  • aslaaamu alaikum bro. if you can recommend a full stack for a beginner to start with (pre workout and post workout) that would be great inshaAllah. Im a little confused when having to pick out all the different products by myself.

  • Yes! I throw together usually 3 eggs on a piece of toast with chili sauce or a hot bowl of oats with collagen or protein powder and I take my bcaas with me to the gym at 5am. Food before my workout and plenty of protein and aminos to power me. vroom vroom.

  • Those 3 PWO’s are for women or gay people!!!
If you guys want a real high stim PWO try the new DEFIANT UNLEASHED from MUSCLE FORCE!!!
    450mg of caffeine,,
    250mg eria jarenesis
    150 junglans regia
    100mg of dmha
    3500mg beta alanine
    8000mg l citruline malate
Tbh the guy who did this video looks kinda gay too, he probably does crossfit

  • This was the most informative video I have watched! Exactly what I needed and answered all my unanswered questions from other people/videos THANK YOU!

  • I love Women’s Best vegan protein, but I was so disappointed when I found out that some of their new products contain palm oil (the protein bars) When I complained to them about it their customer services team made light of it and were condescending I am surprised that when there is so much in the media lately about how the palm oil industry is killing orangutans and their habitats that Women’s Best would use it

  • I hate the itchiness too, but I found out that not all pre-workout has that ingredient in it. I think Lit from GNC doesn’t do itmy favorite is the raspberry tea. I do a little over a half scoop and it’s not too sweet and works great.

  • You would be into this

I’ve been taking it for a couple years. It’s essentially a pure derivative of the powerful anti-bacterial & anti-viral component in coconut oil. they JUST started making skin care products too, the company produced the supplement solely for many years

  • Hi there, I want to know if Custokebon Secrets, will work for me? I notice many people keep on talking about this popular fat burn secrets.

  • Magnesium and vitamin D and in winter also vitamin C. Also I take veggies protein powder in my smoothies but just because I don’t eat much proteins lately

  • My cooworker laughed when I told them I was planning to become slimmer with just implementing Custokebon Secrets, but after I showed them great results right after I used it they are begging me to share with them about it. Of course I won’t let them know the detail about this diet plan, lol

  • I notice a lot of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets (search on google). But I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you ever tried this popular fat loss system?

  • I have to take protein supplements because I feel I can’t digest enough animal protein to meet my macros. Collagen peptides has been a real life saver as I can see and feel an improvement in my joints, skins and hair.

  • Its still shock me just how lots of people do not know about Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google) despite the fact that a lot of people lost a lot of weight with it. Thanks to my personal friend who told me about it. I’ve lost tons of weight.

  • You’re so funny, I was laughing my head off Magnesium…..definitely magnesium, we’re all deficient in it apparently. About the vit D3 thing, I read that if we go for a walk in the morning the first 20 minutes should be without sunglasses, so your comment about absorbing it through your eyes made sense

  • I get BCAAs in animal protein fish beef eggs and my Protein Powder plus it’s one Supplement I don’t need. Research has shown it’s a failed supplement for building muscle.

  • I have read i need 1g of protein per 1lb of my weight to efficiently grow muscle…. now thats way too much food, my appetite is 0 during spring-summer n i barely got 1 meal, 1 banana, n some nuts today… Im very confused

  • Has anyone tried Custokebon Secrets? (just google it) I have heard numerous amazing things about this popular lose weight secrets.

