Feeling bloated is a common complaint of people adopting a more plant-based lifestyle. This is often a result of quickly amping up your fiber intake. However, certain fiber-containing foods yield less bloating than others, and bloating could actually signal an improvement in gut health. What’s more, fiber is important in promoting overall health.   • Put fennel seeds to infuse in boiling water, like making tea. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon is plenty. It’s delicious and acts almost immediately when you start to sip it. My sister, a doctor, tried to find out why. She found nothing written, but using this herself she has reasoned that some substance in fennel seeds suppresses spasms, which are often what causes pain.

  • I found that eating slowly chewing lots and no talking when eating helped. Also not having ANY carbonated drinks. U do have to persevere

  • Eat a big bowl of cereal with a lot of milk like fruity pebbles I let mine settle in some and go to sleep your stomach will be bubbly ��
