  • For personal reasons (different than health reasons), I gave up candy back in November 2019. 8 months later and I still dream about red vines, I’ve smelled sweettarts in my room with the windows closed, and during work I’ve had memory flashbacks to eating candy as a child. Junk food. Hacks. Your brain.

  • Bullshit. All these ignoramus writing books on something they dont know. Some of the main effects is lack of focus, confusion and low motivation. Seems more like dopamine dysfunction, not damage though.

  • Probiotics dont work. We dont know enough to heal our gut biome or repopulate it right. Carnivore diet keeps me in remission but not cured. Took care most of all symptoms. As soon as I go off..candida and ulcerative colitis comes back. Not a cure. Need to restore bacteria. Like fmt. Fecal transplant. That seems more promising even though we know next to nothing about gut microbes.

  • I just always feel lost and confused, i easily forget things, what i was doing or what i wanted to do. I try hard to stay focused throught the day. I get distracted easily and any change of plans makes me feel lost. Its like theres lot of thoughts going on in my head and im just drowning in em. Its overwhelming and i feel like my life is slipping through my hands. Multitasking and keeping conversations is hard and that makes me so stressed. Its tiring, i just wanna rest..

  • Grains are not good. They spike blood sugar. Turns into sugar in the body. High blood sugar is not good for the brain, follow Dr berg he gets it other clinicians get this too.

  • Meh…I say we’re ALL just victims of food/water poisoning due to toxic metals, air poisoning due to chemicals and toxic gases, lack of oxygen and radiation exposure on a scale we’ve never faced. Reason why the monk is having a nice time and we don’t!!!
    TRUE STORY!
    I’m NOT kidding here.
“Best” part of it all, crazy (actually VIOLENT) people!!!
Some are so freaking subtle, violent and jealous of the happiness of others, they might actually try to KILL YOU with POISONS!!!
Take this nice food/drink/drug I’m offering you dear “Friend” and you get served POISONS instead…
Some venomous metals can take HOURS before you feel sick and they won’t actually kill you immediately…
Take arsenic for example. It gives you cholera-like symptoms, fever, headaches, finally, BRAIN FOG.
You see, there isn’t a single toxic metal which doesn’t give you brain fog…They all do. All I’ve written so far does.
Nevertheless, with time, this crap kills you for good. Mental health issues/problems ARE JUST THAT!!!
Psychiatrists/psychologists are A STUPID SCAM!!! Probably, they too have brain damage because of overexposure on the aforementioned…
If you don’t believe me, watch neurodegeneration IN REAL TIME: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ewNvcFJEHbA
    First notable symptom: headaches!!!
THEY’RE NOT EFFING NORMAL!!! We’re led to believe they’re “common” but they’re DEFINITELY not!!!
There’s a REASON for the PAIN!!! It’s AN ALARM!!! Something IS DEFINITELY WRONG!!! And if you don’t have or can rule out a viral/bacterial encephalitis, cancer, nematodes/parasites, allergies, genetic disorders or veins/arteries’ abnormalities, IT’S POISONS that are causing an inflamation of your BRAIN!!!
Take a note of what you do when you have headaches, it can help you with discrimination of the root causes.
Did you do sport? Eaten something? Not eaten something (meaning you inhaled something)? Drinked? Smoked? Touched?
    You get the idea, hopefully.
Nonetheless, do yourselves a favor. Buy a geiger counter and test ANYTHING YOU EAT for radiations and for poisons. There are cheap kits which work well with most things. Say you want to test something for arsenic, you can even make a powder of the food to test and mix a minute amount with distilled water and pour the mixture on the paper test (if it’s a paper test with markers, like those to test PH in water).
That’s it. That’s the “secret”. Rich, smart and successful people know this WELL… Not all though… Some rich guys aren’t told… OOPS!!
Did you know that Putin has a person who tastes his food? Is the guy just paranoid or what?
Anyway, take a MINERALOGRAM TEST to check for levels of toxic metals in your body. It’s affordable and it’s the only test that clearly shows if you’ve been poisoned, either by the environment or by a bad actor willing to take you down…
For some poisons, there are are CHELANTS, substances that can attach themselves to the metals and which can help their removal from the body.
This is YOUR ONLY HOPE, PEOPLE!!! Wake up before you still have the chance to!!!

  • Im not so religious but the bible says gluttony is a sin and it just makes sense as i watch these mukbang videos. So many people hungry and theyre out here gorging like its their last day on earth

  • I’m on my own journey to fixing my fog and have found a lot of helpful advice, resources and overall a great community on the brainfog subreddit that I recommend everyone who struggles themselves to check out. It has allowed me to kickoff a, what I hope to be, more effective recovery for myself.

  • I really wish when people refer to themselves or guests in these videos that you would make it apparent just what type of doctor they are. As in this case, he is a chiropractor.

  • This doesnt make sense, I dont have celiac, had biopsies taken during endoscopy a few months ago, showed no celiac but now when I eat it I want to kill myself, I go into convulsions, i get a head tremor, severe fatigue, severe anxiety, sleep apnea from severe reflux and so much more

  • Going vegan was hard only because of Junk Food. I ate Cheetos Doritos Pizza when vegetarian. I found Vegan alternatives after that being healthy was easier.
    I suggest everyone go vegan

  • Explain how i have celiac and i dont feel any symptoms i eat all kind of gluten and i dont suffer from any symptoms thu i have lost some villis but still no family history or anything plz guide me doctor

  • He doesn’t seem different… he’s just a wretched queen who thrives on attention. Quit giving this idiot a platform, you’re just as bad. Make your own material and quit using reaction nobody gives a shit about.

