  • I would love to have a cookbook of yours! I have really bad bloating and stomach pains every day. 2019 is s year of healing for me. I want to find out what’s causing this without going to the doctor. Every time I’ve been to the doctor’s, they send me around to a bunch of places and I end up spending way too much money for no results. Have any advice on how to start this process? And what supplements to take? I’m a very petite girl.

  • I don’t wanna sound creepy but I’m obsessed with how positive and uplifting your channel/ig/podcast is. I’m playing catchup with SO many of your videos wish I found you sooner but better late than never! I’ve from the US and am trying to have better nutrition and i am so happy i came across your channel! YAY!

  • Do all the vegan extremists come here to argue and call names or what? Not everyone wants to be vegan just like not everyone wants to be Christian, so quit proselytizing and condemning everyone who believes differently than you, ok? Just accept that you live your life the way you wish and it’s not up to you to force others to follow you, your beliefs or your path. All it does is create more conflict. You’re not going to make ANYONE want to follow your way (the “right way”, according to you) if you insult them, that’s for certain.

  • Can I get some tips on bulking up and putting on some weight? I eat lots of pasta and rice and avocado but I never put on weight:(

  • I have been doing this workout twice a day ( mornings and nights) for a week so far. Feeling great.
Will continue throughout the lockdown. Love it!

  • This was soooo good!! it’s exactly what i love about POPSUGAR even when they don’t do dance classes (which are my favourite!!), it never seems like a boring, dreaded class it’s always so fun and you get to enjoy working out because there is literally no point in working out unless it is effective AND fun <3

and the girls (and boys) are just so supportive and positive, they really add to the atmosphere

  • Re mindlessly snacking I had the same resolution last year and I’ve started drinking a sweet or tart tea like a raspberry or rooibos when I think I’d snack and it definitely curbs my sweet tooth!

  • Hold on a second…Cookies are full with refind sugars and butter, lasagne is fulled with meat and cheese, fries are full of oils…Don’t you see sthg in common? These aren’t carbs, these are fats! Carbs are potatoes (without oil), brown rice, whole wheat pasta, fruits and the list goes on….Go vegan dude, you’re sexy enough for it 😉

  • Do you have all of your favourite recipes in one spot if yes could anyone tell me I’m trying to create a meal plan but it’s very difficult when all of your recipes are in different videos

  • I discovered you guys from your podcast I found on Spotify! You’ve been such a great part of my 2018 which I needed so motivational and positive!

  • hey sezzy just something to keep in mind when your breastfeeding is to keep a water bottle near you because making treats milk uses up a lot of water so you will be very thirsty just a tip from my mum.:)

  • I think when squatting most people only do pause sets…. Guns, wheels, Abbs and shields…. Finishers Ryan what’s his name on YouTube refers to them as widow makers a set preformed at the end with very high reps and lighter weight.

  • Did these workouts 5 days a week during April and May!

Im shipping out on August 17th and began doing them again so I won’t be so off guard!

I was able to do this a bit easer but definitely still felt the burn!

  • I am 58kg, 162 cm and I got total calories 389, active calories 265 I am using an Apple Watch if anyone needs this. (I am very active)

  • I had a slow metabolism until i tried @t. Now i am losing weight and fat very fast, this @t is magical. If you want to lose weight and fat very fast and healty, you need to try it @t. You don’t need to stick to a diet, you can eat everything you want. Just give this a chance. This increases longevity and decreases hunger. It helps with blood sugar control. Just try it @t

  • Hi Sarah, congrats on your pregnancy. While watching your New Year’s resolutions, I kind of thought that you could be interested in Lifebook from Jon Butcher on MindValley 😉 He talks about 12 categories and it includes also parenting. So you guys might enjoy it. And btw, maybe for your day of diversity training you could set a date with yourself where you could already organize a babysitter for that our. Happy Mom, happy Baby don’t you think? Lots of blessings to you and your family from Germany

  • Idk but i feel really happy and proud that i subscribe to you when this channel had only 1.5 million.. you deserve all the love and success l

  • Go high carb vegan. Lose all the weight you want. Carbs are life. You need them to live. You don’t need puss filled dairy and nasty, bloody, dead animals. They’re cute when they’re alive, you know… #highcarbvegan

  • Thank you for the sprinting tip! I have used it before, but I used different run/rest times. I will be using this tonight in my workout:).

