  • Its still shock me just how a number of people have no clue about Custokebon Secrets despite the fact that many people using it. Thanks to my personal pal who told me about it. I’ve lost crazy amounts of fat.

  • None of this tips worked for me. So it shows how different our bodies are. But this is very well researched content. And we should try different things to see what works for us.

  • I find this to be such good, wholesome advice. It’s taken me much longer than you to get to this mindset, but once I found myself practising all the things you’ve touched on, I started seeing real results too. Nice work.

  • I am 5 2″ 130, down from 160. I look ok but I still have a double chin. I want to go down more but even at 130 I got tons of comments about being too skinny. I still see myself as a bit chubby. So confusing!

  • I’m going to try this and will try to remember Im not going to lie I don’t look at my yt notifications anyways Starting weight:120 ish Goal:110 I do want to comment on that I am young so I’m leaning more to body fat then the number on the scale I also have lots of arm fat very sad yes I know but I’m staring this on April 22nd I think I have no clue I deleted the calendar app anyways yolo

  • I had a baby 2 years ago this month. I was 155 before pregnancy 200 during and 198 after.
I was really insecure and it caused a couple issues in my relationship.

When I finally decided to sit the people close to me down and let them know how I was feeling, my mother in law looked at me and said “I don’t think you’ll EVER be a skinny girl” and let me tell you that replays in my head at least once a day.

I’ve been trying to get the weight off for awhile. I’m now 148 pounds, my goal is 125/130.
It feels like it’s taken forever. And every time I lose about 5-10 more pounds I start to plateau because I’m thinking of all the things people have said to me and it always unmotivates me. And then I go over eat and gain like 4/5 pounds. I feel like I’m in an unhealthy mental cycle. I was taking Wellbutrin to help with depression, anxiety and over eating and it helped a lot but I’ve been off for awhile.

I know that’s probably too much information but I really needed to let that out.
YouTube is the only social media I have cause I’d rather not have really close friends cause every female I have ever been friends with was extremely toxic, and strangers are so much more genuine with what they’re saying.

    So strangers welcome.

Any good vibes would be greatly appreciated.

  • I read loads of superb opinions on the net about how Custokebon Secrets will help you lost lots of fat. Has anyone tested out this popular fat burn secrets?

  • Congrats on the weight loss! You are truly an inspiration! I really want to lose 30lbs so that I can become a healthier teenager. 3 months is a healthy timeframe to be able to lose 30lbs and so I respect you for helping us with our weight loss journeys with your amazing, inspirational YouTube videos! Did you do any weight lifting during your journey? I really don’t like weight lifting and was hoping that I could focus on cardio and HIIT during my weight loss videos!

  • I just wanna say thank you so much for being brave and recording yourself throughout your whole weight loss journey it’s a lot different seeing someone say if I can do it you can do it and seeing a picture of them back when they were heavier then to see someone like you actually going through it everyday seeing your progress every day and seeing a video of you speaking about your struggles in the moment rather than at the end of it… You have given me a lot of motivation to get back on my weight loss journey and I think I’m even going to do blogs because this video helped me so much I think I would like to do the same for others

  • I was taking fat loss pills and almost seriously harmed my health. Now I realise that diet is not pills and teas, but structured plan full of nutritionally rich foods. Visit NextLevelDiet and get a real diet, stop taking fuc*ing pills.

  • I have just recently started my weight loss but I feel like it is really easy to get overwhelmed and feel like what you are doing is “wrong”. I am currently mainly doing at home workouts (mainly cardio dance even though I am really bad at it) and it is reassuring to see that you can actually loose weight at home. I used to do gymnastics as a kid and I have joined my unis beginner gymnastics team last year. My main goal is to get strong enough to finally learn how to do a front walkover/hold handstands longer but I always thought that I had to loose all of my extra weight first. I guess I should start trying now instead of always waiting:)

  • is anyone else here just scared that your parents (and older bothers/siblings) will find out, especially when u go to the doctor and shes like, “Your daughter lost 5 pounds….” omg she’s freak

  • Hi I have recently, starting dieting and excersising, and I was shocked when I realised I wasn’t eating enough to fuel myself for the fitness side of things, so I have to eat more

  • This video shows that all you have to do is start, plan and work on being consistent, when you do all those things, you’ll see results.

  • A very good video. I would like to share something that worked for me, I hope they help more people: https://ketovipclub.com/special-offer/?hop=joaoa20

  • I have SO much respect now for people like you or those who are morbidly obese who make drastic weight loss changes. I’m struggling just to shed 15 lbs it’s insanely hard.

  • You lost the weight from eliminating the dairy even without working out people will drop it. But you need to replace the vitamin D and calcium lost.

  • I lost 30 lbs in 12 months. From 70 to 55kg for 1,7m: now I’m healthier and when dressed I feel like a model!
I just changed my habits for healthier without any weight goal but I’m not mad at it 😉
My before and after pics are stunning and inspired me to try consistently being the best version of myself, but even if I did it slowly my skin in lower body feels saggier and droopier than ever, my cellulite got way better (along with other more significant health parameters) but this sagginess makes me feel way older than 26 and I dont know how to firm it and tone it.
I’m ashamed I did this to my body but I’m proud I took action to care for myself:)
Stretck marks are fight wounds (never been pregnant lol, so I know it’s not ok for me to have it, but hey, I’ve been bad to myself, I have been human and my past or my body or my emotions don’t define me:)
But I still want to improve. And I’d like to have the best shape i could achieve in a healthy sustainable way…
Will I be stuck with shapewear all year long? Or will my saggy body adjust itself?
I hate exercising except walk/cardio/dance and cant afford gym subscriptions yet.
Anyone knows at home dancing routines that can help me? Paired with nothing else but proper nutrition

  • guys i literally hate myself. i just lost 3kg in 5 days then my mom bought a bunch of snacks and i can’t control myself so ate all of it now im back at my original weight i hate myself! i hate myself!

  • You are gorgeous! I love your personality!!…so funny! #virgotribe Thank you for these videos! I’m super motivated now and I have 25lbs to lose too it’s on! Hope my Virgo tendencies help me! ❤️

  • I wanna take the time to tell you how appreciated I am for you making this video. I’ve been struggling hours to find one who didn’t sponsor tea and waist trainers for weight loss. So count me in sis. Love youuuu so muchhh❤️❤️❤️ I love you

  • I love that she said she didn’t use detox tea, waist trainers and fuck thatcauuuuseee lemme tell you.fuc da extras.

  • And models take supplements and unhealthy stuff like laxatives to stay skinny sis I doubt they work out a shit load. But fitness trainers do not models. Difference.

  • It’s crazy how our beauty standards vary depending on culture. I’m 5’4 120 pounds athletic bodytype and I would kill to be 140 , people in my family tell me I NEED to eat more I think you look beautiful before and after

  • For me the biggest thing was cutting out bread. Since I was a child idk why, but I would only drink water, and I still do. I never really was a big dairy person either. Also never cared for candy, and rarely eat chocolate/pastries. But bread?? I will continue to eat more and more bread once I start. I can do rice, pasta.. anything else I’ll eat reasonably, but I would go crazy with bread. Once I cut that out, everything started falling into place. I’ve lost about 30 pounds since last summer (5’5″ 189 down to 158). I usually replace bread with nuts and/or veggies. Intermittent fasting definitely helped me too because it stops me from eating stuff I don’t need at night

  • Thank you so much for making this video, I love your energy and I’m so motivated to lose weight:) I’ve been struggling with my weight since I was 11 and I’ve lost weight before but I always gain it back, I’m ready for a permanent change now! My goal is 70 lbs:)

  • I weight 130 and I told my family and friends I weight 115. I’m so embarrassed because my whole family’s fit except me. I have to go to the doctor in 2 weeks which means I will get weighed is there any way I can lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks?

  • She said that you should stop wearing baggy clothes, but when I do I start judging my body which makes me feel really bad about myself and leads to me stress eating. Also I usually feel better in baggy clothes because I can’t judge how I look, so what should I do?

  • Of all the dozens and dozens of weight loss & workout routine videos that I’ve seen, you seriously have the most informative and interesting videos. Seeing the actual process and journey is so cool! So inspiring and helpful!!

  • You inspire me so much! I’ve been doing your low impact real beginner’s workout everyday for the last 2 weeks and I feel amazing! I now feel capable of exercise… I just needed to start a little easier. Thank u so much for that and for your kindness!

  • If you want to lose weight and stay in shape you need to find a sustainable weight loss plan. It’s fundamental to make sure to give your body the right fuel to optimize the process of getting into shape. Proteins and healthy fats are key! However, the diet has to be adjusted to your lifestyle, body type, age and gender… Check this out to learn more: http://weightlossuccessplan.com/ketoplan

  • It still surprise me, how a lot of people do not know about Custokebon Secrets, even though many people get great result with it. Thanks to my mate who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I have lost lots of weight with it without starving myself.

  • I don’t diet because;
After you diet, you’ll be like “omg! I finally met my goal! time to go eat those snacks I didn’t eat before” and have fun gaining all your weight back

  • Honestly I love only girls pluse size (big bobs, big and fat legs and big jucy asses) who weight 146-154 lbs (65-70 kg) not skiny girls,I don’t look at a skyny girl neither money or absolutely nothing I love only pluse size girls my kind of women yumtyyyyy!!!!!!

  • I am right now on my weight loss journey. I have been trying for months and I would lose 10 pounds and then give up and gain it all back. Over the summer, I want to begin my journey to my goal weight 135-145 pounds. Right now I’m 169 and I’m 5’10. My genetics suck and it runs in my family that it is hard for us to lose weight but very easy to gain it. So I’m turning 15 in September and playing a new sport and I’m starting high school and I feel like now is the perfect time to start. This channel has helped me a lottttttttt! Love you so much and thank you for helping me❤️❤️❤️

  • Well, my brother taught me self control. He would open a bag of talkies and we would stand and look at the beach, he would eat the talkie in at least 20 bites and I would eat mine in 2. Whenever he’d finish he would wait a couple seconds before giving me one. So I started to catch along and started to eat slower and understood how good the talkie was. It has been about 2 later and ive started gaining weight so eventually i started a diet. Ive been on a keto diet for 8 weeks and have realized that if you want to stay on a consistent diet you need to have self control to not binge. A way I have found is to eat slowly and take in the taste.

  • I just stumbled on your page…gonna try your system out. I’m 5’3 and at the heaviest I’ve ever been…169! I want to lose 40lbs too! on the 40lb weight loss, girl! That’s awesome!!!!

  • I find this to be such good, wholesome advice. It’s taken me much longer than you to get to this mindset, but once I found myself practising all the things you’ve touched on, I started seeing real results too. Nice work.

