Exercise is one of the best remedies of the host of PMS symptoms that women experience the week or two prior to the start of their cycle. It can help relieve cramping, bloating, headaches, moodiness, aches and depression.

Try to stay active the entire month to get the best PMS relief. But exercise that is exactly what you should be doing. Exercise on your period has been proven to alleviate many symptoms associated with your cycle.

These symptoms can include: pain; cramps; bloating; depression; mood swings; irritability; fatigue; nausea; These are just a few of the benefits you could experience while exercising during your period. Regular exercise can cause subtle changes in your hormone levels, which can interfere with the cyclic buildup and shedding of your uterine lining. The lining of your uterus may respond to these mixed hormonal signals by randomly shedding, which causes breakthrough bleeding.

Breakthrough bleeding is vaginal bleeding outside your regular period. Like other PMS symptoms, one solution to deal with period-related bowel changes is hormonal birth control, such as the Pill, the patch, or hormonal IUDs. • I have cramps and I’m in bed so THANKS FOR HELPING LADY!!!! -_-

also I told my boy bestie and he said “Just deal with it” and “man up” O.o

  • This video does not tell you how to get your PMS under control so that’s very aggravating…All this video is educating you on symptoms of PMS

  • Doing this in bed first thing in the morning setting the tone for the day sweetness all the way!
As someone who used to get very angry at her body for the amount of pain it puts me through every month, this gentle and loving practice is phenomenal. Not just as a relief on cramp-filled days, but as a practice that paves way for tenderness. Thank you endlessly, Miss Adriene!:)

  • Ma’am it’s 3AM where am I supposed to find a heating pad-

    Edit: I do not have my period butI am getting really bad pains in my stomachI just curled up in a ball hoping it would go away ;-;

  • Thank you Adriene for these yoga videos!!! Super helpful. I just started your 30day yoga video and I finished Day 3. I feel so refreshed, my heart is open and full of gratitude . Thank you so much!!! Namastè

  • Seriously my instinct to look for my mom when in need of comfort has been replaced with an instinct to look for Adriene. I’m having such awful cramps right now and as soon as it started getting unbearable some very primal part of my mind went like “Adriene can help me for sure” and you did! Now after practice, I’m sitting under a blanket with a hot water bottle and have a herbal tea brewing and even though I’m still in pain, I’m peaceful knowing it’ll pass. Thank you so much for everything you do, and much love to all!

  • This told me absolutely nothing. I get PMS up to a week and a half in advance of my period and it goes in phases. First is irritability, next is sadness, next is fear, next is desperation, and then it all ends with exhaustion, both physical and emotional. Anybody else? And if it comes in a sequence like that, what’s your sequence?

  • like many others who have tried and loved “PMS be gone tea”, I’m a long-time sufferer of extreme PMS. Breast tenderness, insomnia, irritability, worsened anxiety, feeling down and melancholy. I’ve driven people crazy with my hormonal moodiness, and it often began a week before my period. I began taking this a week and a half before my period was scheduled to come, and I’ve noticed a tremendous difference in how moody I feel. Before this organic tea, my moods impacted my ability to function at work and in my college classes, but now I feel much clearer mentally and emotionally. I don’t panic at the smallest things, and haven’t cried over what someone said to me or how “inadequate” and unlovable I am (which never happens when I’m not PMSing).

  • I have really bad cramps. Like they’re really bad. They last the whole day, and it’s excruciating pain. Every second. Everytime I just let go and lay limp, the pain washes over me and I have to just grit my teeth and get ahold of myself. Warm water kinda works, but then there’s a flood of pain once I move the water. Pills don’t work either. They’re getting worse and worse. What’s even worse is, I’m a kid and this has been going on for a few years. It’s become such a routine and I wish I could just experience no cramps like other girls.

  • For me my period is the worst the first day of it. We almost had to bring me to the hospital because I scream and faint on the first day. Even with meds I still pass out. Sadly I also get it 2 times a month. Will be doing this on the second day of my period ❤️

  • Ever since my first period I got since my birth control got removed my body has changed nothing but fear and anxiaty but I went to the doctor one day before my removal of my birth control and said I have PMS and prescribed me medication. It didn’t help at all it made it worse. I dont know what to do now. I keep overthinking irational thoughts. Imposible thoughts and fears. Please help and reply

  • thank you so much for this, it made me feel a lot better. I appreciate you using gender neutral pronouns, you made me and many others feel safe here ♡

