There is not a better exercise for building a bigger butt than a barbell back squat. Learn the technique without any weight and slowly increase the weight. For practice, you could hold a dumbbell at chest level for a goblet squat, you could hold onto a power rack as you perform bodyweight squats, or you could put a barbell on your back and learn. It’s notorious for a reason. When done correctly, the squat is a pain in the ass—because it’s great for your ass. Squats work your lower body, and especially your butt muscles, better than any other exercise. Eat for a Bigger, Rounder Butt.

Diet is just as important as exercise. If you eat junk, your butt will get fatter, not leaner and rounder. Whether you’re slim or overweight, load up on whole foods and plan your meals.

  • This definitely works after a month and a half, especially if you increase the amount of reps. After the first day, you will be extremely sore, but as the days go, your body gets used to it like any other workout. My thighs are incredibly bigger after a month. So yes, this workout works. ��

    day 2: felt great, a bit sore but could do the exercises fine (I did an extra 1:30 sec of clam shells on each side)
    day 3: quite sore, took a rest day
    day 4: muscles fully healed, workout felt great

    day 6: today I felt really lazy but I did it just before bed, I challenged myself with no breaks at all and I worked up quite the sweat and burn

  • This definitely works after a month and a half, especially if you increase the amount of reps. After the first day, you will be extremely sore, but as the days go, your body gets used to it like any other workout. My thighs are incredibly bigger after a month. So yes, this workout works. ��

  • Of course exercise is good but when it comes to stomach bloating waist trainer is the best. Since two months I started wearing my waist trainer I don’t bother workout on my stomach. I wear it under my dress to work everyday and under few weeks I’ve already started seeing great results. Oh no if only I new this ever since. I can never do without waist trainer again.     #1 Consume more calories than you burn
    #2 Lift (heavy) weights
    #3 Get enough protein (1.8 g protein per kilogram of body weight; protein shakes and supplements are recommended)
    #4 Get enough sleep (at least 8 hours)
    #5 Supplement with creatine & amino acids