  • I feel like I am living in a dream, or watching tv. I constantly felt tired. I could not under stand my soccer drills. I contacted my doctor, but that didn’t benefit me, nobody could understand what I was feeling. Thank you so much

  • I have had celiac sprue disease for a decade since diagnosis, plus about 5 years previous. I’ve always been told “your so smart” and similar phrases by people who really know me. I had excellent cognitive intelligence and instant understanding of things. But as years progressed I’ve felt myself 100% unable to multitask. If I’m interrupted when I’m speaking I get 100% memory loss on what I was saying. Makes me frustrated and often cry over it. My ability to speak and use proper grammar is extremely difficult to organize word order when speaking and writing. For a guy who repetitively scored 132 to 137 on administered IQ tests and now at age 37 can’t tie my shoe and speak at same time I am truly worried as decline is happening rapidly.

  • Personally, the recent events that have been happening around the world really messed with my head and I felt as if I was stuck in a dream /not reality but I’m slowly getting better.Basically you need to give your brain something to do or else it will just wander off and usually brain fog will come with it.So yea just my experience:)

  • From my experience. This is very accurate!
My biopsy didn’t improve but my blood work did. I have to take a bunch of vitamins everyday and a Proton Pump inhibitor ( Rabeprazole ) every other day as well as get a B12 shot ( 1 cc ) every 4 5 days. I still though-up and have problems with my bathroom activities and have pain but I can think much much better. I don’t know if all of the vitamins has anything to do with it. I’m just adding my own experience. One more thing. It took about a year to a year and a half for my thinking and mood to improve.

    Thanks for the video,
    John

  • I think I’m having brain fog too. This happen after experiencing amnesia, but amnesia took two weeks and then feel good, after that, being overnight again a new one was came and I’m not sure what it was. But I guess it a brain fog and I was tired of having this feeling. How to cure that please.

  • I’m on my own journey to fixing my fog and have found a lot of helpful advice, resources and overall a great community on the brainfog subreddit that I recommend everyone who struggles themselves to check out. It has allowed me to kickoff a, what I hope to be, more effective recovery for myself.

  • Why dont you just tell people what causes the brain fog rather than promote Amen Clinics. Shameful how people try to make money out of misery. Since these idiots are not telling let me. In my opinion brain fog is a neurosteroid and neurotransmitter problem combined. When both systems are optimum the fog clears.

  • I started having brain fog a few months ago sometimes I feel okay and could think clearly but the next time I can’t. I don’t what to treat this help

  • what really helped me!?.. I first have to honestly and whole-heared thank Someone on YT i unfortunately do not remember who for giving me the exercise hint.

    1. Exeecise in the morning before breakfest.

Other ‘Creations’ that helped a lot:

    2. Learning and Structering Knowledge. ( in my case im a curious person who loves to learn and i rediscocered this love after decades of unaware adhd problems)

a side note: i also do consume knowlwdge and imputs conciously and minimalistically. less is more. its astonishing how this helps. Try to be selective what you read watch talk etc… believe me i had decades of Music TV Net SocMed Overstimulation in my teen years. its kinda fun but the new perception is also gold. no brain fog no problems with adhd despite not taking meds anymore. ( this just my experiemce, no advice, i share this because it might help someome). Vera F. Birkenbihl wrote a good book on learning its called sth like from brainowner to brainuser. it inspires to gain knowledge and fun with. imagine one would train for millionaires:)

    3. Writing down every day a few times what i do and writing down in the evening what i am planing for tomorrow ( i am surprised how much this helps and gives a feel of organisation and different perception of time)

Be strong and rock on \m/

  • Everybody saying that this is sad, I think it’s hilarious! He literally ruined every chance at success and true happiness and he blames everyone but himself

  • I had brain fog at school I’ll be looking at a poem and my vision goes blurry and letters come together and and certain words pop out more than others but I don’t read or understand what the word is I find that it happens more often in places that I’m not enjoying and would rather be doing something else

  • My family takes advantage of my cognitive impairments they bully me and when I told my mom who’s a drunkard she told me to take advice from drug dealers and to eat more it made me so frustrated because I couldn’t figure out what was wrong but I knew something was off then when I got the news started feeling a lil better because I just started my journey my family told me I made it up and I have head problems I think I’m done with them for life honestly

  • Eat high fat diet ( by fat i mean animal fat, your brain is made out from 60 70 % of cholesterol). Tried for myself I would me much grounded, calmer and able to take stress in everyday life much better. That s all.

  • “You probably, don’t have time to do nothing, like scheduled day to do nothing” laughs, i thought that was the purpose of the day✌️

  • Words come out wrong sometimes too? Do you feel like you have a neurological problem? I do, and anxiety makes it worse, anybody feel like that?

  • Idk if this is brain fog but the past few days i cant concentrate or focus and everytime i do something i have to ask myself why i was doing it or go back to check if i did it. Idk how to explain it but it is really bothering me

  • “according to the internet…” when people don’t want to cite Wikipedia. The fact is that you did a great job and I couldn’t make a video like this.

  • Haven’t opened YouTube inna week on my phone nor closed it in the background, guess this is where I left off, guess I’ll hop back in

  • This has helped me so much! I’ve been doing all these, but then I somehow forget daily that I need to do these things lol. I’m about to take a critical care test for nursing in 40 min and this helped a lot… I hope!! Lol. But you are a beautiful man btw.

  • Hey, whoever is reading this you will get through this, Jesus loves you and he’s right with ya, I’m currently going through this, and I feel so at peace knowing he’s got this defeated already! God bless you ✝️

  • I only feel the top of my head feel empty and I can’t think straight. And the front of my head feels tingly, but sometimes the back of my brain feels empty my other symptoms are, I will faint if I think about something disturbing to me

  • This is EXACTLY What i feel right now i hate This its like Sleeping but being awake at the same time how do i get rid of this please?

  • Wow. This was exactly what I needed! My work’s been pushing me around like crazy. Tasks heaping up, constant prioritization, I don’t know where to start! Your video doesn’t solve my problem but it does provide great insight into making steps in the right direction. Thanks!

  • I have celiac disease, so brain fog is my everyday symptôme, but now I know im sick I feel better, I Always thought I was just stupid.