  • I can’t workout during periods.. I experience a lot of pain in the body, in legs, waist, i experience rashes too and i get very irritated during periods.. First two days I’m actually dead.. Anyway.. I’ll try from now onwards.. Let’s see if I can do so

  • My symptoms start about a week and a half before my cycle & i get extremely exhausted, bad migraines, and my attitude is terrible up until the second day of my period then I’m fine. So crazy

  • I just drink a strong sleeping pill and a pain relief to sleep it out☠️ although it’s bad but it’s better then being awake with pain

  • Dear Adriene, thank you for this video, it helps! It would be very nice to have a short playlist of 5-10 videos for women in “those days”, so that we can exercise and get relief when needed. I know some asanas are not recommended because of the blood flow, so it would be really nice to have those videos tailored for our most vulnerable days:-) Lot´s of love!:-)

  • Me on other days thank you God for creating me as a girl, I feel so blessed
Me on period day God, why did u made me a girl
Girls are pretty to look but it’s hard to live a girl’s life
    If u agree plz rply

  • I get lot of Body pains, instead we can say joint or bone pains during my periods. I also have migraine headaches before periods. It is becoming very very difficult for me to correlated with this. Pls help.

  • Mujhe periods se 7-8 days pahle se hi mood swings bhut jyada hone lagte h… main bhut jyada pareshan, akele, or gusse mai rahti hu baat baat pe irritation hoti h… husband se every time ladai hoti h is periods k douraan.. itna jyada pareshan ho jati hu ki suicide karne ka b man ho jata h.. plzzz help

  • Maybe its just me but after having a kid my cramps feel so much different than before. Like now I’ll feel them more in my stomach or back. Luckily my period is way better now since I’m using the iud, but it was a painful process and I did bleed a lot more in the past. Since then my bodys handled it pretty nicely.

  • There’s a problem for me when I get my period I can’t listen much to anyone or anything I can’t pay attention from those all pain I’m going through

  • Thank you so much for this video Adriene I started yoga a couple of days ago and my period started today with painful cramps and then this video…. this video is so fantastic, the energy in it, despite it being a chill video. This gave me a numbing sensation in my stomach and wow I dont believe it! You’re a wonderful person, keep doing what you’re doing and keep being who you are!!

  • Me this is the worst cramping pain I’ve ever had, I want to scream and curse my bf out for no reason, I can’t get out of bed, I can’t stop crying, I can’t stop moving, These cramps just makes me mad asf, Wish it was just 1 time a year

  • Tips two weeks before period cut out sugar, dairy and junk stay hydrated n iron levels in check. When it comes drink chamomile tea and fennel tea you’ll c a big difference. Good luck

  • her“you should exercise”
mesitting on my bed looking up these videos because i’m in paralyzing pain and i literally can’t stand up from my bed like

  • I’m actually thankful for my period I know my body is functioning well and I’m grateful for that, and this practice made it easier for me to cope with the pain

  • Thank you for this video Adriene! Its absolutely wonderful and low energy just like I needed for today! ( also, thank you for the gender neutral language, I was ready to be indirectly misgendered during this and was super grateful to just be able to relax my cramps in peace)

  • Pms be gone tea REALLY calmed my daughter down by taking the week before her week. I thought I was going to ship her off somewhere prior to this supplement!

  • I am relieved to know I am not crazy and that I am not the only one who have all these symptoms and MORE! The insomnia and excruciating cramps and headaches, bad moods/mood swings and feeling so depressed etc etc etc I wish I was born male. It is so hard trying to be a good mom but I get these symptoms immediately after my period so the p in pms for me is PERMANENT. Doctors are useless even the female ones. Coming across this have made me feel relieved and that I am not CRAZY or on my own…!

  • Mujhe kuch nehi kanni periods mein gussa aata hai mujhe..I feel like… Don’t know what I feel but I do feel like bombing my work place and traveling there..But ma’am jokes apart you’re advice is helpful..still I won’t do anything during periods..

  • Wen I started workout during periods bleeding was suddenly stopped… So after that I am still stopped to do my workout during periods time

  • so we all just here curled up in fetal position feeling like death, checking comments and nobody is buying what was said in the video?…cool.