  • some of my advice (I lost 20lbs in 4 weeks, I’m 14 5‘7)
    1. Eat a breakfast high in carbs and protein (I usually eat porridge with chia, bananas or other fruits)
    2. try to workout everyday (or at least 5x a week) I recommend chloe tings workouts (HIIT) or download the 7minute workout app
    3. Try intermittent fasting (I do the 16/8 version so you‘re allowed to eat 8 hours and the other 16 hours you‘re not eating, just drinking water and unsweetened tea. I don’t think It‘s hard, bc I‘m allowed to eat from 10am to 6pm)
    4. If you don’t like intermittent fasting just don’t eat after 8pm
    5. Drink green tea in the morning
    6. only drink water and tea, and if you usually trink soda put some lemons in your water it’s also good for your skin and I don’t even need coffee anymore (I used to drink 3 cups of coffee a day which isn‘t good especially for my age)
    7. Don’t step on the scale everyday. If you do body-weight-exercises like me, you‘ll also gain some weight, bc you’re building muscles. That’s why you won‘t loose as much, which could be frustrating. (I don’t want to just do cardio bc I don’t wanna loose my butt lol)
    8. And the most important thing is to be in a caloriedeficit. I don’t count my calories, but I don‘t eat over 1300kcal. (just look in the Internet how much you should be eating)
    9. Please don’t starve yourself and listen to your body. If you don’t feel good don’t workout or do a light exercise like yoga. If you‘re hungry eat.
I hope I can help some people.❤️ (and sorry for my grammar English is my 3rd language ahah)

  • excellent information, I really liked your video
This product helped me a lot, I lost many pounds in a short time

  • I just subscribed to your channel this morning after watching an eyeshadow tutorial. After I subscribed, I started poking around and found this video. I’m so inspired! I’m 54 years old and 5’ tall and have 2 beautiful grandsons I want to be around for. I have struggled my entire fricken life with my weight. Like a YO-YO! I’m so sad about my weight, you have no idea! I recently had a total knee replacement and lost about 10lbs, so now I’m really motivated to try something new. Keto sounds like an amazing diet and because of you, I’m ready to give it a try. I have watched a man I see at Starbucks in the morning lose 25lbs in just under 2 months. Crazy men. He does have a lot to lose. Hearing your story gives me hope that it works for women well too. Here I go! I’m taking this very seriously. Starting tonight hubby is having a Keto dinner. Thank you so much. You’re amazing. ❤️

  • Go Ms. Marga! I am always here to support you. Know from your vlogs I started to practice a healthy lifestyle! God bless you always:) So excited to see more videos from you. May you inspire more people just like how you inspired me. <3

  • Love you! It’s okay! I’ve lived in the US my whole life and the “basic” American diet is so bad! Your story is so relatable and I just learned at 23 how to eat properly and sustainable. Your videos help so much! ❤️

  • I feel everyday I wake up and it’s the same question… what will I do today to loose 20kg… Then I do so well all day and at night I just loose the plot… what is up with that… and what can I do to stop this cycle

  • i think the weighing yourself is a big thing because if you are weighing yourself everyday you will only loose a little bit of weight and of course it will fluctuate but not only that your not going to be seeing noticeable results in a day so wait for a couple of weeks til a month before you actually see progress to step on the scale. I know for myself i’ve tried to loose weight and i used to weigh myself everyday and my weight would fluctuate a lot and i used to let that number define me, so if one day i woke up and weighed myself and i was a couple pounds heavier even though i was working really hard to loose weight it would discourage me because i wasn’t seeing the results that i wanted and then i would just give ip

  • Thank you so much for making this video! I have been in the same place as you and can relate so much. The things you said are 100% true and I totally needed the reminder. I’m so glad I stumbled onto your channel, it’s amazing!

  • It would have been far better if I uncovered this kind of diet guide, I would have dropped that 14 pounds years ago. I did not change my diet regime by any means or work out. It just reduce your cravings to it without having to sacrifice your well being. Find a right guide is not easy, you can discover on Google. Guide’s name is at the bottom.

    good luck

  • I lost 60 lbs between 2015-2018 and now I’m slowly creeping up during quarantine but I’m going to water fast so that I don’t get as big as I used to be. I’m much more comfortable when I’m smaller and fit in my clothes without squeezing.

  • I have lost almost 15lbs in about 9 weeks without exercise! I have been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember. 5 years ago I lost 50lbs in one year with exercise every single day. Unfortunately I gained it all back. This time I want to lose 60lbs in total. And hopefully keep it off. I love food haha. Especially the high calorie bad kind of food. But I will try really hard to keep it off. I have to say, this time around, the healthy eating is so easy to me. I don’t know what is different, maybe because I am already ‘used’ to the healthy food.

  • I started watching a few of your videos on weight loss today. Let me say…YOU HAVE THIS RIGHT and its incredibly motivating! Thank you so much, I have some new found hope:)

  • Thanks again Lucy for a brilliant video! No need to apologise for crying as it just show how passionate you are, which then makes your videos authentic.

  • I wanna take the time to tell you how appreciated I am for you making this video. I’ve been struggling hours to find one who didn’t sponsor tea and waist trainers for weight loss. So count me in sis. Love youuuu so muchhh❤️❤️❤️ I love you

  • I was at my heaviest last year 222 pounds I am currently 175 pounds I have 21 pounds left to release:) the goal for my BMI is 154 pounds. Love watching YouTube weight release videos. Its 80% diet and 20% exercise I follow a vegan diet been vegan for 6 years now. You have to find what works for you. I also count every calorie as well use my fitness pal great tool. Best of luck don’t give up once you get in the swing of things it will get easier x

  • drink a lot of water then u won’t be hungry and it helps u lose weight too and drink hot water to be full yur welcome and try chloe tings exercises

  • I would doubt being a bit shorter was the issue in your case, but rather, as you know, the brain uses up 15% of your bodys energy so the biggest challenge was you had to come up with a really good diet to offset that missing element too. Congratulations you chicken brained vegan. Keep it as low calorie as possible, you need it.

  • 3:07 the common sense that most people choose to ignore and instead jump on the latest diet craze restricting in one way or another…. yes that includes keto cough, cough

  • I love this. You are so motivating. I’m just not starting to try and get into shape. I get so mad at myself because I used to be the cheerleader, volleyball player and the girl who played basketball in college… now I can not even run 30 seconds without dying. At my best I struggled with body weight exercise and this time that is where I want to start.

  • Yes, I’m very small too only 5’3″ with a small frame (5.5 inch wrist measurement). On top of that, my work is much more sedentary now that I’m older. Anyway I finally figured out that even intermittent fasting won’t work if I pile 2000-plus calories into that 8 hour eating window each day. (Granted, intermittent fasting would probably keep me from ever becoming obese simply because it restricts me from adding even more calories after the eight hour deadline.) What you said about small women (probably with the exception of athletes and manual laborers) not needing very much food…that’s so true. During the past few days I’ve only been eating around 1200 to 1400 calories per day, and I haven’t felt hungry at all. Also, I just started the high intesity training exercise program. It’s almost too good to be true…Not only does it actually require you to skip a day every other day to prevent sugar burning from thwarting fat burning mode, but it even limits the length of time it allows you to work out to a maximum of a few short bursts up to ten minutes total in an entire day! Walking for exercise may have been good for my overall health, but it wasn’t helping me lose any weight.

  • I recently lost 30 pounds but for the past month and a half i have not been eating good and gained 10 pounds. I need to lose 20 pounds. Im 125 and want to be no more than 105. But honestly i dont know how to lose these 20 pounds. The only way i lost 30 pounds was by eating less than 800cal a day and i do not want to do that again! Hopefully this video helpsxxx

  • I have always been a bit thicker ever since I was born, it’s just my body, but I am 5’2 and 160 pounds. I gained about 35-40 pounds in like 3 years due to thyroid problems (now I have stretch marks on my belly…yay) and I have been wanting to lose at least 30 pounds before I go off to college next year, but I’ve given up because it’s hard for me to lose weight. But I’ve been watching videos like these and it’s really inspired me.

  • Today I ate around 1200 calories

A bowl of porridge with a banana and 1 tsp of peanut butter

Lunch a medium bag of chips with a little vinegar and a pinch of salt with an apple

  • Just prep your meals know the ingredients and the calories so that you dont have to count you already know what your going to eat and the calories in them

  • Just from hearing this i followed the held up things and I was 16 and I was 267 and I was 16 three days from my birthday that’s the last day of the year and I started at the start of the year I lost 70 pounds and got less blowded.I got to a normal size and I just wanted to thank you.

  • I want to loose 7kgs and I’m bad a will power, I’m starting with 1800cals and that’s a lot but I’m a binge eater, I’m also doing only 3 meals and fasting for around 12-14hrs atm. Then I’m cutting to 1700cals in a month and try to extend my fast. I am also doing 3 days HITT cardio 2 days strength training all before breakfast so I am doing fasting workouts:) slowly want to get to 1500 Cal’s and get my body there slowly and only have my 3 main meals since the less often U spike Ur insulin the better:)

  • Important
So, My bestfriend went through a devastating breakup which lead to an eating disorder. She battled it and started uploading on youtube after 4 years. She is literally the kindest person I’ve met. She never deserved this.
    Her video:

    https://youtu.be/OcP-Zu3aGlw
She always dreamt of being a youtuber. She doesn’t know I’m commenting here. Let’s secretly support her together guys.
I’d be forever grateful to each and every one of you.
p.s: My heart goes out to all of you who went through difficult situations in life.Remember you are not alone

  • Your video was one of the first ones to inspire me when I watched it back in March and I’ve lost 21 pounds so far! Thank you for inspiring me ☺️

  • I’m the exact opposite of you. I weigh myself every day. I wake up, pee, and then weigh myself. I have a calendar right in front of my scale and I write the weight down. Then at the end of the week I average the weights.

Doing this let’s me notice fluctuations. Like when I start my period I will hold up to 10lbs of water weight. If that happened to also be my “weigh in” day that could really impact me negatively.

By tracking every day I can see that “oh I started my period Monday and weighed 10lbs more than the day before” but now that its day 3 of my period I’m back down to where I was.

  • I found a really good review of the famous Bodyboss workout on Google (I just searched ” Literateowl Bodyboss ” and after hearing all the negatives and the review even including a better/cheaper alternative and progress pics, I’m torn between the two programs. Has anyone else read that review? Which program did you decide to use?

  • I got started into Calisthenics because of your old video!!! But then pandemic happened and I lost my motivation. Now, watching this new video, I’m so pumped again!

  • I started diet 10 days ago, and I work out at home, every day for about 15 minutes, but I will step up my work out routine as I go. I look forward to seeing my results after month or two! Congrats on your transformation, it’s really amazing and motivating! Peace ✌️

  • If you eat Vegetable and fruit throughout the day like back in the day. You’ll be more healthy them ever 2 k calories a day is redicules. That’s not how many calories people lived back in the day living off their land..