  • Go to bed earlier is the most important one if you ask me… I‘m a Mom since July and my little boy thinks that the Night is over something between 5 and 6 in the morning, doesn‘t matter how often he was awake during the night. So I go to bed around 9:30 pm to get at least 4-5 hours of sleep…

  • getting into kick boxing is my fitness goal this year. Lifting and yoga and so engrained in my routine after all this time that I really want to try something new. My goal is to meet with a trainer once a week for an hour and see where it goes. I’d like to do it with my boyfriend once I know more about form and proper drills.

  • The Baby Whisperer Solves All Your Problems. The ONLY parenting book I ever needed. 3 wonderful sleeping kids…no it wasn’t luck. It was following the E.A.S.Y routine. For the Baby…Eat, Activity, Sleep, You (mummy) Time. The book will tell you the babies sleep signals, and how to know when to extend awake times etc. Best book I ever had. Only book you’ll ever need Sarah x

  • I’m really motivated to get healthy lifestyle habits in 2019. I want to read, do yoga, meditate and go to the gym as much as a can. I don’t need to lose weight, but I need to learn how to love my body and to do things that make me feel good. You’re such an inspiration to me and many people, you make me want to stick to my goals!

  • Love the video! I was wondering, how do you go about achieving your resolutions? Do you tackle a couple at a time, or do you work on them all at once? I’d love to know. Thanks so much! xx

  • Small tip: If you feel like giving up, just act like you’re also one of the girls in the video, cause you can’t mess up in a workout that’s going to be shown to millions of people lol

  • Hi from Algeria, Many thanks to you sister, i am a man and i m so surprised by the results i got when practiced those 45 min of workout with you!!! truely thanks, big kiss.

  • Hi Simon. Just been watching some of your older videos and came across the push workout where you recorded yourself training.
100% understand your feelings about not wanting to record yourself, I think it’s amazing that people can even talk in front of a camera so taking that next step was incredible.
Anyway comments are disabled on that video so I had no option but to come here and say thank you for the video and let you know how much I enjoyed it.
Your channel along with Greg Doucette and John Meadows are my current favourites for training chat and tips. Not the worst company to get lumped in with…..
    Thanks again for everything.

  • Hey Sezzy, lately I’ve been having a really hard time staying asleep and I was wondering if you had any tips on having a good sleep

  • Wonderful resolutions!
Don’t beat yourself up if you cant do it all at first. I had so many expectations and goals for myself after having my baby girl 5 months ago as far as “bouncing back” and having myself and my home all orderly…didn’t happen lol! Things just don’t happen the way you expect sometimes and I feel like no one talks about it.
I had a much longer recovery with my stitches and my poor girl had reflux really bad so she wasn’t sleeping well so I wasn’t sleeping well (thankfully, I finally found out months later what was going on and she is on meds for it now). Also, I don’t know why I thought breastfeeding would be so easy but it definitely wasn’t! Took my Ella at least a month to start latching with out a nipple shield which was hard!
Oh and of course, because I wasn’t sleeping, I got super sick.
Honestly, I barely could do anything for the first few months other then take care of her.
Everyone’s experience is so different and I’m hoping yours is more pleasant!! Lol!
With all that said, still is the most amazing thing to have a baby and I would do it all over again!

  • Brill resolutions ideas, I have written mine and made them much more achievable this time, had to fight to not to add in loads of things like I normally do!

  • I just made those pancakes and OMG they are AMAZING. I don’t think I’ll be making the traditional pancakes anymore. I think I’ll have these now!!! AMAZING

  • Professional nanny here. Sleep when the baby sleeps. Start getting into a routine ASAP so that when you do sleep train it is a breeze, also I recommend starting sleep training around 3 months old.

  • There are so many workouts but i don’t know which one to do…Should i reduce belly fat or tone my body or learn boxing or cardio workouts or dancing exercise…..just by thinking I’m sweating someone please guide me

  • I really want to work on becoming healthier and fit!! I love how you and Kurt work out together and I really want to do that with my partner but I’m just so weak and behind compared to him so it’s hard for us to work out together but damn you guys are my goals ❤️

  • Where can we buy chromium malate? According to Dr. Weil, “Two forms are commonly available as supplements: glucose-tolerance factor (GTF) chromium and chromium picolinate.” There’s no mention of chromium malate. Do you mean magnesium malate?