  • I legit just fell on the floor gasping in-between exercises, that’s how trashed I am right now . Awesome video though, really appreciated it. Now I feel less like a lazy potato

  • Didnt know my menstrual started today so earlier I did HIIT for 1hr + 1.5hr full body wt training. Thx god no accident! Got home just in time. Anyhow NO excuses if you wanna look gd. Just take ur BCAA. LoL This is a cool video for those that needs motivation at home but me I find outdoors where there’s pull-ups bars, benches and dirt trails give me a better HIIT workout. U can sprint, jump rope, etc w/o disturbing ur neighbors.

  • hi ms emi wong, just wanted yo ask if what is the best exercise to begin with and when was the best time to start focusing on one part of the body like butt exercise or leg exercise, i just watch a blog where you can start butt exercise when you are on your ideal weight because itmay only lead to a wrong body sahpe something like that. thanks in advane for the response❤️

  • Thanks for this! I’m currently working through the Dedicate 30 day journey and I was ready not to do it today with my cramps. Decided not to skip the yoga and found this instead! Lovely experience that kept me in my daily yoga practise

  • Thank you so much for this. It was just what I needed and I will come back to it for sure. My frenchie joined me for yoga today (he does most days). I love that Benji joins you too. Thanks again

  • This video was amazing, I was in a lot of pain despite meds and this really helped. I didn’t even notice it was 20 minutes it felt like five. Halfway through my cat came up and layed down for a nap while I did the video, it’s the most relaxed I’ve felt in a while!

  • Hi there, I wanted to ask. If I do this on my period and even off my period for like 2 weeks, do you think it helps with weight loss?

  • loved this one today i love that benji was in this one, as the dog im currently sitting for also decided to get involved in today’s yoga. i was getting kisses as i was in the tabletop and the butterfly (how i’ve always referred to the sole-to-sole sitting one) positions

  • Thank you for adding the gratitude piece. My cramps were severe yesterday. Today, they’re a bit better but still awful. When we got to the end and you started to discuss feeling grateful for our body, I Saud aloud, ‘thank you body, for all that you do, even though it hurts right now’. It made me feel less angry! I had been angry because I spent a beautiful day in bed yesterday from the pain (that has thankfully hardly ever happened to me). Thank you!!

  • This was so snuggly and wholesome, like you were giving us all a big hug through this video thanks Adriene ❤️ the cramps aren’t going away but my mental health is better ❤️

  • Omg I’ve just been in pain with my cramps and needed a way to help easy them naturally and my was like 10 /10 now it’s about a 6 now thank you so much ❤️

  • I also post what I eat everyday on my instagram stories hope that would give you some meals ideas and tips!
    https://www.instagram.com/emiwong_/

  • Wait!! Is the title saying.. “DURING PERIODS?? “..
These are so hard and of so much of higher intensity.. Hard for so many people to do in normal days too… How can a person do that in her periods..when there are already so much weaknesses. ❤️

  • Just want to say: thank you so so much Adriene! I found your channel about two months ago and you are helping me a lot to accept my anxiety, my fears, the uncertainty of my life and the beauty of it! I really appreciate your effort on helping so many people around the world with your yoga! Gratitude ❤️

  • I woke up to it and I wasn’t wearing anything I’m pretty young but it’s the first time I’ve had bloating and discomfort How do you all do this??!!!

  • I just discovered your amazing channel. You guys are amazing. Can you kindly tell me what shoes you use for running. I am looking for some good running shoes.

  • My pms comes 2 days before my period, this pms affects a lot my relationship with my husband coz I feel all the emotions in the world when I have it and he can’t understand how does it feel and so we have arguments coz he always think I’m just doing some drama

  • To everyone wondering about what specific kind of exercise to follow
We can do all types of exercises during our periods. It just depends on how we feel and how our body responds to it. Exercise helps to ease pain and it has helped me personally a lot. I do HIIT and cardio while on my period too and it helps me ♡

  • I didn’t expect to get emotional, but I started crying from 16:53 to 17:18. In that moment, I truly understood and accepted the things I’ve read and heard countless times that my body is wonderful, and that it lets me do so many amazing things every day. I’ve always had body image issues, so this kind of feels like an epiphany LOL. Thanks so much, Adriene

  • I am glad I found your channel.. Your voice is so soothing and since I am new here, please guide me where should I start with. I checked out all the videos and I really want to do all of them but should I follow just monthly calenders? Will they cover all past videos as well? Please respond. Namaste!

  • I practice everyday but today is the first day of my cycle and I’ve been feeling so much pain and fatigue, but of course Adrienne still had a perfect video for me. I hold so much gratitude for this woman!!!

