  • Not paying attention was my biggest problm…I was not able to keep my focus even for few seconds but after entering into self awareness,it has increased a bit n I feel more at ease with more confidence

  • I take thousands of milligrams of vitamin C when I get an abscess in my tooth and the absence goes away or ear infection and the ear infection goes away

  • Very good talk! I myself have studied food chemistry, and am making food/health related videos these days (check out my channel if you please). I have come to realise that these antioxidants work in a very synergisitic manner, and hence they should be had as a part of whole foods, and not individual supplements.