  • For anyone wondering I burned exactly 357 calories I’m not sure if my calories will increase the more I do it but its my first time so probably

  • I want the cook book, im hoping its a real book. Nothing like something you can put your hands on and go back and reference. I feel like a healthy recipes newb.

  • Hi Sarah! When I was a few months old till I was 3 years old my dad would walk me outside at night or carry me and he said it really helped with keeping us asleep. Of course when bubba is born you cant do that all the time but maybe when he is older. Ily!

  • I’ve been actively going to the gym for a month straight now 4-5 days a week and I’ve seen some really nice change I’m extremely skinny and I still am but I definitely put on a good bit of muscle I don’t take any supliments or anything I bearly even have an energy drink I’m 16 btw

  • this comment will probably be lost but if i did ittt!! currently dripping in sweat and burned about 200 calories! would definetly do this workout againn

  • Good on you Sarah for having fitness resolutions and you have kept up your fitness during your pregnancy so I’m sure you’ll be able to get back in to it, but make sure you take at least the 6 weeks break after he is born. Go slow when you do return to working out.
Google Pre lapse and I guarantee you won’t want to work out too early and push your body!

  • For the fluffy pancakes, fold the egg whites in with a rubber spatula. Don’t whisk it! Whisking it will deflate the egg whites, hence the less fluffy pancakes. So they will be much fluffier if you fold!

  • I AM a grandme!! Since my gym closes due to Covid I have been following Anna with Pop Sugar! This was a great workout…an yes, I did all of the advanced moves!!! Thanks.

  • It’s funny normally I am not a big one on resolutions but did have a vision board last year (which I lost moving.. haha). Still 2018 was a great and exciting year for me with many new experiences. In December I really felt like creating a new and more specific vision board which I now see every day in my living room (and love love love). I think I will double down and write coherent visions/resolutions on my agenda which I carry with me so I can actually look at them when I am not at home too. I like the tip to categorise!

  • Bipasha basu’s cardio only takes 30 minuts with warmup n streteching at the end and that can burn more celories then this….i had tried her vedios n resuts were❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️so the point is i can not do this even after 22 minuts i was getting bored…………….

  • You explained this so perfect! Thanks for the great points about writing it down and the feeling you get when you cross them out. I’ll remember this for next time!

  • My Herpes condition was taking over my well being even if I tried healing them with creams, but no effects were noticed even after many years. 4 weeks ago, I started the Herpes treatment from Dr Agbonifo and I am pleased to state that the Herpes and its symptoms did not return.his email Dragbonifo @ gmail. com or WhatsApp +234 903 474 9874.

  • Sarah I love your Videos and you always seem so positive I’m sure you’ll be an amazing mom! However I always wonder why you’re drinking coffee?! I’m actually curious don’t you know that you’re not supposed to drink coffee while pregnant? I honestly don’t wanna sound rude, I just get irritated whenever I see you do this and wonder if you even know…

  • I had all the ingredients for the pancakes except the monk fruit, so I decided to try it. Let me just tell you I was not pleased with the outcome.

  • Great video, nothing wrong with simplicity! Far to much overcomplication in fitness, I was chatting to my misses about it this morning

  • I would love a hard copy of your cook book!! I’m really getting into the shakes and nourish bowls I would love more of your recipes!

  • Can I get some tips on bulking up and putting on some weight? I eat lots of pasta and rice and avocado but I never put on weight:(

  • I take 1000mg cinnamon, 235 mcg chromium and 350mg Magnesium along with a Multivitamin and antioxidants everyday after I finish lunch. Is this ok?

  • I’m so happy you made gluten free fluffy pancakes!! I’m gluten intolerant so I’ve been looking for a way to make them gf but I don’t want to experiment in the kitchen haha, so thank you!! I’ll try them for lunch (even if it’s not lunch food shhhh)

  • I only started watching you a couple of months ago but you have already inspired me to make my own channel! I hope I can inspire people like you do ❤️

  • I know this is a little late but the reason why the chocolate dalgona didn’t work is because caffeine has a frothing agent in it which allows it to get airy. If you want to make it chocolatey you could make regular dalgona and add cocoa powder to it to make a mocha!