  • Having a very awful times for many days each mouth of each year for a quiet some decades is the noblest thing ever!
Bless you all beautiful ladies around the world

  • Thank you thank you so much for this amazing video. I am not sure if I’ll burn necessary amount of calories, but post workout definitely has me feeling energetic, fresh and less sluggish. This is really the myth buster, and satisfies my mind into thinking that periods isn’t blanketing the work I put in pre period days to burn those Cals. Definitely, helped my mind more than just my body. Thanks a lot! ❤️

  • I usually do some exercises during my period because it gives me relief
Have a wash after doing exercises is a haven for me during those days but I have no idea that there are proper or improper exercises

  • Why tf does it need to hurt THAT much…….whyyy
Sorry for my language but I can’t control myself
Anyone dying rn while someone is having the best time of their life……… well I am for sure

  • thankyou so much!!! I was doing the opposite of what I should do to control my PMS and now im sooo cranky, nice to know it is normal then

  • thank you for this, it really helps!! plus i feel less guilty about not working out so intensely, but it still gets the heart and muscles going!

  • Hi ladies, to all those who experience severe cramps during periods like me, here is a piece of advice, boil a cup of pure water with cinnamon (not powder possibly) and let it to cool abit the drink. (Not too hot not too warm) It really helps me alot. For me hot water bottle dont work infact if water falls on my feet I end up feeling like pass out. Bathing the first day of your period is not advisable. Painkillers sometimes don’t work with me infact taking them induce vomiting for me though atimes they work especially ibuprofen. Otherwise I wish I can get a last solution to this pain. Good luck girls just try cinnamon warm water and let me know if it helped you.

  • When I have really bad period pain I don’t know what to do with myself.
Often I sit on a toilet vomoting to the bathtub at the same time, that’s how bad it is. When trying to come back to my bedroom I keep hoping I am not going to faint on the way.
I literally feel like someone is crushing my insides.
    Worst pain ever

Edit: if I had one of my bad period days now, I wouldn’ t be able to write this comment. So I am doing it afterwards

  • thank you so so much, this may now be one of my favourite videos on youtube. the energy, the calmness and gentleness of each movement, and the serenity i could feel that distracted me from the pain has made my day so much better!! hope anyone who sees this comment found some of the relief they were looking for <3

  • Love seeing my QT fam on here! Really needed this today before work as my period has been bad this week. Didn’t feel up to working out but this was a perfect mix of stretching and breathing. Benji was sure interested in whatever was outside the window!

  • Just now I was just trying to do Emi’s abs workout

ᴍᴇ: maybe I can also do workout as usual (after a few min, )

ᴀʟsᴏ ᴍᴇ: no I can’t anymore

  • For the working out one, it does work for me HOWEVER, it only made it worse if I worked out during my period.

I recommend working out everyday, and taking a break during that time of the month. Because when I was not as active I had terrible I MEAN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE to the point where I cried (I don’t usually cry because of physical pain) but then when I started working out I HAD NO CRAMPS AT ALL. Then I decided to be lazy for a while, and my cramps came back.

Soo please at least try this.

  • I really didn’t think yoga would be so effective at relieving my awful PMS symptoms, but after laying in the last pose for an extra 30 minutes, all my symptoms are gone! This is amazing. Thank you!!

  • So i’m suffering from pms but my period is also worst it really painful medicine also doesn’t work and I’m have to take injections every month

  • Hello friends! As I meditate on the importance of being true to the best version of myself each day, I want to keep asking myself in what ways can I challenge (my) assumptions.
    How about you?

  • I needed this today! Thank you! I woke up with pretty bad cramps for me and tried all sorts to cope with them. I’ve been doing yoga for a few months now following your videos and I thought I’d give this one a try today and it really really helped! Thank you!

  • I’m having my first cycle after giving birth, it’s very physically and emotionally different, and I knew this channel would have a perfect practice. Before pregnancy I’d always had a negative relationship with my belly, and now I feel gratitude toward that spot where my baby grew. During the part where I rubbed circles around it and let feelings come up, I definitely shed some tears of mixed emotions. And my Buster was sweet enough to sleep through the whole practice and my writing this comment. Thank you Adriene for providing support for all kinds of people in all kinds of situations!

  • Thanks for sharing this video Adriene! I was skeptical of all the pillows at first, but it was magical once my cramps eased up ❤ I’m going to share this with all my girlfriends…

  • I say accept your pms eat good excise and journal how you are feeling lots relaxing just let your body relax take each day at a time try and find things that you enjoy about that day write them before bed write three things that you loved about that day be grateful for what you have think positive look those in worse situation

  • Working out on periods indeed is a challenge and here we are ready to grind hard to get that beach body You’re dedicated so you will see the results soon! Proud of you girls!!

