Today, we are Attacking the Back Fat! Although you can’t truly spot reduce, you can reduce overall body fat through what you eat and always work to develop muscles in those areas.. What you will need: Own body weight, band with handles, rubber banding, hand weights or tubing. Attack Back Fat Exercise #1. Swimmers – start using nothing.. Stand tall, put your arms out straight in front of you and pretend you are pushing through deep water and really use muscles by squeezing forward, out and back. Focus on squeezing those back muscles, and you should really feel in your lats.. Attack Back Fat Exercise #2. Straight arm reverse fly – start using nothing or grab tubing. The closer you put your hands on tube, the harder is going to be. Just grab and pull it apart, feeling it in your back. If you place your hands wider, it will make it easier.. Attack Back Fat Exercise #3. Reverse fly – bend elbows, open squeeze, push open as hard as you can. Attack Back Fat Exercise #4. Next grab band to hold onto or use your own bodyweight. Lift up, arms are straight and slowly bring it down and back up. Squeeze your back, stomach in, core tight, again, working your back up and down.. Simple exercises to do with own body weight, tubing, banding or weights.. How many do you do? Do what is intense for you. If it was easy, up your resistance, do more repetitions and go slower. I’ve had several requests for workouts so I hope you like this! When I said ‘free weights’ I meant you can use dumbbells, plates, kettle bells or resistance bands…. whatever you want or have handy. Also, some of these moves are modified from the ‘traditional’ execution to target the bra-fat-bulge area. For example, the ‘chicken wing’ exercise is a modification of a shoulder fly. In a traditional shoulder fly, you’d be over and draw your elbows up and back to the sides, but in my version you stand up straight and draw your elbows up and down, while holding the weights straight in front of you, like you’re flapping your wings. Also, a traditional wood chop you’d ‘chop’ down with a squat, but to keep the force in your upper back, I didn’t squat. Make sense?. 2. Lean your upper body forward, your arms hanging down. 5 Moves to Get Rid of Bra Fat. Save. One way to prevent bra fat is by toning the muscles on your upper back and laterals. Firm tissue will bulge less than soft tissue.
This five-move workout will help you target those stubborn areas with upper back exercises that tone and strengthen your muscles. Sit on the edge of a chair with your feet flat on the floor and wide apart. Wrap the ends of an exercise band around each hand, and hold it overhead.

After watching a run through, I thought this might be too easy, but it really does work, especially if you add a resistance band! I don’t think doing it just once is enough for anyone though, I do think it should be done at least twice, if not three times every other day.

This was the first time I did your video. I was not able to do the pushups but I did kickbacks instead and my arms are shaking. I actually broke out into a sweat which I love. I have lost almost 40 lbs and my arms have wings on them, so I have to work harder to get them toned up. Thank You

Ok so during all this quarantine thing I was always doing abs workout… I lost 5-6 kilos. Now I’ve abs and I realized that by doing abs workout, my back is a little bit stronger but I’ve still back bulges ! I’m going to do your exercice and I will post the update! ( btw I’ve a 29• scoliosis it’s not that noticeable but one of my shoulder is lower than the other one)……….. 24/06: I did 3 sets of all the exercices my back is sweating so much lmao 25/06: My back and my shoulders hurt so bad Lmaoo I’m sore! I have two and a half weeks till school so gonna do this everyday starting tomorrow. Remind me to do daily updates. I will also be doing 200 abb exercises every day. (No diet tho)
Day one: completed. Didn’t give it my all because got bad cramps but still did it. Also did about 5 mins of jump rope before it.( I know 5mins isn’t a lot but I will increase the time as I get better) I will be doing my 200 crunches before bed. Day two: finished. Did this and an armit fat workout. Arms burned. Back burned a bit. Done 200 crunches. Went for a walk. Ate bad food tho. Day three: finished. Did an armpit fat workout beforehand. Gonna do 200 crunches in a bit. Not gonna check for results until day 8. And that’s when I will try on my school uniform to see if it fits better.