  • As a former Pro-Athlete I’m going to be extremely serious with you….STAY AWAY FROM ANY SUPPLEMENT WITH CREATINE!!! Most of these over the counter pre-workout supplements contain Creatine and/or Beta’s/AKG’s….These ingredients effect your liver and kidneys, and if you do decide use them, don’t use them for more then 2 weeks in a row, then stay off for at least 30 days in a row (“it’s called cycling off”).  If you don’t “cycle off” you will permanently effect your kidney and liver.  Drink lots of water before, during, and after use (if you decide to use these supplements). Also stay away from supplements like Nitric Oxide. These are high AKGs and many also contain Creatine.
Woman should also be careful not to take any supplement or meal replacement product that contains Whey.  Whey makes the body produce yeast. And most woman will suffer from yeast infections after using supplements or meal replacement products that contains Whey.  So ladies, only use supplements or meal replacement products that are Soy based only. Soy and Soy Beans help to increase breast milk glands in addition to being a great product for dietary protein intake.
Guys, you should stay away from any Soy based supplement or meal replacement product. As I stated before,  Soy or Soy beans increase breast milk glands in men just like women.  This gives guys the “Dad Boobs” that I’m sure you’ve all seen before. Men should use Whey based supplements and meal replacements products.  This is why Almond Milk has replaced Soy Milk in most store.  They didn’t tell folks why all of the sudden changed, but this is the reason why.
    I hope this helps.

  • Do natural popular weight loss methods like Custokebon Secrets really work and if so, how effective are they? We’ve heard several awesome things about this popular fat burn methods.

  • I think you are my fav health and fitness youtuber, great advice and so funny! keep up, you have all support and thank you for everything

  • Are you still taking these supplements now? Would love an updated supplements video if you can. Just came across your vids a couple days ago and am just loving your personality. I feel like am a beginner all over again after taking a break from my fitness for so long and now focusing more on strength training rather than cardio. Will definitely be watching more of your videos. Anyway just rambling here… Take care

  • i really like you. But what you told About the bcaas is just shit. you Need all acids not only three. this is so wrong and dissapointing. that are your supporter. fuck that

  • There is no difference between men and women supplements, our bodies work the same way
also your body doesn’t just get used to micro and macro nutrients so that you need to cycle them
and when you do cycle them you just take same stuff with different name basically.

  • Skip the BCAAs and replace with a quality protein shake (Whey isolate is great for low carb, low cholesterol). BCAA’s don’t replace actual protein as you mentioned in the video, but I 100% agree that the BCAA’s help flavor the water so you stay hydrated. The food coloring is completely unnecessary in these supps as well!

  • I love to take morning complete. This stuff is golden. I love to add chia seeds, flavorless collagen and apple cider vinegar with the mother. The vinegar is a little tough so start with a teaspoon and work to a tablespoon. But love this stuff please try it and tell me how you like it? Cause I love it. This and basic protein powder is all I use.

  • I just found your channel, and I really laugh  out loud at your snarky fitness model jabs. Love you, keep up the good work and the sarcasm!

  • For those who don’t want to rewatch, pause and write down: 1. Concentrace Trace Minerals Drops 2. Amazing Grass Green Superfood (chocolate) 3. Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega with D3 4. Vitamin D3 5. Modern BCAA (not really necessary unless you’re a prof. bodybuilder etc.).

  • Hi Shelly! I’m from Italy and I really like your channel! What do you think about Herbalife supplements? Protein supplements are good for you? Thank u very much!

  • Not related but you have gorgeous hair, dya think it’s mainly because of your diet and health or have you got any secrets you’d care to share

  • Hanna, Miss seeing your face when you aren’t uploading. I love hearing you speak English!!! My mom speaks broken English and she’s been in America for 30+ years. English is a HARD language.

  • For me is Coenzyme Q10, Omega 3 pills and because the doctor prescribed it I take vitamin B complex (especially vitamin B12) and folic acid. Other than that, I tried vitamin E pills, Collagen, whey proteins when I don’t have time to eat enough proteins and only if I work out.

  • What about iron? I went to the doctor and that’s one of my personal deficiencies. But at the same time, iron does not agree with the digestive system.

  • Yes!!!! High threshold of pain here too. My cramps were so bad that when I was having contractions while in labor, I couldn’t believe how mild childbirth was. That’s when you know your cramps are too painful. I also took chastetree berry to help with hormones and the pain. I ended up having adenomyosis and had a full hysterectomy last year. So glad to be pain free. Good luck with the Maca! I take the powder now to help with my hormone breakouts. Thanks for all the info!

  • Just discovered your channel. I like your content. I just wanted to know if it’s possible not to lose my breasts while losing weight.