  • I have this brain fog about and year now and I feel as if I’m being slaved suffering everyday I wish I could feel better for even once my whole life feels crashing

  • I had CFS (avec post-exertional fatigue and mood crashes), mental blankness and chronic depression (without cause)… from wheat.

Gave up wheat and its derivatives and the CFS and depression cleared quite literally, overnight.

I also have SCT (sluggish cognitive tempo it’s not an intellectual impairment) of which blank mindedness is very much a symptom.

Like ADHD and ASD, SCT is a spectral impairment that probably affects Coeliacs in the same proportion it affects the general population which would account for why some Coelocanths experience mind-blankness and others don’t.

  • Really appreciate the small jokes and outtakes sprinkled throughout the video. Makes it easier to pay attention especially to overstimulated people like me.

  • I couldn’t describe what i was feeling other than feeling like there was a fog in my brain, and feeling detached somehow, this feeling is not all there all the time but sometimes its quite bad everything is so much harder to do in life, when this happens i feel like im being lazy and like people around me are going to say im just not trying hard enough or just being lazy. I hate it

  • My belief is that he knows that people click on emotional videos. Just look at popular channel thumbnails. It’s mostly people making very emotional faces reacting to something. It’s cheap and gets views. He is being dramatic because it makes him money. He isn’t crazy or trolling. He just doesn’t care so long as he gets paid.

No tears during his so called sad depressing dramatic moments is evidence he is just a bad actor. No reason to read into it. Plenty of mukangers eat large volumes of junk food but aren’t dramatic. They also don’t make as much money via the clicks. He found an easy gig.

  • Take 3 table spoon of coconut oil daily. You will see big difference. Coconut oil can improve Alzheimers and dementia and brain fog, memory improvements!! Why not try! • Hi guys great video I have irritable bowl syndrome with constipation I have tried probiotics but it didn’t help. My question is what are the best probiotics for IBS?

  • Hey!!! Do have any preference for my illness… I’m sick at it…. I’ve been in brain chronic for about 2yrs every 24 7… I feel like my brain dying… I don’t know what’s happening inside my brain…. Doctors can’t even diagnosed it whenever I speak to them… I have spoken to some doctors they only says that I have any stress……. I don’t feel myself usual like I was before it happened to me…… Help me if you could……..

    Thank You

  • My brain fog is so severe, i couldn’t focus on what you were saying, just wondering how is the feel of having more hair on your face than head, lol.

  • Well done. I’m was starting to wonder if my brain fog is linked to my diet, specifically gluten. I stopped eating it for a week, and slipped now I can hardly read. Very very frustrating.

  • “according to the internet…” when people don’t want to cite Wikipedia. The fact is that you did a great job and I couldn’t make a video like this.

  • I need to prepare for my bacaloreat exams so i decided to sleep just 5h a day and im worrying about if i lose my investment, i deleted all my social media account but i feel like my brain is slow and i cant think clearly can you pls told me what to do (i need to get more time for sleeping or 5h is anough) pls i need to find solution and fast (exams)

  • I’m almost positive that I suffer from having brain fog now because most of the symptoms are exactly what I feel. It’s been happening for years now and the only way I could explain it to people is that it feels blurry and foggy in the front of my brain. The only symptom that she didn’t explain that I have is the lack of motivation and excitement. I used to be super bubbly and got excited for every little thing, now it feels like I’m excited for things but there’s a thick layer of fog blocking my perception. I feel like I’m just missing out on all the little things, and I am becoming a worse person because of it. I don’t have the motivation to be super kind and caring like I used to be. I don’t know just if anyone feels this way, I kinda just wanna feel like I am not the only one going through this. Does anyone just have any tips?

  • Why would you wanna go easy on your mental RAM? By straining your mental RAM you can actually make it grow right? Feel like setting a reminder somewhere is spoiling myself.

  • It’s great to realize so many I can relate to, I’ve had sinus congestion’s since childhood and I failed academically due to lack of mental clarity I struggled to learn and memorize, I still do. I always felt I was incredibly stupid and lived passively, like a Zombie, I have many moments where I feel life isn’t real and if I should end it. I even told a colleague about Brain Fog and why I am mentally how I am, and was given a sarcastic response.. Which made me feel worse and it made me question my intellect even more.

As I come to be more self aware I’ve improved my sense of well being despite still having Brain Fog. You have to accept it and accept many people will be ignorant.

  • THIS IS TRUE. I FELT SOMETHING IS WORNG WITH MY BRAIN. I WAS SO SCARED.

I Felt as if I am experiencing some kind of high from some drugs. But obviously that was not even near to true.

I don’t feel like myself as if I am me, but I am also not me. It’s weird to explain. I got my blood tests done and it showed that I have problems/imbalance with my thyroid. The docs says it’s happening because of it. She prescribed a med. haven’t started to have it yet. I am currently typing this with the feeling of being aware that I still have a foggy brain/mind. Will update once I get better from the meds.

  • Amazingly informative. Currently reading Dr. Ruscio‘ book. Question.: which of the 4 categories of probiotics is best suited for someone with verified fungal infection and possible Candida? I have the soil based probiotic, but I’m hesitant to try due to increased brain fog.

  • Meditation

Don’t procrastinate this won’t let your subconscious to worry about more things and your brain won’t be scattered.

    Improve general health

    Better sleep wake cycle

  • Hi, some people say intermittent fasting can help if you have that condition. I been reading a lot of stories and videos and not only of brain fog. IF has change my life too, hope u find the cure or try to do Intermittent fasting, but when you eat always provide healthy food too with magensium, potasio, vitamin C. Check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=65Xlk9_4vxY

  • Guys go on reddit and type in brain fog forum, it’s a whole community of people with this issue that are trying to get rid of their dizziness and brain fog. I’ve had brain fog since I was 15 years old (23 now), and I finally did some deep research in this and it could be a lot of things that are causing this. It could be your gut health that is causing it, it could be your posture isn’t good at you need to see a chiropractor regularly until it’s fixed etc. just go to the forum and you will read posts from people who fully cured their brain fog! Much love to you all

  • Idk if this is brain fog but the past few days i cant concentrate or focus and everytime i do something i have to ask myself why i was doing it or go back to check if i did it. Idk how to explain it but it is really bothering me

  • For me this stemmed from pretty (covert at first) then severe abuse. Now its EVERY second of every day with a mixture of dissociation. NOTHING brings me out of it. Major brain disconnect.

