  • You can make a delicious beet greens soup with those, which you serve with a hard boiled egg, a teblespoon of raw cream and some fresh chopped dill, dill regulates hormones in case someone didn’t know. You may also chop up some fresh parsley for heavy metal detox. That is how Polish people eat it:)

I cook every day, sometimes having leftovers. I like the idea of not freezing food. I would like this for my daughter. Please make more meal prepping videos! It really means being organized and knowing what you’re going to eat and being on top of it. Remember, you don’t have to waste your time doing something you don’t wanna do, but you also don’t deserve to suffer disorganization.
Find a plan that works for you and do what you need on your own time ❤️

  • Instead of waiting an hour for your sweet potatoes to be done. Stick them in the microwave for 18-25 minutes. BANG! done.
Make sure that you take a fork and poke some holes in the sweet potato, so it will not explode in the microwave.

  • THIS IS SO GOOD. I love this so much. Usually with meal prep it always feels like I keep eating the same thing everyday, but the variety of these meals are really great, with such quick preparation! Great tips, thank you!

  • hello, what a great video! what would you suggest as substitution for the pork? The flavors of your rub sound fabulous, I was thinking maybe veal? but not sure if I can find a large piece. Or boneless turkey breast (cutting down the cooking time to 3-4 hours?)

  • Love your videos but PLEEEAAASSEEE! stop using those knives for cutting citrics, tomatoes or bread. They’re very easily blunted by the acids (and the texture of the bread). It’s much beter to use a bread knife instead:)

  • Hello Alyssia. I am glad I recently discovered your channel. Your videos are great and have inspired me to use more whole food ingredients in my diet as opposed to more processed items. Your meal prep videos have given myself a lot of good ideas to get me through a busy work week. I hope you have a very happy New Year!

  • Hi Can you tell me, when you cook anything and you want to store it, do you have to let it cool or you can store it straight in the fridge still warm?

  • Good stuff. Could you list a couple of podcasts that you listen to? Maybe some of us could list ones that we like. Best way to discover new content.

    Also, are you a CPA?

  • I have fallen off my more healthy diet, but this channel helped me the first time, and I’m ready to do it again! Bring on the innovative and healthy recipes for 2019!:)

  • Your/the CEO’s points about plant based meats are legit. It is much more agriculturally sound to use a plant based meat than an animal, and it’s kindaaaa sorta a meat lol. You dont need my spiel. But it’s cool to see!

  • Awesome that you’re doing Meatless Mondays! Gardein is another awesome plant-based brand that has delicious chicken, beef, pork, fish and turkey alternatives!:)

  • Travis! You are just charming. Can’t tell you what it is all about exactly but I truly enjoy watching your videos:) The message you send is so clear and sincere.

  • This may be a silly question but on your meal prep sheet I noticed that there is a carb spot and a vessel spot… arnt the vessels considered carbs too? I honestly dont know the break down of the food groups.. I’m not asking to be rude or anything.

  • hi good evening lol yes I got the joke lol!..I have a question I am a poor person who cannot afford healthy food sometimes because vegetables are so expensive where I live.even the good oils like olive oil and the real coconut oils.I really wanna loose some weight but I can’t really afford the good foods…what do I do?please I need your advise.like that chick peas I loveeee it but it can be very expensive even Brussels sprouts and those nice vegetables.

  • Hi! You’ve got so many great ideas & practices! I was wondering about 3 things, in particular. First, that VO brand of soap, is it ecologically sound? I know the company makes its candles out of “mineral wax,” which I’m assuming is petroleum-based, like paraffin: the aerosolized fumes not good for breathing in. Secondly, why do you use bleached parchment? Unbleached is vastly better &, again, more ecologically sound. Third, I am curious about that cool-looking Japanese-looking coffee pot. It’s not aluminum, I hope. I very much love your vlogs! I am just extremely vigilant about the products I use.

  • Fabulous!!! If this doesn’t make someone want to eat healthy I don’t know what will. You do have a knack for making it look so easy though. That’s the beauty of a well done video I guess. I love your videos!! Keep doing what you’re doing.

  • A vegetarian/vegan tasty burger favorite of mine: Gardein Ultimate Beefless Burger…140 calories-15gP, 8gC(1gSugar),5gF(nutrition info from their website)… if it’s available in your area, give it a try, I think you’ll love it!

  • Aw Travis I know you put a lot of time and effort into thumb nails but tbh I don’t really notice them because I just know it will be a good video so watch every single one. These have really helped me get over my aversion towards meal prepping! I really enjoyed the orange slices. I have been just dealing with my sweet cravings but these are delicious!

  • This may be a silly question but on your meal prep sheet I noticed that there is a carb spot and a vessel spot… arnt the vessels considered carbs too? I honestly dont know the break down of the food groups.. I’m not asking to be rude or anything.