  • Me reading the comments:

I’m in so much pain and I haven’t even started yet. I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck. And I’ve been drinking water, using a heating pad and taking ibuprofen.

  • For the last 3 months I got my period on the 14th of every month! It sneaks up on me too as the back pain; cramps and ovulation pain prior to getting my period have totally disappeared!!!!!!!!!! Everyone is different and lack different things, ive tried so many supplements but finally found what works for me.:Pms be gone tea;. I take this 1 to 2 times a day starting about 2 weeks prior to my period as I switch between this and my multi because some natural things can react badly together. So then after my period starts I switch back to my multi. THIS WAS MY LIFE SAVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Some tips to help with periods ( personal experience)
    1. Lay on your back, if you lay on your side its going to hurt u even more and itll calm down that diarrhea feeling you get in your lower back

    2. Keep your legs open while laying on your bed, it helps the flow come out easier so you dont get that ” i just gave birth to a jelly fish” feeling when you get up.

And last is the heating pad its a BIG help when it comes to the cramps, but pain pain pills can work as well hope this helps you guys

  • I have started to do your yoga sessions everyday for the past 4 days and I will be making a positive change to my daily routine by incorporating some time with myself to participate in one of your many yoga videos! Thank you Adriene, I am really noticing a huge difference to my mental health and general well-being already! xxx

  • Is it just me or did anyone else want to bawl their eyes out when Adrienne said those beautiful words? I got so emotional as this is my first period after a painful miscarriage which is hard to let go of. This practice gave me so much love and peace. Thank you so much. I am just one week in with you and already a huge fan ♥️!

  • This was the first video I watched of emi’s, that got me more into my fitness journey, at that time I had the food thing down pact, but I didn’t even know what an Ab exercise was, I just needed something to stop the cramps. Now I am here years later to reminisce and be active during mensuration (I usually do regular work outs during this time) and I’m so glad you have been a big part of my journey thanks emi

  • My cousin suffered from Premenstrual Syndrome it includes number of symptoms related to the menstrual cycle such as Severe abdominal pain or cramps, Abdominal bloating, Indigestion, Tender and swollen breasts, Increased appetite and food craving, and Mood swings, etc. I used various medicines but got no relief. Then I used PMS Care Pack of Planet Ayurveda and got relief from Premenstrual Syndrome.

  • Just remember ladies, sweets can make your cramps worse even though it’s what many of us crave on our periods. I ate two cookies last night, I’m regretting it so much. I’m so irritated, feeling like I have an open wound that just throbbing in pain with no way to fix it. I feel so nauseous and sometimes I’m shaking with the pain

  • I always have a heated blanket near my bed during the first day of cramps. Just press it really hard on your lower abdominal area it really wants. Also, for my asian girls, i buy pouches of honey ginger tea. Ginger is warm in Chinese medicine and it really helps warm up your body.

  • Shoot i cant so some of these off my period. Unless this time of the month gives me super strength gunna have to modify it a bit. Like regular planks.

  • Am I the only one that is so exhausted and in pain that I almost fell asleep multiple times in the first 3 minutes?
I’ve been so stressed lately and my period cramps are severe on top of that, so this was wonderful, thank you.

  • its cool to see a bunch of trans people in the comments! im non-binary and despite being on birth control for almost ten years, recently every month my symptoms seem to get worse. this is really helpful, thank you so much

  • Do they understand period pain? I excercise daily, but cant take hot bottle. And it hadnt make any difference for the past 10 yrs.

  • This is a good workout no doubt but not sure I’d recommend it for that time of the month. Period workouts should consist of slower movements and deep stretches. Exercises like this are great for the week after your period when your hormones are high and you get that burst of energy!!

  • Thank you for this Emi. Actually I was worried that I might not be able to do a workout during my period (which sometimes took 5 days long). With this video, I might be able to do a workout even when I’m on my period. Thank you for this. I’m consistently following all of your workout videos and I started seriously last week for the 4-week full body workout challenge. ❤️

  • I searched specifically to see if you had a video for period pain and I’m so glad you did! Thank you so much, not only has my pain eased, but I also feel a little less anxious about the work I have to do today. Plus, as a nonbinary person, I really appreciate how inclusive you were. It makes a world of difference for me and I am so grateful for your videos!

