Men especially struggle with this stubborn problem area because it’s one of the first spots that we tend to pack on the fat while also being one of the last spots to release it. And one of the worst things you can do if you want to burn this stubborn fat is a crash diet because diets that require you to heavily restrict typically lead to yo-yo dieting were within a relatively short time frame you give up and regain all the weight. This usually leads to your love handle problem only getting worse, so instead, I want to give you guys 20 simple things that you can start doing today to help reduce the size of your love handles naturally without feeling like your starving yourself. And the very first thing that you’ll definitely want to do to make fat loss way easier is to eat a diet full of foods that have a high thermic effect. I think we all know that cutting calories can feel difficult but burning more calories just by prioritizing certain foods is much easier, and it can really contribute quite a bit to your total calorie deficit leading to more fat loss without having to put in a whole lot of effort. The thermic effect of food is essentially the energy that your body requires to breakdown, digest, and assimilate the nutrients from the food that you eat. So to put it simply some foods cost more calories to break down than others, which is a very good thing for fat loss. P.S. Stick with it, it pays off, don’t get put down by not having immediate results. I know, easier said than done. And I’ve definitely given up in the past plenty of times for the same reasons. For me it’s hard to accept, but I’m finally sticking with it, making it habitual. To admit, I just made brushing my teeth a habbit…but now I cant fully wake up or go to sleep if I don’t. Same goes for this. It’s a tough mindset to get in, and if you don’t now, you will one day for sure if you’re motivated enough to look up some yt tutorials/guides lol. The key for me is setting a goal. And it has nothing to do with getting abs and all that. It’s the after. The thought of being so happy with myself alone is rewarding to me. The goal doesn’t always have to be getting swole, while it might work for you; if you try to set a goal that satisfies you, you’ll feel more determined to get it! I think that was more of a rant for me…well, from me to my past self that kept giving up. No more of that. Anyway…song names!

okay I think I have finally gone fully insane when there was the cross body swipe workout I was already dead from the other workouts id done but I did it anyway cuz I’m a lazy shit and need to get in better shape but I literally was chanting swiper no swiping what has quarantine done
OMG, GIRL! ALL of your workout routines are super intense!.. I’m in decent shape already, but I always find myself almost completely out of breath and sweating like crazy after each one of your workout routines!.. I guess it’s really all about not taking too much of a break between exercises, therefore making the overall routine like literally 10 times harder, maybe more!!!.. This HIIT stuff is exactly what I needed to add to my own personal workout routine!..
One thing I’ve noticed after doing a few of your workouts is that I have absolutely horrible balance & coordination among all of my muscles at the same time! (Part of that comes from having Asperger’s syndrome, but), in any case I know that if I can manage to add in at least a few of your routines into my weekly schedule from now on, that I will definitely be getting much more fit than I (thought) I was!..

Starting my journey today on July 28th, trying to lose my quarantine weight and get together before this new school year begins. I start my day off with lemon water and drink that only.
If this works, and I only say that because I haven’t tried this yet, one can’t over emphasize his pace is not extreme or excessive. So these exercises should something most of us can do and not have to be as super fit as he is.
I’m going to do this for 2 weeks straight as I’m trying to be fit for a social. So far it’s been 3 days, no results quite yet. I’ll do results every 3 days.

I did Day 1 yesterday and I could only do jumping jacks for 40 seconds and the planks for about 10 seconds but everyday i’m gonna go a few more seconds until i’m at the full time. I’m excited to do this everyday.
I just completed this video without taking a break for the first time! It seems like such a little accomplishment but it shows actual progress and I’m so proud of myself:) Next goal is to not do the low impact versions of some of these exercises lol

I eat once per day every 24 Hours, fasting is the easiest diet of them all, bunch of myths that is hard to do bla bla bla. Yeah if you are used to eat all day fasting will be hard for the first 2 days, after that enjoy easy fat loss =) From 80KG to 70KG in 1 month just by eating whatever I want once per day, not to mention I have forgotten what grocery store means

idk if it’s just me but i’ve been doing the hourglass challenge for 13 days today and I feel like it’s not that hard anymore like if I was doing something wrong because I don’t feel tired like I used to, anyone else??
I feel at a loss, I am half-way through day 15, I haven’t noticed a difference and neither has the scale. Before I started this program I have been working out 5 to 6 times a week and have lost nothing. the scales still jumps back and forth from 210lbs and 220lbs. I keep going because I know exercising is good for me. But I can’t help feeling disappointed that my body hasn’t improved. I just want to be healthy and take care of my body. but it feels like I am not doing a good job doing so. groans
Instead of going when you go I count how many times you do something so I can take my time and do as many as you do because I would end up taking hours when it’s only eleven minutes

