  • This yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) together with cardio and light weight training exercise, has made my core much stronger, much more versatile, and also lose fat. The guidebook is simple to follow and understand. Yoga exercise is just not about positions merely but it is a way of life as well. The drawings and illustrations are detailed making the poses very easy to carry out..

  • I am also a big fan of shilpa shetty. Love your style and love the way of teaching..
I have also a YouTube channel related with yoga..

I feel like when the time is 1 minute, for the other exercises, they are the longest 1 minutes of my life but for the corpse one it is the total opposite

  • Don’t we supposed to do both side for the side plank and the revolve side pose. Does it mean the other side we hVe to count ot ourselves????

  • Guys yoga helped me make my stomach flat more than doing press ab workouts!!! Even my stomach now is sunken in!!! I guess it’s all about breathing! And yoga boosts your metabolism. Overall, I’m happy!!!!

  • Extremely poor description and couldn’t see where the feet were placed or what the hands were doing or which way you are twisting.

  • So many missing information. That girl in red didn’t lock her knee in standing head to knee and had a wrong grip on standing bow…. Can’t keep watching from here. This is terrible instructions. If you are going to copy, why not just read the dialogue? At least you would have given all the necessary information regarding each pose.

  • The camel and boat poses look so easy but the hardest to hold. I’m not sure where most of the weight should on. But loving the poses overall. Thank you

  • It’s not only for physical fitness, but also for ur mental health..did this session 1st on international yoga day.. Now thinking to do it daily ❤️

  • Please give Indians credit they invented it also please use the Indian name of the poses, not your weird American names that half of them don’t make sense to the pose use Indian names they have a better meaning also it is called yog

  • It’s not only for physical fitness, but also for ur mental health..did this session 1st on international yoga day.. Now thinking to do it daily ❤️

  • Thanks for this video! It’s a nice, abbreviated run through of the Bikram poses. It does differ from the ‘pure’ version in some places, but I have other resources for that. It is good to see the poses in action.

  • Ive been doing this and i changed from doing ab workout to yoga and i feel really better! And i can see more progress on this then ab workouts

  • Very nice and very powerful video sir. Sir would you please suggest me how to reduce belly fat.( I’m the mother of 2 kids.had scissors)

  • I’ve been watching this video for last two hours. Memoriseing is a problem. so, i had to use my note book and a pencil, and also to do this poses

  • Hello, guru ji
Yours is the best yoga tutorials,i have seen with true explanations. Rest of the yogis are there only to make them selves famous.
You are a true and sincere yogi and teacher. One question i like to ask you is have you done a full ashtanga video. That i can learn from?
I love to attend your class, but unfortunately i live in England. If you are ever here in England let me know,i will love to attend your class. Thanks
    Your fan,
    Khalid.

  • I like the idea they are placing, and the moves are very helpful, but the camera zooms in too much, I can’t see everything that is happening till it’s too late, other than that, a great video.

  • It’s extremely inconvenient when you put so many ads in between. Like you’re holding one position and waiting for the seconds to end and an ad pops up.‍♀️

  • Can I get reply from u dear Shilpa? As I didn’t find any reply from you in any comment. I want to know that is it suitable to do all asanas after 50? If yes, then should I do them every day or 5 days in a week? Lots of love.

  • This was great, thanks, wonderful way to start the day! Must say though, not sure how well I would have followed if I had not done bikram yoga before.

  • Thanks a million for this. Was suffering from neck pain continuously everyday when I woke up. No help on it.

Today was the 1st time I did this and lo and behold my neck pain has vanished!!!! Definitely going to keep up with this.

    Thanks again!!!

  • I am disappointed because instead of just one commercial there are now five running during this video making it almost impossible to do yoga.

  • Aap bilkul sahi exercise karwati hain Isme thakan bhi nahi hoti na weakness hoti hai aur weight bhi kam hojata hai ek Mam Shilpa Shetty kundra Aur Susana Yabar mam do Bohot bhi acche Tutorial deti hain Exercise k liye

  • 5:37 First phase of Utkatasana is with feet flat.2nd phase you’re on tippy toes. And “everything hard like rocks”. Also hold side bend for ” ten honest counts” in Chandrasana.