  • I want to ask how many times a day you workout??
You’r really an inspiration for me!! You are amazing!! That’s why I asked the question!

  • Hi Marga. Happy new year and I love your vlogs. I have a question.. Off course it’s not surr you know the answer to this but if you do, I would love to know. I am starting my journey now, in a couple of days but I have one issue. I had a son 22 years ago and havent trained since before that. My belly is naturally larger than other because of this. Do you have any tips for me on how to get rid of it? Best wishes, Helene.

  • I love that you mention that you need to treat and feed your body as though you were already your ideal weight. Mindset is definitely a large factor in losing weight. ♥️

  • I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate this video! I recently stumbled upon calisthenics and am in LOVE with it just like you mentioned! It’s a fun way to work out and get stronger! Thank you for sharing☀️

  • Today I ate around 1200 calories

A bowl of porridge with a banana and 1 tsp of peanut butter

Lunch a medium bag of chips with a little vinegar and a pinch of salt with an apple

  • U U are awesome with patience for your loss fat….I am also working on my journey of losing fat…U are our great model of keeping going and Never quite!Sincere greeting from Taiwan

  • Yeeesssss! Congrats on your weightloss, very motivational:)
CrossFit was also what helped me really get in shape, I fell in love with it

  • this motivates me so much and helps me think in a healthier way (i struggle with an eating disorder, but i am trying to get healthier because of health reasons), thank you so much for being such an amazing and honest person.

  • For ppl who are trying to loose weight DO A LOW CARB OR KETO DIET I did a low carb diet and I work out for 30 mins everyday an drink a lot of water I lost 4kg in 2 weeks:)

  • If I lost 52 pounds I would be dead because I am 11 years old and i just want to stay in shape I am definitely not starving myself like you think I’m trying to restrict certain junk foods for certain times I know your saying oh your 11 you shouldn’t worry about it but acually the more I do it I feel better. I used to have s lot of fat on my body and I couldn’t run as fast or do anything that physical. I didn’t feel right. Now my fastest 9:37 on my mile so maybe around 9 minutes and I’m looking forward to go faster. And I love to do sports and gym is my favorite class and I’m joining soccer and basket ball I’m pretty sure soon

  • enjoyed watching like and hug from your new friends in France hopefully you will pop by our channel as we always support back all the best Naomi & Mark

  • I’m a male American who just turned 56 two weeks back, and following a double-stroke after a surgery 13 years ago, I can’t move my eyes and I have problem with follow-through on complex tasks as the smaller stroke was in my frontal lobe. I gained 3-5 kilos a year for 10+ years, and then solely focused on eating less maintained for two years, but now being obese feel I need to lose about 30 kilos to be safer against the coronavirus’ worst symptoms (including death). I have seen a number of videos like yours in recent years, but yours is absolutely the most informative and most encouraging and most motivating to help me start my journey super-focused tomorrow morning. SO THANK YOU. And girl, I feel you about the happy tears. Bring ’em on! I’m a straight cis-gendered dude, and I happy cry all the damn time watching shows like Queer Eye and, yes, Biggest Loser (when that was a thing). Your smiles and accent are great for me, too (I love Australian films and UK series). I’ve been developing a way to work on routines to turn my entire life around-not just with fitness and health-using Notion and Todoist, and tomorrow after speaking to my therapist I’ll start the most serious focus on weight-loss I’ve done ever. I’ve been able in the last two years to eliminate binges and focus on my true hunger, like you mention. And I’ve kind of naturally fallen into a one-meal-a-day routine that was never a plan, just all I need (though I do snack and even start my day with a homemade cold mocha, so I’m not doing ketosis or anything), and I’ve lost 20 pounds since the start of the year with almost no exercise. Now starts consistent daily walks (main cardio plus vitamin D, which also helps with coronavirus since it assists parts of both your immune system AND with blood oxygenation, a deficit of which can be a serious problem with CoViD); sweeping and mopping a room (all wood floors, so a good thing for me to do anyway), a short bodyweight/yoga routine (starting with just a few very basic exercises), and to add fun, some salsa dance practing, since I don’t know it at all but live in San Diego with a lot of latinas and I am single so when we emerge from the pandemic and I’m more fit, dating will definitely be part of the agenda. Again, THANK YOU!!
(Also, for you and anyone reading this, for pure motivation not directly related to fitness, I’ve found speech compilations just of Tom Bilyeu ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=crjXflAi8mg) most helpful, or slicker “6-minute” video compilations of multiple self-help guru mashups (like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c3gk_OGd_n8).

  • Hi! I wanted to ask you if you noticed any health problems throughout your weight loss journey? Especially as a women did your period change, were your hormons messed up, were you really tired at the beginning, did you take vitamins etc.?

  • Ohhhh…. so all those miracle weight loss teas were laxatives? No wonder I went to the bathroom so much. I’m starting to think that I’m the reason why all the most of the toilets in my house are clogged.

  • I need to lose at least 20 lbs to be not overweight/obese anymore. It’s not as much as others but this is the biggest I’ve become Not to mention I’m short like 5 ft… It looks a lot on me. To be actually skinny without fat I would need to lose 15 more pounds, but the first goal is more important short term! I just want to be healthy and fit my normal clothes again because I’m poor

  • Excellent video!! And don’t bash your early rudimentary workouts. Everyone starts somewhere and it is all part of the journey. I loved this video congratulations

  • Not me being 5’4 and 151 seriously the only thing I want is a butt and a waist while being 110 if that’s possible, but scared of losing and then gaining weight again

  • I’m so happy I’ve found your channel! One of the only woman training calisthenics on YouTube and as I’m hoping to start my journey, I know your channel is going to help me!

  • I love that you mention that you need to treat and feed your body as though you were already your ideal weight. Mindset is definitely a large factor in losing weight. ♥️

  • I had noticed how carbs were tied into weight gain and also generally to steer clear of carbs, on the other hand had by no means contemplated using them to lose excess weight. The fundamental idea behind the 4 cycle weight-loss strategy is to really train the body to melt fat for energy in comparison to carbs. It’s based on research into the very high carb diet habits of the Japanese not to mention their incredible long life expectancy. The final results suggest that it’s their higher than average carb-cycling dieting practice that can help to keep on being healthy into old age with a minimal body mass index (lower incidence of overweight).Read much more here https://goo.gl/tLjnbf

  • I just discovered your channel and I’m really enjoying it. I’m so happy you updated the video because I saw your other video first.

  • Just after I conducted my analysis about this diet program that has been offered by a buddy who also lost fat, I dropped around 9 pounds too. My very own fat-burning and weight loss should have been because of this specific program. I have noticed right now that I am eating food healthy. Find a right weight is not easy, you can discover on Google. Guide’s name is under.
    Bella Kaγozko
    good luck

  • I’m going to start on the 25/6/20 which is tmrw.
    Goal weightfrom 55kg to 58kg

Can You Like Pls To Give Me Motivation
    Week 1-

  • smh.. I’d love to look like that..!! I’m skinny but still really pudgy and I HATE it. I run, lift weights, do hiit, and try to drink alot and keep my eating under control but it doesn’t seem to be working very wellI’v lost weight and inches but I seriously cannot tell

  • Wait ( not trying to second guess you or state anything) but you actually lost 25 pounds in 2 months? And it made that much a difference? Idk I can’t accept the fact that losing 25 pounds in 2 months is possible.

  • After struggling with weight loss for years, I was able to lose 16 pounds in my first month as I finally found a solution that targets weight loss in 5 different ways. If you do not want to be fat after quarantine, watch short review video in my channel. Don’t just read/watch all the success stories, become one. Stay motivated always!

  • I was 100lbs. Then I got bullimia. Then I got depression and began binge eating. Now I’m done with my depression. So my weight is slowly hopefully going back to 100lbs.

  • To anybody reading this, there were actually really great tips in this vid, but don’t feel like you need to only lift low weights/high reps for “toning”! Firstly, toning isn’t really a thing, and also, lifting high weights won’t instantly turn you into Schwarzenegger. It’s incredibly hard for women to build lots of muscle, and the only way to get “buff” is by years and years of progressive overload/high calorie surplus for muscle growth (the average person, like you and me, won’t do this even by accident!). Lifting high weights/low reps will burn calories and help muscle growth pretty much the same than low weights/high reps, so you get that “toned” (i.e more muscle than fat) look (sometimes quicker with HW, depending on your diet/program). So pick up those weights however you enjoy, alternate between the two, but don’t be afraid of heavy weights! Speaking from experience, you feel like a badass when you deadlift a new PB:)

  • this motivates me so much and helps me think in a healthier way (i struggle with an eating disorder, but i am trying to get healthier because of health reasons), thank you so much for being such an amazing and honest person.

  • Ok me and her had the same problem. I am fit and do many sports and activities but my body doesn’t show that AT ALL. I don’t drink soda anyways, but I’m going to start not working more and cut out dairy. This is the first person I found with the same problem with this so thank you!!!

  • There isn’t any fat loss tea or a magic pill. There are only smart dieting and training. NextLevelDiet is a great tool to start with because it gives you everything you need to reach your fitness goals.

  • Thanks again Lucy for a brilliant video! No need to apologise for crying as it just show how passionate you are, which then makes your videos authentic.

  • Who would have believe that I will finally find a diet that works. It’s called NextLevelDiet and you are just a few steps away from getting your diet prepared. Trust me, don’t waste your time on stupid diets and fat loss pills or teas.

  • You look amazing!! How did you find the energy to work out for 4 hours a day at such a caloric deficit? That is what I struggle with most plus fighting hunger pains. I tried to only eat 500 calories and I made it a week but I was so miserable and a total b*tch lol. I’m 5’5 and 145 lbs and my goal weight is 120 lbs. Thanks for any advice you might have xx

  • I lost less than 30 pounds over the summer I went from 160 to 135. And people say I look like I’ve lost weight and look good but I still think I’m fat and don’t feel good about myself. I’m only 15 and feel horrible that weigh more than my mom and more than most of my family. Idk what to do..

  • guys i literally hate myself. i just lost 3kg in 5 days then my mom bought a bunch of snacks and i can’t control myself so ate all of it now im back at my original weight i hate myself! i hate myself!

  • It’s really weird. Since I can remember I struggled with weight. Since a couple of years I have struggled with depression, too. Now after a year of therapy I have started really enjoying food and not just to comfort eat. That lead to more weight gain and now after a really delicious time of eating what I want without worrying I decided to eat healthier and calorie restricted. It works well and I feel like I have control over my eating habits for the first time since I was 12. Not denying a treat from time to time but then I choose to eat it

  • try this, compare it? @a0j0 Written by ex Army Pti… loads more on the channel too, may not be as slick as these, but content is SOLID…try both,? see which is tougher, aiming to simply add to the masses of great and FREE home workouts with NO catches. just enthusiasm shared

  • excellent information, I really liked your video
This product helped me a lot, I lost many pounds in a short time

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YkhV2_As9_Q&feature=youtu.be

  • Omg love this! I love how real and straight forward you are! I’ve realised I’ve developed this unhealthy asf mindset for me personally that being “big” is okay and that I should love my body… when really… I’m disgusted. When you put it like that, losing weight isn’t as daunting as I thought it would be. I’ve set a goal to slowly change my lifestyle by implementing these simple and do-able tips.