  • I just wanted u to know that I enjoyed your video and silliness…u have a great sense of humour and an incredible physique! My G’d girl!! Where did u get such a huge and perfect ass and such great shape? Are u au natural?? Either way-u look amazing!!! And..your face is beautiful…u remind of the actress Marlee Matlin…Btw I have a question..HOW in G’ds name do u tolerate the taste of that EXCESSIVELY SALTY mineral supplement?? How many drops do u put into how much water? Please tell me..I have that stuff but don’t know how to get it into my body bc it is SOOOO ULTRA SALTY!!!!! Thanks, in advance, for some tips on how to use that!!

  • I love the D3 plus Mag & K2 patches I use from Living Nutritionals. They have good B12 patches too with folate versus folic acid. Taking organic MSM has been life changing for me. My favorite MSM supplement is Sulfurzyme from Young Living. I also like the powder from I use Calm Magnesium (unflavored) at night just before bed. I honestly never felt a difference with Concentrace, but I love Young Living’s Mineral Essence. My focus, mood, and energy level are all great when I’m consistently taking it. I also function so much better with Young Living’s Ningxia Red, it’s an antioxidant supplement. Finally another daily is Life 9 probiotic from Young Living as well. For extra greens I use Sunfood brand chlorella and spirulina tablets.

  • see for me, i always loved working out at the gym in the morning before eating anything! i just personally find this the best way for me to workout. i always felt heavy and tired when working out after my lunch has digested and im in that “afternoon low”. this is just me personally and everyone is different:-)

  • Couldn’t agree more with ur recommendations on supplements. Especially in your video description. Love love love. So tired of influencers shoving pre/post/protein powders down ur throat. Just for a paycheck. They could give a [email protected] about ur health. Kudos for putting this info out there❤ (I’ve made a lot of comments today some time on my hands and I’m binge watching ur videos)

  • I went to 2 doctors and they did blood tests and told me I only needed Vitamin D… the hormone kind, not sunlight kind. But even taking it, nothing changed. I finally found a specialist, a MOH, who listened to me and demanded i take another blood test and she ran a full panel. The results were like, 20 pages of information about my body. Insane!
I was low in nearly every single vitaminI’m currently on Vitamin C, D3, B12, ProOmega 2000 (the nordic kind you use! but in gel pill form) E, Zinc, CoQ10, pregnanlone(my hormones are all kinds of wack) and a candida support supplement. DRASTIC changes in my 3rd month of taking these.
Cystic acne? Don’t know her anymore.
brain fog so intense i forget basic math? Dont know her either.
Weight gain and achey joints? Nope.
    The list goes on.
I can’t stress how important it is to find a doctor that isnt full of themselves and actually wants to make you feel better and figure out what the root issue is. I almost gave up after the 2nd doctor, but I wanted to feel good again! I wanted to get out of my own way. so I kept trying. Im finally on the road to recovery!

  • That booty pose lmao that is soo every fit influencer booty stand. I can’t stop watching your videos because not a lot of people keep it real like you! So glad I found your channel

  • I’ve been working out consistently for about 6 months now, and a lot of PTs and friends have recommended supplements. I got my blood work yesterday and my doctor said all my levels were normal and healthy, and although taking a multi is fine, he didn’t think I needed any supplements since your body won’t take more than it needs. I do eat very healthy and balanced so I feel like I can keep trucking on with my money in my pocket

  • Ive used Maca for a good 3 months now, and I can say, its amazing, completely helped me period, energy level, and mood. Give it time to work, there’s black maca for men too. I use Femmenessence cannot recommend it more

  • If you want to lose weight, you need to look up Custokebon Secrets on google. They will make it easier to get the body you deserve.

  • Is the vegan protein as effective as the whey one? I eat meat everyday in chicken, beef etc. I only want to add extra grams so I can reach my full muscle growth potential and since I am cutting so I don’t lose any muscle. I bought the vegan protein powder in the flavour cookies and cream since Vanilla is sold out sadly ;(. I had an allergic reaction to whey protein because my throat started closing when I drank it and felt really weird after taking it! Hopefully I won’t have any allergic reaction to the womensbest one!