I’m 6’ 1’ and weigh about 220 (pretty overweight for my height) and I’m 22 years old. I’m going to do this EVERYDAY, today is July 29, I’m going to update you guys every week and let you know how the progress is going!!
Week 1: 3rd day was the hardest for some reason, but it’s getting easier and easier now. No visible results, but feeling good, let’s go baby!!
Week 2: at the end of week 2 I’m noticing small changes, comparing my progress photos there’s definitely a small decrease in my mid section! It’s also gotten to the point where I don’t need to set alarms, my body knows to wake up and immediately start the grind

P.S. Stick with it, it pays off, don’t get put down by not having immediate results. I know, easier said than done. And I’ve definitely given up in the past plenty of times for the same reasons. For me it’s hard to accept, but I’m finally sticking with it, making it habitual. To admit, I just made brushing my teeth a habbit…but now I cant fully wake up or go to sleep if I don’t. Same goes for this. It’s a tough mindset to get in, and if you don’t now, you will one day for sure if you’re motivated enough to look up some yt tutorials/guides lol. The key for me is setting a goal. And it has nothing to do with getting abs and all that. It’s the after. The thought of being so happy with myself alone is rewarding to me. The goal doesn’t always have to be getting swole, while it might work for you; if you try to set a goal that satisfies you, you’ll feel more determined to get it! I think that was more of a rant for me…well, from me to my past self that kept giving up. No more of that. Anyway…song names!

okay I think I have finally gone fully insane when there was the cross body swipe workout I was already dead from the other workouts id done but I did it anyway cuz I’m a lazy shit and need to get in better shape but I literally was chanting swiper no swiping what has quarantine done
OMG, GIRL! ALL of your workout routines are super intense!.. I’m in decent shape already, but I always find myself almost completely out of breath and sweating like crazy after each one of your workout routines!.. I guess it’s really all about not taking too much of a break between exercises, therefore making the overall routine like literally 10 times harder, maybe more!!!.. This HIIT stuff is exactly what I needed to add to my own personal workout routine!..
One thing I’ve noticed after doing a few of your workouts is that I have absolutely horrible balance & coordination among all of my muscles at the same time! (Part of that comes from having Asperger’s syndrome, but), in any case I know that if I can manage to add in at least a few of your routines into my weekly schedule from now on, that I will definitely be getting much more fit than I (thought) I was!..
Keep up the great videos and I’ll definitely be watching more of them as I find time to do the exercises in them!.. You are gonna help me to “level up” my fitness during this quarantine time!!.. I love stomach vacuuming, honestly it’s the only way I kept myself curvy even after putting on 30lbs. If I don’t do nothing I’m doing that.
I think that a lot of people on here want results within a week by just doing five minutes each day… This is a great work out, and makes you feel great! xx

If this works, and I only say that because I haven’t tried this yet, one can’t over emphasize his pace is not extreme or excessive. So these exercises should something most of us can do and not have to be as super fit as he is.
I’m going to do this for 2 weeks straight as I’m trying to be fit for a social. So far it’s been 3 days, no results quite yet. I’ll do results every 3 days.
Guys, do you realise that any other option is better than doing these exercises? Its too hard for non trained people with excess body weight. These exercises are the reason why they give up and stay away from sports forever. Just saying…

You can’t spot reduce dumb dumb. Results aren’t consistent. Just stop eating people get so scared when they hear that they need to cut their calories it is what it is. Deal with it. Quit being a pussy and allow your body to burn the stored energy.

I NEED HELP!! I be been doing this workout and other ab workouts and i always feel the burn on my right side even if i’m working out my left side. my right side of my abs is way more defined than the left, and i don’t know what to do. ;(

Literally the fact that you do your “before and after” pictures in the same clothes just gives away the fact that your photoshopping your pictures and that gives ppl false info. Just saying
I love Gravity Transformation videos, but the animations withing the video are sometimes too many and so cool at the same time that sometimes I get distracted from the video itself. LOL
