An Open Letter to Conventional Wisdom: Bite Me! By Steve Kamb • Last Updated: February 14, 2012 • 61 comments. Dear Conventional Wisdom! For decades, you’ve been giving us rules to live by for a “healthier life.” I understand that you think you’re doing us a solid with these tips, but you’re old and somewhat senile.

Conventional wisdom holds they carry the personal clout that can sway votes at the polls. “This is an open call,” Brooks said of her letter. Conventional wisdom would say But we read about the exceptions In the papers every day It ought to be second nature At least, that’s what I feel Now I lay me down in Dreamland I know perfect’s not for real I thought we might get closer But I’m ready to make a deal Today is different, and tomorrow the same It’s hard to take the world the way. True confession time. This idea of mine for a series of Open Letters in support of Ron Paul came about as the result of the following conversation I had with Lew Rockwell a few weeks ag. An open letter to my rich white friends. Jonah Kagan.

Follow. But I know I have hoarded the wealth I have accumulated — that’s conventional wisdom among rich people after all. And though I. Naturally, the State House Conventional Wisdom Club mocked me for this prediction as well. And the State House Conventional Wisdom Club continued to deride New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy as a political neophyte who would ultimately be humiliated by the dynamic duo, the irresistible force of George Norcross III and Steve Sweeney.

  • Reminder that there are reports that around 1 million people die each year of medical malpractice just in the USA.
Just remember that when they tell you that wearing a mask is mandatory to avoid the common cold or that alternative medicine is bullshit.

  • I remember reading back in the 1980’s about a dentist who went to South America and observed native people who had left their rural lives for city shanty towns. The adults who had grown up in the country all had strong fully developed complete dentitions with full wide arches and chins whereas their kids conceived and born in the city had all the defects common in the US such as narrowed arches, insufficient room for wisdom teeth, receding chins, etc. The main change was diet, it seems, going from whole organically grown unprocessed foods to diets high in sugar, low fiber, highly processed, etc.

  • i had a wicked underbite as a kid. I found out how much it would cost to fix. I started forcing my jaw behind my teeth by biting forward hard, bam, fixed it! mom was proud.

  • You just need to read all the scientists in the comment section supporting this great man to understand he is right…
(another f’ing science myth into the bowl of retar$% #ed myths, all what we needed right now…).

  • How can I contact you? I have a 17 yr old daughter with a chromosomal anomally. She has a severe overbite and a hard time chewing accompanied with a fear of chocking. My wife and her want to get surgery.I am skeptical.

  • There is nothing outside you

That is what you must ultimately learn

Everything takes place in your mind

There is no world, universe (out there)

It is within you and manifested by you

We all live within the same cosmic mind

We all experience a different individual illusory material universe and world

Understand mind and your world and how you experience it changes

    Your salvation saves the world

  • This is what happens when you speak out against the system. Freemasons run the system. The same thing is true about more than most people will ever know. Money is one of the motives.

  • The State doesn’t give a shit about truth. Same with medical physicians only focusing on getting rid of symptoms and ignore the cause. The same here!!!!!!

  • I have realized that dental problems and cranio facial deformities are largely not genetic thorough my own experience. Both my parents have a fantastic jaw and teeth alignment, as well as my grand parents, my grandad had none of his teeth fallen until he died. My generation on the other hand, my brother and I had messed up teeth that had to be fixed by braces and even facial asymmetries because of improper tongue and body posture.
Mike and John Mew’s techniques I believe could eventually put orthodontics out of business if people would understand its worth and the right way. Orthotropics is the way to go. I’m a medical student, I understand its worth.

  • Braces ruined my teeth. I wish I never got them as a teen. My orthodontist also told me the day of taking off my braces that I would have to wear a retainer for the rest of my life.

  • I just wanted to thank you a lot for helping me improve my jawline and muscle a lot! I used to have a double chin and weak jawuscles, now after about 1 year of mewing I have no double chin at all, the jawline is very defined as well as my jawmuscles. I think that I also notice a change in my cheek bones, but I am not sure if that’s also possible with mewing.
PS: started with 17, almost turning 18 now

  • None if these snakes are mean rhey just wanna be left alone and none of those bites were deadly youd get bit worse by a dog or a cat

  • There are many similar examples in “conventional medicine.” It’s hard to say how to fix it or how certain myths take off so well. The doctors and other health professionals don’t read science journals, and much of the research is biased or poorly designed in the first place.