I started this 17/08/20 with the Chloe things arms workout and legs I drink coffee before the workout to have an energy it’s help rlly and I do it with diet Day 1= it was a lil bit hard but I did well I eat a salad Day 2= that was easier today but after the workout it hurt in back soon yh I eat some spaghetti with lower calories Day 3= that was easy too and it doesn’t hurt like yesterday today I wanted to eat soo I eat dinner Day 4= I am starting to see the different i my lower back I am happy it worth ittttttttttt and OMG SHE COMMENTED ❤ I’ll keep update

I super love this workout!!!! From 2 weeks i went on til my 3rd week this week. My body felt great esp my back!!! If only i could post pictures of my back before and after! What i especially love was my long gone bra bulge. Swear!! I love that it’s so simple. I did not feel lazy enough to do it. And it does not have any ‘sets’ so your mind keeps on going without thinking ‘sh*t i need to repeat this exercise later again’ it does not exhaust you. It actually excites me to do this workout. THANKS JO!!!!! I love it!!!

At around 57 my bust all of a sudden grew & my fault I didn’t realize that not figuring out what size I was now just started wearing sports bras which apparently caused this problem. If nobody ever tells you that your bust is gonna grow like crazy post menopause you don’t really realize it’s happening that bad. I went from the b cup I had worn since my 20’s to a dd cup at 58 when it makes no sense at all. At 25 I would have parlayed these things into a rich husband at 58 & happily married to my not rich best friend they are a big pain. And I got bra folds of skin out of the deal too. These exercises have too much bending of the knee for arthritic knees though. I can do high impact but I can’t bend my knee without major sharp pain like a 10. I hope I help a youngun by letting them know this happens. Don’t just opt for easy, fit your bras as they grow. I am not fat, the folds that developed are loose skin, I am trying to put muscle under the skin.idk what I am doing, just know this happens & when you just Google this problem you are pointed to cosmetic surgery. Think twice about anesthesia unless it’s to save your life.

i’ll do results everyday. day 1: very motivated day 2: i was sore but i noticed a huge difference day 3: i was a little lazy but i added another workout for hip dips yesterday. day 4: is today i’ll update later on but i’m definitely lazy today ( i didn’t do it fully yesterday ) day 5: i’ll update later on, i’m energized today and i’m adding 50 squats
hi, guys, I’m doing this every day and update you guys: day 1 I did it! Surprisingly wasn’t too hard! day 2 was a little harder today, I did this on a full stomach which I don’t recommend!! I do see a small difference nothing to big day 3 actually really easy today, it felt like it went so fast! day 4 didn’t feel like doing this today I felt lazy and unmotivated but I did it anyway! getting easier every day, no major results but results take time day 5 did this nice an early today! there is a difference from when i first started which im super happy about! day 6 felt a bit sick today (not covid ) which made it really hard today, but i did it! day 7 woohoo im halfway day 8 day 9 day 10 day 11 day 12 day 13 day 14 yay all done:)

Hi Christina, my name is Tracy and I am 56. I found you worked out for the back fat or bra overhang and I am doing the exercises but I’m having a little trouble. First of all I just can’t do 15 pounds right now cause I’m just getting back into exercising. I’ve had a lot of medical issues and I’m just starting to get back into the groove. Anyway I’m doing the exercises and I see that I’m having a lot of trouble on my left arm. My left arm is weaker than my right arm. I would like to know if I could use less weight on my left arm and little heavier weight on my right arm the biggest poundage I have here at home is 8 pounds but I can’t even do 8 pounds on my right side right now because it’s just too heavy. So I’m doing 3 pounds for the upper arm movements like the alternating front and lateral raises in 5 pounds on exercises like the rows. But my main question is can I use a lighter weight on my left side at least till I get strong on my left side or is that going to have me off balance or something. Oh, also. These exercises are just way too tiring for me trying to do them all in one session. Can I just spread them out throughout the day? Thanks, Tracy

You need to watch your form, because people will be copying movements that are wrong! Your knee press-ups, your back needs to be straight not arched, and your body should be at a 45 degree angle to the floor

Will this perk up the chest area? Not look for a major boob lift, but a little boost upward would be good! My breast tissue is compromised from breastfeeding two babies (doesn’t bother me one bit). It’s how low they hang a little lower that makes me self conscious.

