    I realize that I haven’t been smart when it’s come to weight loss, and I need to do better. I want to lose weight slowly, realizing my weight will go up and down along the way. I also plan to eat more protein and not binge just because I didn’t eat perfectly that day. I think I finally get that quick weight loss is not the answer.   • Hey all I am a huge fan of Cassey’s and grateful that she shared her journey with us ♡. I do want to mention that this kind of approach really hurt my health and caused me to go into hypothyroidism in my mid-30s. Everyone’s body is different, but just want to share that health is not just defined by body fat percentage your sleep, skin, hair, menstrual cycle, libido, mood, immune system are also incredible markers of health. More attention is being brought to how dieting and extreme exercise can really harm your health, rather than support it. Check out Stephanie Buttermore’s journey of going “all in”, in case curious. Been a big fan of Cassey for years, and happy for her! But also want to share that this kind of approach may actually be pretty hard on a lot of bodies, and can even cause metabolic harm (which it did in my case). Just stay aware, and know there are a lot of different ways to be healthy, beyond just being lean!

  • hi everyone. when i first started losing weight, this is was the first video i did. i started seeing some results, and then as time progresses i recommend starting to go into HIIT exercises and some more intense workouts as well. i cant promise you will lose 10 pounds in a week, because personally i didn’t. because when i first started i was still eating just chips and snacks all day, and you can def still do that, I’m in no means trying to say cut the chips and stuff totally out because it took me a while to be able too. and don’t push yourself too hard, i got into a lot of bad habits with my health because i was becoming obsessive. now, I’m eating mostly healthy foods everyday, and working out 4 to 5 days a week. i started at 134 lbs ( i mostly started losing weight because i was getting told i wasn’t as skinny as i used to be ) and now I’m at a comfortable weight of 121 pounds. I’m 5’3/5’4, but everyone’s body is different! my weight mostly goes to my thighs and calves, compared to my stomach. so my body will look different from others. i learned not to lose weight for others, for boys, for nobody but myself and that is what in the end made me strive for better. if anyone has questions or anything just let me know

    current weight: 108 lbs
    GOAL: 100 lbs
    Day 1: so i started today and i took one break towards the end but so far good workout (i did this at night and forgot what i ate through ot the day lmao
    Day 2: so today i got through the workout with no breaks and for breakfast i had a banana with peanut butter and for lunch i had half a sandwich with a small orange and for dinner im having a crock pot pork roast with half a potato weight: 105.8 also i had one snack today and that was strawberries
    Day 3: so today i completed the workout with one break and for breakfast i didnt eat but lunch im not sure yet but i will have strawberries with it and for dinner im having chicken terryikai and i weighed in at 104.2
    Day 4: sooo today the workout was the same has yesturday for breakfast i had and orange and for lunch im having chicken hummus with pretzals and dinner im not sure yet either and today i weigh in at 104
    Day 5: sooo today i got through the workout all fine and dandy (lmao) but for breakfast i ha one poptart and lunch half a sandwich andddd strawberries and for dinner im not sureee but im weigh in at 103.8!
    Day 6: ok sorry for the wait butttt i was 103.2 and i id the workout fine and idk what i ate lol
    Day 7: today i didnt do the workout but i did a 10 minute cardio and i was 102!
    Final weight:102
    OVERALL this was a great workout u can ose alot of weight but u should eat healthy!!
    **i also want to add that i am doing exsersizes from bailey brown (inner thigh and lower abs) also i do the workout around 11-12 and through outthe day when i get bored i do thewalk a mile at home by robertas gym or i do some kind of cardio or something for my legs.**

No one is safe online �� If you’re on the bigger side, you get labeled as “body positive” when you never signed up for it; if you’re fit, you get creepy ass people sexualizing something that was never supposed to be sexual (it could also be vise versa)

I noticed you were becoming more long and lean from the beginning of the year and didn’t think you were doing anything wrong. I’m a bit on the thin side (probably a little too thin) but I still eat! however, my body just naturally looks a certain way.   • I just made the cheesy sauce and I have to admit, I was extremely skeptical. I forgot hash brown so I made some extra red potatoes and experimented with it. I put one average red potato at the bottom of the bowl, smashed it with a potato smasher, then added same proportion steamed broccoli, and smothered the cheesy sauce.   • This what I do. Also, I add a teaspoon of pure ground cinnamon. It keeps tour blood sugar from spiking which is what store fat. The cinnamon also makes the tartness of the drink more palatable.

  • I can see you slimmed down but the “last 20” before and after pictures are such different poses… your legs are completely different and you tilt on the after… Would have loved the same pose on the before and after.