  • Im craving for the Pancake!!! but anyone knows if can i use raw almond flour for the pancake??
Or if Chloe can give suggestion on this, that would be great!

  • I had all the ingredients for the pancakes except the monk fruit, so I decided to try it. Let me just tell you I was not pleased with the outcome.

  • the food you showed in the pictures are not carbs! they are mostly fat! real carbs are rice, fruit, grains and etc…. but not fried in oil like the french fries. you can hardly get fat by eating pure carbs. on the other hand cheese has cholesterol and growth hormons that make you store fat.

  • In all the recipies i have seen, this video recipies i mean all of it are looking so good and i think it tastes good also.. it looks yummy!! Waiting to try it.. let me see when

  • Re mindlessly snacking I had the same resolution last year and I’ve started drinking a sweet or tart tea like a raspberry or rooibos when I think I’d snack and it definitely curbs my sweet tooth!

  • Hi Chloe! I love your videos and I’m starting your 2 week shred challenge. To make it more fluffy put the pancakes in the pan then put a tablespoon of water then put the top back on. The steam makes the pancakes fluffier and lighter. I hope this helps

  • It’s interesting how people feel about dropsets, for instance Eddie Hall advises against ever drop setting, just working up until you’re at 80% of your max (iirc)

  • I’m dying to know when the restock will happen of your WXB Line! I’ve got a little list on my phone of all the stuff I would love to have and train in to feel like a boss when I hit the gym

  • i love that chloe does her own programs so we know that they actually work and that somebody else is doing it with us so we dotn feel lonely love you chloe

  • My greatest advice to you when you become a mum is to get dressed as soon as you get up. Believe me it makes a huge difference to your productivity. With my first I often wouldn’t be dressed before midday which then meant that once I had got the baby sorted out I would have to sort myself out, by that time the baby would be back up. If you’re dressed your ready for the day and will get so much more done. Good luck and lots of love x

  • Simon Miller: The Baldenator. Simon Miller: The Weightlifting Wizard. Simon Miller: The best there is. The best there was. The best there ever will be. Great video, Brometheus! Big love!

  • Could you make the cook book with lots of vegan meals, too? Or so that you can easily switch the meat options to vegan options? That would be awesome! <3

  • I hope you two will be blessed with a child who actually sleeps through the night when they’re a little bit older! I was told at some point while my son was between a baby and toddler that it would happen, he’ll be six this summer and still isn’t sleeping through the night. Enjoy all the naps you’re able to get and try not to push yourself too much after having your little guy, savor all the moments because it goes by wicked fast!

  • In our nutrition classes your goals are called SMART goals, they’re way more likely to be completed than goals like you mentioned “I want to drink more water”

  • Having reached failure on preacher curls, ask someone to lift the bar for you and just focus on the negative (tension set?), it’s just an amazing feeling afterwards… cool list, Mr Miller!

  • Favourite finisher for push is a time under tension with dumbells for either chest or shoulders. Do a rep, hold at the bottom for 1, do second rep, hold at the bottom for 2, third rep, hold at the bottom for 3… Go all the way up to 12 and then back down to 1. It hurts so much

  • i love that chloe does her own programs so we know that they actually work and that somebody else is doing it with us so we dotn feel lonely love you chloe

  • Awesome workout! Didn’t do any modifications and kept up with pace and burned 400 cals (according to Apple Watch). Pretty darn close!

  • The reason I prefer drop sets on a machine is that it’s really easy to actually drop the weight. Just taking the pin out and moving it from 80kg to 75kg is much easier than jumping up off a bench, take off a plate either side, then sitting back down.

  • I only started watching you a couple of months ago but you have already inspired me to make my own channel! I hope I can inspire people like you do ❤️

  • Can you do a video to show what supplements you still take pregnant? I know everyone is different, but I’m trying to fix my PCOS and infertility… and I want to start taking Maca and Spirulina and stuff, but I’ve heard they are “possibly unsafe in pregnancy”… I am taking inositol and will continue to take it pregnant, but I am wondering what else I can take and continue to take if I get pregnant.. I don’t want to just take a bunch of stuff that is helping balance my hormones and then abruptly stop taking it if I get pregnant and send my hormones out of whack or continue to take it and harm the baby. Anyways, a video on how you’ve adjusted and/or maintained your supplementation in pregnancy would be awesome!

