  • As a former Pro-Athlete I’m going to be extremely serious with you….STAY AWAY FROM ANY SUPPLEMENT WITH CREATINE!!! Most of these over the counter pre-workout supplements contain Creatine and/or Beta’s/AKG’s….These ingredients effect your liver and kidneys, and if you do decide use them, don’t use them for more then 2 weeks in a row, then stay off for at least 30 days in a row (“it’s called cycling off”).  If you don’t “cycle off” you will permanently effect your kidney and liver.  Drink lots of water before, during, and after use (if you decide to use these supplements). Also stay away from supplements like Nitric Oxide. These are high AKGs and many also contain Creatine. 
    Woman should also be careful not to take any supplement or meal replacement product that contains Whey.  Whey makes the body produce yeast. And most woman will suffer from yeast infections after using supplements or meal replacement products that contains Whey.  So ladies, only use supplements or meal replacement products that are Soy based only. Soy and Soy Beans help to increase breast milk glands in addition to being a great product for dietary protein intake.
    Guys, you should stay away from any Soy based supplement or meal replacement product. As I stated before,  Soy or Soy beans increase breast milk glands in men just like women.  This gives guys the “Dad Boobs” that I’m sure you’ve all seen before. Men should use Whey based supplements and meal replacements products.  This is why Almond Milk has replaced Soy Milk in most store.  They didn’t tell folks why all of the sudden changed, but this is the reason why.

  • There is no difference between men and women supplements, our bodies work the same way
    also your body doesn’t just get used to micro and macro nutrients so that you need to cycle them
    and when you do cycle them you just take same stuff with different name basically.

  • Skip the BCAAs and replace with a quality protein shake (Whey isolate is great for low carb, low cholesterol). BCAA’s don’t replace actual protein as you mentioned in the video, but I 100% agree that the BCAA’s help flavor the water so you stay hydrated. The food coloring is completely unnecessary in these supps as well!

  • I love to take morning complete. This stuff is golden. I love to add chia seeds, flavorless collagen and apple cider vinegar with the mother. The vinegar is a little tough so start with a teaspoon and work to a tablespoon. But love this stuff please try it and tell me how you like it? Cause I love it. This and basic protein powder is all I use.

  • For me is Coenzyme Q10, Omega 3 pills and because the doctor prescribed it I take vitamin B complex (especially vitamin B12) and folic acid. Other than that, I tried vitamin E pills, Collagen, whey proteins when I don’t have time to eat enough proteins and only if I work out.

  • What about iron? I went to the doctor and that’s one of my personal deficiencies. But at the same time, iron does not agree with the digestive system.

  • Yes!!!! High threshold of pain here too. My cramps were so bad that when I was having contractions while in labor, I couldn’t believe how mild childbirth was. That’s when you know your cramps are too painful. I also took chastetree berry to help with hormones and the pain. I ended up having adenomyosis and had a full hysterectomy last year. So glad to be pain free. Good luck with the Maca! I take the powder now to help with my hormone breakouts. Thanks for all the info!

  • I love the D3 plus Mag & K2 patches I use from Living Nutritionals. They have good B12 patches too with folate versus folic acid. Taking organic MSM has been life changing for me. My favorite MSM supplement is Sulfurzyme from Young Living. I also like the powder from organicsulfurhelps.com. I use Calm Magnesium (unflavored) at night just before bed. I honestly never felt a difference with Concentrace, but I love Young Living’s Mineral Essence. My focus, mood, and energy level are all great when I’m consistently taking it. I also function so much better with Young Living’s Ningxia Red, it’s an antioxidant supplement. Finally another daily is Life 9 probiotic from Young Living as well. For extra greens I use Sunfood brand chlorella and spirulina tablets.

  • see for me, i always loved working out at the gym in the morning before eating anything! i just personally find this the best way for me to workout. i always felt heavy and tired when working out after my lunch has digested and im in that “afternoon low”. this is just me personally and everyone is different:-)

