster
    whom she visited.{[email protected] gmail.com }.
So the next morning,i sent a mail to the address
she gave to me,and the spell caster assured me
that i will get my wife back the next day. What an
amazing statement!! I never believed,so he spoke
with me,and told me everything that i need to do.
Then the next morning, So surprisingly, my wife
    who didn’t call me for the past seven {7}
months, gave me a call to inform me that she was
coming back.So Amazing!! So that was how she
came back that same day, with lots of love and
joy,and she apologized for her mistake, and for the
pain she caused me and my children. Then from
that day,our relationship was now stronger than
how it were before,by the help of a spell caster.
So, i will advice you out there to kindly visit the
    same,if you
are in any condition like this,or you have any
problem related to “bringing your ex back. So
thanks to Dr jaj for bringing back
my wife, and brought great joy to my family once
again. {[email protected] )    [email protected]   Thanks call or whatsapp him on +2349031670905

  • The last bit of advice, given today
The first Wednesday of the beginning of maybe no more videos of Jenna.

    Thanks Jenna.
You always did your best, and everyone today is doing their best, too

  • They made Myspace and face book for people to share pictures of friends and relatives. Don’t tell people when your going on vacation though as that is invitation for burglars to steal your stuff.

  • Always respect your elders and listen to them. After all they have experienced more than you have in life. They can teach us a few good lessons.

  • BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH YAAAAY!!! LOOK AT ME IM 30!! NOW LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING!! How pretentious!! She’s what 34 now? I mean if she wasn’t putting boring and senseless videos up what would she being doing?

  • The best part is how the old dude totally overpowers George on the way out while laughing, no less. That’s how physically incompetent George is.

  • They didn’t show when George yelling fire, running out the door & pushing kids & old ladies out of his way. Or the time he was caught picking up a donut from the trash can & eating it.

  • Hey everyone if you guys could check out my cover of this song I would so appreciate it, drop a like if you thinks it good and leave me some feedback on what I could improve. Thanks a fuck ton!

  • I know Kramer was the favorite at the time and is for most general audiences but George Costanza is without a doubt the driving force behind the entire series. Don’t get me wrong Kramer is absolutely incredible but George is the best character in this show. Jason Alexander created the greatest tv character of all time and gave us some of the most memorable moments in tv history.

  • (laughing so hard…) Rediscovering Jenna Marbles after 10+ yeard feels like both starting those first curly steps of the yellow brick road AND meeting the true Wizard of Oz behind the curtain. Jenna Marbles: Queen of YouTube. What a journey!

  • You see that smile? That is the secret. It’s all a joke. Laugh! I’m 72. Work ruined the first 10 years of retirement. I’m not a robot!

  • I love how he just added Susan’s death at the end as if it was an afterthought. That just highlighted how much he didn’t care about Susan or that she died. This show is genius! Gold Jerry, Gold!

  • Old people in 2020 saying screw it, while young people hide in their homes afraid of a virus that they have to be tested to even know they have.

  • I dont want to live that long. I dont want to see myself old. I prefer to die young and beautifull Thou i am 31 one. I still have not done most of the things i want and i am still on a waiting modus to do the things i love. To have my own farm plants horses and dogs around. Just be in nature. Now i am stucked in a city and deal with being lost abd hope one day i can get the lige i want.

  • What a piece of shit you are!! Negative town. Entrusting a so called friend to tell you some of their deepest secrets and when they tell you…you freak. YOU’RE A FREAK! Wheres your support for a “friend” going thru hard times. TRULY Jenna. You are despicable piece of shit to talk about a friend with their own personal challenges in life and then go on to mock YOUR friend in YOUR video. What a piece of shit you are!!

  • Forget you man you and your new car that’s not right every body had a piece of my cheese burger and now they got so I can want other cheese burger you make me sick bold head guy I heard you boo

  • I’d like to see what Bill Burr has to say about this grown woman constantly making a complete ass of herself. She’s like, GIMEE GIMEE GIMEE…I NEED I NEED, I WANT..JUST GIMEE GIMEE!!! (What About Bob [a movie staring Bill Murray] for the idiots out there).