  • Meri knees mein ligments tear hua hai bt I want to lose weight specially belly fat kya mein yeh sab yogasan kar Sakti Hun?pls help me

  • There is only one and a half of those 26 poses i ca’nt do. Toe stand and a half of spinal twist. I can do it when i cross my left leg over right, but when i cross my right over left, i am falling to the left. No way to keep sitting. Tree pose and half tortois i can do, but not quite well. Also bow pose and fixed firm pose make me breathe as i am running uphill although i can do them in a right way. So, i need to ask you: should those 26 poses be done in succession, or it is also good if we do only a few of them, with and later, some more, and later, to keep trieing to do what we can’t do for now?

  • Ok so people are saying they used this for an week and it’s been an change for them ok so I’m going on vacation and ima wear an bikini I never wear a bikini because I don’t like showing my tummy or legs or under arms we have 3 DAYS TILL VACATION IS THAT ENOUGH TIME?!

  • Thanks for the efforts to a nice start in the morning.Could you pls tell that after the warm up can we start with the pranayama directly??

  • so glad this is here. i used to go to a bikram studio in my thirties. im 50 nownow i can no longer deal with heat and this will be wonderful to do again at home

  • It would b better, if u use, real images or pics instead of cartoons. So tht we understand muchh better, ; bdw very informative video, thx

  • Love this yoga regiment. Have been doing it everyday for a week and already see a difference in ny body and flexibility. Thank you!

  • * Narration doesn’t match the video.

*I don’t feel like the poses are very well explained; I felt like I was literally free-winging it with minimal guidance.

*VERY occasional hint about proper breathing thrown in here and there… Or when the pose is ending and the time to do that breathing is over…

*Didn’t feel like the proper amount of time was spent on each pose to get the full benefit. Just when you started getting into the swing of it, it was time to move onto the next.

*Poses would end in one stance (kneeling) and then the next clip would be standing or lying down, so you have to pause the video and scurry to that position.

These are criticisms from someone who has only been doing 4 days of Yoga your intended audience. While I feel challenged, I don’t feel like the video was as beneficial as it could have been. I’m interested in Bikram yoga from this video, but there’s also a very high chance I won’t be returning to this channel to continue it. Just my personal thoughts!

  • Yes came from Netflix BUT, I teach Pilates and own a studio. I went through these poses twice and there is a huge difeerence between my first run through and my second. I definately feel better! I’m in my early 50’s and I have had 3 laminectomy’s, a disc replacement I have horrible shoulder and of course neck issues and this definitely helped m movement patterns. Excellent, bc I do not like yoga (vinyasa my fav but still not good for my body) I made a micro tear in my labrum last time I did it 3 months ago.. no more of that for me. This as terrific.

  • After Ashtanga yoga, this looks funny! This is a kind of redesigned yoga and fitness in combination, just to be “original”… And the girls could make it better!

  • “Om” refers to Shiva, who is, in his own words, “death, destroyer of worlds”, all yoga serves Shiva (Linga Purana), yoga can result in loss of free will (Ajna), derealization (Pratyahara), self-destructive impulses (the “noose” of Vishuddha), depersonalization (by astral projection) and even death (when the astral body cannot return to the physical body). Avoid yoga.

  • Don’t we supposed to do both side for the side plank and the revolve side pose. Does it mean the other side we hVe to count ot ourselves????

  • I’m a Christian so we’re never exposed to yoga as nobody practices in our family, not against yoga but no exposure. But recently I’ve started with breathing exercises, I definitely found it helpful, as it calms me down, and my nostrils feel like an AC is fit in it. Super cool and comfy it feels. Looking forward to at least know basic yoga asanas. Thank you for the session.

  • First 60 seconds show form mistakes in girl with purple top. 1 back bending is biggest mistake, but you clearly see difference between both girls. Red top better form than purple. Just surprised that vid producer chose poser and/or not explaining right/wrong.

  • Boss I liked your acting it’s very natural, you can try in movies if you like. Also you make videos on accurate subject. Appreciate your doings.Thankyou.