  • Its still shock me just how a lot of people have no idea about Custokebon Secrets despite the fact that many people with it. Thanks to my personal friend who told me about this. I’ve lost lots of weight.

  • I notice a lot of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google). But I’m uncertain if it’s good. Have you ever tried using this popular diet plan program?

  • 1.Whey protein (isolated preferred)
4.creatine (not if you are cutting)
5.PreWororkout (if you are feeling drained/tired)
    6.Maca vitamins (to control hormones)
    7.Zinc vitamin

  • Guys. lost a ton of weight does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I will give you some advice now. Look for a popular fat loss system called Custokebon Secrets (just google search it). Thanks to it I’ve lost tons of weight. I shouldn’t even be speaking about it cause I don’t really want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just in a great mood today and so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  • I usually don’t watch supplement videos until the end but I didn’t skip a part watched everything very informative! I’ll be getting the iso whey protein!

  • Last month i had to go to the emergency room because of period pains. They prescribed me naproxen. But I would really like something natural. Definitely adding this to my regimen

  • But in Spainwe dont train so heavy like you jeje.Do you take any preworkevery single day?and creatine?any supplements secially for bair?THANKS

  • Is Custokebon Secrets helpful to lost a lot of weight? I’ve learn a lot of good stuff about Custokebon Secrets (just google search it).

  • I really enjoy this video; I’m new to your channel, you are very honest and I love it. I’m taking maca, primrose oil and zinc because the same problem that you have on the the same areas of my face. I been on those products for 2 years life changing also when I take preworkouts exactly the same happens to me my face is crazy also my arms ☹️. Thank you so much

  • What are some ways to lost lots of weight? I read plenty of superb opinions on the net about how exactly Custokebon Secrets will help you lost lots of weight. Has anybody tested out this popular fat burn methods?

  • I put protein powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, banana, oats, cayenne pepper, ginger, cinnamon and turmeric.. I also add cacao powder it’s a superfood

  • Krissy I really like Women’s Best and I like my water with BCA but I stop to use BCA I think It’s waste money, because in my protein and in my food I have a lot of BCA.

  • I mean this with all respect, I watch and have watched your vids for awhile now nd I must say, You are not 100% accurate on everything you are spilling out here (despite the attempted humor on display) You’re inspiring and beautiful but everyones bodies are diff and require diff vits an minerals…Please dont assume that THIS and THAT is right or wrong for another bc it works for you. Again, I mean this with respect and love! <3

  • Hi Krissy, just wondering in regards to the women’s best range, would you rate iso whey as #1, all in one whey #2, and fit whey as #3 or would the fit whey come in as #2?:) xo

  • My advice: Do not waste your money with whey protein. Go keto/paleo (or any similar diet plan) and eat chicken, meat, pork, fish and seafood with all kinds of veggies. For breakfast get some eggs, cheese, bacon and quinoa. Get some pork sausage and sweet potatoes. Drink coffee or chai. No sugar, bread, pasta or rice EVER so you body will metabolize all your body fat and eliminate insulin resistance.
Take BCCAs and creatine. Then you will see real results in a very short time.

  • I work out 4 hours in the gyms then I start to loose weight but I’m confused witch protein to buy bcs I use garden of life protein vegan mak me to vomit plz this whey doesn’t upset your stomach

  • Thanks for the information Krissy! one question though. Do you take 5-HTP? I stopped drinking for over 4 months now and wanted to “repair” my body. I also take Omega 3 vegan and other vitamins along with my Nu3 Vegan protein after my workout.

  • you were the first person I saw put protein powder in oatmeal, I started adding 2 scoops to my steel cuts oats my goodness but it is delicious. I do this at least 3x a week for breakfast

  • Literally binged your videos and I am so in love and appreciative of how freakin genuine you seem. I NEVER EVER buy anything simply on the basis of a YouTuber/influencer’s suggestion but I shall be ordering one of these supplements you mentioned. Love youuu ❤

  • My bloodwork says I’m low on testosterone (below normal range) as well as low on T3. They’ve put me on a testosterone pellet and a thyroid pill. Readers hung if these items effects the meds. I was taking them when I was hitting the gym regularly.

  • I have the iso whey and creatin. Is it ok/safe to mix L-glutamine with the creatin in my shake? Or would I take l glutamine seperate?

  • Ladies can get zinc, calcium, vitamin C, antioxidants for better hair, skin and mood very easily and for free.
They have just to milk a man with few strokes and swallow it all

  • I take Juice+, which contain all your daily fruits & veggies in 2 capsules.
I recommend calling Juice+ directly & ordering them. It’s double the price from 3rd party sellers on Amazon & other sites. A much better option for me instead of putting green powders in my favorite shakes & making it taste funny. Lol.

  • I would love a video or how to manage your eating schedule and tips to make it to early morning workouts. I have always trained late morning, afternoon or evening but need to change my schedule to early morning. I’m pretty sure there’s also a lot of people feeling a bit lost on how to do it

  • Rewatching some oldies but goodies! It’s awesome to see how far you’ve come in such a ‘short’ amount of time. In your newest videos you can really see how much more confident and happy you are with yourself… Which is so so inspiring and motivating. Thank you for continuing to post all that you do and for your wonderful app ❤️

  • tbh i am a nurse.. it is very good to have supplements and vitamins with your diet.. but please do not be greedy and have lots of things at once… like she said protein zinc and others… because although it is beneficial… it also affects your kidney and filtration process in your body… take things only after knowing every things about the product… seen severe seixures due to burner pills and weight loss pills… stay healthy and stay safe people

  • Krissy, have you ever researched the link between acne and consumption of dairy, my skin cleared up totally since going vegan. It messes with your hormones, it’s worth looking into. Xx

  • +Krissy Cela,I hear you keep saying you want the highest amount of protein, but I recently found our that your body can only absorb 30 g or protein at a time, and I think it takes like about 1 or 1 1/2 hours for it to be completely absorbed. If you take to much protein every single day,for years you will be taxing your kidneys.

  • I heard you shouldn’t take maca while you’re on contraception as it can counteract it. How have you got on with taking it while on contraception?xx

  • great video! are you interested in natural vitamin and multivitamin supplements for health and fitness? then you should definitely check out these products:

  • I talked to a professional before getting my proteins and honestly the difference in between a concentrate and an isolate (in terms of CH and sugars) is like 2.5 grams versus 0.5 grams, so imo the price difference is not worth it 😉

  • Wow what an amazing informative video thank you so much that’s really given me a good idea of how it all works in non jargon terms

  • If anyone has tried women’s best proteins, I’m thinking of getting the ISO whey that she recommended does it take different from the fit whey/all in one whey protein?

  • Hi and thank you for such an informative and helpful video! I just have a question regarding slimming down; would you recommend taking protein if one’s exercise and weightlifting goal is to slim down? I’m really about cutting and eating less cal’s than what I burn, and I exercise (running and weightlifting) a couple of times a week, but taking protein would work against the calorie deficit I’m aiming for. Would you suggest taking protein when trying to slim down? Thanks a lot! xxx

  • Mashallah great video bro, audio sounded great definitely gonna give ghost and lit a try now, all I’ve used so far is legion pulse

  • That’s not true, I’m currently participating in a 30 day fitness challenge, I only follow the workout regimen, but I don’t stick to the meal plan at all, I pretty much eat what I want, but I also take whey protein, Cla and Bcaa, the supplements has definitely made up for my diet, because since starting the challenge I’ve lost 6 pounds and 3 inches off my waist, I’m on day 19. I’m pretty sure if it wasn’t for the supplements I wouldn’t have lost the 3 inches from my waist, sure supplements are not a magic pill, but they can definitely be effective when u don’t have the best diet.

  • Long post incoming! ** I suffered from a lot of hormonal acne flare ups due to withdrawal from years of contraception. No doctors were willing to help, unless it was through expensive and invasive treatments. I did my own research and stopped consuming dairy from ovulation until day one of period. This helped tremendously, since dairy is loaded with hormones and I was consuming so much of it. I suffer from PMDD, a pre-menstrual disorder where I feel every dip/fluctuation of my hormones (and my skin shows it too! also intense cramps). I wanted to suggest checking out “seed cycling” (exactly what the name entails… adding certain seeds to your diet on one half of the cycle, and using different ones in the other half), as well as CBD/Hemp oil. Hemp oil has even more GLA than Evening Primrose Oil. I hope this helps somehow! I know you help us sooo much with all your informative videos! Thanks so much! Greetings from Berlin <3 xx

  • I have just started taking Maca capsules for the last month thanks to your advice Krissy as i have high estrogen and it’s definately been helping, i can’t thank you enough for your brlliant informative vlog. I already took evening primrose oil for years and it is amazing really works.Keep up the good work love your videos, and your puppy is absolutely gorgeous xx

  • Hello! I’ve just bought l-glutamine after I’ve watched this video, but it seems that it smells like ammonia. Is this right? It’s not expired, the expiration date is in 2019.:

  • Literally binge watching your videos whilst doing cardio at the gym! I finished my LPC in June and I found you just after then which was a godsend!

  • Hey Krissy, how much protein powder would you recommend to take with a morning smoothie? The scoop guides and tub recommend 25g but I never know if I should be taking more than that! xxxx

  • When do you take your l-glutamine and bcaa? Do you take them before, during or after a workout? And between the two which would you recommend more? You said they kinda do the same thing so I’m thinking to just just get one. Thank you

  • Great video Krissy! Would you consider doing a video on good and bad protein bars? Sometimes they’re easy for me especially if I go the gym on my dinner hour of a 12 hour night shift! But as a none expert they can be hard to read! Xxxx

  • I’ve used women’sbest for about two and a half years now, and I personally think it’s brilliant, I’ve seen major improvements in the gym with my body and not to mention that it mentally motivates me too.

  • Do u only take BCAA when ur working out? On mine it says take before during and after 30min between i think it says, plz let me know

  • Interesting video!! Very important to do not forget to eat!! I started training everyday since my body gets stronger and stronger, bike, run weights and stsrted to feel exausted so I started with bbca, great help ☺, a different brand but i am happy with it!!

Hanna can you post a video fully discussing your fitness journey specially focused on usage of drugs in that industry please. Have you taken anything for your competitions? Did you stop n why? Are you currently on any stimulants/drugs?

  • hanna, I read about pre-workouts a while, but haven’t tried Women’s best brand. In what I tried, it mentions a “discontinue after 3 months usage”.. does your brand’s preworkout have the same warning? Does it mean all preworkouts are only good for 3 months?

  • Is Whey protein Slow proteins and Fit Whey fast proteins? And when are you using the slow proteins compered to the fast proteins? I love this video btw, it is so helpful! Can you pleas make another video about other supplements, like about the creatine powder?

Nothing against Hanna I love her videos; this link isn’t directed toward or about her but to educate everyone that thinks those type of bodies have been “created” naturally.
I would love for all of those fitness girls and guys that are all over the social media promoting working out ️‍♀️ and eating clean and getting huge muscle come clean. There are tons of young women n men that watch these guys and to look like them start to take drugs! Kids like 19, 20 year olds at the gym taking anabolic drugs to get muscles because they are frustrated they are not getting big like their instagram “super hero” “ fitness model”.

  • Im going to be having surgery and i wont be able to work out for 6 weeks. I have gained so much muscle over the past six months and i dont want to lose it! Would bcaas help preserve my muscle since its an extended period of time without activity, or is it just bs?

  • I drank the preworkout drink and got this itchiness feeling in arms and hands. The itchiness was similar to playing in the grass and the chiggers that get you and that itchiness feeling you cant get to because it seems under your skin. Any how I thought the itch was something meant to stimulate movement. So I got into my routine and tried to burn it out. It helped. I have been taking xtra supplements and herbs and maybe didnt have enough water in me. Im thinking that may be a contributing factor to that sensation I felt after drinking it. Thanks for youre info.