  • Hey Sezzy, lately I’ve been having a really hard time staying asleep and I was wondering if you had any tips on having a good sleep

  • Just an fyi for you
To make the pancakes even fluffier, fold the egg whites into the other mix, don’t whisk it in. When you whisk it that gets rid of all the air, folding it slowly allows the air to stay in the egg white making the pancakes super fluffy!

  • I did the 600 kcal workout before this. Some modifications were involved, but I managed both XD SOOOOOO AWESOME, these videos are the BEST

  • In all the recipies i have seen, this video recipies i mean all of it are looking so good and i think it tastes good also.. it looks yummy!! Waiting to try it.. let me see when

  • In our nutrition classes your goals are called SMART goals, they’re way more likely to be completed than goals like you mentioned “I want to drink more water”

  • you could film a 40 min video in a dark parking lot and I would still enjoy every minute tbh:D
Can not wait to hopefully have a Sarahs Day cooking book in my book shelf one day!

  • I discovered a fantastic way to make carbs burn fat: you eat fewer overall calories, with any given ratio of carbs and fats. Once you are in a calorie deficit your carbs intake will contribute to burning fat! Works every time without fail, is backed up by decades of nutrition research and costs much less than whatever supplements this conman is selling. Any of these supplements have negligible to no real-world effects on actual fat burning. If you like green tea go for it, but if you expect any meaningful impact from it you are deluding yourself.

  • You explained this so perfect! Thanks for the great points about writing it down and the feeling you get when you cross them out. I’ll remember this for next time!

  • Absolutely LOVE this one. I am a huge believer in NEW YEAR resolutions too. The perfect way to self reflect on what was and how to improve on individual happiness xx

  • Ahh sezzy I’ve had a canvast planner for two years now and really love and utilise the monthly goals section too. It keeps me so accountable and able to measure that goal

  • Oh gosh did anyone else just melt when Kurt walked into the room with her coffee #forevercouplegoals
Oh and I second a Sarah’s day cookbook, that would be way cool!! ❤️ Love from Vermont

  • Absolutely LOVE this one. I am a huge believer in NEW YEAR resolutions too. The perfect way to self reflect on what was and how to improve on individual happiness xx

  • Hi Chloe! Please do make more recipe videos!!! I’m trying to incorporate more pescatarian/vegetarian/vegan dishes, but it’s hard for me to know what’s good simply based on Google recipes. I find it easier to believe a recipe is good if someone I’m familiar with, such as you, enjoys the recipe lol

  • SEZZY YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO THIS ADVICE FOR THE BABY: I only tell new mums this one thing. After you’ve had the baby and you’re resting in the hospital, feed baby and put him on your chest, right on your heart. Nakey and nakey. Then get the pillows comfy and lean the bed back and let him sleep on your chest. I’m serious your will feel so calm, it’s literally like feeling the presence of God. I was so stressed with my first and didn’t do that, but then I did with my second and it was just amazing. Other than that, do whatever you want! lol but seriously, you will be a great mama. Enjoy and soak up every single second!

  • you could film a 40 min video in a dark parking lot and I would still enjoy every minute tbh:D
Can not wait to hopefully have a Sarahs Day cooking book in my book shelf one day!

  • Idk but i feel really happy and proud that i subscribe to you when this channel had only 1.5 million.. you deserve all the love and success l

  • I’m very bad at drinking water throughout the day! So the major resolution this year is to drink more water. I also want to use less social media! Try and give my mental health a break

  • Hi Sarah! When I was a few months old till I was 3 years old my dad would walk me outside at night or carry me and he said it really helped with keeping us asleep. Of course when bubba is born you cant do that all the time but maybe when he is older. Ily!

  • I just made her pancakes, they were delicious! I didn’t have coconut flour so I just used almond flour. I also added a scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Powder. I made some blueberry sauce made with Monkfruit sweetener to top these wonderful pancakes. I will definitely be making these again!