It is patient driven, and has to be, because others profit from maintaining status quo. It’s not impossible to change though. Look at the evolution of ketogenic diets: There are tons of keto snacks, magazines, youtube channels nowadays, despite heavy mainstream squashing (Women’s Health, government, CNN, etc). The diet is not new, but the popularity is relatively new because people can share their experiences freely, unlike twenty years ago. As a result, people looking to profit sprout up, and it snowballs. I’m not saying all those keto snacks are good or even that the “keto diet,” as implemented commonly, is good, but it shows how experimentation at the patient level can effect change.

  • i can tell you right now…the straighter your teeth are the better you can eat real foods…..to get/be/stay healthy…..there’s the health benefits…. when your 55 to 60 and you’ve got an upper denture and not enough bone for pins in the lower….and a sore root portion….and who can afford it….and it’s smoothies and soft food for you…when your learning about health thru nutrition…..eat plants….and some top quality meat sometimes may not be too bad

  • The trick to teaching anything is to make the student not realize they are learning. You have done this in spades. thanks mate. Love your videos. extremely informative.

  • Dr. Mew is amazing. My personal experience has been a rough road healing from trauma to my skull and spine which heavily effected my speech, sleep, eating and my jaw alignment. Countless dr and dentist visits never addressed the real problem or helped with recovery. Then after discovering Dr. Mews channel I finally began to recover and restructure my entire body. I am very thankful for him, his message and his work.

  • Bless this guy but he wants his industry to change so that he can feel better about doing his job. However, the object of this industry is no to heal. There is no industry out there to help us. We have to do our own research and fight brainwashed dentists to get a modicum of service. You can’t fight from within otherwise you have to edit/suppress your truth then you have lost because you are now compromising your beliefs. You have to give up your livihood in that industry once you know the truth.
Now let’s think about that. How many individuals realise what a con these industries are BUT stay for the pay check.

  • I would be his classic example. Crooked and partially blocked nasal septum, mouth breather as a kid, snorer, and a weak chin/jawline.

  • Yo, Hankerin you should really head over to Web DM and try to do some kind of combined show with those two badasses! It’d only be good for you and the community if you could get that arranged!
Thanks for the awesome video BTW!

  • Same thing happened to Dr Andrew Wakefield when he dared to report that parents of children with regressive autism and serious bowel issues stated their children’s symptoms came on shortly after the MMR vaccine. That one correct statement, in a 5 page report on the bowel issues in 12 children, destroyed his career. How many of you know that was all he did? There was no fraud, he, and 12 other doctors, were trying to 12 sick children.
Same thing happened to Dr Noakes in South Africa, he dared to report that a Ketogenic diet cured so many health issues in his parents that he was starting to recommend it over the food pyramid. The South African government tried (and are still trying) to get his licence revoked.
There is so much money at stake in modern medicine/food, that the industry will do everything to keep us sick. There is no money in cures, only treatment of symptoms and seeing us as much as they can.

  • This is what happens when you speak out against the system. Freemasons run the system. The same thing is true about more than most people will ever know. Money is one of the motives.

  • i know some ways you can do traps COMPLETELY wrong
    you add too many
    you do too little
    you make them unavoidable
    you make them easily advoidable
    you make them too hidden
    you make them too obvious

  • With allopathic medicine, when they don’t want to accept something. In their arrogance and greed, since they know all about the human body, if they don’t know it, its either “genetics” or “psychiatry”

  • I remember reading back in the 1980’s about a dentist who went to South America and observed native people who had left their rural lives for city shanty towns. • Eh, I’m very pro-puzzle & pro-riddle in D&D. It’s just that players can solve the puzzle/riddle in both ways, by their own wits or by good rolls. As a GM you just need to make sure there’s a time limit and danger, drama, suspense, or other important consequences at stake.