  • Y’all obviously haven’t heard Heartless if you think this is their heaviest song. I mean it’s up there, but Heartless wins over all.

  • lol its adorable how a bunch of mall-core 14 year olds think this is OMG SO HEVUY. listen to pissgrave then get back to me, scrubs.

  • All the insecurities of being an insignificant, underwhelming, average human being. Relatable in every way. The greatest tv character of all time. My hero.

  • I really needed to hear this today. I am very glad I am rewatching what’s left on the channel. I started from the beginning and it’s amazing hearing it again now that I’m in a new phase of my life. I feel like I grew up with Jenna. Middle school, high school, college, my first year in the city, adulting, now I’m 24 and really needed the advice and laughs again. Thank you Jenna, hope you are well xoxo

  • Watched Seinfeld after watching TBBT and I’ve felt that george is an older version of Leonard after he’s lost hair and has been driven crazy by sheldon

  • These videos are my favorite, she’s been a great inspiration and a guidance for me in life. I’m kinda sad that she took down the ‘Why Low Expectations are Good’ video because whenever I would get sad due to my unrealistic expectations of my ownself, I’d go and watch that video and feel a lot lighter. I hope you are doing well Jenna❤️

  • My favorite is “hope is killing me. My dream in life is to become hopeless. When you’re hopeless you you don’t care, that indifference makes you attractive”

  • You get what you deserve, for f***ing, with me.
You get what you deserve, for f***ing, with me!!!!!!…

    No one will recognize me,
A new face, a cold heart to stand in your way

(If you haven’t found out by now, this intro sounds exactly the same as “2012”, by “The Word Alive”) lol

  • Hey cam fritts im sorry my stepdad didnt rape me as a child… if i knew you were gonna cry this much, i would have brought tissues… love…. someone who blatantly doesnt care about your existence

  • Don’t get me wrong, this song is a very fucking heavy song and it kicks so much ass. However, it still doesn’t beat Heartless. I think Heartless is A Day To Remember’s heaviest song ever.

  • “Don’t steal, government doesn’t like competition”

You’re NOT stealing/robbing anyone. It’s your right and we get taxed so you can enjoy the benefits of life. Same goes to the young when i retire. Goodbye tension and hello pension.

  • The funniest scene of George in my opinion is when kramer ask him to turn on the fosset, when he says he will do it but ONLY if kramer buys a computer, just watch closely and youll know what i mean, hes so desperate hes almost jumping out of his skin, he HAS to sell atleast 1 computer

  • I don’t think I appreciated Mr. Alexander’s talent enough back then. Watching Larry David, as talented as he is, portray George made it clear that Jason Alexander was/is a comedy genius.

  • “Communicate. Speak with your parents, ask for advice, at least consider what they say, don’t just throw it out of the window.”
Whichever son does that, he will never fail in his life.

  • Plz plz plz! Remember videos like this b4 u give up on ur channel… It sounded like it hurt u to hear ppl call u an ” unproblematic queen” because we’ve all done wrong. But, maybe see it more as how u deal with ur wrongdoings instead of nvr doing anything hurtful or shitty. Like, grl… That’s why ur a queen! U admit (and feel) how (& why) the unintentionally shitty things we do affect ppl so much too. We all have intense feelings that we don’t always kno what to do with. We all make shitty fkn decisions. It’s a part of everyone’s experience. We can also make serious choices and changes in ourselves to feel better and do better. You have. It shows. (this is probably a v libra thing but… if u need to take time for urself that’s okay too just kno that u kill it and have been an absolute joy to experience)

  • Not everybody gets to be happy. Its just if i live with my unhappyness with as much grace as possible that i still can say i survived as a human being no matter how much life wanted me to losse my humanity.

