Stephan great video my man! I need to ask one thing however, there is this girl i really like in Uni and we get on really well. I make her life and I can tell that she has a great time. As someone who started lifting 5 years ago and has made noticeable progress, I think being in shape matters less than people think. Sure you will gain confidence and be a better version of yourself, but all the confidence and fitness in the world will not help you if you lack the social skills and don’t know the nuances about dating. And those are things you can only get with experience. To get girls it’s better to spend your time interacting with them than with gym equipment. Because despite how in shape and confident you are, women expect you to romance them, not them romancing you. I work out because I love it, not because I expect it to land me a girl.

Having a good looking body is equivalent to cheating in a video game. It’s not impossible to get a hot girl with an average body but it could be something as simple as walking a couple blocks to another bar or up the stairs that creates the perfect chance to meet a really hot woman. The more places you go, the higher the chance of meeting really hot women and the average guy, typically doesn’t have the energy to move around all day. Hot women are very active, they are never going to be in the same spot all day, average guys are lazy, they like to hang out at the same place all day and that extra physical boost can make the different.
The body movements incorporated in the workout are great, but the warm up moves were done way too fast and jerkily for any unfit person over 30. For older folks, I highly recommend warming up at a much slower and more leisurely pace for at least 10 minutes and then stretching for a good five minutes before doing any strenuous exercise.

This advice needs some context, Stephan. I know guys who spend all day at the gym, have incredible diets, and yet still can’t get women because they have no social skills and poor self esteem. One of the common issues with those guys is that they work out BECAUSE they think it’ll help them get women, which is just another form of being needy. It can also turn into a vanity experiment, and only vain women will want these guys. You have to work out for your OWN benefit, not directly to attract women. But there’s an enormous segment of guys out there who don’t even know what that means, because they don’t know how to “live for themselves.” It’s a completely foreign concept to them.
In 1 week i lost 3 pounds with a good diet and doing this exercice everyday..I have 15 pounds more to lose..don’t give up guys,it’s hard To lose weight but at the end you Will be proud of yourself,more strong and confident.Keep it up
Update:hi guys i haven’t weighed myself yet but i can clearly see my belly is not as big as it used to be even my family is amazed how my body changed in a few weeks before i couldn’t stand looking at myself in a mirror but now I’m so proud of myself that I’m no longer ashamed or afraid to see myself in a mirror. After 3 weeks of not training I started with this. Before I could do this without any pain or sweat, I even started thinking that it is too easy to do so much. But I had amazing results. Now… Well… Trust me I FEEL that it is working.

I love this stretching routine. Obviously, like other commenters, I agree it could always be longer and have a little more variety, but I think this is a great, all-around, basic stretching routine. I always add some neck stretching and a little extra groin and leg stretches to round it out a bit.

I plan to stretch every day and exercise 3-5 times a week.
I tried the 30 min fat frying on day one then did this. and I did an app on the second day and did this before. bad idea. I was very tight the third day and I did it today. I plan to do it again or another full body stretching tonight because I skipped yesterday. any pop sugar recommendations?

She has even approached me and started talking at one time (which i gather is a great thing, yes?). The only problem is that i am shorter then her, about 3-5 inches. As someone who started lifting 5 years ago and has made noticeable progress, I think being in shape matters less than people think. Sure you will gain confidence and be a better version of yourself, but all the confidence and fitness in the world will not help you if you lack the social skills and don’t know the nuances about dating. And those are things you can only get with experience. To get girls it’s better to spend your time interacting with them than with gym equipment. Because despite how in shape and confident you are, women expect you to romance them, not them romancing you. I work out because I love it, not because I expect it to land me a girl.

I did this routine for the first time and felt deep, agonizing pain in muscles I didn’t even know existed. I feel alive and dead at the same time.
After 3 weeks of not training I started with this. Before I could do this without any pain or sweat, I even started thinking that it is too easy to do so much. But I had amazing results. Now… Well… Trust me I FEEL that it is working.
I am enjoying…its very simple guyz…single single double…..v will never feel that itz a workout….go…do it…and have fun with her

What kind of mat is this (brand, type, size, etc.)? I’ve been doing yoga and using an old mat I’ve had forever, but it doesn’t hold up well with my tennis shoes, so I’d really love something like this!

I love this stretching routine. Obviously, like other commenters, I agree it could always be longer and have a little more variety, but I think this is a great, all-around, basic stretching routine. I always add some neck stretching and a little extra groin and leg stretches to round it out a bit.
I particularly like this stretch routine as it offers some stretches for the shoulders, my shoulders are excessively painful and this helps me a lot
Oh man thank you thank you thank you for this!!! I can see why it is day 2:) After yesterday’s workout I woke up so sore and cramped up I could barely move. I did this and now my body is able to breath again so to speak. thanks! i really want to try to go all 21 days and see how it will improve me. I plan to stretch every day and exercise 3-5 times a week.
I tried the 30 min fat frying on day one then did this.
and I did an app on the second day and did this before. bad idea. I was very tight the third day and I did it today. I plan to do it again or another full body stretching tonight because I skipped yesterday. any pop sugar recommendations?
wow.. i am a boxer and inspite of all the heavy cardio i tend to hurt my front deltoids and wrist while heavy bag workout.. i didnt knew what was wrong.. after this video it really solved the issue and i got to know the muscles which i didnt knew it existed.. thanks.. you did great..:)

Hi Anna! I am a massage therapist and randomly find this stretch video and I’m so glad I did! My should has been giving me problems for 2 years now from my job and I just had top tell you that the rotator cuff stretch in this video saved my career! It helped my pain I was having the first day I tried the stretch! Thank you so much for this!
I would love to get one or two new stretching videos of Popsugar Fitness perhaps one video with exercises after a long run. It’s getting a bit boring to do this one again and again…
My body demands a LOT of stretching, this was a great workout. I felt congested until I did the exercise to open up the chest and the rotator cuff stretchwow!
Great ‘fitness class ‘work it!’ style of coaching but technique is poor, her neck position in that first lying quad stretch is horrific, should maintain postural integrity at all times.