  • Before this i watched panthanjanli baba’s vedio and this also make us happy thank you so much brother for this vedio. Enjoyed a lot and learnt something

  • Now I am.addicted to your video’s.
I want to know how can I cure.a inverted polyp in my left nostril? I do not want to go for an operation. I would like it to be as natural.
    Thank you

  • Boat pose is where I struggle personally. And side planks I can do them with a bent arm but not one straight out yet. Any pointers for that last one?

  • Through good fitness routine and balance diet, the use of this yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) helps me lose 40 pounds weight in one year only. This is a superb manual to follow for anyone who desires to test the idea of yoga exercise, informally, and also privately. The instructions are clear, and also the explanations are handy..

  • The « water drop chronometer » stuff is Highly annoying. And it’s not helpful at all, we don’t even know how long or how many drop it’s suppose to run for, like we have to count them or what.. I don’t get it.

  • Bright side I love the video but why are you so desperate for money how do I know your desperate because you literally put 4 fricken ads for extra money bright side your channel is big and you probably don’t need that money chill and remove the ads from someove your videos again just chill.

Who aggres with me like no I’m not a begger I just now bright side will get the notification of people likeing my comment ok again I’m not a begger.

  • I’ll keep this simple.

  • Extremely poor description and couldn’t see where the feet were placed or what the hands were doing or which way you are twisting.

  • on the upward plank, I did a search and found sites that show your hands facing your feet…and they also say you can bend your knees if your feet can’t stay flat on the floor otherwise

  • I’ve followed a few yoga steps in YouTube but I never complete them even if it’s only for 20 minutes but I made it for this one..this video gives a good instruction and variations for my yoga practice.. looking forward to see improvements on my body.. thank u so much

  • Thanks for this video! It’s a nice, abbreviated run through of the Bikram poses. It does differ from the ‘pure’ version in some places, but I have other resources for that. It is good to see the poses in action.

  • Finally a video for beginners where you’re not playing catch up. That allows you to look at the pose and then do it until you familiarize yourself with it. This is gold.

  • I don’t get the comments ripping the video. I just started Bikram and the poses look about right to me. Some people are just anal I suppose. It’s about trying your best not being perfect.

  • Although these poses are wonderful, they are not done in this manner. Every pose is transitioned from another pose. These are never done in isolation. It is like a slow dance in which every pose opens and prepares your body for the next difficult pose. This is how you reap the proper benefits of doing yoga. If they are done like this isolated manner, these poses can really cause serious injuries and prolonged pain in several areas of the body.

  • We all are having little anxiety issues just because of corona and the isolation. Things are getting better, you will get better I promise. This is just a phase. I have been doing this routine and meditation since 17 days now. I feel calm the breathing exercise is really good.

  • Ive been doing yoga for 2 months now. I dropped 6kgs. I know its a little but the shape of my body and posture really made a lot of difference. Also, my anxiety attacks has been reduced.

  • The yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) is not difficult to adhere to and then putting together the programs for one hour isn`t that bad. What a great book if you`re a beginner. Additionally, you can include this to your collection if you`re an instructor. Due to this program, I was able to shed weight, improved body flexibility, and also a normal blood pressure..

  • In yoga these are not called Poses, these are called Asanas. Please keep the original terms intact. Also, the Yoga always ends with the Most important Asana Shavasana

  • Applying this yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (google it), I was able to get tougher physique, much better versatility, appeared thinner and lively the entire day. This wonderful book is definitely tempting! It does not matter who you are or status in the society, you`ll for sure like yoga It instructs us with the A-Z of yoga: postures, respiration strategies, and also meditation with their benefits..

  • This is pretty intimidating for a “beginner” who can’t even balance on one foot for long without all the other pose elements. I will continue to look for a video that shows what you should strive for when you cannot actually do the poses.

  • actually these poses r not only for stomach…full body parts reduction i suppose…hope it would be effective…gonna try dis…pls drop ur likes if u agree

  • Believe me nowadays no one praises slim figure. Everyone is crazed with curves an chubby. So don’t change you are beautiful and perfect already

  • Hi Sir, I am so much impressed with your way of teaching the yoga, could you please help me to get rid of belly fat. Thanks a lot.