  • I had braces and after taking them off, my orthodontist taught me the correct tongue posture, my crooked teeth were caused by ‘tongue thrusting’. I pretty much never wear my retainer and my teeth stayed the same because I learned how to have my tongue in a correct place

  • I highly recommend that you read the book “Jaws: The Story of a Hidden Epidemic” by Sandra Kahn and Paul R. Ehrlich. The most important message of this book is HOW WE EAT AND GOOD ORAL POSTURE ARE ALL ABOUT PREVENTION. As the authors put it: “People tend to accept the world in which they grew up as the standard. But what is common is not necessarily “normal” or healthy.” An absolute must read for parents and everyone who cares about the prevention of some of the diseases that afflict our children and ourselves. You will change the way you think after reading it.

  • Wearing bracers messed up my jaw, I got TMJ and when I went to the dentist their only suggestion was to wear more braces. Even going to a TMJ doctor the situation hasn’t improved much and my entire head feels like it’s in a vice, high pressure throughout and unable to move my jaw freely without popping that degrades my jaw joints further, needless to say modern orthadontics is to blame for all of it.

  • Never get a venemous from the way you handle these snakes you need about 30 years of training before that’s not suicide for you

  • The expansion to Heroquest in which they give you the boulder trap…. You became a crossclass between Conan the Barbarian and Indiana Jones…. whuao!!!!

  • I am from a large family. Among my brothers and sisters are two very different faces, roughly an even split. I don’t think any of us have considered an orthodontist and we don’t go in for whitening. Brit, standard NHS dentistry. No problems that I know of breathing, eating, marrying, all the same.

  • Great advice and a good way to think about traps/encounters.

I think that the reflection on your glasses was confusing the camera.

  • Interesting research. I wish there would be more.
Does anybody knows of a similar work being done anywhere around the globe?
    Share it, if you do.

  • Remember, many of the people who challenged the establishment were generally killed in the past. Most of what we are taught, about 95% is total BS.

  • There is a similar issue with vision. A good video online about restoring vision. Glasses cause vision impairment, not fix it! Most “modern” science is wrong. It is not science at all. It does not follow logic nor the scientific principle, it follows capitalism. Capitalism breeds psychopaths… People who care only about preserving their own self-interests at the cost of everyone else.

  • “THE PROVE IT MENTALITY”???? holy shit this is a manchild, if you cannot prove it, it is not real.this dummy is absolutely childish and deluded.

  • Love your content. Just wanted to let you know that you should offset your lighting so that it isn’t directly inline with the camera. The reflection off your glasses is a little distracting. Maybe move it up or to a side.

  • I had 9 adult teeth removed which shrunk down my bite. Which it already was. But I needed upper and lower jaw surgery.
I found out years down the road after a new dentist says. Yup she had braces. I asked if he could see bandlines or something? Confused.
He states. They did you wrong, they took out 9 adult teeth. Don’t lose these teeth or you’ll have no teeth left.

Really upsets me. They took an easy route. Between my 3 families we would have had plenty of funds for these surgeries. Especially of the story history of each family chipping in for them and my mum taking from the pot… if you get my gist…

  • Such horseshit, he actually owned the idea that “There are no recognized health benefits that I know of from orthodontics.”
    He’s the real numbskull.

  • Tom gets slapped by a fist my brother with a stick body can handle
Tom explaining it to the mom they got all of a sudden
And then he grabbed my neck…

  • Monster Weaknesses
Vampires = Sunlight and heart stabbing
    Werewolves = Silver bullets
    Ghosts = Vacuums?
Mummies = I have no idea
    Witches = Water
    Zombies = Almost everything
Mosquito Men = Lemons and fly swatters
    Horse People = None
Aliens = There’s tons of different Alien races, so I don’t know

  • I love your principle that you still the truth even “everybody” against you.

    Keep spread good deeds doc!

I have been doing mewing for about half a year and I could see the difference in my facial structure. Then, I feel I am prettier now.

Thanks doc for sharing informative knowledge. I do appreciate it.