  • I went to 2 doctors and they did blood tests and told me I only needed Vitamin D… the hormone kind, not sunlight kind. But even taking it, nothing changed. I finally found a specialist, a MOH, who listened to me and demanded i take another blood test and she ran a full panel. The results were like, 20 pages of information about my body. Insane!
    I was low in nearly every single vitaminI’m currently on Vitamin C, D3, B12, ProOmega 2000 (the nordic kind you use! but in gel pill form) E, Zinc, CoQ10, pregnanlone(my hormones are all kinds of wack) and a candida support supplement. DRASTIC changes in my 3rd month of taking these.
    Cystic acne? Don’t know her anymore.
    brain fog so intense i forget basic math? Dont know her either.
    Weight gain and achey joints? Nope.
    The list goes on.
    I can’t stress how important it is to find a doctor that isnt full of themselves and actually wants to make you feel better and figure out what the root issue is.   • My advice: Do not waste your money with whey protein. Go keto/paleo (or any similar diet plan) and eat chicken, meat, pork, fish and seafood with all kinds of veggies. For breakfast get some eggs, cheese, bacon and quinoa. Get some pork sausage and sweet potatoes. Drink coffee or chai. No sugar, bread, pasta or rice EVER so you body will metabolize all your body fat and eliminate insulin resistance.
    Take BCCAs and creatine. Then you will see real results in a very short time.

  • tbh i am a nurse.. it is very good to have supplements and vitamins with your diet.. but please do not be greedy and have lots of things at once… like she said protein zinc and others… because although it is beneficial… it also affects your kidney and filtration process in your body… take things only after knowing every things about the product… seen severe seixures due to burner pills and weight loss pills… stay healthy and stay safe people

  • +Krissy Cela,I hear you keep saying you want the highest amount of protein,but I recently found our that your body can only absorb 30 g or protein at a time,and I think it takes like about 1 or 1 1/2 hours for it to be completely absorbed.If you take to much protein every single day,for years you will be taxing your kidneys.

  • I talked to a professional before getting my proteins and honestly the difference in between a concentrate and an isolate (in terms of CH and sugars) is like 2.5 grams versus 0.5 grams, so imo the price difference is not worth it 😉

I just have a question regarding slimming down; would you recommend taking protein if one’s exercise and weightlifting goal is to slim down? I’m really about cutting and eating less cal’s than what I burn, and I exercise (running and weightlifting) a couple of times a week, but taking protein would work against the calorie deficit I’m aiming for.   • That’s not true, I’m currently participating in a 30 day fitness challenge, I only follow the workout regimen, but I don’t stick to the meal plan at all, I pretty much eat what I want, but I also take whey protein, Cla and Bcaa, the supplements has definitely made up for my diet, because since starting the challenge I’ve lost 6 pounds and 3 inches off my waist, I’m on day 19. I’m pretty sure if it wasn’t for the supplements I wouldn’t have lost the 3 inches from my waist, sure supplements are not a magic pill, but they can definitely be effective when u don’t have the best diet.

  • Long post incoming! ** I suffered from a lot of hormonal acne flare ups due to withdrawal from years of contraception. No doctors were willing to help, unless it was through expensive and invasive treatments. I did my own research and stopped consuming dairy from ovulation until day one of period. This helped tremendously, since dairy is loaded with hormones and I was consuming so much of it. I suffer from PMDD, a pre-menstrual disorder where I feel every dip/fluctuation of my hormones (and my skin shows it too! also intense cramps). I wanted to suggest checking out “seed cycling” (exactly what the name entails… adding certain seeds to your diet on one half of the cycle, and using different ones in the other half), as well as CBD/Hemp oil.     Nothing against Hanna I love her videos; this link isn’t directed toward or about her but to educate everyone that thinks those type of bodies have been “created” naturally.
    I would love for all of those fitness girls and guys that are all over the social media promoting working out ��️‍♀️ and eating clean and getting huge muscle come clean. There are tons of young women n men that watch these guys and to look like them start to take drugs! Kids like 19, 20 year olds at the gym taking anabolic drugs to get muscles because they are frustrated they are not getting big like their instagram “super hero” “ fitness model”.

  • I drank the preworkout drink and got this itchiness feeling in arms and hands. The itchiness was similar to playing in the grass and the chiggers that get you and that itchiness feeling you cant get to because it seems under your skin. Any how I thought the itch was something meant to stimulate movement. So I got into my routine and tried to burn it out. It helped. I have been taking xtra supplements and herbs and maybe didnt have enough water in me. Im thinking that may be a contributing factor to that sensation I felt after drinking it.   • I’ve been using all of the products mentioned for at least 3 months:

    Pre workout booster; gives you tingles in your body but definitely helps with providing extra energy for your workouts. I would only use this for HIIT workouts and not weights, I found when I take this for weight training, I have too much energy causing me to use bad form and rush through my sets. Perfect for HIIT though. The come down is quite sickly. About half hour after I took it, I felt like being sick. Also makes you sweat loads (not a bad thing). Slight increase in heart rate as well!

