  • For personal reasons (different than health reasons), I gave up candy back in November 2019. 8 months later and I still dream about red vines, I’ve smelled sweettarts in my room with the windows closed, and during work I’ve had memory flashbacks to eating candy as a child. Junk food. Hacks. Your brain.

  • Bullshit. All these ignoramus writing books on something they dont know. Some of the main effects is lack of focus, confusion and low motivation. Seems more like dopamine dysfunction, not damage though.

  • Probiotics dont work. We dont know enough to heal our gut biome or repopulate it right. Carnivore diet keeps me in remission but not cured. Took care most of all symptoms. As soon as I go off..candida and ulcerative colitis comes back. Not a cure. Need to restore bacteria. Like fmt. Fecal transplant. That seems more promising even though we know next to nothing about gut microbes.

  • I just always feel lost and confused, i easily forget things, what i was doing or what i wanted to do. I try hard to stay focused throught the day. I get distracted easily and any change of plans makes me feel lost. Its like theres lot of thoughts going on in my head and im just drowning in em. Its overwhelming and i feel like my life is slipping through my hands. Multitasking and keeping conversations is hard and that makes me so stressed. Its tiring, i just wanna rest..

  • Grains are not good. They spike blood sugar. Turns into sugar in the body. High blood sugar is not good for the brain, follow Dr berg he gets it other clinicians get this too.

  • Meh…I say we’re ALL just victims of food/water poisoning due to toxic metals, air poisoning due to chemicals and toxic gases, lack of oxygen and radiation exposure on a scale we’ve never faced. Reason why the monk is having a nice time and we don’t!!!
    TRUE STORY!
    I’m NOT kidding here.
“Best” part of it all, crazy (actually VIOLENT) people!!!
Some are so freaking subtle, violent and jealous of the happiness of others, they might actually try to KILL YOU with POISONS!!!
Take this nice food/drink/drug I’m offering you dear “Friend” and you get served POISONS instead…
Some venomous metals can take HOURS before you feel sick and they won’t actually kill you immediately…
Take arsenic for example. It gives you cholera-like symptoms, fever, headaches, finally, BRAIN FOG.
You see, there isn’t a single toxic metal which doesn’t give you brain fog…They all do. All I’ve written so far does.
Nevertheless, with time, this crap kills you for good. Mental health issues/problems ARE JUST THAT!!!
Psychiatrists/psychologists are A STUPID SCAM!!! Probably, they too have brain damage because of overexposure on the aforementioned…
If you don’t believe me, watch neurodegeneration IN REAL TIME: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ewNvcFJEHbA
    First notable symptom: headaches!!!
THEY’RE NOT EFFING NORMAL!!! We’re led to believe they’re “common” but they’re DEFINITELY not!!!
There’s a REASON for the PAIN!!! It’s AN ALARM!!! Something IS DEFINITELY WRONG!!! And if you don’t have or can rule out a viral/bacterial encephalitis, cancer, nematodes/parasites, allergies, genetic disorders or veins/arteries’ abnormalities, IT’S POISONS that are causing an inflamation of your BRAIN!!!
Take a note of what you do when you have headaches, it can help you with discrimination of the root causes.
Did you do sport? Eaten something? Not eaten something (meaning you inhaled something)? Drinked? Smoked? Touched?
    You get the idea, hopefully.
Nonetheless, do yourselves a favor. Buy a geiger counter and test ANYTHING YOU EAT for radiations and for poisons. There are cheap kits which work well with most things. Say you want to test something for arsenic, you can even make a powder of the food to test and mix a minute amount with distilled water and pour the mixture on the paper test (if it’s a paper test with markers, like those to test PH in water).
That’s it. That’s the “secret”. Rich, smart and successful people know this WELL… Not all though… Some rich guys aren’t told… OOPS!!
Did you know that Putin has a person who tastes his food? Is the guy just paranoid or what?
Anyway, take a MINERALOGRAM TEST to check for levels of toxic metals in your body. It’s affordable and it’s the only test that clearly shows if you’ve been poisoned, either by the environment or by a bad actor willing to take you down…
For some poisons, there are are CHELANTS, substances that can attach themselves to the metals and which can help their removal from the body.
This is YOUR ONLY HOPE, PEOPLE!!! Wake up before you still have the chance to!!!