  • This is just some interesting stuff for the skinny gene thing. So the “skinny gene” isn’t mentioned as much in biology however ive learnt about it in psychology. It’s to do with your natural metabolic rate. You can have two people, one skinny one curvey, and they could eat the exact same thing with the same amount of exercise but their genes mean their bodys process food differently. I read a study on twins where one of them had the skinny gene and the other had the “fat gene”. Not everyone has a skinny gene so this diet might not work as well for everyone thats why we have to find foods that work well with our bodies and help our metabolisms.

  • Oddly, I’m using just the plain cider vinegar WITHOUT the mother (IGA brand). Started it 5 days ago and wow, my back & side pain went away, I’m sleeping a lot less.   • I had been trying to go wfpb for about 6 weeks and was getting a bit discouraged because so many of the recipes were horrible..! The folks would be saying how delicious a particular recipe was and I would be dumping it in the trash despite my aversion to wasting anything. Then I found you, Kiki, and things have turned around.   • Invest in a vitamix or blentec. I drink green apples, celery and cucumber mix with natural coconut water every morning fiber and all and it’s damn tasty. Not following any diet and have dropped weight. 1st thing in the morning, i drink braggs apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon in an 8oz glass of water then about an hour, i drink my green colored drink i mentioned and go about my day with a reasonable lunch and dinner and b4 i go to bed another glass of vinegar water. Lost a lot of weight. Mediterranean diet for me is the only thing that works. I hope you’ll try my drinks. I feel energized and don’t miss coffee at all. It’s been almost 2 years without coffee. I’m a sucker for tea though

  • After being anorexic I had to go through a period of gaining weight Consistently. I was so scared of gaining weight but I just couldn’t count calories anymore. Once I fixed my psychology and lost the fear of food I was able to lose weight much more easily and even count calories without obsession or guilt.

  • Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Ater 2 weeks, I have lost half of the weight I wanted. Your recipes are simple and include many ingredients that I have on hand. I tried a weight loss plan where I was required to purchase a minimum of 2 months of meals for a ridiculously high price. Most of the food was awful and I ended up throwing most of it away. I like that I know exactly what I’m eating and I can make some modifications to suit me. After all the diets I have tried, your plan was the only one that has worked for me.

  • Great video and good advice for normal people. Adele probably put down so much weight because she stopped drinking as much as she did. Cutting down on binge drinking is like #1 change in order to lose weight. Second, bringing a bit of order in your nutrition and diet and some healthy foods in exchange for whatever junk food you eat, also makes wonders for someone needing to put down that much weight. In other words, she didn’t need 3 juices a day. Eating less, cutting down alcohol, and choosing more healthy foods can get you to put down 50 / 70 / 90 lbs. It’s more about a change of mindset than a diet.

  • Interestingly enough, u actually had great results within the very short amount of time and yes it was water weight to start but most likely on ur way to fat loss if the test was beyond that. You can’t accurately really give a fair review or a legitimate review with one week. Also, calorie deficit is dependant on an individual’s lifestyle, namely, energy daily expenditure. In the end, it was ur opinion.

  • By straining the juice you are losing all the fibre. If it’s too thick just add more water to it when you are blending it. Green juices can be nice…you just need to find what works for you. My fav thing is to add a kiwi fruit to sweeten it up.

  • I didn’t try the full sirtfood diet, I ate 2 meals a day, only replacing my afternoon for the juices and I feel glad to have lost weight, reduced my blood sugar levels and my bp levels… i have been doing this for 4 weeks now and lost 10 kgs (I was very obese and probably ate a 2500 calories diet)… yes I was also low on iron so had to take some supplements to complement this…

  • I lost 25 lbs doing keto. Tbh, it’s easier tban any other diet i have ever tried. It’s being 2 months and plan to go until at least october. Key part to do it long term is to make sure to check out all the good food you can eat on keto and ignore all the food you cannot eat. If you love fruit, the first week maybe rough but just eat berries.

  • Sounds similar but a bit different to intermittent fasting, which I’ve been researching lately. It relies on keeping your body from having insulin spikes and eating a good amount of food to satiety when you do eat so that your body doesn’t go into starvation mode. But the plus is that you can have coffee. ��‍♂️

  • Thanks for this vid. Quite interesting. I don’t know your BMI or stats %, & while eating whole & healthy is always a good thing for all, you don’t appear to need to lose any weight. Some Qs:
    1) Coffee is an appetite suppressant, so why no coffee?
    2) why juice all the greens when one can benefit from the belly-filling fiber & not feel hungry?
    3) why not just have dates & walnuts as is (without blending)? I grew up on stuffed dates with walnuts (remove the pit & replace with walnut)
    4) Depending on one’s job/life-style, most of us don’t actually need 1500-2000 calories per day
    & finally 5) not all calories are equal! So, we got to eat balanced.