    Whey protein: great for helping muscles to recover and rebuild. Downside (reason I stopped taking it), I got really bad bloating issues. I looked 2/3 months pregnant after taking it for 3 months. Switched to their vegan protein and I no longer have bloating issues.

    BCAA: i take this everyday after my workout, I personally love it because I know it’s helped my muscles recover quicker than they would normally. I train 6 days a week now due to taking the BCAAs. I used to only train 4x a week.

    Amino & energy; I love taking this before either HIIT or weight training. Gave me the perfect amount of energy to get through my workouts. I much prefer this to the booster.

    I also take their L-Glutamine and have used their creatine. Both of which I would recommend, they do what they say on the tin but creatine bloated me (also increased my muscle size quite quick but I couldn’t deal with the belly bloat). I will take creatine again in the future but would do 3 weeks on, 2-3 weeks off.

    Hope this helps to anyone interested in purchasing WB products (from a non sponsored customer).

My approach to fitness is about beating my flesh down in a good way though. You said doing the same thing over and over again is bad but I do the same workouts all the time and I get results.   • Moment I seen this video was about WB i had to click out of the video. Overpriced and very very poor ingredients, did I mention very cheap unhealthy ingredients.
    So they can overprice because of giving free stuff to social media influencers” and they overprice their crappy product insanely. Just use anything but WB as the sugars, fillers and low end proteins they choose to use over medium to higher quality is enough to make anyone with mildest issues sick overtime.
    I understand though if they’re getting this free proud they have obligation to a video abot it so often.
    I’ve never been so much against a brand as I am about this one.
    I should mention I have degrees in science and nutrition… This is my far worst ingredients list I seen by far from even most cheapest proteins I researched from sweeteners they use, fillers by far cheapest on market in term of quality. Enough about that, why overprice the fancy pink packaging and CHOOSE TO use cheapest ingredients. It’s all about marketing not improving anyone’s health but more disturbing negative effects on body over time with their cheap fake sweeteners over healthier natural ingredients even compared to lower end brands ingredients they keep choosing the unhealthy ones. Sure pink packaging is important and spending $$on than as shallow as it seems instead of adding more quality choice ingredients i the products. it’s your body your choice and health. It’s a snack basically but if I was using it as that, I’d just rather indulge in chocolate.
    Honestly I LOVED Hannas videos, but slowly over time I just stopped watching them.. hmm wonder why?!

  • Hanna I’ve been drinking bcaas for about two months and I’ve noticed I was getting dizzy which was a possible side effect from taking bcaas. So I stopped mixing it with water and dizziness stopped and I still can completely my workouts. bcaa should be taken only by individuals with a low body fat percentage in order to assist the body…
    Also proteins hmmm I have mix feelings about it; I do take it (different brand not wb). Proteins are found in food that we eat right?.well if one is following a balanced diet (macros-protein, fat, carb) and then supplements protein shakes, bars or whatever then these are EXTRA proteins…Everyone on social media makes such a huge deal of how wonderful protein shakes are…however it has been medically shown that taken protein supplements over EXTENDED period of time can cause liver problems as our body (liver) specifically needs to work harder to digest it. Just an FYI…everything in moderation people❤️
    I love Hanna and her videos but keep in mind she is getting paid to SELL/ promote these products. Yes they are much better, safer and healthier than taking steroids, testosterone and other anabolic “chemical” mixes that tons of fitness models, bodybuilders, instagram fitness “athletes “ take. The type of industry these people are in allows for drug use; some have come clean and talk openly about the amount of “ juicing” they have done to get those huge muscles �� to get those instagram followers, to get those competition medals ��. But many still didn’t claiming they’re all natural. I can only guess why Hanna decides to get out of the bodybuilding world and stop competing. I love watching her videos; it is possible to build musclar body,have a six pack abs naturally but it takes time (years) good diet and realistic expectations. No one has six pack abs all year long people lol. Also, genetics play a huge role in how muscular someone can get. Two people might eat the same, work out the same but at the end one will have bigger biceps �� the other person might have bigger gluts. Pick your time when you want to get shredded “cut” or “bulk”:). Everything in moderation (naturally it’s possible ) and that’s the best healthy lifestyle anyone can promote. ❤️

  • I love you and your videos, but you should read new study’s about bcaas, because their haven’t the benefits that they are told for or they should have. It is not more than an expensive beverage powder. Better to just use a good protein source, they also contain the essential Proteins. (Sorry for the bad English)

I already take all the supplements you mentioned, and started with creatine monohydrate about two weeks ago. I’m hoping it will help me build lean muscle and lose fat faster.