  • what really helped me!?.. I first have to honestly and whole-heared thank Someone on YT i unfortunately do not remember who for giving me the exercise hint.

HE died for your sins for you and for you because you’re a sinner.

  • Wait, so we start talking about how bad foods hack your brain, but then we completely change topic and talk about climate change effecting trees. Like, what even???

  • The second more than 1 person starts talking, my brain just goes (///?????////). Same when I’m asked to recall any information I’ve gained in the past. It’s a vacuum. There’s nothing there.

  • Personally, the recent events that have been happening around the world really messed with my head and I felt as if I was stuck in a dream /not reality but I’m slowly getting better.Basically you need to give your brain something to do or else it will just wander off and usually brain fog will come with it.So yea just my experience:)

  • They also make a lot of money from these vidéos. Its not only addiction to food that kill them slowly; they think about the money they will Lost if they stop these kind of video(mukbang)…its their job to eat in front of people. If they stop their activity what will they do to live?

  • Explain how i have celiac and i dont feel any symptoms i eat all kind of gluten and i dont suffer from any symptoms thu i have lost some villis but still no family history or anything plz guide me doctor

  • I’ve never gotten the appeal of dipping fries into a milkshake, I mean, why would you even try that? let alone doing it on the regular…

  • thanks for sharing man! i have the feeling that listening to music 24/7 when outside is actually doing the same 3:58 at least for me personally

  • Meditation

Don’t procrastinate this won’t let your subconscious to worry about more things and your brain won’t be scattered.

    Improve general health

    Better sleep wake cycle

  • Do you ever just look in the mirror between your morning pee and your bowl of coco pops, gripping the sink intensely and say, ‘My name’s Jennnifer’ repeatedly until you lose concentration and are consumed by the fog?

  • Sometimes when i awake up i get brain fog, and it gets really hard for me to go outside as people think i am drunk or i used drug, my eyes lid slightly drops so making the condition like i am high… This is really depressing

  • The sad truth is,in my country (India) I couldn’t find even a page, resource, support group who at least acknowledge the brain fog.I can’t reach out to any group or peers. Its like being only a fraction of you no matter how hard you try.Living to survive.Thank you for the video,It describes it all.

  • I can hardly watch a movie these days. It’s not that I don’t understand the meaning of the words, I just can’t stay focus and I have to try really hard to structure the words and it takes longer time to process it. Sometimes I can’t follow the speed when people talk, I’ll just nod my head and pretend I understand the conversation because I felt embarrassed to show people I’m lost.
I work in a company with hundreds of staffs, its really hard for me to recall names. I get so stressed just trying to recall someone’s name but always ended up saying “oh hey..” rather than calling someone’s name.
I used to be good in memorising lyrics when I was younger. But now I can’t even understand what the singer sings about after listening because my brain can’t process the lyrics like I used to.
I keep questioning myself everyday. Why I’m so slow in thinking? Do I have learning difficulties? But I’m completely normal sometimes. I just to be very creative and sharing a lot of interesting ideas but now I feel like my brain is shutting down. I have speech difficulty. Can’t speak out my mind, words.
Even just reading a simple instruction, eg to cook something, assemble something. I have to stay focus to read every single words but my brain still can’t process it:(
The list can goes on and on..

  • When I walked 14miles a day at work (including stairs), I could eat whatever I wanted & stay under 150lbs (at 5’8”)…I miss skinny lol…

  • Seriously who would ever mention things like Popsicles and Jell-O in a video that’s supposed to be about health.
Popsicles and Jell-O Play no part in a healthy diet in my opinion of course. Eek

  • True sir I am 26 yearold
I am going from cleiac disease chronic fatigue leaky gut as well brain fog and shoulder and whole body I feel a lot pain.
It feel like my body having currents
    Or negative clutter
It’s so painful and hard but I don’t want to give up.. Still researching

  • Guys! Do sports! Do sports! Do sports! It will be more effective than relying on your diet only!! You will never be consistent with your diet in your long life! Of course eat healthy but if you do not exercise enough or at all that will be an issue

  • I have this brain fog about and year now and I feel as if I’m being slaved suffering everyday I wish I could feel better for even once my whole life feels crashing

  • The second more than 1 person starts talking, my brain just goes (///?????////). Same when I’m asked to recall any information I’ve gained in the past. It’s a vacuum. There’s nothing there.

  • I just looked at the reviews for his book on Amazon. While they are generally favorable, it does seem that many people agree with me in that it’s a shame when a doctor providing the information seems biased because he’s selling and profiting from the solution. It’s always so much more refreshing and just generally feels better if the person sharing the wisdom has no financial gain in the solution. Just wish he would’ve wrote the book and wasn’t selling supplements. Really muddies the water as far as his credibility goes. I clicked off the site and didn’t order his book because of that.

  • I cant fully think anymore. This started in late February. It feels like there’s a wall between my brain and my eyes and I can break it down. I cant sleep until late at night and I have trouble hearing. I have no idea whats happening to me i cant even play the piano anymore. Its so unfair, I never even got my chance to get up there and now I can because I cant focus for more the 20.seconds at a time.

  • I started fasting on my “normal” high carb diet. 24hrs between each fast, doing this daily for the past few days. Is this going to be beneficial to my health knowing that I’m not limiting the carb macro? It seems that by limiting insulin spike to 1x a day it will be helpful but I am curious to know your opinion. By the way, hunger hasn’t been an issue at all the past few days, I fast while drinking water and taking in small doses of pink salt.