The way you explained the annoying “love handles” muscles and how you need to work out the primary and secondary muscles to get that “girdle” effect was so perfectly done. The entire routine majorly focuses on back..which is greaaaaattt… I ideally don’t like trainers who constantly talk but I think the routine is worth it.

They always say one cannot burn fat in specific areas but it’s been my experience that more fat tends to accumulate in the parts of our body we hardly move, where there’s less blood circulation. So it’s not hard for me to believe that if we move those parts regularly some of that fat will go away.

The exercises are fine but I wish this could come from a more body positive focus for example working on those important postural muscles to create a strong upper back and shoulders. Instead of contributing to people feeling self-conscious about their bodies, especially the younger generation.
Day 1: Did this it was easy at fist then I got tired, but not bad. Later in the day I was sore. Day 2: Omg Im so sore. But feels good because I know it’s working. I just stretched a little before working out so I can do it. Day 3: I forgot to post it yesterday. I was a little sore, not much, the stretching helped a lot. I’m doing 2 sets of 90 seconds for each, It easier for me. Day 4: Just a little sore, not bad. OmG today I sweat a lot….Maybe because im putting more dedication to the exercises. Im so happy that Im on day 4. As for today I DO SEE DIFFERENCE under my armpits, where the bra is. I see more “flat” instead of round chubby of how it was.

Will never get results with your methods. Hitting the WEIGHTS is the only way. You offer silly exercise advice for a big problem area that requires true bodybuilding.
Loved this workout! This sequence is one of the best I’ve ever found❤️. My only complaint it was in the middle of the workout I had to muted you. It was great listening to you in the beginning, but it turned kind of annoying when you’re trying to get you focus on the workout. Overall, #icanfeeltheburnrebecca

You need to watch your form, because people will be copying movements that are wrong! Your knee press-ups, your back needs to be straight not arched, and your body should be at a 45 degree angle to the floor

In this Covid-19 stay at home, I have had tons of time to do different workouts, but this one has really -REALLY!! showing results so fast. the bra bulges are almost gone… not toally but looking much better. Thank you!! April 19, 2020

I really do struggle with back fat, but I’m worried that my neck muscles will become very big because of this exercise. I already have big muscles in my neck and my shoulders are already very broad.

i HAD STARTED USING A BAND UNDER THE ADVISEMENT OF my therapist to work on my upper arms and to reduce my fat in that area as well as my back fat. After doing this for a week, the muscles under my fat started to bulk up and I could hardly fit into my blazers because my arms got so big and bulky (as a female not attractive). I stopped doing it as a result. Targeting weight loss with out of whack hormones is very difficult.

After watching a run through, I thought this might be too easy, but it really does work, especially if you add a resistance band! I don’t think doing it just once is enough for anyone though, I do think it should be done at least twice, if not three times every other day.
I can’t thank you enough Ashley for the tremendously effective, time efficient and encouraging prenatal workout that you offer! Taking the little time that they actually require everyday is really a game changer in my pregnancy, mentally and physically!

Christina, I like all of ur Videos, but this one is by far MY ABSOLUTE FAV INSTRUCTION VIDEO to get rid of BACK FAT & BRA BULGE.
The moves that U teach us in this video are super effective. After doing 3 sets of 10 for 4 days I felt the difference in my entire back.
The following week I watched my food intake a little closer ( every day I ate aprox 230 calories less than I normally eat, i.e. cut out my daily candy bar) and immediately my back was transformed, I wish I could post a pic. My back is beautiful after only doing these exercises for 2 weeks.

Day 4: I completed my work out, it was much easier and faster. My muffin back is still here but it got smaller.