  • Lockdown was dumb.
Sweden was the only smart country.
Swedes were lucky to still have some old skool scientists from the period before leftwing activists took power at universities
and childish ideologies turned academics into fake science
and making our institutions into power hungry bureaucracies who love to spread fear.
Modern ‘experts’ forcing lockdown is kind of fascism.

  • “THE PROVE IT MENTALITY”???? holy shit this is a manchild, if you cannot prove it, it is not real.this dummy is absolutely childish and deluded.

  • Great man
Would put many deservedly othrodonitics out of business.
People are so VAIN they will straighten their teeth but then shovel everything unhealthy into their mouth. Then spend their lives so digustingly fat. NO brains NO headaches

  • I am disappointed in this video, but I think that was just because of the name. I expected to be taught how to not ‘not enough OCD perception checks -> I steal hit points’ and instead got campaign 101. Good stuff, but not what I expected.

Was this video a trap all along?

  • Their is definitely a social/ religious slant on science. You hope the truth over powers any bullshit. But that requires effort and time…. or a large number of people, which if you had you wouldn’t have a social obstacle soooo effort and time

  • Now that two years have passed, i am only beginning to grasp the scale, magnitude and timelessness of this video.
This is a master class. I will be coming back to this video for I dont even know how many years to come.

  • I think it was your second example, the “trap” with the monster that can’t take damage, but can kill you, has the crystal(s)[I think the one with 2 crystals also falls into this category.], and the lightning machine. Both that and as I mentioned the two crystal “trap” are really puzzles. Simply because you don’t just pull a leave to start the lightning, stop the crushing walls e.t.c. After finally finding the apparatus to fix the problem, you then need to figure out that those crystals sticking up out of the ground (on the mini that represents it) are in reality lose crystals that not only can be moved, but must be placed in a specific place [or adding the power created by putting both sets of crystals together in the other example]. You the player need to figure that out not your character. I think most players knowing they can move the crystals, are going to figure they are treasure to be tossed into a bag of holding to be split up between the party members once your done playing.

  • Daaaamn I feel like I have smoked a pipe of epicness! Thats some serious deep metalevel thinking there! Friggin blown away! I love your channel!

  • The trick to teaching anything is to make the student not realize they are learning. You have done this in spades. thanks mate. Love your videos. extremely informative.

  • I think of a puzzle like a locked door. Do you have a high enough strength or long enough time to open it? Do you have a 17int? If notskill check int17 one chance.

I don’t think a player with a high strength character has ever been asked to stack bricks so his character can pass a strength test.

  • Daaaamn I feel like I have smoked a pipe of epicness! Thats some serious deep metalevel thinking there! Friggin blown away! I love your channel!

  • Bro, as someone to whom Zelda is one of his main influences, I could not disagree with you more about puzzles. They can be done poorly if they don’t use the environment of the dungeon itself or if they use moon logic, but they can be one of the most interesting and rewarding parts of the game. Check out Mark Brown’s series called Boss Keys, which is on his channel Game Maker’s Toolkit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AezAN2RcO8Y

  • Your channel is amazing. I bought ICRPG out of sheer love for your YouTube. I hope my players would be interested in playing a session or two of Warp Shell!

  • Did you paint your Narsil red? WT-everloving-F would you do that for. I mean a translucent red sword is awesome looking, but Narsil?????!!!! Once I got over that, loved the video, as always.

  • Prefer your traps but have to disagree you can have an urgent puzzle. It requires the combination of trap concepts and puzzles. step 1 provide players with the necessary knowledge and intentionally extra knowledge. step 2 have a room display that it is a puzzle immediately. step 3 have somethign causing a time limit to solve the puzzle before X happens. X could be lethal, could be debilitating, could be item robbing.