  • Im not so religious but the bible says gluttony is a sin and it just makes sense as i watch these mukbang videos. So many people hungry and theyre out here gorging like its their last day on earth

  • I’m on my own journey to fixing my fog and have found a lot of helpful advice, resources and overall a great community on the brainfog subreddit that I recommend everyone who struggles themselves to check out. It has allowed me to kickoff a, what I hope to be, more effective recovery for myself.

  • I really wish when people refer to themselves or guests in these videos that you would make it apparent just what type of doctor they are. As in this case, he is a chiropractor.

  • This doesnt make sense, I dont have celiac, had biopsies taken during endoscopy a few months ago, showed no celiac but now when I eat it I want to kill myself, I go into convulsions, i get a head tremor, severe fatigue, severe anxiety, sleep apnea from severe reflux and so much more

  • Going vegan was hard only because of Junk Food. I ate Cheetos Doritos Pizza when vegetarian. I found Vegan alternatives after that being healthy was easier.
    I suggest everyone go vegan

  • Explain how i have celiac and i dont feel any symptoms i eat all kind of gluten and i dont suffer from any symptoms thu i have lost some villis but still no family history or anything plz guide me doctor

  • He doesn’t seem different… he’s just a wretched queen who thrives on attention. Quit giving this idiot a platform, you’re just as bad. Make your own material and quit using reaction nobody gives a shit about.

  • I feel like I am living in a dream, or watching tv. I constantly felt tired. I could not under stand my soccer drills. I contacted my doctor, but that didn’t benefit me, nobody could understand what I was feeling. Thank you so much

  • I have had celiac sprue disease for a decade since diagnosis, plus about 5 years previous. I’ve always been told “your so smart” and similar phrases by people who really know me. I had excellent cognitive intelligence and instant understanding of things. But as years progressed I’ve felt myself 100% unable to multitask. If I’m interrupted when I’m speaking I get 100% memory loss on what I was saying. Makes me frustrated and often cry over it. My ability to speak and use proper grammar is extremely difficult to organize word order when speaking and writing. For a guy who repetitively scored 132 to 137 on administered IQ tests and now at age 37 can’t tie my shoe and speak at same time I am truly worried as decline is happening rapidly.

  • Personally, the recent events that have been happening around the world really messed with my head and I felt as if I was stuck in a dream /not reality but I’m slowly getting better.Basically you need to give your brain something to do or else it will just wander off and usually brain fog will come with it.So yea just my experience:)

  • From my experience. This is very accurate!
My biopsy didn’t improve but my blood work did. I have to take a bunch of vitamins everyday and a Proton Pump inhibitor ( Rabeprazole ) every other day as well as get a B12 shot ( 1 cc ) every 4 5 days. I still though-up and have problems with my bathroom activities and have pain but I can think much much better. I don’t know if all of the vitamins has anything to do with it. I’m just adding my own experience. One more thing. It took about a year to a year and a half for my thinking and mood to improve.

    Thanks for the video,
    John

  • I think I’m having brain fog too. This happen after experiencing amnesia, but amnesia took two weeks and then feel good, after that, being overnight again a new one was came and I’m not sure what it was. But I guess it a brain fog and I was tired of having this feeling. How to cure that please.

  • I’m on my own journey to fixing my fog and have found a lot of helpful advice, resources and overall a great community on the brainfog subreddit that I recommend everyone who struggles themselves to check out. It has allowed me to kickoff a, what I hope to be, more effective recovery for myself.

  • Why dont you just tell people what causes the brain fog rather than promote Amen Clinics. Shameful how people try to make money out of misery. Since these idiots are not telling let me. In my opinion brain fog is a neurosteroid and neurotransmitter problem combined. When both systems are optimum the fog clears.

