  • After traveling through Dallas Fort Worth. I am sure I got it from flying on AA since the planes are full plus the flight attendants don’t change their gloves when serving sodas and snacks. I first got pain in the back of my neck going into my head, then I started getting cold feet, I couldn’t get warm, ended up with a fever of 101. I took 2 aspirins for the fever. I was really tired my body ached. I took Vitamin C 2000 mg, Vitamin D3, Vitamin Zinc 50 mg. Plus, I used my cpap machine most of the day along with the 2 nights to ensure i was getting fresh air. I isolated in a bedroom away from my family. I opened the window for 20 minutes to get fresh air into the room but kept the door closed. I drank tea made with ginger root, turmeric root, garlic, cinnamon stick, pineapple, cloves, black pepper, honey. My symptoms only lasted for 2 days.   • The part about loving yourself is incredibly powerful, because most of us were deprived of this when we were young, and when we’re older we suffered so much damage thru the years that we think it’s beyond repairs and we try to mask the demons within. The problem with hiding these skeletons in the closet is that we actually can’t hide them, we think we can but it festers and grows, and people we interact with can sense something’s off or wrong about you and there’s this weird vibe they’re getting…

    The biggest lesson is to stop and resolve the past trauma, it’s like untangling a giant clump of christmas lights from over the years. We need to do this first in order to move into a better future where you can become so much more…

The reason why I don’t do it now btw if I sound lazy, is because I deliver news paper in a really big apartment complex for three hours three times a week aka I go up and down stairs for three hours staight. I had to hold my self back a little because I would never be able to keep that amount of exercise up when school starts so I’m going to wait until i’m done.

  • My first 10 days (since first sign) with Corona:
    1st I was tired, sore throat with bodyache and feeling sleepy. After that I had fever which was about 37.5 °Celsius.
    2ndI only used paracetamol to low the fever, and the maximum was.39.4°C. Until the afternoon the fever was gone. But feeling tired.
    3rd: Only sore throat no cough. No fever.
    4, 5, day the same.
    6, 7, 8 Loss of smell and taste, and nothing else.
    9 day: 80% of return of smell and taste.
    10 day writing to you guys and feeling normal.

  • I gave my husband Turmeric tea mixed with Ginger and Honey. I also bought Naked Juice, I stocked up the Mango flavors, and don’t forget multivitamin, I use Garden of Life brand. It’s more than two weeks now but he still use mask around us. We live at the same house but we texted, FaceTime. It was hard but we made it. I went to get tested but came back negative. But I’ll still prepare myself. This too shall pass! O my husband got exposed while doing CPR, his mask broke. They found out the patient was positive at the end.

My aunt, age 54, who had earlier announced to us that she tested positive, with mild symptoms and in self isolation at home, just called to inform us that she had become negative of the corona-virus.

    She disclosed what she did while in isolation in order to become negative after earlier testing positive. She said she put in more effort to boost her immunity in isolation by regularly exercising on a treadmill.   • Love your content Owen! I’ve had moments where after practicing meditation and focusing on loving-kindness like in your video here, my social anxiety completely fades away. When I’m in the moment, socializing becomes natural. It’s only when I get too in my own head where I falter.   • Try 1garlic clove cut it up put it in the regimine mix with the lemons and apple juice at least 5 lemons drink daily if possible eat chew a small piece of the garlic and eat pickles for the cramps and or small table spoon of apple cider.

  • I’m 77 and fortunately I live alone so I don’t have to worry about spreading this to other people. I ran out of groceries and my daughter shopped for me and left the groceries on the tailgate of my pickup. We maintained a distance of about 20 feet, and seeing my face swollen from the terrible sinus infection helped her maintain her distance. One of the items in the groceries was grapefruits and I immediately cut one into 8 pieces and boiled it til the rind was tender enough to cut with the edge of a spoon. The first grapefruit with a 50 mg zinc gluconate which I took with each piece of rind I chewed and swallowed eliminated the symptoms that colloidal silver hadn’t removed. When I finish this second grapefruit I plan to try to schedule a test to see if it might be safe for me to come out of quarantine. I also plan to vote against any politician who even smiled at one of the damn quacks.

  • there’s sooooo many different ways to do cardio i hate when people say they hate it!! find something you love to do or just don’t do it cause you’ll only end up making yourself miserable! I love biking right now, some days it may be hiking, kayaking, playing catch with my dog, or maybe just walking! So many things to do to find something you enjoy!!:)

  • I began showing symptoms last week. Low-grade fever, chills, my back felt achy, I felt extremely tired & fatigue. I’m feeling way better this week, however I did lose my sense of smell & taste 4 days ago which is what lead me to get tested. Due to these symptoms, I have a feeling I will be positive. This is my third day of official quarantine. Although my loss in sense of smell & taste is all that I’m currently feeling I am truly scared.

  • So lemme share this okay so it’s July now and it’s still going around we were going on vacation and I thought it was a bad idea I kept having these bad vibes and stuff tell us not to go but I’m not the adult here but we’ve been Port Aransas tx for a few days now taking vitamins that will help our body and we’ve been by no one or anything but my mom woke us up coming to tell us my dad might have it now were packing up as fast as we can so if he does have it it doesn’t get any worse and I’m hoping it’s not it please keep up in your prayers we’re a family of five and I’m just hoping it’s not it amen and god bless yall I’ll give an update: okay so it’s July 14th I got tested a a few ago and test results today came back negative thank god along with my siblings and mom my dad is doing well he’s hanging in there prayers to him I wish he didn’t have to suffer from this terrible wish I had it instead of him but that’s the update stay safe yall��

  • 7-6-20 If you suspect you have loss of or reduced smell/taste you may think that it’s all in your head, even when you can’t smell chopping and cooking an entire onion because it’s just hard to believe and it still makes your eyes water. Or you’ll get a very brief whiff of a smell creating doubt. But just believe it’s real if it even crosses your mind for a second. Loss of smell is one of the earliest symptoms so time to self isolate. And use caution but don’t panic. Many people have very mild barely there symptoms.

  • You need to not lay down you need to sit up and move around and do not take cough suppressants you need to get mucus out and other things your coughing for a reasonnnnn!!!