  • hey hey, just watched this for the first time. Not sure if anyone said this, but another trap that takes place over days/months/years in the lotr’s universe is the Pallantir’s (hope I spelt that right) the crystal scrying stones and the fact that Sauron laid in wait for years to pervert any who uses them. P.S. Lovin the concept

  • On the subject of puzzles I feel you are doing it wrong if you think that they have no place in the game. I’m not a big fan of combat or traps. My game is social encounters, story plot, and puzzles, with the odd bit of combat as there are players in my game who like it. Traps I almost never use, though I plan on finding ways on making traps interesting in my game rather than a HP tax, so this is something I will work on. How you can fix puzzles for your game is to make sure that the puzzle solution is not a prerequisite to progress. give them the puzzle hand out (I use Wattsapp) and then the game moves on! The Puzzle player has fun with that while the combat player enjoys the combat. Catter for everyone as it costs nothing.

  • Every trapped area will have a path to avoid the traps.

A kobold lair will have lots of traps.
The kobolds will have routes to avoid the traps. These routes may not be useful to human size creatures, since the kobolds are much smaller. Why would anyone provide an easy path to their most dangerous enemy if they don’t have to?

  • Great presentation dude. I’m not going to give up on puzzles just yet. Was very pleased with how one went yesterday. However, I can see how I can apply trap theory to certain plot elements that have gotten a bit slack of late. The sense of urgency isn’t there. Time to ‘trap’ em up to get things going again

  • how about instead of having the pc’s solve the riddle. make their characters roll for it. and a successful roll will give them a clue that their character was able to figure out with their roll…. that way you’re not outright giving the answer away, perhaps you have 2 or 3 clues lined up for successful rolls. or even 2 or 3 BAD clues for BAD rolls:D

  • Great advice and a good way to think about traps/encounters.

I think that the reflection on your glasses was confusing the camera.

  • i know you will never read this BUUUUUUUUTTTT, hauihaiuahiuah, i allways think like you all traps need a angler, or an attractive for the players to activate, and most of the times they never chek for traps, and whe they are fighting they allways put traps and try to instigate the enemies to pursue the way they want they to pursue
LOVE YOUR IDEIAS and THE WAY YOU TRANSMIT It

  • When i do traps, i am all about goonies style. Deadly and intense. They bring out the best in players. I always put a time delay, usaly a sand timer before the trap kills player. The delay is where the players have a chance to get out of it.

  • Some of my favorite traps humiliate instead of injure. Puzzles are necessary to remind the players they need to slow down and think instead of run through triggering every trap.

  • Thanks for the recognition of Grimtooth’s Traps. We (the people who worked on it) thank you. The humor was to make it apeal, and it also reflects the style of our approach to games. It was meant to get people to have fun and think about what you, as a GM, are doing. I like your presentation felt the urge to comment. You are spot on with your ideas. Great GMs think like this…

  • Is it possible to get a transcription or notes on what was gone over? I’m hard of hearing but would like to take notes and use the theory for the game I am planning on running for my friends.

  • I would add a couple things. One allow the players to be the ones to set the traps from time to time. The other is with timings i would add minutes. Once the trigger is activated it takes a little time to fully activate, yhis would be like the barrel in moria awakening the balrog. The fellowship noticed the initial result of alerting the orks but not the greater threat.

  • Guilty of exercising your free speech? Being a British subject means having very limited rights. I admire your struggle, Dr. Mew. Best of luck in fighting for the Evolutionary Medicine approach.

  • 4:07 In the moment, I really thinked he was saying “We need to realise that traps are not gay!” and I roffled…
    Why am I so dumb?

  • Is it possible to get a transcription or notes on what was gone over? I’m hard of hearing but would like to take notes and use the theory for the game I am planning on running for my friends.

  • You could use this concept for the out of dungeon parts too! Say you’re in a social setting, like the King’s court…the bait is convincing the king to help them. The confinement is the court, the only place they can approach the king. The “machine” is the politics and societal rules the players need to manipulate to get what they want. The trigger is asking for the favor. The harm is that the evil count who’s also present reveals surprise! some dirt (real or not) on the players to turn the king against them. This is great, thank you.

  • Yo, Hankerin you should really head over to Web DM and try to do some kind of combined show with those two badasses! It’d only be good for you and the community if you could get that arranged!
Thanks for the awesome video BTW!