  • Hi Lisa,
Hi Lisa,I am so excited that I found your page! My question is could I substitute chicken for the pork in the Winter prep recipes? My husband refuses to eat pork.:(

  • I’m still getting into the whole meal prepping. I take forever to cook when it’s a brand new recipe so prepping ahead of time would help a lot.

  • I love your balanced approach to eating. I’m 65 and Italian. We eat a lot of varied food but I do realise times have changed and even though my husband and I still eat traditionally, this is something I think the younger generation would like better. I don’t think being extreme in anything is good. Love your candied peel which I make for baking. Great idea using it as a sweet snack. How long will most of you cooked food prep last in the fridge? I cook every day, sometimes having leftovers. I like the idea of not freezing food. I would like this for my daughter. Please make more meal prepping videos! I love watching you and despite my age, I’m learning!:)

  • Good stuff. Could you list a couple of podcasts that you listen to? Maybe some of us could list ones that we like. Best way to discover new content.

    Also, are you a CPA?

  • Love your videos Travis! I find now that my favourite videos are lifters that actually focus on different videos instead of just exclusively workout videos. Keep them coming!

  • I love meal prep, but I’m only one and it’s hard not to get bored eating the same things over and over due to waste making batches.

  • Loved this! You were so much fun to watch and I love the concept of mixing and matching. Thank you, Steph!:) Ps… Sophie is so darn cute.

  • This is so simple and practical! Would you add any type of sauces or dressings? I find I always need more flavor but I know it can add more calories:(

  • Are the burgers better than the boca veggie burgers? I think it’s a cool idea to go a day a week without meet! Hope you find that you like it! I hope you feel better soon! Also, you always plug other youtubers and I think that is fantastic and show a lot about you as a person, you are so sweet!

  • Love your videos but PLEEEAAASSEEE! stop using those knives for cutting citrics, tomatoes or bread. They’re very easily blunted by the acids (and the texture of the bread). It’s much beter to use a bread knife instead:)

  • such a great idea. i’ve never really done meal prep because the thought of eating the same thing every day wasn’t appealing, so i would prep individual ingredients. great ideas here.

  • Are you tracking pre cooked? You’re losing a lot of weight in that chicken from water. 8 oz pre-cooked is different than 8 oz post-cooked

  • You won’t believe this but I literally made everything in the video except, I didn’t use broccoli and quinoa. I sub it for kale and brown rice. The chicken was BOMB! I can’t wait to see what else you have ❤️

  • This is the second video I’ve watched. I am so glad I found you! We’re trying to eat healthy and it seems so hard to meal prep but I love the way you present everything and how you lay out all the finished meals at the end. I’ve never tried to cook chickpeas but I’m totally going to try them the way you did it. Thanks again!:)

  • Hi Can you tell me, when you cook anything and you want to store it, do you have to let it cool or you can store it straight in the fridge still warm?

  • Meal prep doesn’t have to mean standing there for hours making the same thing every day…
It really means being organized and knowing what you’re going to eat and being on top of it. Remember, you don’t have to waste your time doing something you don’t wanna do, but you also don’t deserve to suffer disorganization.
Find a plan that works for you and do what you need on your own time ❤️

  • Wow, oh my goodness, my eyes are watering, from the delicious beauty you’ve prepared, anyone who isn’t hungry right now has no taste! Thank you dearly!

  • 760 calories? That’s over 1/2 my daily. I can cook fish and steam veg in 5 minutes, for $1.50, but I understand you are marketing. If they were more allergen friendly, it would be nice too

  • Love this!! Great ideas for me out on placements! Thank you! You always have amazing tips ❤️ I’m about to start placement end of September so I’m looking for easy meals to prep. Last year I ate way too much junk and really need to eat healthy again. ✨ Keep being amazing!!

  • Instead of waiting an hour for your sweet potatoes to be done. Stick them in the microwave for 18-25 minutes. BANG! done.
Make sure that you take a fork and poke some holes in the sweet potato, so it will not explode in the microwave.

  • Love that you are doing meatless Monday. I do think that you should maybe try to spice up what you eat on it though because otherwise you won’t want to stick with it! I

  • My goal, better meal prep. I live near Palm Springs and commute to Lancaster, Ca..
Most of my time is spent on the road… I am improving making my breakfast and lunch choices better, but dinner tends to be a 99 cent heart attack.

  • Although I know you’re not going vegan, it makes me so happy to see one of my fav YouTubers trying out vegan/vegetarian stuff. Please keep it up bro!

  • Any one tested out the Custokebon Secrets (google it)? We have noticed several amazing things about this popular weight loss secrets.

  • Ive been watching your videos for about an hour…. I came on here to find music to hear while I did important work-related stuff….but I am addicted! I’m mesmerized by your kitchen, pots, pans, storage containers (I want to remodel now!!) and of course the beautiful FOOD….its even healthy and I usually like to eat crappy food…lol… You’re gooooood!!! YOU NEED YOUR OWN TV SHOW!!!

  • But does all that prepped food last a whole week? Like the pre-cut snack veges and the coleslaw? How do you store it to maximise its shelf life?