I hate it

  • I just discovered what brain fog is by searching up the symptoms I’m getting on a daily basis and it’s so hard to focus on what I’m hearing/reading or even what I’m looking at, sometimes I forget how to spell simple words and my thoughts are all over the place PLEASE HELP

  • I have felt like this from a young child…. im so scared an do not know what to do or how to explain to my family. its quite life draining:(

  • Well I have extreme brainfog thanks to my generalized anxiety, severe depression, chronic pain and chronic fatigue which lowered my school grades and I also had to quit school cause of my physical pain. No diet has ever helped my brain fog, and I’ve tried many. Only thing that helps me is exercise and thats extremely painful to do woop. Nice video for people who have brainfog for other reasons, but if its medical reasons this ain’t gonna do anything.

  • I can totally relate that it actually hurts. Experiencing brain fog during critical times of your career can be really stressful. I know that I have significant thoughts to share, however, I cannot verbalize it well. I wish I could eventually get rid of this.

  • I understand the neurological phenomenon that occurs with “combo foods,” but do we know why the combo foods result in obesity? Why did the mice gain more weight when eating combo foods than a single food (I’m assuming in each scenario the amount of calories was held constant)? I feel like this wasn’t very clear.

  • Great video although did you see the recent studies that show that some probiotics could actually contribute to brain fog? I had a period of pretty prolonged brain fog and a supplement called brainzyme was the best cure I found. Gets rid of it every time in under an hour.

  • My household has a sourdough culture that my wife has nurtured for almost ten years, we named it “bubbles”.:-) The previous one was called fruity but it did not survive when we moved house. I have no idea what exactly is in it but in the past we have added to the random mix of whatever started the culture with whatever probiotics we had around so we may have our own little probiotic factory that is unique. We use this to make bread that is baked so we are only ever eat the dead bacteria, and their metabolites. It seems to work for us, but it is hard to be able to say that people will get the same results unless they use our culture as a starter. So is it worth the effort for other people to make their own sourdough as we do?

  • I’m pretty sure I heard somewhere that nikacodo has had mental.. emotional illness type stuff since he was a child.. but now I’m wondering if it was as bad as a child as he says

  • Hey, just wanted to let you know that I like your content it’s better than most of the self-help on YouTube because you keep it simple and realistic, so it’s even doable for an old married guy like me! I shared this particular video with some coworkers because we often complain of brain fog or being “fried” towards the end of the day. Thanks again and keep it up!

  • Your mind can not be still,
You react intensely for small matters
    You feel high as drunk
    You can no retain info
You cannot come up with simple words that has been used for entire life.

  • In a fast, over stimulating world my advice is to cut out as much bullshit in your life, I’m talking processed food, television/gaming, drugs and alcohol even master bating is a big problem nowadays. You’re welcome

  • This is the first video of yours that I’ve ever watched, Kiana, and I just want to say that you have the most BEAUTIFUL green eyes I’ve ever seen! I’m jealous!

  • i have celiac disease for 16 years and im 20 years old, all my life i had brain fog that i cant explain like my brain is like i want to squish it, there is a wall between my surroundings and my mind all the time and like most of the time i cant know what i am like what is mind like how should i think or feel, i dont feel concsious and numb almost all the time, finally! finally i learned that this is because of celiac and im not alone with this condition.. man such a relief..

  • Take 3 table spoon of coconut oil daily. You will see big difference. Coconut oil can improve Alzheimers and dementia and brain fog, memory improvements!! Why not try! Ppl take this serious so any body who Have been troubled or have family members going tru these troubles..!(but my Korean doc said that take 6 tbls for who already has alzheimers) it has to be organics cold pressed unrefined ones!!

  • Well done. I’m was starting to wonder if my brain fog is linked to my diet, specifically gluten. I stopped eating it for a week, and slipped now I can hardly read. Very very frustrating.

  • Actually, I don’t think he eats healthy food off camera at all. he once mentioned that you have to starve for a whole day to have a mukbang. (It’s the same video he talked about how he pooped on Trisha Paytas’ couch). Since he has mukbangs pretty much every day, that means he probably doesn’t eat anything else off camera, and just starves himself for the next day’s Mukbang.

  • I am a priest in Brazil, and I was a monk for many years of the Order of Saint Bento, Benedictine monks, a charism focused on the contemplative life of prayer and meditation; I have followed your videos to practice English, you have good diction, it helps me understand English better, God bless you. Thank you.

  • He must be sick every single night…I feel sick just watching. I’ve never really watched him, just analysis videos on his channels because I want to understand why the mukbang community is so popular. He needs a serious intervention.

  • I must be brain-damaged. I tried donuts (and what looked like viennoiseries) on a trip in Montreal and New York. They were disgusting. I was sick for the day because of the burning amount of sugar and the grease.
I’d rather eat a fresh carrot, maybe with a drop of olive oil.

  • as soon as i went to work and started eating all these crack fast cooked foods, my memory and clarifty of the mind had deminished. to bad im a field tech, wish i could do something else with my life.

  • If I had to be very honest, if I was not a minor but a adult, I would soo contact Nikacado Avacado and personally train him and let him exercise more. I wish him the best in life but I want him to stay healthy and happy. He’s growing worse and worse and I’m concerned that he’ll do something horrible to himself or others. If only someone had the courage and kindness to help him loose weight.

  • I had brain fog at school I’ll be looking at a poem and my vision goes blurry and letters come together and and certain words pop out more than others but I don’t read or understand what the word is I find that it happens more often in places that I’m not enjoying and would rather be doing something else

  • I actually have “Celia disease.” Yes, my wife’s name is Celia. But seriously, would you say there is a direction connection between Celiac disease and candidiasis (a pervasive yeast infection affecting the body and mind)?