  • @Hank: I find traps really important. What I find most difficult is to come up with good traps that have a reason for existence (rather than hurting some random adventurer that walks along.) Therefore I struggle withnyour first example (although a classic). Why should someone put the disarm lever behind the trap? If residents dont use this room regularly and it js just there for the adventurers, why is there even a disarm mechanism? Anyway love your content! I value your approaches very much!

  • I don’t know anything about snakes but most animals tend to only attack if they feel absolutely pressed to with the exception of humans

  • I needed this. After running a terrible pit trap that dragged our game an extra hour (and seeing the drain in my player’s faces), I’m committing myself up to up my game. Thanks so much, Hank <3

  • “No more puzzles” is a rule that I made for myself some time ago. Puzzles do not fit into this game. This is a game of Role Playing and Dice Rolling. Puzzles do not fit either. You should not roll out of this and mostly you can not Role Play out of this (you will engage only one player this way a wizard/cleric). This will kill immersion and will be just boring.
Other thing about puzzles is they do not challenge characters, they challenge players, this is not the idea behind tabletop rpgs.

  • Please explain why the female subject at timeline 15:04 has over a period of approximately one decade achieved a sloping forehead.

  • i used to be fat and i lost the weight through good eating and exercise and i think my face looks drastically different now that i am healthier.

  • New to snakes. Was given a male ball python he is the sweetest thing ever. I fell in love instantly. So gentle I never knew. Always thought that the only good snake was dead as fried chicken. With BBQ sauce. Didn’t know a thing at first but quickly gaining snake smarts. He is so relaxing I almost fall asleep never thought they were cute but I’m proud to say I have the cutest ball ever

  • In addition to this being another wonderful video, I would want to poke that idea that the DM doesn’t NEED to have a solution. If you have a set solution in mind, then it’s a timed puzzle with penalty. If you don’t have a set solution, then the players have agency and can do some whacky stuff which makes for great stories 10 years later.

  • …. Being said. Let me play with these defensive snakes without natural placed enclosures (saving money.) Although to represent said animal in their natural habitat “damn I got a coff” like it would behave like that. #Chandlerswildlife

  • Monster Weaknesses
Vampires = Sunlight and heart stabbing
    Werewolves = Silver bullets
    Ghosts = Vacuums?
Mummies = I have no idea
    Witches = Water
    Zombies = Almost everything
Mosquito Men = Lemons and fly swatters
    Horse People = None
Aliens = There’s tons of different Alien races, so I don’t know

  • I love how the guy in the orange casually walks by in the background because dude is just wrestling a snake and it’s no big deal.❤

  • Steve irwin would be so mad he’d forget he was a pacifist and legit slap this guy. Don’t antagonize snakes until they bite. DO NOT DO WHAT HE IS DOING HE’S A FUCKING IDIOT. and don’t play up their bites (which are really mild) because it makes people want to kill them and or increases public fear. Fuck this guy. the whole video he’s doing everything possible to make them mad. what a bitch. WAY TO “EDUCATE” PEOPLE YOU TWAT

  • I would be his classic example. Crooked and partially blocked nasal septum, mouth breather as a kid, snorer, and a weak chin/jawline.

  • Dunn do meet u when I was 9 at a rap battle and I loved your bars u will get threw it u won’t Remember but good Chat in the pisser #dunnd

  • @Runehammer You say that Runehammer isn’t for people playing “slow RPG”, and I totally disagree!
You will most likely have players who like different things, and as a good DM you will need to mix it up. So your videos are awesome for any DM out there 😉

  • I’ve always loved your music from the start nd this song truly feel like its about me… I changed my life for my daughter and this shit helps me push on and its you and greelz made Tas!!!

  • Never judge a book by it’s cover, it’s hard to write stuff like this but when you do your emotions are at ease. Thanks Dunn d for this goose bumps every time I play it

  • Killed it as always dunners, you keep getting better and better. Hell feel this one✌ Anyways here’s a sneak peak of what I’m coming if you want suss people ❤️✌ https://youtu.be/I2BK8prL2LU

  • This song speaks so much truth and is so relatable to me and life at the moment, keep up the good work dunerz your helping so many fans through ruff times

  • Such horseshit, he actually owned the idea that “There are no recognized health benefits that I know of from orthodontics.”
    He’s the real numbskull.

