  • I would love to have a cookbook of yours! I have really bad bloating and stomach pains every day. 2019 is s year of healing for me. I want to find out what’s causing this without going to the doctor. Every time I’ve been to the doctor’s, they send me around to a bunch of places and I end up spending way too much money for no results. Have any advice on how to start this process? And what supplements to take? I’m a very petite girl.

  • I don’t wanna sound creepy but I’m obsessed with how positive and uplifting your channel/ig/podcast is. I’m playing catchup with SO many of your videos wish I found you sooner but better late than never! I’ve from the US and am trying to have better nutrition and i am so happy i came across your channel! YAY!

  • Do all the vegan extremists come here to argue and call names or what? Not everyone wants to be vegan just like not everyone wants to be Christian, so quit proselytizing and condemning everyone who believes differently than you, ok? Just accept that you live your life the way you wish and it’s not up to you to force others to follow you, your beliefs or your path. All it does is create more conflict. You’re not going to make ANYONE want to follow your way (the “right way”, according to you) if you insult them, that’s for certain.

  • Can I get some tips on bulking up and putting on some weight? I eat lots of pasta and rice and avocado but I never put on weight:(

  • I have been doing this workout twice a day ( mornings and nights) for a week so far. Feeling great.

  • Re mindlessly snacking I had the same resolution last year and I’ve started drinking a sweet or tart tea like a raspberry or rooibos when I think I’d snack and it definitely curbs my sweet tooth!

  • Hold on a second…Cookies are full with refind sugars and butter, lasagne is fulled with meat and cheese, fries are full of oils…Don’t you see sthg in common? These aren’t carbs, these are fats! Carbs are potatoes (without oil), brown rice, whole wheat pasta, fruits and the list goes on….Go vegan dude, you’re sexy enough for it 😉

I was able to do this a bit easer but definitely still felt the burn!