  • I’ve been using all of the products mentioned for at least 3 months:

Pre workout booster; gives you tingles in your body but definitely helps with providing extra energy for your workouts. I would only use this for HIIT workouts and not weights, I found when I take this for weight training, I have too much energy causing me to use bad form and rush through my sets. Perfect for HIIT though. The come down is quite sickly. About half hour after I took it, I felt like being sick. Also makes you sweat loads (not a bad thing). Slight increase in heart rate as well!

Whey protein: great for helping muscles to recover and rebuild. Downside (reason I stopped taking it), I got really bad bloating issues. I looked 2/3 months pregnant after taking it for 3 months. Switched to their vegan protein and I no longer have bloating issues.

BCAA: i take this everyday after my workout, I personally love it because I know it’s helped my muscles recover quicker than they would normally. I train 6 days a week now due to taking the BCAAs. I used to only train 4x a week.

Amino & energy; I love taking this before either HIIT or weight training. Gave me the perfect amount of energy to get through my workouts. I much prefer this to the booster.

I also take their L-Glutamine and have used their creatine. Both of which I would recommend, they do what they say on the tin but creatine bloated me (also increased my muscle size quite quick but I couldn’t deal with the belly bloat). I will take creatine again in the future but would do 3 weeks on, 2-3 weeks off.

Hope this helps to anyone interested in purchasing WB products (from a non sponsored customer).

  • what is the difference between those products and any other brands that are on market, except that Woman’s Best that you promote has high price in comparison to others. Just one note, to be able to call yourself an athlete you need to do some sports, not just go to gym:)

  • Was kinda bummed that this is sponsored. I’d like a health/fitness person to be “real” and share what they use without sponsorships.

  • I purchased the BCAA & Pre Workout. Do you take the pre workout before the gym and drink BCAA during your workouts? I try not to drink them at the same time during my workouts I do either or.

  • Taking time off is good Hanna I agree I took two days off this week but if I could I wouldn’t stop. Knowing nutrition And having methods in fitness is critical. My approach to fitness is about beating my flesh down in a good way though. You said doing the same thing over and over again is bad but I do the same workouts all the time and I get results. Anyway God Bless you Hanna your the best.

  • Totally agree with u….people think that vitamins should substitute when indeed they are as the the name says “supplements “…how much more clear can that get?.Thank you Hanna for your explicit video…makes it easier now to know why and which to buy..

  • Doesn’t Women’s Best use sucralose as a sweetener? I don’t know how they can promote that as healthy unless they’ve changed their ingredients since I last looked. I was looking into purchasing their products until I saw that. Thanks.

  • Om jag äter direkt efter gymmet, och dricker proteindryck samtidigt, blir det ”för mycket” då? ☺️ har precis börjat med whey protein så har inte riktigt märkt en skillnad angående utseendet på kroppen ännu

  • Moment I seen this video was about WB i had to click out of the video. Overpriced and very very poor ingredients, did I mention very cheap unhealthy ingredients.
So they can overprice because of giving free stuff to social media influencers” and they overprice their crappy product insanely. Just use anything but WB as the sugars, fillers and low end proteins they choose to use over medium to higher quality is enough to make anyone with mildest issues sick overtime.
I understand though if they’re getting this free proud they have obligation to a video abot it so often.
I’ve never been so much against a brand as I am about this one.
I should mention I have degrees in science and nutrition… This is my far worst ingredients list I seen by far from even most cheapest proteins I researched from sweeteners they use, fillers by far cheapest on market in term of quality. Enough about that, why overprice the fancy pink packaging and CHOOSE TO use cheapest ingredients. It’s all about marketing not improving anyone’s health but more disturbing negative effects on body over time with their cheap fake sweeteners over healthier natural ingredients even compared to lower end brands ingredients they keep choosing the unhealthy ones. Sure pink packaging is important and spending $$on than as shallow as it seems instead of adding more quality choice ingredients i the products. it’s your body your choice and health. It’s a snack basically but if I was using it as that, I’d just rather indulge in chocolate.
Honestly I LOVED Hannas videos, but slowly over time I just stopped watching them.. hmm wonder why?!