  • Honestly im not sure why people dont talk about this but literally just drink LEMON WATER!!! Here is how to make it if your interested https://shrinkme.io/LWF2020 or you can just do you own research. All I know is it worked for me. Good luck!

  • Go Ms. Marga! I am always here to support you. Know from your vlogs I started to practice a healthy lifestyle! God bless you always:) So excited to see more videos from you. May you inspire more people just like how you inspired me. <3

  • OMG….you are speaking my language. I have been doing Keto now for 2 wks. I am seeing results already. I do workout and it his changing my life.

  • Thank you! I sound like I’m listening to my own diet and weight journey, only don’t swim I run half and full marathons…and if you see my physique you would never say! Will try these tips and hope something sustainable comes out of it! I have 10kgs to lose

  • Because of you I’m starting my keto journey July 1. I love how you explain your journey. May I continue to keep you posted. If I have questions may I ask you. Thank you so much

  • She said that you should stop wearing baggy clothes, but when I do I start judging my body which makes me feel really bad about myself and leads to me stress eating. Also I usually feel better in baggy clothes because I can’t judge how I look, so what should I do?

  • i personally think you were more beautiful before, or maybe if you only lost 10 lbs instead of 25, but over all what is important is how u feel

  • I have always had problems with belly fat. After just one month of following diet plan from *Next Level Diet*, I can almost see my six pack. Don’t wait, take your plan now!

  • the reason why cutting out dairy helped you is because dairy is not meant for humans. milk is literally meant for a baby cow… not a human being. wish more people would realize….

  • I’ve gained 10 pounds in quarantine, but I’ve tried really hard to try and stay healthy:/
    I ate little carbs,
Ate a really healthy breakfast and then ate moderately healthy for the rest of the day
I run, do hiit workouts for at least 30 every single day
    I’m intermittent fasting 16:8
I don’t drink soda or any sugary drinks
I think one of the problems might be that I don’t drink enough water?
I’m vegetarian so I might not be eating enough protein even though I eat eggs a lot and add nuts to my breakfast
My meals could be too big
    My treats are too frequent
I sometimes binge (once a month)
    I don’t lift weights
    I’m stressed from work

  • Hey guys i have a recommendation, if your going to skip a meal (atleast for me) what worked was skipping lunch and eating a smaller portioned healthy snack, thats all:)

  • I’m 140 lb. I used to be 119 like a year ago. I literally gained all that weight from
Stress. I didn’t notice until I went to Publix weight scale. I snapped ☹️☹️I don’t know how I get there. I literally drink tea, fruit and vegetable and I lost 5 pounds last week.

  • Loved your video and all your tips!! Thank you so much for sharing them I love your vibe and yes! You just have motivated me as!!!Subscribed!!

  • Many people nowadays are trying to figure out the best way to drop weight. Then again, having the ability to discover a diet plan that can work for you is tough to find. A very important factor you want to comprehend is that a diet is effective for one person may not work for another. And that means you have to know what your getting into before you begin one of these diets. This can give you enough information to find out if this is something which is appropriate to your needs. • And models take supplements and unhealthy stuff like laxatives to stay skinny sis I doubt they work out a shit load. But fitness trainers do not models. Difference.

  • I see many people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google). But I’m not sure if it is good. Have you ever tried this popular fat loss system?

  • Lucy, you are a true motivation! Keep up the great work and don’t doubt the positive impact you have on people’s lives! <3 we need more trainers like you that show that it's not only about the looks but about becoming happy with yourself!

  • This is so very helpful, i am like u i have watched many other youtubers videos and their tips and tricks, but they just dont seem to work. Your tips are very helpful and actually have helped me alot! i have lost 5 pounds and am continuing to lose weight, in a healthier way. thank you!

  • I just started excersicing after years and years of doing nothing for my body. I haven’t had the courage to weight my self and honestly I have no idea what Im doing…but finding your video is so cool because all Im trying to do is walk/jogg everyday and some yoga here and there, and try to eat smaller portions. It’s scary, but all I can do is hope that this is better than just doing nothing, and hope it makes sense

  • Watch all video when you were talking about exercise. Pushups taking movies will workingout I just says okay I’m not the only one. I wish to get some support from the kind peoples to keep going and not giving up. I’m glad I come cross your video

  • is anyone else here just scared that your parents (and older bothers/siblings) will find out, especially when u go to the doctor and shes like, “Your daughter lost 5 pounds….” omg she’s freak

  • I have a colleague who is very heavy but does eat healthy and does some exercise but she is constantly going up and down with her weight. When we are eating lunch in the staff room I notice how huge her portion size is. Read up on appropriate portion size for the food groups and try to slowly reduce until you are eating that size.

  • I am starting my weight loss journey!! So my fresh start is 144,6 lb, and i want to lose 10 lb in one month, i will continue my journey until i am 115 lb, so let’s see how fast i will go, i will upload a video on each 3 lbs i lose

  • Thank you so much. This is hands down the most inspirational and relatable video I have ever watched. I do Crossfit which I love but I’m not very good at for various reasons. My theory is just keep turning up and eventually I’ll get better. Your video was so refreshing because it is completely different from a lot of the gimmicky stuff out there we are constantly bombarded with and aligns with my own ideas as well. I follow some calisthenics trainers already to improve my mobility for Crossfit. After watching your video I’m inspired to try some beginner calisthenics now even though it looks so friggin hard!

  • Hi! I wanted to ask you if you noticed any health problems throughout your weight loss journey? Especially as a women did your period change, were your hormons messed up, were you really tired at the beginning, did you take vitamins etc.?

  • You being so excited about calisthenics makes me believe this can become my passion too ❤ I’m still on my weightloss journey but I can’t wait to finally master a pull up! Thanks for being such an inspiration!

  • Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping through weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I must have tested every single fat reduction program that was available, but in the end not one of them helped me to shed and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Custokebon Secrets because my mate who told me extraordinary things about it and so far to date I have successfully lost 17 lbs within 4 weeks!

  • I been getting frustrated because the scale hasn’t been moving. Then I measured myself. I lost 1.5 inches on my waist in two weeks 2 inches between both thigh measurments, and inch between both arm measurments, and other places have gotten smaller as well. Scale is the same but I feel better, I have more energy and losing inches.

  • Just came across your channel, you seem like such a sweet person!:) I’ve lost +20kg so far and have now really started to love running. I’m moving in September and want to get a pull up bar for my new place my arms are weak as spaghetti and I share that chin up goal with you

  • I’m so happy I’ve found your channel! One of the only woman training calisthenics on YouTube and as I’m hoping to start my journey, I know your channel is going to help me!

  • Your results are amazing and you deserve them for all of your hard work. Thank you so much Ate and best of luck on your journey:).

  • Looks like everyone had the same questions as I did. I discovered your channel just before the pandemic hit and it has been life changing. Calisthenics for the win! Thanks for sharing

  • I’ve honestly never heard of enibody that didn’t had succes with intermittent fasting. Even my husband who is bad at being healthy and eating clean lost alot of weight with fasting. I never heard of enibody that was hungry. The intermittent fasting makes your stomach reduce in size therefore you get full faster. It’s the only method approved my medical research.

  • Guys, losing weight doesn’t need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that course has changed my life. I probably shouldn’t even be mentioning it cause I don’t want a bunch of other guys out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a good mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  • I feel everyday I wake up and it’s the same question… what will I do today to loose 20kg… Then I do so well all day and at night I just loose the plot… what is up with that… and what can I do to stop this cycle

  • Looks like everyone had the same questions as I did. I discovered your channel just before the pandemic hit and it has been life changing. Calisthenics for the win! Thanks for sharing

  • Hey
like a lot of people, I want to lose weight. I recorded myself dancing and was shocked at my appearance. So I decided to start working out (even if it’s hard and I hate fitness). it Turns out I lost around 6 kgs in maybe a month and a half. But I am stuck at 92 kg for weeks now .
Anyway, this is my Summer Workout Progress:
    Started: at 92 (7/13/2020)
    Goal:67kg (-25kg to go)
Workout routine: jumping rope and cardio.
I really hope I can reach 84 kg at the end of August.
    We can do it!
    You really inspired me!!!
I have been practicing handstand for months in 2019 but I gave up completely and quit workout and gain over 30 kg in a short time especially with quarantine and now You gave me motivation again thank you!!

  • I love that she said she didn’t use detox tea, waist trainers and fuck thatcauuuuseee lemme tell you.fuc da extras.

  • I have SO much respect now for people like you or those who are morbidly obese who make drastic weight loss changes. I’m struggling just to shed 15 lbs it’s insanely hard.

  • Thank you for being you. I said it once and I’ll say it again, you are definitely the person I aspire to be like in the near future God willing. Love you sister.

  • I do need to get under a certain weight so I don’t squish my horse. Also for my powerlifting. So nothing to do with my looks. Just something I have to do.

  • I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate this video! I recently stumbled upon calisthenics and am in LOVE with it just like you mentioned! It’s a fun way to work out and get stronger! Thank you for sharing☀️

  • Wait ( not trying to second guess you or state anything) but you actually lost 25 pounds in 2 months? And it made that much a difference? Idk I can’t accept the fact that losing 25 pounds in 2 months is possible.

  • If you’re 5’3″ and you’re 110 lb’s, that’s healthy. You don’t need to lose any more weight, much less another 10 lb’s (dropping below 105 at your height would bring you to closer to an unhealthy BMI). If anything, you could gain another 5 lb’s and still look great. I’m 5’2″ and 115 currently, but I don’t wanna lose any more than 5 lb’s. 110 is my ideal weight.

  • I started diet 10 days ago, and I work out at home, every day for about 15 minutes, but I will step up my work out routine as I go. I look forward to seeing my results after month or two! Congrats on your transformation, it’s really amazing and motivating! Peace ✌️

  • Hello from South Africa. I have almost completely given up on myself. Due to a medical problem, in 2011 I weighed 170kg. After bariatric surgery, and many years and many diets, I eventually got down to my lowest weight as an adult (while 170 was my worst, I have been overweight my whole life), 95kg. I am currently 125kg. I feel like I have lost the same 30 or so kgs over and over and over again.

I have an incredibly bad relationship with food and certain personality and mental traits make food choices and goal setting and just in general making kinder decisions for myself almost impossible.

I watched your video because I love the way you go about presenting yourself and your passion and not for one moment thought I would be writing this long ass message almost in tears.