  • I quite liked the video because of Dr.Annie’s tone of voice and reassuring words telling us that we, as women, are kind of in this together. Anyway, working out really helps me and I try to keep irritations at a distance. I’ve got quite a lot of pet peeves which I’m still working on and the most irritable one is when I hear sounds/voices I don’t like. It used to be orders and instructions from my mum so I let her know and if the people around you care and love you, and you explain it in a way that’s not offensive, it should all workout. Other times, cold beverages have helped, too. The BEST way to deal with it is by inhaling some wonderful earthly herbs.

  • Thanks emi this is lovely exercise i was doing this exercise in my peariouds and i feel happy because i miss my exercise a lot in periouds

  • So I am thinking if I am still going to exercise today because of the pain… I searched for exercise during period and found this ❤

  • Kapalbhati pranayam helped me alot. I did it for only 2 weeks before my period and i experienced little to almost no pain. I’ve been on and off yoga practitioner, but this time i’m sticking to it forever, cause just can’t handle the pain. I practise the breathing exercise everyday now in the morning for an hour

  • Even though the period pain might be so unbearable that you might vomit, cry or feel suicidal, try forcing yourself to start masturbating. After 10 minutes, the g-spot stimulation will easy the cramping. Then once you orgasm, your uterus and birth canal will be far more relaxed. Really takes away the pain and the orgasms increase dopamine too.

  • I’ve been following a 4 week workout programme and hate to break it but I’m in so much pain so doing this instead today. Great video, thanks:)

  • Omg I dont even know how y’all do this.. I’m ending my period soon but then there’s still a flow making me very irritated so I can’t even do excerises omg.

  • I thought I was the only one who wanted to work out even while on period but guess not ; here’s to our healthy body (btw we are quite fortunate ones as our cramps are not as bad as most girls)

  • I do have them. So this is where my swing mood came last time. Sorry. Altough, I still blame partially my ‘h’. I need to control these mood swings when they occur. From now on, I will write down the day they finish, so I can calculate rougly when is the next time.

  • Loved the yoga but would be nice if there was a little less talking. I’m not meaning to be nasty when I say this. There just literally isn’t any break in you talking so it is harder to just relax and enjoy.

  • Today’s my 1st day of period and my 7th day of working out. I don’t want to skip a day from stretching my muscles ‘coz i feel so good after each workout. thankfully i found this.. thanks emi

  • I woke up with cramps today so after taking some Ibuprofen I laid back in bed with my warmers to follow this practice and I feel so much better after this. thank you ❤

  • No I can’t do that on my periods. Neither should you.:) it will indeed cause more cramps. It’s better to do just walk on initial 3 days.

  • Comment: Is anyone here in quarantine trying to glow up because they are really insecure about their body and also having their time of the month?
    me: ‍♀️

  • Madam I’m a stroke patient before…now I almost recovered my health.but my left side leg& hand are paralyzed. l can do some natural exercises. even I did some I hat lots of pains..can I do exercise during periods?

  • 1 to 2 weeks before perood then 1 week during period you’re still experiencing symptoms leaves you only 1 week per month to feel good and normal

  • It was my rest day yesterday and I thought I’ll do nice workout today but then I got my periods. I get cramps on first day. If its not too severe I can do these exercises today in the eve. Thanks emi ❤️

  • Hi, Miss Emi! I am very thankful that your workouts helped me lose weight. I am diagnosed with PCOS wherein I don’t have a regular period evey month. But when I started using you tabata workouts for 2 months here I am having ny period. Thank you so much, Miss Emi. Keep inspiring others.

  • I can’t stop puking. My back is killing me and I’m cramping like heck.
My head is pounding, I can’t sleep not even for two minutes.

I hate being a girl on my period

  • The best way will be menstruating at all. I’m so looking forward that day, never had a good relationship with my periods (curiously my pains have improved over the years, but sometimes they get so atrocious I’d rather die instead).
Meanwhile my back is hurting so much I am turning into a TIGRESS

  • I have really bad pms. I get really emotional to the point that I cry myself to sleep every night plus my period cramps are worst I have to take painkillers.. So basically I only have 2 weeks in a month when I am actually okay.

  • I have a hormonal imbalance so my periods have been so irregular the only time I know when I’m getting my periods I get acne and get extremely agitated and cranky quite easily…wish I had a happy period but it just doesn’t happen because I have such a heavy flow it annoys me.