  • Man, I hadn’t really thought about it but how depressing it’d be to earn more money than you ever have by eating on youtube and you’re gaining so much weight and you absolutely hate yourself because of it but can’t just quit his now job. That sounds like hell

  • I mean he used to be a good person, Happy and healthy but now he’s just an utter mess.
Even with the massive amount of supposed “mistakes” (which really aren’t mistakes, and are just his fault from his stupid decision.) I hope he does get help.

    Thank You

  • Question. Can i have celiac disease without being sticky allergic to gluten? I have all of the symptoms of celiac, but for me gluten just gives me a bit of a stomach ache, and that is the extent. When i get brain fog. My friends will say the same, i just stare into nothing, and forget all surroundings, and if someone breaks me out of it, my mind freaks out. I get startled early in the middle of it. Not sure why this happens.

  • I have severe brain fog. I had it for a long time. For a long time I thought it was a fault in my personality because people yelled got angry made fun of me. I started to try really hard to focus but there were days where I could not focus on anything. I even thought I have problems focusing because the weather is so hot I can’t think clearly and my mind just stays blank for longest times. I would try my hardest. I would blame myself cause others blamed me,I would blame the weather etc. But at one point of my life I knew this Isn’t my fault. But I didn’t know what this is. All I did was drown myself in tea and coffee to stay focused but that didn’t work out either. After years I’m learning about this problems. And I don’t wanna share this to my family and friends cause none of them would ever believe me even if I said. They’ll just make fun of me more. And say get over it with will power. I just hope I can learn to live with it

    Thanks for the video,
    John

  • I have this condition that my body goes numb especially my head and my back and the condition becomes so bad that I couldnt move my body. It becomes so hard for me to walk and do things even to think in this state. Its like my brain couldnt coordinate with my body at that time. The condition mostly gets worse whenever I eat so I avoid eating much.My memory has also become so poor that I had to sacrifice my studies. I got myself checked by docters and have had MRIs and Xrays of my neck but the test comes fine and they just send me to psychiatrist who just neglect it by saying that its ur assumption. My condition is getting worse day by day. I dont know where to find help and getting hopeless.

  • I exactly feels this way and I’m undergoing anxiety because of this very issue all the time, it’s like unending circle..

She comprehended really well which is the exact thing I wanted to achieve..

My thoughts are always rushy, I am thinking too many things at the same time. My daily job become difficult because of this. It’s hard for me to give interviews and switch jobs because of this. It’s real struggle.

If someone has any idea to treat this, kindly let me know. Thanks.

  • Well I have extreme brainfog thanks to my generalized anxiety, severe depression, chronic pain and chronic fatigue which lowered my school grades and I also had to quit school cause of my physical pain. • Dont watch porn and always have a good night sleep
These two will help you to recover with a month
And you will be surprised trust me

  • The problem arises when even if he was faking the way hes acting, after a while of pretending to do something you start changing into that thing almost sometimes. I used to watch in the past when he was much calmer and vegan but I cant watch anymore, its ridiculous.

  • I only feel the top of my head feel empty and I can’t think straight. And the front of my head feels tingly, but sometimes the back of my brain feels empty my other symptoms are, I will faint if I think about something disturbing to me

  • I am a type 2 diabetic with horrendous allergies asthma yeast infections and IBS.I have been trying to eat better and I take pro biotic blends that help a lot with constipation.i notice when my sugar is doing better my allergies bother me less.i wish I could do something about my yeast issues and my gut which always seems to be upset and gassy not to mention the brain fog is bad. Is there anything you can recomend.i eat mostly vegetables and proteins are eggs poultry fish and nuts.fruit carbs and sometime even milk set my sugar off badly but I also have major lows into 60s I am like a yoyo with my sugar.

  • -Clear out possessions
    -Escape materialism
    -Get off social media
    -Stop watching TV programming
Doesn’t mean that you can’t listen/watch music or movies. All you have to remember that nothing is set in front of you out of pure coincidence or for only “entertainment”.

  • This happens to me every other day but sometimes in fine sometimes my brain Is foggy and sometimes maybe heavy when I want to write a song I would say I need to learn more words I forgot some words I learn that I want to write it here or say but there are days that I know alot of words and I am talkative
There are times when I have a brain fog I don’t speak I feel dumb and don’t know what words should I say its hard to process
I need to get rid of this its like living but not actually living I feel like a robot not functioning in some days

  • @Shuttzi….first give your life to Jesus
HE died for your sins for you and for you because you’re a sinner.
    #2 stop eating gluten.

  • I love your content! It really helps to put everything in perspective and make me want to actually eat healthier after watching these kind of videos! Thanks:)

  • thanks for sharing man! i have the feeling that listening to music 24/7 when outside is actually doing the same 3:58 at least for me personally

  • I just finished watching this video and cannot for the life of me remember what the 3 tips are without re-watching it or checking the comments.

  • Hey, whoever is reading this you will get through this, Jesus loves you and he’s right with ya, I’m currently going through this, and I feel so at peace knowing he’s got this defeated already! God bless you ✝️

  • Im confused now. THis is the first itme Ive heard that tuna, spinach and advocado can cause problems. It seems everyone has a different answer but everyone is also selling something. I’ve found different natural dr’s contradict each other too in the past, so who are we suppose to believe. I think we have to figure this out for ourselves.

  • This has helped me so much! I’ve been doing all these, but then I somehow forget daily that I need to do these things lol. I’m about to take a critical care test for nursing in 40 min and this helped a lot… I hope!! Lol. But you are a beautiful man btw.

  • I can totally relate that it actually hurts. Experiencing brain fog during critical times of your career can be really stressful. I know that I have significant thoughts to share, however, I cannot verbalize it well. I wish I could eventually get rid of this.

  • did they take into account the impact of marketing and advertising on what we want?
Those combo food companies, how much do they spend in ads and pop culture?