As an almost 45 year old female who is incredibly logical (but also stupidly emotional and self destructive), I think it is safe to say I am desperate to find something that ‘clicks’. Something that makes sense.

Sjoe what a long message. Just to say thank you for your video.

The exchange rate between our countries is a bit ridiculous, but I am going to shuffle a few things and see if I can buy your beginner bodyweight program.

Because I really, really don’t want to still be floundering and loosing the same 30kgs for the rest of my life.

  • You have said probably the most important thing to know: consistent application leads to improvement, but you have to be prepared they will not come when you want them to. This was exactly what made me fail over and over again…I used to be too focused on my scaler. I started you workout bodyweight for beginner three week ago, I trusted the process and…improvement are coming . Thank you Lucy, best personal trainer ever ❤️

  • Thank you Lucy. You are a very honest and motivating person.
I started my weight loss journey when the pandemic started. For now I have lost 16 kilos. I have to lose another 27 kilos to achieve my goal. I think, it will take me at least one year from now. Please keep going to publish other motivating videos.

  • Shayla how do you get your calories and good fat intake with only 2 meals per day and NO keto friendly snacks? I have such a hard time not craving sugar? Any suggestions?

  • You are super inspirational Lucy! I started my journey to a better life 2 months ago with your workouts and suggestions and I am losing weight, I feel stronger and I’m way healthier. It is awesome that we started the effort at the same age, I want to lose the same amount of weight that you lost and from your photos that you show us I see we have (well…you had) the same body type. So it is really motivational for me that I found someone I can relate to and that actually succeded in what I’m trying for!
Keep up the motivational videos, they are extremely important. Thank u for being real to yourself and to us!

  • I have always found once you get past that first rough week of avoiding habitually eating sugar and simple carbs, your palate just doesn’t care anymore, it doesn’t even want or crave it. Your body will start to actually want real food, and it tastes so much better after detoxing from all that sugar.

  • Started April 12. Was convinced I could lose 10 pounds the first month but unfortunately I lost 7. I eat less than 1,100 calories a day and eat no sugar no refined carbs. I work out 1 hour a day 6 days a week. Started April 12 at 167.8 pounds. May 12 was 159.8. In 5 foot 9. Hoping to be 135 by July 12.

  • You being so excited about calisthenics makes me believe this can become my passion too ❤ I’m still on my weightloss journey but I can’t wait to finally master a pull up! Thanks for being such an inspiration!

  • Love this video! This answers so many questions I’ve been wanting to ask you, so thank you. Your passion for calesthenics is infectious and I love hearing/seeing you talk about it

  • That was such an interesting video to me, but I’m 55 and wouldn’t know where to begin with calisthenics. I’m not really overweight, but I would like to firm up my body and get stronger. Do you have any suggestions where I should start?

  • I was having a pizza with my friend when he said he was on a diet and pizza is his regular cheat meal and part of diet plan he got from *Next Level Diet*. I thought he was crazy, but after a month I noticed his body has changed a lot. He looked better than ever. I should really visit that website

  • I really love the way you come across! You have good eye contact, you are “real”, you actually show yourself eating and are a very motivating person! Good job!

  • When you said u wanted to give up because you couldn’t see results or you didn’t weigh as much as u wanted to, always measure yourself instead of weigh because all that workout probably made you gain muscle.

  • I discovered your channel through that first video a couple of weeks ago.
At the time I was lost, I had been trying to get fitter for years. I didn’t know what to do because I already exercised 3 to 4 hours a week, I didn’t feel like I ate too much or too badly, but I kept becoming rounder and rounder.
Your video really helped me because I started to focus on one goal, instead of listening to a lot of people telling me to run, and do HIIT and the jump rope and a lot of other stuff that I didn’t want to do.
Now I’ve been trying to develop strength thanks to your other videos as well, and I realised at the same time that the reason why I couldn’t go through a yoga class was because I had absolutely no strength in my arms.
Now I feel more confident, I’ve seen results after 3 weeks! I’m taking pictures too and it’s really helping with my motivation. I even nailed your intermediate workout video!!! And the most important thing, I’m less stressed. I used to be stressed about going climbing, or walking too much or even do yoga. Now, I can enjoy my workouts.
(and all this because I was drawn by the fact that you’re using the metric system ;-))
Thank you again. What you do is very helpful!

  • Hi, Megan. I wanted to thank you because some years ago I watched this and you gave me motivation to lose almost 58 pounds. Now I revisit this hoping to lose 40 more!
Thank you so much, hope you are well <3

  • I’m 147 pounds and I really wanna be 112 i know it’s a lot but I really want to be there I already lost 4kg in first two weeks (I was 154 pounds) (I’m doing a low carb diet)so wish me luck please!:)

  • So I am like you. My top weight was 143. Currently I am stuck at 123 but want to get down to 115. It’s very very difficult. I am almost 57 and the weight doesn’t want to come off. I work out constantly and my diet is restrictive. I refuse to give up. It takes me a month to lose a pound. So, for you, I feel that 110 is skinny enough. I don’t see any fat and you have good skin. I’m with you on wanting to get this done. I just want to be done and 115. I also avoid weights because they bulk. I do cardio and Pilates. I agree that body type and muscle tone relate to scale weight and image. I agree about things like the hamburger without the bun so I just skip it. We can’t have it anyway.

  • I have a skinny figure, it’s just my THIGHS. and I have a lil pooch but I’ve learned from videos that it’s not a bad thing, and I should love myself:)

  • hey everyone I’m 5’5 and 115 pounds. Although that is not overweight everyone has a different body shape and for me 115 pounds makes me look big. For some people they may look tiny. Anyways my goal is 100 pounds, I will update you guys each week! Wish me luck:)

  • Excellent video!! And don’t bash your early rudimentary workouts. Everyone starts somewhere and it is all part of the journey. I loved this video congratulations

  • Thank you for being informative. I’ve been struggling with the weight I’ve gained since graduating High School & was very iffy of the Keto lifestyle. You’ve described everything I’m going through & how my mindset was up until I watched this video.

  • tbh, you looked better heavier. Improve your mind first, because no matter how skinny you get, beauty is only a reflection of how pretty you are inside

  • this is terrible… promotes diet culture. Get over yourself, beauty is more than your weight. Sad that you put all your value in that, and the only way you can get attention is from losing weight. Work on yourself.

  • My story:

I was around 150 pounds when I was 10 and tried to lose weight. For 3 years I gained and lost and gained and lost. I was 140 lbs at the beginning of my 7th grade and then this April I was 145. I was so mad at myself I started losing weight on April 19th after failing my diet for four weeks and now I’m 112 and weighing myself tomorrow morning.

  • I just discovered your channel and I’m really enjoying it. I’m so happy you updated the video because I saw your other video first.

  • Just came across your channel, you seem like such a sweet person!:) I’ve lost +20kg so far and have now really started to love running. I’m moving in September and want to get a pull up bar for my new place my arms are weak as spaghetti and I share that chin up goal with you

  • I’ve been doing intermittent fasting and have been seeing crazy results! Thank you for introducing it to me! I couldn’t do Keto bc my body does not process dairy so I’m doing paleo. Thanks for the motivation as always

  • I’m 5’5 and 112lbs. I’m not heavy, overweight, nor fat at all. But society makes it SO difficult for us. Constantly bringing us down and making us feel like we need to be better. Be happy guys, and be proud ❤️

  • Well, I always have weighted 140-145 pounds for 2 or 3 yeads. Of course when your younger you don’t care so I didn’t because I was skinny. But now I am desperate so I have stopped eating so much. The only reason why I am doing it so I stop body-shaming myself so I can feel better. I always wear baggy stuff so people don’t notice. Keep in mind I am a 14 y/o that is going into 9th grade and I only go out like once a month. -Aubrey

  • Omg I’m 125 at 5’3 and people think I’m crazy when I say I want to lose 15 pounds. I do have muscle but I am small framed and want to be leaner! Glad I found ur video! You look great! How old are you?

  • Hi! I want to say you were beautiful then and you are beautiful now!

I want to say please be careful. I suggest talking to a dietician/nutritionist because you aren’t doing this the healthy way. Also sharing this with a younger audience can lead to them having eating disorders! I’m trying to come across gently because I genuinely care for you and for those watching. Your mindset is great, but eating 600 calories and even 1000 is way too little and to be working out 4 hours a day. You’re depriving your body! Please be safe and take care of your body like the temple it is!!

  • Wow. This is the kind of video that I’m glad I never saw growing up. I don’t know if you’re deleting comments or you genuinely only have young impressionable women, who don’t know any better as your viewers but this video was SO upsetting and triggering. The idea of eating 600 CALORIES PER DAY and not acknowledging that as starvation is so dangerous. I’m glad you don’t feel like you have an ED but for someone like me who has struggled, it really upsetting to me that you think it’s okay to promote something like this to your viewers. The way you talk about your WHY and the reasons behind wanting to lose weight sounds incredibly disorderly. On another note, you seem to have very little knowledge of nutrition (ie. not knowing that vegetables are carbs) and even though you included a disclaimer, you could’ve done some basic nutrition research before making a video on weight loss. To the young women watching this, there are so many wonderful YouTubers who make content about HEALTHY eating patterns and even healthy and effective weight loss: Abbey Sharp, ObesetoBeast, Stephanie Buttermore etc. who have extensive knowledge about nutrition and fitness and don’t promote disordered eating. Victoria, please do the responsible thing and educate yourself, and then one day you’ll be able to look back on this video for what it truly is. Disordered, dangerous, triggering, and fatphobic.

  • Is Custokebon Secrets helpful to lost lots of weight? We have read numerous good things about Custokebon Secrets (just google search it).

  • Diets never work just eat “right and exercise. There are studies on that. But everything sounded right balance diet and calorie deficit to loose. Excercise helps with the caloric deficit

  • I’ve lost 50 pounds since September by simply watching my calorie intake and working out. I still eat everything I want. I just watch my portion control. If you plan on going on Keto, make sure it’s a complete lifestyle change because otherwise…you will gain it all back.

  • 5’9.5 128 after 4lb implants. Is thigh lipo the best? I admire you so much for dieting but since my son was born I crave high fat foods. I hate my body and thinking about the mesh tongue patch. I need to get to 115 to make my implants look bigger. Ribs 30” and DDD so it’s hard to run. HELP. Watching this made me realize my binging has to STOP. I wanna have a hot girl summer too !

  • I just wanna tell you that your super beautiful and this weight loss video has the be the most relative video to myself Nd it makes sense to me:) Keep it up your amazingf

  • Hey Victoria, did you do the 4 hrs of workout per day to reduce your calorie count to 900 (for example you ate 1500, and after the workout your total count went down to 900)? Or did you eat to 900 and still did the 4 hrs workout to go further down?