  • Perfect video in perfect time!I just recieve few days ago,,muscle budle,, and i still didnt start using creatin, I was hoping you can tell us something about that. I read a lot about it and i sow that we can get extra waight because it pulls water into our muscles.I m aware that thats water not fat, but still i would like to hear your opinion about it‍♀️‍♂️‍♀️

  • Hanna I’ve been drinking bcaas for about two months and I’ve noticed I was getting dizzy which was a possible side effect from taking bcaas. So I stopped mixing it with water and dizziness stopped and I still can completely my workouts. bcaa should be taken only by individuals with a low body fat percentage in order to assist the body…
Also proteins hmmm I have mix feelings about it; I do take it (different brand not wb). Proteins are found in food that we eat right?.well if one is following a balanced diet (macros-protein, fat, carb) and then supplements protein shakes, bars or whatever then these are EXTRA proteins…Everyone on social media makes such a huge deal of how wonderful protein shakes are…however it has been medically shown that taken protein supplements over EXTENDED period of time can cause liver problems as our body (liver) specifically needs to work harder to digest it. Just an FYI…everything in moderation people❤️
I love Hanna and her videos but keep in mind she is getting paid to SELL/ promote these products. Yes they are much better, safer and healthier than taking steroids, testosterone and other anabolic “chemical” mixes that tons of fitness models, bodybuilders, instagram fitness “athletes “ take. The type of industry these people are in allows for drug use; some have come clean and talk openly about the amount of “ juicing” they have done to get those huge muscles to get those instagram followers, to get those competition medals . But many still didn’t claiming they’re all natural. I can only guess why Hanna decides to get out of the bodybuilding world and stop competing. I love watching her videos; it is possible to build musclar body, have a six pack abs naturally but it takes time (years) good diet and realistic expectations. No one has six pack abs all year long people lol. Also, genetics play a huge role in how muscular someone can get. Two people might eat the same, work out the same but at the end one will have bigger biceps the other person might have bigger gluts. Pick your time when you want to get shredded “cut” or “bulk”:). Everything in moderation (naturally it’s possible ) and that’s the best healthy lifestyle anyone can promote. ❤️

  • i love your personality so much!!! you’re the cutest everrr! thank you for the info ❤️ and by the way, i can understand very clearly how you’re describing things in english!

  • Hi Hanna! Loved this video, it was very informative. I do have a question though. What is the main difference between the Women’s Best Fit Whey and the Iso Whey? I have been using the Iso Whey after workouts because I heard it is easily digestible but I’m still not sure what the main difference is? Hope you can help

  • Love your supplement videos Hanna women’s best is deffo my fave as well I love the fit why and BCAAs! But obv food is always best

  • I love you and your videos, but you should read new study’s about bcaas, because their haven’t the benefits that they are told for or they should have. It is not more than an expensive beverage powder. Better to just use a good protein source, they also contain the essential Proteins. (Sorry for the bad English)

  • i am lactose intolerant and women’s best have the tastiest vegan protein ever. ive tried soooo many brands I have always stocked on the chocolate and vanilla! also i always wondered if you took creatine?

  • are booster or amino energy can be considered as arround same effect as creatine?
I did ever use creatine before and i think it elped me to get stronger at the gym! can i expect this with this items too?

  • I feel like women’s best’s products have good things in them, and I bought two of them since I’ve followed you for a long time so why not try it out when it was on the sale.. But I’m very disappointed with the taste:'( Bought ice tea peach and blue raspberry..:(

  • This is so helpful, thank you. I actually was wondering what you thought about creatine. I already take all the supplements you mentioned, and started with creatine monohydrate about two weeks ago. I’m hoping it will help me build lean muscle and lose fat faster. I just wanna know if it’s worth my time and money. I really hate seeing the scale go up from all the water retention!