  • Woh… that’s some heavy shit.. Dunners. So good bro.. on your own level these days Some of the best bars to bro. Way ta keep it real mate.

  • love you brother stop being so down on yourself, take that focus and shift it to the horizon and realize the good works being done 😉

  • Reminder that there are reports that around 1 million people die each year of medical malpractice just in the USA.
Just remember that when they tell you that wearing a mask is mandatory to avoid the common cold or that alternative medicine is bullshit.

  • dunners has always been an will be the swiss army knife of australian music, jump from a battle to a track whilst chatting with fans and talking on the phone haha

  • I am from a large family. Among my brothers and sisters are two very different faces, roughly an even split. I don’t think any of us have considered an orthodontist and we don’t go in for whitening. Brit, standard NHS dentistry. No problems that I know of breathing, eating, marrying, all the same.

  • Keep your head/chin tilted downwards and make sure you’re consciously engaging your diaphragm when breathing and you’ll get results. Focusing on the tongue is hustling backwards.

  • You just need to read all the scientists in the comment section supporting this great man to understand he is right…
(another f’ing science myth into the bowl of retar$% #ed myths, all what we needed right now…).

  • This is the opposite of railroading. Don’t force your players to do things… set a trap and let them fall into your plot. WA HA HA…

  • Hi Doctor, Is there a way that we can get your consultation for my daughter’s teeth case. Please let me know, I will appreciate it.

  • There is nothing outside you

That is what you must ultimately learn

Everything takes place in your mind

There is no world, universe (out there)

It is within you and manifested by you

We all live within the same cosmic mind

We all experience a different individual illusory material universe and world

Understand mind and your world and how you experience it changes

    Your salvation saves the world

  • Keep your head/chin tilted downwards and make sure you’re consciously engaging your diaphragm when breathing and you’ll get results. Focusing on the tongue is hustling backwards.

  • your way of doing things wont get dentists filthy rich. so you will always loose and be discredited. you can come up with 100 studies that support your claims only to be drowned by 1000 claims that will go against it. dentistry is not a honest profession. i can point out many more controversial points in dentistry. stop trying to convince these people just help those that want to listen. you will live longer, be happier and richer. the truth and honesty don’t pay if the people are stupid and greedy. like that Australian lady who would cure polio with hot towels.

  • My family are all big red meat eaters and no one has needed braces. My grandparents and parents all had good straight teeth. I think diet has a lot to do with facial development. A nutrient dense high fat low carb diet seems to be a key factor. The low fat high sugar sad diet is not only making people fat it’s destroying people’s teeth.

  • A few months back I looked up what women find attractive in men and many people said it’s defined jawline. I realized mine wasn’t that bad, but still not that great. Naive me, thinking that one can change his shape of face got into it and found myself watching some so called mewing videos.

Long story short: By only exercising my jaw muscles 2minutes per day ever since, chewing a lot of gum and replacing liquid and fluffy food with food rich in fiber, I significantly changed my jaw muscles and lower face shape.

Even if it were all BS…. what damage does chewing and a better tongue posture do?

It seems this guy is behind all this progress and I‘m enormously grateful to learn about before it’s to late.
I admire his effort and the only thing I can do is spread the knowledge.

    Thanks for reading.

  • Guilty of exercising your free speech? Being a British subject means having very limited rights. I admire your struggle, Dr. Mew. Best of luck in fighting for the Evolutionary Medicine approach.

  • Dr. Weston Price found out that people have narrow faces w/ crooked teeth because of the mother’s poor nutrition while the baby was in her. If you don’t have enough material for a home’s foundation the home will be smaller.

  • Great man
Would put many deservedly othrodonitics out of business.
People are so VAIN they will straighten their teeth but then shovel everything unhealthy into their mouth. Then spend their lives so digustingly fat. NO brains NO headaches

  • I had braces and after taking them off, my orthodontist taught me the correct tongue posture, my crooked teeth were caused by ‘tongue thrusting’. I pretty much never wear my retainer and my teeth stayed the same because I learned how to have my tongue in a correct place

  • With allopathic medicine, when they don’t want to accept something. In their arrogance and greed, since they know all about the human body, if they don’t know it, its either “genetics” or “psychiatry”

  • How can I contact you? I have a 17 yr old daughter with a chromosomal anomally. She has a severe overbite and a hard time chewing accompanied with a fear of chocking. My wife and her want to get surgery.I am skeptical.