  • I’m 5’4 suddenly gained a lot of weight I’m 140-143 ish just went through a really stressful period medically. Now I’m feeling better and ready to get back to being myself. My goal is 125-120. Hoping this video will help show me how. ❤️

  • For my height I think I just need to be at 120. But I understand because I don’t know what that looks like yet. I think it’s all about being comfortable where you are.

  • I’m currently trying to lose weight as well, and your videos really motivate me! I starting eating less and I try to go running a couple of times a week, but I honestly don’t enjoy it at all. Calisthenics does intrigue me though, so would you say I could do that alternately, at least in parts? Because it appears to me like this might work mainly for already “slimmish” people, and I’ve got a BMI of about 32 right now. Do you think that’s too heavy and too much strain for my joints?
Thank you so much, your videos really motivate me! <3

  • Love you! It’s okay! I’ve lived in the US my whole life and the “basic” American diet is so bad! Your story is so relatable and I just learned at 23 how to eat properly and sustainable. Your videos help so much! ❤️

  • I’m 150 and young and I really want to get down to 115 or 110 but I’m un motivated and in quarantine but I want to be skinnier by the time I get back to school with is rn in 2 weeks it at least till I go on my first date but please help me

  • I’m a freshman in high school and I weigh 120 pounds at 5’2. I know it’s unhealthy but I just want to be 100 for once. It feels like all the girls are so much skinnier and I don’t know how to lose weight. I ran in track the past three years but then my legs only got bigger and bulkier and I have ended up with bronchitis the past 3 years. I just want to be thin.

  • I actually started keto on July 2018 7 months now, I started after seeing you Katy and Chrispy, I lost a total of 14kg with no exercise I will be doing cardio soon. I loove keto!

  • I have lost 4.4 kg in 13 days and I have 20.6 to go!!!! I am going to do updates!!!! every week!!!! Put + if you want to know what happened in my diet! (Hight 156kg Starting weight 75kg) Current weight 70.6 kg

  • Who would have believe that I will finally find a diet that works. It’s called NextLevelDiet and you are just a few steps away from getting your diet prepared. Trust me, don’t waste your time on stupid diets and fat loss pills or teas.

  • hi shayla…have you ever consider “keto bhb formula supplement”? Just thought I would ask since you have done a ton of research. Did you ever use any “keto” supplement to jump start you weight lost journey?

    https://www.trypurestdiet.com/fit/special/1/checkout.php?AFFID=ADVI&C1=1004&C2=21936412&prospect_id=42827

  • You don’t want to lose weight, you want to lose fat. By following stupid diet plans, I was primarily losing muscle mass. Oh god, how dumb I was? You only need correct diet and some kind of training, and the best thing is that you can find both (and much more) on website called *Next Level Diet*.

  • Its still shock me just how a number of people have no clue about Custokebon Secrets despite the fact that many people using it. Thanks to my personal pal who told me about it. I’ve lost crazy amounts of fat.

  • I have a skinny figure, it’s just my THIGHS. and I have a lil pooch but I’ve learned from videos that it’s not a bad thing, and I should love myself:)

  • It would be a waste for you not to shed body fat when other typical people are able to slim down quickly by using Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google).

  • I don’t really have money for things like crossfit or a personal trainer or group classes. What is a good place to start for someone with low self esteem and little room?

  • Sorry but this is horrible. 140 is not overweight and you looked fine. 900 calories a day is not nearly enough, in fact that’s VERY unsafe. To hell with that

  • I’m 5’3 and 145! It sucks… but I really really want to lose weight. I have tried multiple times, but what better time than now… When I actually manage it, I’ll report back! Thanks for the motivation and advice.

  • I think it’s not that hard to lose weight, but it’s very hard to keep up eating very healthy and small portions. So because of that many people gain all the weight back.. and even more weight than before. So I see this video is 3 years old, how are you today? Hopefully still looking awesome!

  • Thanks to you and your videos I lost 10kg last summer and got addicted to bananas, morning coffee, water(I still drink minimum 3 liters a day and I love it) and spicy food . Unfortunately, with the beginning of the school and pizza for the lunch I gained 12kg. Now im trying to lose weight again, but this time I feel like my knowledge in this field is bigger. Last time I did only cardio workouts which helped me to lose weight faster, but I didn’t get any stronger, I was addicted to a healthy eating and diet and cut off all the bread, junk food, juice, chocolate etc. Later it lead me to a compulsive eating and eating disorder. Now I started Chloe Ting’s challenge for a workouts to gain some muscles and lose weight at the same time, and though I’m going to start eating using your tips and your recipes (like your pastas and eggs) I’m not going to reduce some junk food like sweets, ramen or bread, I think I will just try not to overeat and not eat after 8pm (I go sleeping in 2am)
    Thank you, Megan.

For anyone who wants to lose weight, try Megan’s tips, their are really effective. Whish u luck in your journey ❤️✨❤️✨❤️

  • Thank u soo very much this video was very very helpful to me everything u talked about is my life u helped me to refocus on what will work for me back to the basics and I can over come the hard days/ self control

  • Hi, Megan. I wanted to thank you because some years ago I watched this and you gave me motivation to lose almost 58 pounds. Now I revisit this hoping to lose 40 more!
Thank you so much, hope you are well <3

  • A very good video. I would like to share something that worked for me, I hope they help more people: https://ketovipclub.com/special-offer/?hop=joaoa20

  • Omg thank you so much gorgeous you are the best May God bless you how you are helping everyone my best regards to you and God give you lots of success in your life ❤️

  • Are you engaged?
I really like your healthy and sensible approach, the fitness industry l often find quite intimidating and uses very negative words.
    Blooming LOVE your videos.

  • Ohhhh…. so all those miracle weight loss teas were laxatives? No wonder I went to the bathroom so much. I’m starting to think that I’m the reason why all the most of the toilets in my house are clogged.

  • THERE WAS A LITERAL ADD SAYING “eat less. Such a lie that you’ve heard your whole life” THEN I SKIPPED IT AND SHE SAID “don’t over eat and eat in a smaller plate” I was like:

  • Hi! Thank you for this useful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (do a google search), but I’m not sure if it is really good. Have you thought about Custokebon Secrets? I’ve heard many great things about it and my mate lost crazy amounts of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me:(

  • I read loads of superb opinions on the net about how Custokebon Secrets will help you lost lots of fat. Has anyone tested out this popular fat burn secrets?

  • Thanks for your video

  • Watched your video in September 2018. Started Keto the next day. Lost 40lbs so far. Roughly 165lbs. Still have about lbs to lose. I am going to start back at the gym this week, because I need to start reshaping my body. Keto has done more than just help me lose my weight. Even with my state of mind. I definitely have less days feeling down & mildly depressed. Keto is my life now. I spent 1 week off Keto the week of my daughters bday. My mood dropped entirely. I know now this has got to be my lifestyle. I love my meals. I track my macros on fitnesspal. If you want to have a look at my meals you can follow me on @keto_cuzzies Instagram. Thank you for sharing your keto journey Shayla.. Keto is LIFE..

Guide’s name is under.

    good luck

  • If you eat Vegetable and fruit throughout the day like back in the day. You’ll be more healthy them ever 2 k calories a day is redicules. That’s not how many calories people lived back in the day living off their land..

  • Hello Megan, thank you so much for your inspiring video! I have a question and I really appreciate if you can share: what was your age when you started your new life style? Thank you

  • Thank you so much for your transparency!! Sharing these success stories is more helpful and motivating than you know! So grateful!

  • girl…as someone who has been infected by diet culture and weight stigma for their entire life, this behavior is pretty disordered. You went down to 900 cal/day, exercised 4 hours/day (and if that mainly consists of cardio, you’re practically consuming less than 900 calories a day). This to me is really concerning, because I was in your exact position a year ago. I celebrated when I ate under 900 calories, and thought doing a ton of cardio on top of that and getting blackouts upon waking up and fatigue was normal…. don’t get me wrong, I LOVED MY SKINNY BODY WHEN I DROPPED 30-40 lbs in 3 months. But I was trapped in food jail. That lifestyle, TO ME, was super unsustainable. Currently recovered from my ED, doing resistance training and taking diet breaks to stop plateaus.

  • Honestly im not sure why people dont talk about this but literally just drink LEMON WATER!!! Here is how to make it if your interested https://shrinkme.io/LWF2020 or you can just do you own research. All I know is it worked for me. Good luck!

  • drink a lot of water then u won’t be hungry and it helps u lose weight too and drink hot water to be full yur welcome and try chloe tings exercises

  • I have always found once you get past that first rough week of avoiding habitually eating sugar and simple carbs, your palate just doesn’t care anymore, it doesn’t even want or crave it. Your body will start to actually want real food, and it tastes so much better after detoxing from all that sugar.

  • When considering eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern fad diets. Extreme diets are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your every day nutritionary intake. While they might induce rapid loss of weight, these diets will never be a long-term solution for your waistline. You should search Custokebon Secrets on google search engine as it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • I know this is a month old video but you have inspired me to start Keto. I’m sure you’ve inspired others. You need to think of a plan to monetize this. This is the longest I’ve ever followed a food plan. I’ve also done my own research as you’ve suggested. But you are inspirational!

  • I want to ask how many times a day you workout??
You’r really an inspiration for me!! You are amazing!! That’s why I asked the question!

  • I really love the way you come across! You have good eye contact, you are “real”, you actually show yourself eating and are a very motivating person! Good job!

  • Anybody tried the Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google)? I have noticed several amazing things about this popular weight loss secrets.

  • I think it’s not that hard to lose weight, but it’s very hard to keep up eating very healthy and small portions. So because of that many people gain all the weight back.. and even more weight than before. So I see this video is 3 years old, how are you today? Hopefully still looking awesome!

  • i personally think you were more beautiful before, or maybe if you only lost 10 lbs instead of 25, but over all what is important is how u feel

  • I agree with the first point! I know I was eating around or over 2k calories, and a little over 2 weeks ago I started Whole 30. I just eat what I need throughout the day, and I decided to start calculating all the calories, and I’m eating around 1,400, and I don’t feel hungry! I can’t believe it! I also lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks! I’m the same height, 5″2, and I’d like to loose 30ish more lbs if possible.

  • Favorite part 12:32 “If I was at my ideal weight right now… if I had my “perfect” body…if I was at my goal weight right now, how would I be dressing? How would I treat myself? How would I be taking care of my body?”…. try to do this now, even when overweight. BEAUTIFUL

  • Your results are amazing and you deserve them for all of your hard work. Thank you so much Ate and best of luck on your journey:).

  • THERE WAS A LITERAL ADD SAYING “eat less. Such a lie that you’ve heard your whole life” THEN I SKIPPED IT AND SHE SAID “don’t over eat and eat in a smaller plate” I was like:

  • 3:07 the common sense that most people choose to ignore and instead jump on the latest diet craze restricting in one way or another…. yes that includes keto cough, cough

  • I don’t really have money for things like crossfit or a personal trainer or group classes. What is a good place to start for someone with low self esteem and little room?