  • Robbing The Government But They Rob The Public For The Money Then Pay it Out To Him Sounds Like He Does Not Need The Money But Claims It Anyway

  • Jenna please listen to your own 30th piece of advice and know that we love you always and have seen how much you have grown as a person.

  • “How many you lose on a normal cruise? 30? 40?”

When George pretended to be an architect I tell you, in that moment, I believed he was an architect.

  • Hi Jenna,

I wasn’t sure where to put this, I’m guessing you won’t see it probably, but that’s ok! I needed to get in a place of gratitude cause I’m trying to get through “Disclosure” on Netflix right now and it’s taken like 5 hours so far cause I keep having to recuperate emotionally, so this break is me being grateful <3

I had ZERO idea why back then, but following your explosion and just consistently being yourself way back when seriously helped me survive. OMG btw, “How to Trick People into Thinking You’re Good Looking” was almost ten years to the day ago! Somehow that both feels way too long and also not nearly long enough.

Anyway, I did eventually discover a bit more, my trans egg cracked April last year. And as I’m figuring out what kinda girl I actually am, you’re still such a huge inspiration to me about it. I’m such a huge fan, and it makes me really happy you’re still kicking and being amazing after all this time.

Also, fun fact, I thought of doing this cause a father in the “Disclosure” documentary says having a trans child is like getting to live with a magnificent unicorn. And I was like “Oh shit, Jenna!!!”

  • Ever since I first heard your comment about regrets and making the best choice you could make in the circumstance at that time and with the information you had at that time… My whole view of my past self and everyone else in the world changed (for the better, I think). And it’s made me much more thoughtful and considerate in trying to understand the struggle someone was in at the time of a “bad decision” and it’s helped me with a lot of personal struggles. I want to thank you for that.

  • Interpersonally exploiting your “friends” on Youtube? Maybe some of your “friends” want privacy…you ever think about that you confrontational snowflakel piece of shit!!

  • you forgot:

  • Please reupload 3 Looks Video! That was my favorite. If someone was offended, there comes a point when the problem is them, and they need to get over it.

  • You live for the day. A spot of whiskey occasionally helps. Everything makes me happy. I’ve got beautiful memories. I was born at an early age.

  • Sad thing is they have done everything in their life’s apart from 1 thing the main purpose of life they haven’t done is worship their creator that’s going to benefit them in next life the eternal life. Please any1 reading Worship your lord the Almighty Allah.

  • For reasons I won’t explain, this song makes me think of my brother-in-law…let’s just say he did some fucked up shit to my wife, when they were kids…I’ll leave it at that. In any case, this is one of my favorite fucking songs by ADTR and I think it’s probably the heaviest they ever wrote.

  • At 5:46 when she starts talking about knowing when to be done something… man… that hit home. She truly does live up to what she says. Shes so amazing.

  • What wonderful smiles. I just love the older generations. I love their stories. I want to live long like them. But not in this world the way it’s headed. I’m waiting for Jesus to come to take us all home. Start anew somewhere else. In the perfect place with my parents, my children n grandson, the love of my life n his son, n a handful of friends. I’ll also get see a few loved ones who have left us early. The list is long. I’ve missed them. so.

  • JENNA!!! Don’t leave I look forward to seeing you and Julien and you fur babies every week ♥️ also, I need to see more tiktok reaction videos!

  • I love it all, but the part that makes it genius is when he gives the tumbs up to the Andrea Doria survivor, gets me everytime! 1:00

  • For me, George is the whole show.
He’s the reason I kept watching it.
When George made that little cubbyhole under his desk, I could relate.

  • Please just leave spiders alone.
They freak me out too, but I still take them outside if they’re in my house.
And if they’re outside..that’s where they should be.
    Just walk away.
    How hard is that?

  • I guess that George does not realize what a 50 year age difference does for your perspective on death! If I ever get to be that age, and I am jot even really interested in getting there unless I stay healthy, active and independent, I assume I won’t care much either.!