  • I started having brain fog a few months ago sometimes I feel okay and could think clearly but the next time I can’t. I don’t what to treat this help

  • what really helped me!?.. I first have to honestly and whole-heared thank Someone on YT i unfortunately do not remember who for giving me the exercise hint.

    1. Exeecise in the morning before breakfest.

Other ‘Creations’ that helped a lot:

    2. Learning and Structering Knowledge. ( in my case im a curious person who loves to learn and i rediscocered this love after decades of unaware adhd problems)

a side note: i also do consume knowlwdge and imputs conciously and minimalistically. less is more. its astonishing how this helps. Try to be selective what you read watch talk etc… believe me i had decades of Music TV Net SocMed Overstimulation in my teen years. its kinda fun but the new perception is also gold. no brain fog no problems with adhd despite not taking meds anymore. ( this just my experiemce, no advice, i share this because it might help someome). Vera F. Birkenbihl wrote a good book on learning its called sth like from brainowner to brainuser. it inspires to gain knowledge and fun with. imagine one would train for millionaires:)

    3. Writing down every day a few times what i do and writing down in the evening what i am planing for tomorrow ( i am surprised how much this helps and gives a feel of organisation and different perception of time)

Be strong and rock on \m/

  • Everybody saying that this is sad, I think it’s hilarious! He literally ruined every chance at success and true happiness and he blames everyone but himself

  • I had brain fog at school I’ll be looking at a poem and my vision goes blurry and letters come together and and certain words pop out more than others but I don’t read or understand what the word is I find that it happens more often in places that I’m not enjoying and would rather be doing something else

  • My family takes advantage of my cognitive impairments they bully me and when I told my mom who’s a drunkard she told me to take advice from drug dealers and to eat more it made me so frustrated because I couldn’t figure out what was wrong but I knew something was off then when I got the news started feeling a lil better because I just started my journey my family told me I made it up and I have head problems I think I’m done with them for life honestly

  • Eat high fat diet ( by fat i mean animal fat, your brain is made out from 60 70 % of cholesterol). Tried for myself I would me much grounded, calmer and able to take stress in everyday life much better. That s all.

  • “You probably, don’t have time to do nothing, like scheduled day to do nothing” laughs, i thought that was the purpose of the day✌️

  • Words come out wrong sometimes too? Do you feel like you have a neurological problem? I do, and anxiety makes it worse, anybody feel like that?

  • Idk if this is brain fog but the past few days i cant concentrate or focus and everytime i do something i have to ask myself why i was doing it or go back to check if i did it. Idk how to explain it but it is really bothering me

  • “according to the internet…” when people don’t want to cite Wikipedia. The fact is that you did a great job and I couldn’t make a video like this.

  • Haven’t opened YouTube inna week on my phone nor closed it in the background, guess this is where I left off, guess I’ll hop back in

  • This has helped me so much! I’ve been doing all these, but then I somehow forget daily that I need to do these things lol. I’m about to take a critical care test for nursing in 40 min and this helped a lot… I hope!! Lol. But you are a beautiful man btw.

  • Hey, whoever is reading this you will get through this, Jesus loves you and he’s right with ya, I’m currently going through this, and I feel so at peace knowing he’s got this defeated already! God bless you ✝️

  • I only feel the top of my head feel empty and I can’t think straight. And the front of my head feels tingly, but sometimes the back of my brain feels empty my other symptoms are, I will faint if I think about something disturbing to me

  • This is EXACTLY What i feel right now i hate This its like Sleeping but being awake at the same time how do i get rid of this please?

  • Wow. This was exactly what I needed! My work’s been pushing me around like crazy. Tasks heaping up, constant prioritization, I don’t know where to start! Your video doesn’t solve my problem but it does provide great insight into making steps in the right direction. Thanks!

  • I have celiac disease, so brain fog is my everyday symptôme, but now I know im sick I feel better, I Always thought I was just stupid.