  • Could you make the cook book with lots of vegan meals, too? Or so that you can easily switch the meat options to vegan options? That would be awesome! <3

  • First day: imm doing this workout wid intermittent breaks…current weight: 59 kgs
Will update dis aftr a week….
Im half way thru dis workout and im sweating a lot already..
And yeah i did it..i completed the whole workout…whoooo

  • Hey Simon. I used to be 20+ stone, Im now down to 13 and have a problem with excess skin. Ive only been working out since UK lockdown started so I know I’ve got a long way to go but in your experience can a massive fat guy obtain a decent physique or am i doomed to be a flappy monster forever without having surgery?

  • Oi Mister Miller

Edit: Ah got a little too long.
TL;DR: I can build my own gym equipment. What should I make?

I will go to college this year and will study engineering. My father owns an engineering and steel construction and processing company and I work there since last week. Maybe I’m a bit slow in the head for not realizing it during quarantine but I could make any gym machine myself. What gym equip would you think of making? It’s way cheaper than buying the stuff. I thought of dumbbells, barbells, a bench, a dip and pull up bar. Do you think there is anything I’m missing and would have huge benefits?

  • getting into kick boxing is my fitness goal this year. Lifting and yoga and so engrained in my routine after all this time that I really want to try something new. My goal is to meet with a trainer once a week for an hour and see where it goes. I’d like to do it with my boyfriend once I know more about form and proper drills.

  • Awesome tips, i wasn’t aware of all of these, i will definitely be incorporating them into my workout routine at some point, probably when i hit a plateau. Cheers dude.

  • SEZZY YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO THIS ADVICE FOR THE BABY: I only tell new mums this one thing. • This workout is perfect! I love being drenched and out of breath (the good way) after a workout. If you ain’t hurtin, then you ain’t doing diddly squat!

  • Can you do a video to show what supplements you still take pregnant? • One of my favorite drop/super set on my push day is; 5 reps at 225lbs flat barbell bench. Immediately into 20 reps at 135lbs flat barbell bench. Immediately into 20 reps 30lbs dumbbell crush press. I make sure to focus on mentally squeezing the elbows together to really stress the pecs. Just thought I’d share.

  • Just an fyi for you

  • Love the video! I was wondering, how do you go about achieving your resolutions? Do you tackle a couple at a time, or do you work on them all at once? I’d love to know. Thanks so much! xx

  • Day 1: Worked out after 5 months. Couldn’t do it more than 15 min today but tomorrow I will come back and do more than what I did today.

    Loved the workout though. <3

Day 2: came back did for 20 min. Completely exhausted and also feel very happy.

  • So I’m sitting here, watching Simon and eating breakfast, when a wild ad appears… for a Mr. Clean product. YouTube is getting smarmy…

  • Professional nanny here. Sleep when the baby sleeps. Start getting into a routine ASAP so that when you do sleep train it is a breeze, also I recommend starting sleep training around 3 months old.

  • Hi Chloe! Please do make more recipe videos!!! I’m trying to incorporate more pescatarian/vegetarian/vegan dishes, but it’s hard for me to know what’s good simply based on Google recipes.

  • I know how you feel about the kitchen aid. I finally got one and think it’s nice to have it if you bake a lot if not I’ve been ok with a hand mixer for awhile now.

  • All vegan I know gained a lot of weight; and even the in animal world, they are the biggest. Be vegan may not be for everyone especially if they want to have a slim shape and it is not doing for them, may the body be healthy but they may not be happy w their shape. Remember we are different, our environment is different! we are adults and we need to have our own judgment and make our own choices. it is awesome he posts his videos. we need information in order to decide for ourselves.
I cant find the chromium type you mentioned. can someone send a link please!!

  • I discovered you guys from your podcast I found on Spotify! You’ve been such a great part of my 2018 which I needed so motivational and positive!

  • I know this is a little late but the reason why the chocolate dalgona didn’t work is because caffeine has a frothing agent in it which allows it to get airy. If you want to make it chocolatey you could make regular dalgona and add cocoa powder to it to make a mocha!

  • Some people need to stop telling others to turn vegan!! This guy is doing great!! Plus hes having a perfect body and people need stop telling him to go vegan lol we eat meats over thousands of centuries ago and i think we need both animal meat and also plants for maintaining a good healthy life style!!