This was the first time I did your video. I was not able to do the pushups but I did kickbacks instead and my arms are shaking. I actually broke out into a sweat which I love. I have lost almost 40 lbs and my arms have wings on them, so I have to work harder to get them toned up. Thank You

Hi Reb, I have started to work out to lose back fat and bra bulge. I am just wondering to know if I have to do these exercises everyday and for how long should I continue this? Please let me know.
I have two and a half weeks till school so gonna do this everyday starting tomorrow. Remind me to do daily updates. I will also be doing 200 abb exercises every day. (No diet tho)
Day one: completed. Didn’t give it my all because got bad cramps but still did it. Also did about 5 mins of jump rope before it.( I know 5mins isn’t a lot but I will increase the time as I get better) I will be doing my 200 crunches before bed.
Day two: finished. Did this and an armit fat workout. Arms burned. Back burned a bit. Done 200 crunches. Went for a walk. Ate bad food tho.
Day three: finished. Did an armpit fat workout beforehand. Gonna do 200 crunches in a bit. Not gonna check for results until day 8. And that’s when I will try on my school uniform to see if it fits better.

-(Day one) was really difficult for me at least cuz I’m hella lazy but no pain no gain

This was the first time I did your video. I was not able to do the pushups but I did kickbacks instead and my arms are shaking. I actually broke out into a sweat which I love. I have lost almost 40 lbs and my arms have wings on them, so I have to work harder to get them toned up. Thank You

Day 1= it was a lil bit hard but I did well I eat a salad

I super love this workout!!!! From 2 weeks i went on til my 3rd week this week. My body felt great esp my back!!! If only i could post pictures of my back before and after! What i especially love was my long gone bra bulge. Swear!! Because before i did not feel good about wearing tight tops since my bra bulge is the thing i feel uncomfortable about but doing this made it gone! Thanks Jo!!!!
I love that it’s so simple. I did not feel lazy enough to do it. And it does not have any ‘sets’ so your mind keeps on going without thinking ‘sh*t i need to repeat this exercise later again’ it does not exhaust you. It actually excites me to do this workout. THANKS JO!!!!! I love it!!!
Wow never had this problem until age 58 years. At around 57 my bust all of a sudden grew & my fault I didn’t realize that not figuring out what size I was now just started wearing sports bras which apparently caused this problem. If nobody ever tells you that your bust is gonna grow like crazy post menopause you don’t really realize it’s happening that bad. I went from the b cup I had worn since my 20’s to a dd cup at 58 when it makes no sense at all. At 25 I would have parlayed these things into a rich husband at 58 & happily married to my not rich best friend they are a big pain. And I got bra folds of skin out of the deal too. These exercises have too much bending of the knee for arthritic knees though. I can do high impact but I can’t bend my knee without major sharp pain like a 10. I hope I help a youngun by letting them know this happens. Don’t just opt for easy, fit your bras as they grow. I am not fat, the folds that developed are loose skin, I am trying to put muscle under the skin.idk what I am doing, just know this happens & when you just Google this problem you are pointed to cosmetic surgery. Think twice about anesthesia unless it’s to save your life.

i’ll do results everyday. day 1: very motivated day 2: i was sore but i noticed a huge difference day 3: i was a little lazy but i added another workout for hip dips yesterday. day 4: is today i’ll update later on but i’m definitely lazy today ( i didn’t do it fully yesterday ) day 5: i’ll update later on, i’m energized today and i’m adding 50 squats

Hi Christina, my name is Tracy and I am 56. I found you worked out for the back fat or bra overhang and I am doing the exercises but I’m having a little trouble. First of all I just can’t do 15 pounds right now cause I’m just getting back into exercising. I’ve had a lot of medical issues and I’m just starting to get back into the groove. Anyway I’m doing the exercises and I see that I’m having a lot of trouble on my left arm. My left arm is weaker than my right arm. I would like to know if I could use less weight on my left arm and little heavier weight on my right arm the biggest poundage I have here at home is 8 pounds but I can’t even do 8 pounds on my right side right now because it’s just too heavy. So I’m doing 3 pounds for the upper arm movements like the alternating front and lateral raises in 5 pounds on exercises like the rows. But my main question is can I use a lighter weight on my left side at least till I get strong on my left side or is that going to have me off balance or something. Oh, also. These exercises are just way too tiring for me trying to do them all in one session. Can I just spread them out throughout the day?