  • Why would you wanna go easy on your mental RAM? By straining your mental RAM you can actually make it grow right? Feel like setting a reminder somewhere is spoiling myself.

  • There are many components to natural remedies for leaky gut. One resource I discovered that successfully combines these is the Richala Remedy System (check it out on google) without a doubt the most useful guide that I’ve seen. look at the great information.

  • I cannot understand how anyone can watch that clown. The amount of food he’s bingeing on is disgusting and the likeliness of a lot of that is going to waste is appalling. Stuffing himself with those huge portion sizes over & over, who knows what all that junk is doing to his insides?! Just seeing him in this video is putting me off ever checking out his channels and I think most of those ‘crying’ episodes is all for show/sympathy. He needs to grow the hell up and get a good support system too in starting to eat healthier and shed the excess weight.

  • This feeling takes one to experience in order to know what it feels like. I’ve struggled battling this for months, and I still haven’t seen lights. Sometime I can think clearly as if nothing happened, sometimes to find a simple words to talk was really hard to do. If I hadn’t experienced this, maybe things would have been different. But it feels good to know that i’m not alone in this. Let’s keep on going guys! We might haven’t seen the lights now, but eventually we will. We’ve survived all this long, don’t give up just yet!

  • Ugghhhh, I don’t know what to say about this episode….:P

You see if I were to eat the fruit from the baobab tree, I would eat as much as I need to; whereas with junk food, I feel the urge to eat it even when I’m full.

That’s because they add flavor enhancers like E635, E621 and others. Most (if not all of them) are really bad for your health and have been linked to many serious illnesses.

  • I feel like I am living in a dream, or watching tv. I constantly felt tired. I could not under stand my soccer drills. I contacted my doctor, but that didn’t benefit me, nobody could understand what I was feeling. Thank you so much

  • Ok two things. One. I’ve been saying ‘baobab’ wrong my whole life. Also s/o to rusty hammer doughnuts. Might have to keep a raccoon at work.

  • First I do not doubt that climate change is real. I do find it hard to blame climate change for the death of trees that are so old, they’ve surely been exposed to similar local weather events as the last 12 years during their very long life and lived to well, stay there and live some more.

Isn’t pollution a more likely suspect? Or maybe an imported parasite?

In any case I hope the guilty party is found, no matter what it is, and that the trees can be saved.

  • My brain fog is so severe, i couldn’t focus on what you were saying, just wondering how is the feel of having more hair on your face than head, lol.

  • I just finished watching this video and cannot for the life of me remember what the 3 tips are without re-watching it or checking the comments.

  • I actually have “Celia disease.” Yes, my wife’s name is Celia. But seriously, would you say there is a direction connection between Celiac disease and candidiasis (a pervasive yeast infection affecting the body and mind)?

  • Your mind can not be still,
You react intensely for small matters
    You feel high as drunk
    You can no retain info
You cannot come up with simple words that has been used for entire life.

  • I’m overweight.. so if I exercise daily and go on a strict diet, my brain fog will slowly go away? This brain fog is seriously fucking my life up man:/

  • Crying over this because my brain fog is so heavy right now. I just want it to go away. I hate it so much and I often blame myself for it when I know better. I have PMDD and nerve problems. I have so many debilitating symptoms and I’m really sick of it. I often just want to die because it gets so bad and I can barely function without making lots of mistakes. I get klutzy and feel like I’m not all there. Until I get a clear day and I feel normal again. But those days never last long before it’s back into the slew of symptoms again.

  • : Such as increased impulsiveness (nic: HEY SIRI!!), irritability (nic: HEY SIRI!!), and aggression (nic: HEY SIRI!!)

    This part got me like
Good ediitng skills here as always

  • I have had Brain fog now for almost 2 years and this video explains how my brain fog has been. I have struggled with my suicide thought of ”I can’t think clearly or do anything in life so whats the point of living” stuff. This has led me down to the deepest depression and anxiety and I’m gonna change it. I hope everyone who reads this that struggles with mentall illness or some other stuff that you have a great day and don’t stop fighting, because if i can do it so can you!

  • Do you ever just look in the mirror between your morning pee and your bowl of coco pops, gripping the sink intensely and say, ‘My name’s Jennnifer’ repeatedly until you lose concentration and are consumed by the fog?

  • I just discovered what brain fog is by searching up the symptoms I’m getting on a daily basis and it’s so hard to focus on what I’m hearing/reading or even what I’m looking at, sometimes I forget how to spell simple words and my thoughts are all over the place PLEASE HELP

  • Hey Kiana, thank you for uploading this video being a chemist myself and invested in mental awareness/wellbeing, it was really interesting to see how you showcased “mukbangs” from a nutritional psychiatry standpoint! And also, thumbs up for adding the references you used in the description video as well
No fuss, no drama just science!:-)

Keep it up, I am honestly looking forward to your next uploads!

  • For me this stemmed from pretty (covert at first) then severe abuse. Now its EVERY second of every day with a mixture of dissociation. NOTHING brings me out of it. Major brain disconnect.

  • I started having brain fog a few months ago sometimes I feel okay and could think clearly but the next time I can’t. I don’t what to treat this help

  • Going from a vegan diet to one bloated with animal fat and grease probably has sent his body into a tailspin. Especially gaining weight like that so fast. And going from someone who doesn’t eat meat to someone who does could be guilt too.

  • Eat high fat diet ( by fat i mean animal fat, your brain is made out from 60 70 % of cholesterol). Tried for myself I would me much grounded, calmer and able to take stress in everyday life much better. That s all.

