  • Really like the overall concept. But the hydration formula is just too much. At 200 lbs (91 kg) you’re supposed to drink one gallon (3.8 L) per day. This is alright if you do a fair amount of physical labour on a hot day, but with an office job and in cool to war climate about half of that (1/2 gallon or ca. 2 L) is perfectly sufficient. And you can add coffee to that amount. It’s been proven at least ten years ago that while coffee might stimulate strangury, it still contributes to hydration after it was believed to do the opposite before. So with two cups of coffee and seven glasses of water per day you should be good to go.