You need to watch your form, because people will be copying movements that are wrong! Your knee press-ups, your back needs to be straight not arched, and your body should be at a 45 degree angle to the floor

Will this perk up the chest area? Not look for a major boob lift, but a little boost upward would be good! My breast tissue is compromised from breastfeeding two babies (doesn’t bother me one bit). It’s how low they hang a little lower that makes me self conscious.

The way you explained the annoying “love handles” muscles and how you need to work out the primary and secondary muscles to get that “girdle” effect was so perfectly done. Definitely you feel the burn…I do with 5kgs dumbell…quite exhausting…I would recommend 2kg dumbbell for women…but I don’t have it here in lockdown, so I am using 5kgs one. The entire routine majorly focuses on back..which is greaaaaattt… I ideally don’t like trainers who constantly talk but I think the routine is worth it.

They always say one cannot burn fat in specific areas but it’s been my experience that more fat tends to accumulate in the parts of our body we hardly move, where there’s less blood circulation. So it’s not hard for me to believe that if we move those parts regularly some of that fat will go away.

The exercises are fine but I wish this could come from a more body positive focus for example working on those important postural muscles to create a strong upper back and shoulders. Instead of contributing to people feeling self-conscious about their bodies, especially the younger generation.
Day 1: Did this it was easy at fist then I got tired, but not bad. Later in the day I was sore.
Day 2: Omg Im so sore. But feels good because I know it’s working. I just stretched a little before working out so I can do it.
Day 3: I forgot to post it yesterday. I was a little sore, not much, the stretching helped a lot. I’m doing 2 sets of 90 seconds for each, It easier for me.
Day 4: Just a little sore, not bad. OmG today I sweat a lot….Maybe because im putting more dedication to the exercises. Im so happy that Im on day 4. As for today I DO SEE DIFFERENCE under my armpits, where the bra is. I see more “flat” instead of round chubby of how it was.

Will never get results with your methods. Hitting the WEIGHTS is the only way. You offer silly exercise advice for a big problem area that requires true bodybuilding.

Loved this workout! This sequence is one of the best I’ve ever found❤️. My only complaint it was in the middle of the workout I had to muted you. It was great listening to you in the beginning, but it turned kind of annoying when you’re trying to get you focus on the workout. Overall, #icanfeeltheburnrebecca

I don’t have a lot of upper back fat but I have an inverted triangle body type so the back fat makes it look worse. I hate having broad shoulders.

Completely out of breath!!!a I did it with 3lbs weights because that’s the heaviest weights I have at home,and I barely made it through the workout!!! Special thank you for your instructions during the push-up,I was never able to do even one of those and wondered why I couldn’t do them,until you said that the arms should be wider than the mat,anda suddenly,just like that,I did the push up,,,Thank you so much for that!!! You need to watch your form, because people will be copying movements that are wrong! Your knee press-ups, your back needs to be straight not arched, and your body should be at a 45 degree angle to the floor
Definitely you feel the burn…I do with 5kgs dumbell…quite exhausting…I would recommend 2kg dumbbell for women…but I don’t have it here in lockdown, so I am using 5kgs one. The entire routine majorly focuses on back..which is greaaaaattt… I ideally don’t like trainers who constantly talk but I think the routine is worth it.

I am so glad that I have found her channel. Finally something enough challenging and still safe. I was working out with Ashley during my first pregnancy 2 years ago and I have just strarted out again being 11 weeks pregnant now. She is inspireing and keeping me motivated!

I really do struggle with back fat, but I’m worried that my neck muscles will become very big because of this exercise. I already have big muscles in my neck and my shoulders are already very broad.
Just did this one and did the 10 minute toned arms one yesterday. Have to say, even though I work out almost every day, I REALLY feel your workouts in my arms! Thank you and I’m sharing with my friends and family!

You have given scientific explanations which is very logical and i love it. Can you do the whole exercises with step by step instructions and timer so we can do along with you!! i HAD STARTED USING A BAND UNDER THE ADVISEMENT OF my therapist to work on my upper arms and to reduce my fat in that area as well as my back fat. After doing this for a week, the muscles under my fat started to bulk up and I could hardly fit into my blazers because my arms got so big and bulky (as a female not attractive). I stopped doing it as a result. Targeting weight loss with out of whack hormones is very difficult.