  • Omg design your own journal / planner in your Dalmatian print and pink! With a section with goals and quotes ❤️❤️❤️ I would so buy it

  • Brill resolutions ideas, I have written mine and made them much more achievable this time, had to fight to not to add in loads of things like I normally do!

  • Simon Miller is that dude you want as a best mate, supportive, always gives top advice and probably could be your part time bodyguard if you asked nicely enough!

  • Im craving for the Pancake!!! but anyone knows if can i use raw almond flour for the pancake??
Or if Chloe can give suggestion on this, that would be great!

  • With all the fitness videos I’ve seen (thousands) I haven’t come across paused sets before. That is a brilliant idea!! Will be using these from now on.

  • I would love a hard copy of your cook book!! I’m really getting into the shakes and nourish bowls I would love more of your recipes!

  • Holy shit. Why is everyone telling him to be vegan? Whatever he’s doing seems to be working for him. Last vegan I saw got fat as fuck eating all the fucking bread, salad, and Oreos he wanted.

  • I just made those pancakes and OMG they are AMAZING. I don’t think I’ll be making the traditional pancakes anymore. I think I’ll have these now!!! AMAZING

  • YESSS you should buy a kitchen aid, they are really great, I have one, I use it for everything, then you can complement with accessoriesI took the ice cream and it works great.

  • I have a Hypoglycemia so its not easy for me to lose weights my parents are not supportive either because i need to eat rice every meal (asian) and i cant control my intakes, i tried not to eat rice and after 3 days i feel dizzy so i immediately eat chocolates and a lot of rice what should i do??

  • I completed 37 minutes of it and it was amazing! I wanted to do all of it but I kept coughing i don’t know why. And it’s so motivating she talks to you through it and if you are thinking if you should do it or not I say GOOOOOOO ITS AWESOME!!!!!

  • Instead of the tension one’s i prefer the really slow negative. It’s sort of the same thing but i feel like it’ll improve your strengh trough the whole motion instead of working in a locked position.

  • Instead of actually mixing in the egg whites, try folding them in with the rubber spatula:3 because if you actually mix it in it will pop the air bubbles that the egg whites have, UwU ur welcome

  • quick questions, i did this workout but only burned 300 calories, does anyone know why I am burning less than the instructors? less muscle maybe? and slow metabolism? those are my guesses but can anyone clarify?

  • Omg design your own journal / planner in your Dalmatian print and pink! With a section with goals and quotes ❤️❤️❤️ I would so buy it

  • Ahh sezzy I’ve had a canvast planner for two years now and really love and utilise the monthly goals section too. It keeps me so accountable and able to measure that goal

  • You literally can not buy chromium malate anywhere. Chromium Picolinate on the other hand is in abundance. Where do you suggest getting it from?

  • Early on in my gym “career” I mentioned to my crappy personal trainer that I thought it might be a good idea to include drop sets in my routines. He thought that was a really stupid idea and that you should always be upping weight, at all times. I’m glad I ended my relationship with him soon after.

I love drop sets in machines due to being able to more quickly modify the weight than with something like a barbell and plates.

  • been going through a bunch of these popsugar workouts during quarantine, trying to get back in fighting shape. been doing a bunch of 30min videos cuz that timeframe works with my brain to keep me motivated to do them (“it’s only half an hour, so you can get through it quickly”). decided to try this 45min one since when i was previewing it, it seemed like the trainer had good energy and….holy shit this is my new favorite cardio workout. was challenging but fun, and the trainer was engaging and motivating instead of being annoying. also had enough variety to keep me focused. those high knee sprints are MURDER. 10/10 will be using again.

  • Oh gosh did anyone else just melt when Kurt walked into the room with her coffee #forevercouplegoals

  • Hi Chloe! I love your videos and I’m starting your 2 week shred challenge. To make it more fluffy put the pancakes in the pan then put a tablespoon of water then put the top back on. The steam makes the pancakes fluffier and lighter. I hope this helps

  • For the fluffy pancakes, fold the egg whites in with a rubber spatula. Don’t whisk it! Whisking it will deflate the egg whites, hence the less fluffy pancakes. So they will be much fluffier if you fold!