  • I have been following this video from past few months now, but I see that the video has been truncated fr start and end. Even the last post is truncated. Please restore the full version.

Thanks
    Your fan,
    Khalid.

  • After doing yoga I’ve learnt rather learning that what my body is capable of doing and that actually so many joints and muscles exist in my body when I feel the ache.I love doing yoga now.

  • I don’t get why there’s all this fuss about James Charles and Mr. Beast and how they have so many subscribers. Bright side over here having 36M.

  • Can I get reply from u dear Shilpa? As I didn’t find any reply from you in any comment. I want to know that is it suitable to do all asanas after 50? If yes, then should I do them every day or 5 days in a week? Lots of love.

  • I’ve followed a few yoga steps in YouTube but I never complete them even if it’s only for 20 minutes but I made it for this one..this video gives a good instruction and variations for my yoga practice.. looking forward to see improvements on my body.. thank u so much

  • This is glorious, I’ve been looking for “most famous yoga poses” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Fiyaniel Phrenic Finder (do a search on google )?

It is a smashing exclusive product for discovering how to use yoga to get the best booty and body without the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my neighbour got excellent success with it.

Avoid yoga.

  • In another video you mentioned after wakeup drink water directly from copper not to use tumbler but here you are showing to use one glass of tumbler water

  • wow, super relaxing, please upload more video’ s.My whole family does yoga every night, but my dad is too lazy, every night I literally have to wake him up and pull him off the couch, drag him to our bedroom to do yoga.

  • Hi m in Canada and doing night shifts. Come back 7.30 morning then go to sleep so when I should do yoga.. can I do it in afternoon or evening please suggest me

  • 1:03 is that a yoga position. I thought it was a postion for something else… imagine how many people have yoga without even knowing

  • After Ashtanga yoga, this looks funny! This is a kind of redesigned yoga and fitness in combination, just to be “original”… And the girls could make it better!

  • I am also a big fan of shilpa shetty. Love your style and love the way of teaching..
I have also a YouTube channel related with yoga..

  • Thanks to the presence of about five commercials now, I can no longer use this routine to have a relaxing yoga session. I give up. You have ruined this video.

  • Good series. Leaves out some of the finer points in the postures that you can get with the DVD from Bikram, but this is still worthwhile. Slow speed to 1/2 using the setting to get a better speed for the postures. Normally, almost all postures are done in a two series. You will get a little more stretch and relaxation in the second pose.

  • Boss I liked your acting it’s very natural, you can try in movies if you like. Also you make videos on accurate subject. Appreciate your doings.Thankyou.

  • 5:37 First phase of Utkatasana is with feet flat.2nd phase you’re on tippy toes. And “everything hard like rocks”. Also hold side bend for ” ten honest counts” in Chandrasana.

  • I like the idea they are placing, and the moves are very helpful, but the camera zooms in too much, I can’t see everything that is happening till it’s too late, other than that, a great video.

  • I wish they didn’t include the water drops. It kinda takes away the intended effect of the other relaxing sounds and the instructor’s voice.

  • First 60 seconds show form mistakes in girl with purple top. 1 back bending is biggest mistake, but you clearly see difference between both girls. Red top better form than purple. Just surprised that vid producer chose poser and/or not explaining right/wrong.

  • I don’t get the comments ripping the video. I just started Bikram and the poses look about right to me. Some people are just anal I suppose. It’s about trying your best not being perfect.

  • This yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) together with cardiovascular exercise and light weight training, has made my core much stronger, much more flexible, and lose weight. The guidebook is straightforward to follow and comprehend. For the creator, yoga is a way of life; it`s even more than the positions. The pictures and also illustrations are comprehensive making the postures simple to carry out..

  • Now I am.addicted to your video’s.
I want to know how can I cure.a inverted polyp in my left nostril? I do not want to go for an operation. I would like it to be as natural.
    Thank you

  • 330 pounds bodyweight before I have used the yoga book “Yοmzοzο Kena” (google it). I have obstructive sleep apnea and also elevated blood pressure. The manual content material is friendly and digestible. It really is such a gift to acquire this guidebook..