  • A concept as simple as “chew more, hold proper oral/tongue/face posture while _” gaining so much backlash from “authorities” just tells you he’s on the right track

  • Remember, many of the people who challenged the establishment were generally killed in the past. Most of what we are taught, about 95% is total BS.

  • A concept as simple as “chew more, hold proper oral/tongue/face posture while _” gaining so much backlash from “authorities” just tells you he’s on the right track

  • This is just the tip of the malpractice iceberg. It’s the part that can be easily shown in a few minutes.

Imagine how bad things are under the hood. The “epidemics” of obesity, T2 Diabetes, myopia, depression, and many more stem from the same corruption. Cronyist “healthcare” is thoroughly fraudulent. Follow the incentives, follow the flow of money, and you’ll see the real goals of optimization.

  • Love it. Going back thru your catalog for room design and trap theory… With quarantine I’ve been sticking to 5 room “dungeon” adventures for my party trap theory is PERFECT for this!

  • Their is definitely a social/ religious slant on science. You hope the truth over powers any bullshit. But that requires effort and time…. or a large number of people, which if you had you wouldn’t have a social obstacle soooo effort and time

  • This is absolutely dope bro!! Goosbumps all over!!

  • Tom gets slapped by a fist my brother with a stick body can handle
Tom explaining it to the mom they got all of a sudden
And then he grabbed my neck…

  • Interesting research. I wish there would be more.
Does anybody knows of a similar work being done anywhere around the globe?
    Share it, if you do.

  • I am disappointed in this video, but I think that was just because of the name. I expected to be taught how to not ‘not enough OCD perception checks -> I steal hit points’ and instead got campaign 101. Good stuff, but not what I expected.

Was this video a trap all along?

  • This is the opposite of railroading. Don’t force your players to do things… set a trap and let them fall into your plot. WA HA HA…

  • The first kind of trap described, perception check to avoid 2d6 of dam, is to be always avoided, there is no reason to have them. They do not create any game opportunity, they do not increase tension, they are useless.

  • I think of a puzzle like a locked door. Do you have a high enough strength or long enough time to open it? Do you have a 17int? If notskill check int17 one chance.

I don’t think a player with a high strength character has ever been asked to stack bricks so his character can pass a strength test.

  • The first kind of trap described, perception check to avoid 2d6 of dam, is to be always avoided, there is no reason to have them. They do not create any game opportunity, they do not increase tension, they are useless.

  • This is just the tip of the malpractice iceberg. It’s the part that can be easily shown in a few minutes.

  • Did you paint your Narsil red? WT-everloving-F would you do that for. I mean a translucent red sword is awesome looking, but Narsil?????!!!! Once I got over that, loved the video, as always.

  • To be honest Dunn d I never really played youre songs that much, but that song for Greeley in jail kicked it off then this song just tops it off brother, will be lissening to you’re music from now on all the best mate.

  • i know some ways you can do traps COMPLETELY wrong
    you add too many
    you do too little
    you make them unavoidable
    you make them easily advoidable
    you make them too hidden
    you make them too obvious

  • 4:07 In the moment, I really thinked he was saying “We need to realise that traps are not gay!” and I roffled…
    Why am I so dumb?

  • @Runehammer You say that Runehammer isn’t for people playing “slow RPG”, and I totally disagree!
You will most likely have players who like different things, and as a good DM you will need to mix it up. So your videos are awesome for any DM out there 😉

  • The expansion to Heroquest in which they give you the boulder trap…. You became a crossclass between Conan the Barbarian and Indiana Jones…. whuao!!!!

  • Love your content. Just wanted to let you know that you should offset your lighting so that it isn’t directly inline with the camera. The reflection off your glasses is a little distracting. Maybe move it up or to a side.