  • CLEARED BRAIN FOG IN A MONTH
I totally understand and can relate to this. I guess what caused me brain fog was serenity lifestyle, poor dietary nutrition, working night shifts, drinking alcohol 4-5 times in a week and smoking 10 plus cigarettes a day. Fapping to porn every other day. All that sounds like a horrible life right? Well, I started having foggy brain with fatigue. I went for end number of tests to rule out if there was any underlying disease. I found none, except vitamin d deficiency which was pretty obvious in my case as I was working night shifts and I barely had any exposure of sunlight. What worked for me is:
*I quit on alcohol and smoke
    * I started eating green leafy vegetables, fruits.
    * I went gluten, dairy and sugar free.
    * No Fap (no doctor is gonna tell you that it is the culprit, but it is).
    * Breathing exercises
    * Drinking 3 litres of water everyday
    * Running 20-30 mins 4 times a week
    * Getting myself out in the nature
    * Avoid phone usage (only an hour a day)
    * Think positive (Our mind is very powerful, you tell it that you are absolutely fine, and it will make you feel the same. You need positivity during this phase the most.
*Sleep 8 hours everyday. Form a consistent sleeping pattern.
PLEASE TAKE THIS CONDITION SERIOUSLY AND START WORKING TOWARDS IT. YOU WILL BE FINE.

  • This is EXACTLY What i feel right now i hate This its like Sleeping but being awake at the same time how do i get rid of this please?

  • You can learn to avoid junk food, it usually contains the same artificial flavour. Also if you wait some time after eating junk food, your body will tell you “that was not good…”.

  • Crying over this because my brain fog is so heavy right now. I just want it to go away. I hate it so much and I often blame myself for it when I know better. I have PMDD and nerve problems. • Sometimes when i awake up i get brain fog, and it gets really hard for me to go outside as people think i am drunk or i used drug, my eyes lid slightly drops so making the condition like i am high… This is really depressing

  • -Clear out possessions
    -Escape materialism
    -Get off social media
    -Stop watching TV programming
Doesn’t mean that you can’t listen/watch music or movies. All you have to remember that nothing is set in front of you out of pure coincidence or for only “entertainment”.

  • Hi guys. Can brain fog have a physical sensation? I’m not sure what I have. I have the impared cognitive function but also an actual physical sensation in my head, a sort of drowsiness. I eat very healthily and I’m trying to cut out everything that can cause it such as dairy and gluten but I’m worried about my weight loss, I believe I’m actually malnourished because I’m too scared to eat anything. Its always there but it gets a lot worse if I eat dairy or baked goods. But cutting those out hasn’t made it go away. Thank you.

  • I have celiac disease, so brain fog is my everyday symptôme, but now I know im sick I feel better, I Always thought I was just stupid.

  • I kinda enjoy having brain fog. It’s like being high almost and I don’t have to stress about reality. Just go off in a different world.

  • I think I’m having brain fog too. This happen after experiencing amnesia, but amnesia took two weeks and then feel good, after that, being overnight again a new one was came and I’m not sure what it was. But I guess it a brain fog and I was tired of having this feeling. How to cure that please.

  • In a fast, over stimulating world my advice is to cut out as much bullshit in your life, I’m talking processed food, television/gaming, drugs and alcohol even master bating is a big problem nowadays. You’re welcome

  • for me i forget where i am who i am and what my friends look like as well as stuttering and being bad at multitasking when glutened. i also don’t remember a majority of my childhood because it was before i wen t gluten free

  • Starts off well, but where, oh where, is the required “Climate Change” scam propaganda going to be inserted?! How in a video on so-called junk food is the “Climate Change” scam to be further sold?! Oh, just add an epilogue to the video using FUD about a tree supposedly dying in Africa and slide in a mention of the “Climate Change” scam. Well, there you go?!

  • Acquired brain fog this morning right after eating oatmeal with rug and quinoa. Totally doesn’t make sense, since it should be healthy AND I’ve usually never had negative experiences with grains in general.
Started out more than well-slept and all awake.
And it won’t go away whatever I do. Exercise, coconut oil, tea, proteins, fats, hot/cold showers… Christ I hate it.

  • I love your naive optimism, but come on. We all know that the way the temptation info will actually be used is to help companies who want to sell us more food than we need and other companies that want to use the resulting guilt to perpetually sell us “weight loss solutions”. As long as food and health maintanence are privately produced and distributed commodities, the science behind them will mostly be used to manipulate people for profit, not to help people actually live better lives.

  • Dont watch porn and always have a good night sleep
These two will help you to recover with a month
And you will be surprised trust me

  • So… You tell us that there is basically a tree that will give us a healthy alternative to junk food, only to then tell us that it’s going extinct.

  • all these fat people on You Tube are just seeking attention….and they see that stuffing themselves attracts ‘like’s & subs’…..it becomes a way of life and an income that they can not cope without…they are eating themselves to death and they know it…..insecure, sad people…some with what appears to be mental health problems….what a sad waste of life.

  • Did Hank do a Bear Grylls reference or have I just been exposed to too many yt poops and can no longer here “mah favourite” without thinking of piss drinking.

  • Wow. This was exactly what I needed! My work’s been pushing me around like crazy. Tasks heaping up, constant prioritization, I don’t know where to start! Your video doesn’t solve my problem but it does provide great insight into making steps in the right direction. Thanks!

  • I have had Brain fog now for almost 2 years and this video explains how my brain fog has been. • I’ve been having a bit of an issue with overeating before bed. Last night I had an entire burger before bed. But like, all the ingredients were in the fridge, what was I suppose to do? T-T

  • Really appreciate the small jokes and outtakes sprinkled throughout the video. Makes it easier to pay attention especially to overstimulated people like me.

  • I am a priest in Brazil, and I was a monk for many years of the Order of Saint Bento, Benedictine monks, a charism focused on the contemplative life of prayer and meditation; I have followed your videos to practice English, you have good diction, it helps me understand English better, God bless you. Thank you.

  • “You probably, don’t have time to do nothing, like scheduled day to do nothing” laughs, i thought that was the purpose of the day✌️

  • I’m doing keto for weight loss and I’ve lost almost all my appetite for junk food, and I’ve completely lost my sweet tooth. On a carb heavy diet, I’d be snacking all the time and eating lots of junk food.. Hmm!