  • Yeeesssss! Congrats on your weightloss, very motivational:)
CrossFit was also what helped me really get in shape, I fell in love with it

  • Everytime I decide eating 900 calories a day my mom surprises me with banana bread, pancakes and all of her delicious food. BTW I feel u, I’m still stuck in 132 but I’m afraid my metabolism will slow down as is slow already

  • For those who is still on their way to burn their fat with pills, crazy diets and exercises. That amazing woman has shown me how to burn fat fast still eating my favourite morning milkshakes. Watch that short video here NODIET. XCOURSE. XYZ to know how!

  • You are such an amazing person, woman & coach!!! I‘ll be forever grateful to have met & known you, you really helped me be the person I always wished to be. Thanks for being on this earth!

Read more here https://rb.gy/xxjiq2

  • You don’t want to lose weight, you want to lose fat. By following stupid diet plans, I was primarily losing muscle mass. Oh god, how dumb I was? You only need correct diet and some kind of training, and the best thing is that you can find both (and much more) on website called *Next Level Diet*.

  • It’s interesting how you said you were making slow progress when you did the bathroom vlog, because the change in your face and physique was very apparent! We often don’t realise the changes until somebody else does that’s why it’s important to just keep going.

  • If anyone is looking for weight loss exercises. Chloe ting free workout programs are the BEST.
Millions of people doin it during quarantine.
    Your welcome x

  • I feel like she is the only channel that creates videos about healthy lifestyle that I’ve come across that actually seems genuine which I hope is the case because I’ve found her videos so helpful and realistic and inspiring!

  • I don’t know if u all read comments, and you might not even know or remember, but I would LOVE to know what lipstick you are wearing here.

  • Brilliant video!:) calisthenics is a revelation for me ive never been into cardio very much, i always get bored ive always been more interested in slower more gymnastic monkey moves! I had no idea it had a name! Would love to see more content on it

  • It meant so much to me to hear you saying you felt discouraged because you did everything right and felt like you couldn’t see any progress. But you didn’t quit. I am in that fase right now, feeling like I’m doing everything right, but like I’m stuck in a place and am not moving, makes me wanna quit. It’s so hard really sometimes to stay on a track.:(

  • U U are awesome with patience for your loss fat….I am also working on my journey of losing fat…U are our great model of keeping going and Never quite!Sincere greeting from Taiwan

  • Of all the dozens and dozens of weight loss & workout routine videos that I’ve seen, you seriously have the most informative and interesting videos. Seeing the actual process and journey is so cool! So inspiring and helpful!!

  • This video shows that all you have to do is start, plan and work on being consistent, when you do all those things, you’ll see results.

  • You are so beautiful and I am so sorry for your loss I saw that video mentioning your brother, May his soul Rest In Peace and I ask allah to heal your heart and your family too. Best of luck ❤️❤️❤️

  • It would be a waste for you not to shed body fat when other typical people are able to slim down quickly by using Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google).

  • what are good workouts for love handles, or anything, I just want to look like my old self again I’m 148 5’4 and I used to be 127 can anyone recommend anything , I did the chloe ting workouts and I only lost like 2 pounds but I still feel unhealthy:/, people tell me I look skinny or in good shape but I’m really not , please recommend anything

  • I’m one of those taller 11 year old kids and I weigh more but acually none of the tall people in my grade worry about fitness and stuff but I try to follow workout videos on YouTube they are very affective and fun to do sometimes and I don’t weigh as much as I used to. As a matter a fact I was acually called fat last year and my friends kept motivating me and giving me tips and my best friend used to workout with me but she decided she will worry about that stuff when she gets older but I still keep pushing and every day I felt leaner and I felt my body is improving and I still want to work on my legs and tone my stomach more

  • Lucy, you are a true motivation! Keep up the great work and don’t doubt the positive impact you have on people’s lives! <3 we need more trainers like you that show that it's not only about the looks but about becoming happy with yourself!

  • Hi Lucy:) I live in the south west of England and looking for company with calisthenics:) been thinking about checking the bristol scene out. Jade x

  • Hi, I been on Keto diet for 3 months, and I lost at most 5 pounds. I am doing health versioning Keto, and no cheating day. I been doing intermittent fasting, where I eat 1 normal size meal ( not too big and not too small), and still no results. I’m feeling so discouraged. What am I doing wrong? Help!!!!

  • I am starting my weight loss journey!! So my fresh start is 144,6 lb, and i want to lose 10 lb in one month, i will continue my journey until i am 115 lb, so let’s see how fast i will go, i will upload a video on each 3 lbs i lose

  • 0:54 you mention your pimples. Did you change your skin routine at all to get rid of them or was your skin clearing the result only of the diet and exercise? Please share!

  • When you said u wanted to give up because you couldn’t see results or you didn’t weigh as much as u wanted to, always measure yourself instead of weigh because all that workout probably made you gain muscle.

  • I just stumbled on your page…gonna try your system out. I’m 5’3 and at the heaviest I’ve ever been…169! I want to lose 40lbs too! on the 40lb weight loss, girl! That’s awesome!!!!

  • I was this close to giving up and I just received a notification for your new video… I haven’t watched it yet, but thank youu!!❤️❤️

  • 0:54 you mention your pimples. Did you change your skin routine at all to get rid of them or was your skin clearing the result only of the diet and exercise? Please share!

  • Anybody tried the Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google)? I have noticed several amazing things about this popular weight loss secrets.

  • None of this tips worked for me. So it shows how different our bodies are. But this is very well researched content. And we should try different things to see what works for us.

  • You lost the weight from eliminating the dairy even without working out people will drop it. But you need to replace the vitamin D and calcium lost.

  • When you said that not weighing yourself enables you to have a healthy relationship with food and training I relate so much! Thank you for saying that, it’s so important

  • I used to be 143 lbs 5 months ago.Now I’m.down to 120 lbs.And I feel.so happy and confident about myself and not going back to my bad eating habit. My goal is to lose 10 more lbs.

  • i’m so into this now, like i’m getting bullied and called out bc my school had this stereotype that when you’re skinny..you’re pretty. i’m so mad for all the chubby people in my school who are getting ignored bc of that.

  • Ok me and her had the same problem. I am fit and do many sports and activities but my body doesn’t show that AT ALL. I don’t drink soda anyways, but I’m going to start not working more and cut out dairy. This is the first person I found with the same problem with this so thank you!!!

  • Hi I have recently, starting dieting and excersising, and I was shocked when I realised I wasn’t eating enough to fuel myself for the fitness side of things, so I have to eat more

  • I was this close to giving up and I just received a notification for your new video… I haven’t watched it yet, but thank youu!!❤️❤️

  • Is there any recommendations anybody has on healthy snacks? I’m a snacker and I think that’s a big downfall for me because I know the extra calories add up. Thanks:)

  • I was having a pizza with my friend when he said he was on a diet and pizza is his regular cheat meal and part of diet plan he got from *Next Level Diet*. I thought he was crazy, but after a month I noticed his body has changed a lot. He looked better than ever. I should really visit that website

  • Thank you so much for making this video, I love your energy and I’m so motivated to lose weight:) I’ve been struggling with my weight since I was 11 and I’ve lost weight before but I always gain it back, I’m ready for a permanent change now! My goal is 70 lbs:)

  • Wow Lucy, you are an incredibly kind and inspirational person. Thank you for your videos. I think hearing about the 6 weeks of initial consistency before seeing results, was great for me to hear. That coupled with your intention which was simply to start a new way of living, which is another really core point. We all often start with numbers and forget to start with how we want to feel and not just look. Keep going with your great work, it is much appreciated especially given how you work to overcome your own challenges.

  • I have always had problems with belly fat. After just one month of following diet plan from *Next Level Diet*, I can almost see my six pack. Don’t wait, take your plan now!

  • Brilliant video!:) calisthenics is a revelation for me ive never been into cardio very much, i always get bored ive always been more interested in slower more gymnastic monkey moves! I had no idea it had a name! Would love to see more content on it

  • I don’t know why everyone is saying that we should be dairy free. Dairy is only bad for some people, for the others it’s a great source of vitamins and minerals we need to function. Stop saying we should be dairy free please!

  • Is Custokebon Secrets helpful to lost lots of weight? We have read numerous good things about Custokebon Secrets (just google search it).

  • Thank you! I sound like I’m listening to my own diet and weight journey, only don’t swim I run half and full marathons…and if you see my physique you would never say! Will try these tips and hope something sustainable comes out of it! I have 10kgs to lose

  • I just started 7 days ago after watching this video and I’m down 8 lbs!!!! I’m so shocked because I was working out and eating so clean, on a Paleo diet but because it was so lenient I would cheat here and there. Keto saved me from myself!

  • That was such an interesting video to me, but I’m 55 and wouldn’t know where to begin with calisthenics. I’m not really overweight, but I would like to firm up my body and get stronger. Do you have any suggestions where I should start?

  • I have always been a bit thicker ever since I was born, it’s just my body, but I am 5’2 and 160 pounds. I gained about 35-40 pounds in like 3 years due to thyroid problems (now I have stretch marks on my belly…yay) and I have been wanting to lose at least 30 pounds before I go off to college next year, but I’ve given up because it’s hard for me to lose weight. But I’ve been watching videos like these and it’s really inspired me.

  • Hi Lucy… Love from India. M following strict diet and exercise daily… m 36yr mum of 2 kids. 27 days passed but still I don’t lose not 1 or half kg.. all my family members make my fun… Can anyone go through such situations please guide me….

  • I see many people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google). But I’m not sure if it is good. Have you ever tried this popular fat loss system?

  • the reason why cutting out dairy helped you is because dairy is not meant for humans. milk is literally meant for a baby cow… not a human being. wish more people would realize….

  • I don’t know why everyone is saying that we should be dairy free. Dairy is only bad for some people, for the others it’s a great source of vitamins and minerals we need to function. Stop saying we should be dairy free please!

  • I’m 10 but my mom says I need to go to the gym but I don’t need to diet or I don’t need to do the extra mile but I still go to the gym.

  • I watched your original video back in April and it motivated me to start my weightloss and fitness journey since I also wanted to lose around 30 kilos. I’ve lost 11 kilos since then but still have a good chunk more weight to lose but I hope to be able to do some calisthenics. I do some strength training with my workouts do hopefully when I lose a little more, I’ll be able to start the basics. More then the number, I just want to feel fit and strong. Thanks for the update and the inspiration!

  • When you said that not weighing yourself enables you to have a healthy relationship with food and training I relate so much! Thank you for saying that, it’s so important

  • I noticed Shayla never mentions her actyal weight. I know you said you lost 25lbs. But I really wanna know what was yours before and after weight?

  • Yes omg I do the same thing! I’m 4”11 and my weight rn is 125 lbs and I used to be 134lbs and honestly your so right! And I’m still going into my weightgoal since the beginning is 120 lbs but Maybe I change my mind to 110 lbs your an inspiration and this works!

