  • 1) Drink a glass of water before you eat.
    2) Sit back and relax while eating; don’t stare at your food while you eat, it makes you more likely to inhale everything
    3) Stand up, walk around and do something else during eating (not while eating) to see if you’re not already full.
    4) Try a larger plate instead of a smaller one if the smaller one doesn’t work for you.
    5) Lots of (healthy made) vegetables (Her detail on this is worth listening to)
    6) Drink something hot after a meal (link to a fat burning tea in this part of the video)
    7) High fiber foods
    8) Avoid eating 4-5 hours before sleep
    9) Go for a walk after eating/stay active
    10) Get rid of junk, esp drinks.
    11) No distracted eating; don’t watch a show etc while eating.
    12) Eat what you want, but in moderation. Denying yourself something completely can lead to binge eating, later.
    13) Find other ways to relieve stress (Let’s be real, eating really only makes you more stressed, anyway. At least for me.)
    14) (related to 13) Try to be happier; find things that make you happy. Smile more, make yourself laugh. (Important part of the video, her description is a better perspective.)

  • This is insane. I can’t afford these foods. �� Eat at the right time with rice and vegetables. Drink milk everymorning if you can afford, but if not, it’s fine. Just don’t consume too much coffee and that’s enough. Within 1 and half months I really gain weight, from 47 to 58 kg. As a young man 57 kg weight is enough for me.

However after my buddy follow it, and finally lost crazy amounts of weight by using it without starving herself. I’m persuaded.   • You have to MODIFY, activate & isolate for physical appearance results in certain muscles. Like a glute person could to squats w/their feet only shoulder width apart, but I have to stand way wider, feet pointed outward for MY glutes. Etc…

    Ich hab schon immer einen sehr schnellen Stoffwechsel gehabt und konnte Irgendwie nie zunehmen.   • My best tip might sound strange, but it works for me:
    Trust that you’ll have another chance to eat these foods again, and calm down about this food. If it helps, write down the foods that you’ve decided to pass up this time around (at whatever social gathering or at the store, etc), and promise yourself you’ll work those into your cheat meals/days over the next few months.

  • I ended up gaining weight with Serious Mass protein shakes (1/2 cup) and still ate bad despite weight training. But I had no abs, I grew love handles. I easily got a strong butt and arms.

    No shame to being skinny fat but I want to have a flat mid area without having to wear high waist pants.

    Now I eat a vegan diet, add high intensity cardio after weight training and dropped pounds especially in my belly, keeping my strong round bum.

    Moral of the story, be careful cuz those pounds of fat will go wherever it wants to.

  • You don’t need to eat vegetables or fruits to lose weight. I lost 19 pounds by eating all the junk I wanted. it’s all about the calories. Let’s say I eat 1k calories of junk food and 2k calories of fruits and vegetables. I’m gonna gain weight eating the fruits and vegetables. Just stay under a certain amount of calories and you’ll lose weight. Btw this is definitely not the healthiest way to lose weight but it works and you can eat pop tarts so ����‍♀️

  • These are all things I did to lose weight. Now I eat almost as much as I want while keeping a close eye on my weight to maintain. If my weight starts to go up I’ll be a little more careful. But restricting portion sizes wasn’t something I could keep up forever. One slice of pizza and a salad? Yeah right more like 6 slices of pizza, a salad and a bowl of ice cream. But I don’t eat that daily and try and workout.

  • I’m the SAME way with the plate situation. Also, the large plate holds more veggies. I’m a volume eater-eat TONS of veggies and fruits so big bowls/plates a must! OMG I’m watching as I’m typing and I’m the same way with hot drinks after eating. Love this video and happy I found your channel!

  • Question what happen if you only eat breakfast and dinner and you stay up late and don’t it eat a midnight food? And you eat last then 1,000 calories a day? OwO

  • If I’m eating out I’ll get something reasonable, split the plate in thirds or half and eat one portion, if I’m still hungry I’ll eat more and take the rest home. I recommend people eat breakfast, I just can’t, I’ll have water and coffee so the coffee doesn’t upset my stomach. Lunch will be whatever is made that day, moderation of course. I’ll have a snack of a rice cake with PB2 (highly recommend PB2) or a filling but low calorie smoothie. Dinner will be a small sandwich, an egg with toast, or soup with a poached egg.

  • my only tip is drinking lots of water. our body needs it and my metabolism is so fast when i drink good amount of water everyday. i eat a lot but water really saves me. and i try not to eat late at night even though i love it 😉