  • I am 5’3″ and 130 pounds. I have an athletic body type and am very active, but still want to lose 5-10 pounds, and probably could stand to lose a few.

  • I don’t know if u all read comments, and you might not even know or remember, but I would LOVE to know what lipstick you are wearing here.

  • Diets never work just eat “right and exercise. There are studies on that. But everything sounded right balance diet and calorie deficit to loose. Excercise helps with the caloric deficit

  • The info present in the Fat Decimator plan is simply unique, straightforward and immensely effective. What’s much more amazing is the fact Kyle isn’t charging you a large amount of money for his plan. Find out about this program here https://goo.gl/WVeskJ

  • I did so good on keto loss about 42lbs kind of fell off in August and gained 16lbs back… I’m jumping back in there because I really did love it thanks for the motivation also what are some food keto friendly wines??

  • I got started into Calisthenics because of your old video!!! But then pandemic happened and I lost my motivation. Now, watching this new video, I’m so pumped again!

  • Hey
like a lot of people, I want to lose weight.

  • Hi Lucy:) I live in the south west of England and looking for company with calisthenics:) been thinking about checking the bristol scene out. Jade x

  • You are such an amazing person, woman & coach!!! I‘ll be forever grateful to have met & known you, you really helped me be the person I always wished to be. Thanks for being on this earth!

  • try this, compare it? @a0j0 Written by ex Army Pti… loads more on the channel too, may not be as slick as these, but content is SOLID…try both,? see which is tougher, aiming to simply add to the masses of great and FREE home workouts with NO catches. just enthusiasm shared

  • It’s interesting how you said you were making slow progress when you did the bathroom vlog, because the change in your face and physique was very apparent! We often don’t realise the changes until somebody else does that’s why it’s important to just keep going.

  • Love your videos! I have tried to contact you for one on one personal calisthenics training online through email and website but I haven’t heard back from you.

  • Are you engaged?
I really like your healthy and sensible approach, the fitness industry l often find quite intimidating and uses very negative words.
    Blooming LOVE your videos.

  • Your video was one of the first ones to inspire me when I watched it back in March and I’ve lost 21 pounds so far! Thank you for inspiring me ☺️

  • Hi Lucy… Love from India. M following strict diet and exercise daily… m 36yr mum of 2 kids. 27 days passed but still I don’t lose not 1 or half kg.. all my family members make my fun… Can anyone go through such situations please guide me….

  • You inspire me so much! I’ve been doing your low impact real beginner’s workout everyday for the last 2 weeks and I feel amazing! I now feel capable of exercise… I just needed to start a little easier. Thank u so much for that and for your kindness!

  • Love this video! This answers so many questions I’ve been wanting to ask you, so thank you. Your passion for calesthenics is infectious and I love hearing/seeing you talk about it

  • I watched your original video back in April and it motivated me to start my weightloss and fitness journey since I also wanted to lose around 30 kilos. I’ve lost 11 kilos since then but still have a good chunk more weight to lose but I hope to be able to do some calisthenics. Thanks for the update and the inspiration!

  • Lady you have to check this out

    https://womanuniverse.net/after-dropping-10-dress-sizes-a-woman-shares-her-tips-for-healthy-weight-loss/

  • you actually do get bloated on keto especially if you’re eating dairy (i think you had a different experience since you mentioned cutting out dairy)

  • Hi babe. I lost 50lb on keto. The only diet that’s ever worked. I lost it for my 25 th wedding Anno. ❤️. We went away and I felt like the best ever. Thanks. Xxx

  • Drink a glass of water then have food eat slower then u will not miss ur body saying ur full try not to eat watching tv,,, hehe u just said u had chocolate but then u said u don’t buy it??

  • does anyone else whish that one of these youtubers would film while theyre overweight, or their before weight not after bc then its hard to believe its true and its less inspiring bc the look like skinny barbie dolls already unlike me hehe

  • Love the video . I started keto in April of this year and I have already lost 20 lbs! I became interested after your first video and I am so glad I made that life change. Please keep these videos coming! I really appreciate all the info/recipes/inspiration. You look amazing!

  • Thank you for sharing this video. I watched the whole thing from beginning to end. Normally, I’ll fast forward until I get the info I need, but everything you shared really hit a chord with my own thoughts. Especially about secretly wanting to be the ‘hot girl’ for once. It’s definitely something I would like to achieve personally. So, thank you. I started following you on Instagram. Take care, live well.

  • I’ve been overweight and have had a horrible relationship with food since i was probably 13 14 years old and i’m turning 19 in October. my mom sent me this video to help me find solutions food wise cause i was lost and just working out wasn’t cutting it (obviously). i’m so glad she did and has sent me others cause i’m so ready to live a healthier lifestyle.

  • So far you’re the only one on Keto I can understand and follow. I’ve only been on it 3 weeks and lost 14lbs but I’m stuck there. You seem so honest and legit. No fluff, all real. And a fellow Virgo so I get you. Thanks.

  • The Keto diet works good with the right amount of exercise. I lost over 60 LBS by combining a moderate exercise routine with this stuff KetoDietSecrets.xyz

  • It seems like it only works for obese/very overweight people. I wanted to lose 10lb and it did not work. I did it for 1 month and lost 1 pound. I was using strips and was on keto. So I stopped.

  • do you have a first month video? I am just starting for the 3rd time. the first 3 times I failed and cheated but I need to lose 25 to 30 pounds and I can’t take it anymore. I need the help and encouragement.

  • You were an inspiration to me last year, I started Keto end of June 2018, I love it so much! I have lost 50lbs and feel amazing, I could stop but I think I would like to lose even more. I do IF every day and never cheat. Thanks for sharing your story, it really made a huge difference in my life. ❤

  • I weight 130 and I told my family and friends I weight 115. I’m so embarrassed because my whole family’s fit except me. I have to go to the doctor in 2 weeks which means I will get weighed is there any way I can lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks?

  • Which Keto app tracker, Shayla? I’m trying to find a very defined keto app…it tells me what I can eat, measurement, etc. Can you help? Please and thank you✌

  • I was 100lbs. Then I got bullimia. Then I got depression and began binge eating. Now I’m done with my depression. So my weight is slowly hopefully going back to 100lbs.

  • Shayla you look AMAZINGGGG!!!!!!! Thanks for the motivation! Question, how do you keep your curves (glutes) but still maintain the weight loss without losing it?

  • There isn’t any fat loss tea or a magic pill. There are only smart dieting and training. NextLevelDiet is a great tool to start with because it gives you everything you need to reach your fitness goals.

  • I transitioned into the keto lifestyle awhile ago due to diabetes and now no more diabetes and i love the way i feel. I havent dabbled into fasting, question if you only eat 2xs a day, do you eat all your cal in those meals or are ur cal cut?

  • I was taking fat loss pills and almost seriously harmed my health. Now I realise that diet is not pills and teas, but structured plan full of nutritionally rich foods. Visit NextLevelDiet and get a real diet, stop taking fuc*ing pills.

  • Hi I just discovered your channel and I have recently started the Keto lifestyle and was wondering if you could shed a bit of light of how much water you consume in a day?

  • I’m really glad you brought up the “eat what you want but in moderation” argument. I’m so tired of seeing people throw this around because like a lot of things in health, people think that this view that they hold is the end all be all for everyone. Everyone can live by this rule and it’s going to turn out okay but it sends a lot of people downhill. Small portions of sweets&carbs start getting bigger and bigger or even those small portions don’t agree with the person’s body even if they remain small. The person never sees the progress they need and eventually fall entirely off the healthy bandwagon.

  • I’ve been on keto for 2 months now and I’ve lost 21 lbs! I absolutely love keto! Great video, glad to see how well you’re doing on it

  • I just entered ketosis last week…7 lbs down already! I follow both Dr. Berg and DeLauer. Intermittent fasting also. I’m making sure I get my potassium, magnesium, and enough sodium to keep the “keto flu” away.

  • smh.. I’d love to look like that..!! I’m skinny but still really pudgy and I HATE it. I run, lift weights, do hiit, and try to drink alot and keep my eating under control but it doesn’t seem to be working very wellI’v lost weight and inches but I seriously cannot tell

  • Favorite part 12:32 “If I was at my ideal weight right now… if I had my “perfect” body…if I was at my goal weight right now, how would I be dressing? How would I treat myself? How would I be taking care of my body?”…. try to do this now, even when overweight. BEAUTIFUL

  • Just prep your meals know the ingredients and the calories so that you dont have to count you already know what your going to eat and the calories in them

  • How do you do Keto when you go for meals out socially??? I feel like going out for meals are a massive part of my social life so impossible to avoid

  • I’m gonna track my health journey here. I’ll check in every month:
    Height: 6 foot 3 inches
    Current weight: 226
    Goal weight: 201
    Starting date: July 22

  • I lost 60 lbs between 2015-2018 and now I’m slowly creeping up during quarantine but I’m going to water fast so that I don’t get as big as I used to be. I’m much more comfortable when I’m smaller and fit in my clothes without squeezing.

  • You have lost weight cos you are in a calorie deficit. Has nothing to do with keto. Anyone who cuts out cards, alcohol ect will lose weight cos you are restricting yourself. You can still eat cards & drink as long as you stay in a calorie deficit & do exercise which equals energy expenditure going out. All these fad diets can’t last, you’ll miss all the foods you are restricted from & bounce back 80-20 is a better way to live & it works more effectively.

  • You should only speak about make up.This is where you experties is.Keto diet will give you a short turm “good”resolts. After a while you will see the trouble that you are in to.Do not give a nutricional advises if you are not expert in the field.Do it for your self if you like the results that you are seing but do not promoted if you realy dont know ficiolagy.!!!I am sorry for my english i am not english native.

  • Love your videos! I have tried to contact you for one on one personal calisthenics training online through email and website but I haven’t heard back from you.

  • I started Keto on 1/14/2019 and I have lost 13lbs thus far. I am so happy I watched this video because I am feeling like I have plateau with my weight loss. Your tips here for tracking will help me re-focus and see what changes I can make. Not giving up though! You are such an inspiration to me. You thought me how to put on makeup and I’m convinced I’m going to accomplish my weight loss goal with your motivation. Thank you and keep reaching for your goals!!!

  • I completely feel the same way about the trainer diet I ate pretty clean and worked out 6xs a week and my weight loss was sooooo slow. Within 7 weeks of keto I’ve already lost 10 lbs

  • How do you deal with the feelings to snack at night? I’m also 5’1 and trying to eat 1200 calories but I find myself doing well during the day, and maybe a few hours after dinner I get those binge feelings.. any advice??

  • It’s all about working smarter, not harder how you look & feel, & what you’re capable of! That’s the KEY, loves. Less about your weight (though that can matter), more about FEELIN’ YOSELF.
