  • Quick question for everyone, how do you usually cook your eggs? I barely cook it at all, I let the whites turn white and some of the yellow harden a bit, but overall it’s still pretty runny and quite a few parts of it remain kinda raw. A mother load of salt on the rawer parts. My breakfast in a nutshell: slimy salty eggs. It’s good though, what about you?

  • This Chinese egg custard is an insult to all of us Chinese people
Why would you add chicken stock?
The way we do it is just beat the eggs, add a dash of water, salt, and steam it. After it finishes steaming, we take it out and drizzle on in a slightly watered-down soy sauce. Delicious when you get the timing right

  • Maybe the Rollie egg tasted plasticky because you didn’t take it out of the plastic wrapper…?
And btw, you left out my favorite type of cooking an egg, Cheesy-Scrambled egg.

  • When does one become an adult? When one become 18? No.
When one get a degree? Nope.
When one owns a house? Nay!

It’s when one watches an entire video of a man eating egg 59 ways!

  • for people who think he might get salmonella, no. its on the outside of the egg, the shell has it and thats why its there, to protecc the egg

  • Just uploaded my first youtube video on my channel and Im super excited to show you all! Its on my channel let me know what you think thanks!

  • People miss-understand the point of this video. He is showing you how fast it can be to get 61 grams of protein doing it his way. You can do it whatever way you want. When you have the gains Jeff has and you’re cooking like a Chef then you can proceed to roast him. Until then eat your microwave Soufflé or don’t.

  • You don’t need that much protein in one meal lol… most people need less than 150 grams per day to maximize protein synthesis. Also, don’t eat the menstrual cycle of a female chicken. That’s gross.

  • Videos like yours always come when I need them I am currently eating raw but I was watching Forks Over Knives with my mom and she has type 2 diabetes, she keeps hearing about the “Whole Foods plant based” diet/lifestyle and it seems like she’s finally willing to try it but she asked me for examples of what she could eat for protein, I could think of the types of foods but what she needs is meal ideas so thank you so much for being an inspiration

  • This guy is a fucking idiot. He isn’t even measuring anything so how the fuck does he know how many calories he’s eating? Not only is he butt ugly but he’s a moron too.

  • I feel like videos like this discourage people from eating well and loosing weight. I worked as a cook for a few years and I love and know food. That… That was not food, that was what you give your dog because they are allergic to everything else. When I started to lose weight I made sure that I liked what I was eating. So far I’ve lost 30 pounds and I don’t think I’ve disliked one meal. I know I would hate what Jeff just made. I love Jeff’s videos for the exercises, I do them everyday but this just seems to me like giving up on enjoying food for pursuing gains. This may be good for you but I think it will scare people

  • loving these regular vids!! really motivating me. just bought a blender so i can force myself to eat healthily during working from home haha

  • Everythings getting artificial. People in old time used to tear lion’s jaws apart, and i know their was no fuckin supplements 400 years ago

  • Last time I did this I couldn’t stop farting and cramping. It’s gotta be the egg whites not cooking fully so don’t add too much egg whites lol

  • Now I know why you never made video of your full workout. Because you have to run to the bathroom to take a shit every 48 seconds. 2020 now I see why you’re not making videos like this. Lol. Better for all.
    Btw. Love you

  • What can I substitute for Soy sauce. It’s high in sodium and I’m cutting salt out of my diet (high blood pressure). But, darn I love soy sauce:-(

  • if you want the best spicy sauce in the world then search about HARISSA ( from Tunisia) Spicy and delicious! you can find that in the US

  • I use 10 gram protein cashew/almond milk, 40 gram protein wheybolic powder. Peanut butter a banana and some steel cut oats into my ninja. As well as two whole grain slices of toast and 3 scrambled eggs. My breakfast is over 80 grams of protein.

  • Comments are hilarious but honestly, he does this for a reason he eats like this year round so it has to be quick and easy. Everything he does is quick to make, quick to eat and quick to clean up. He even said that it’s guy friendly. How many guys do you know (if not yourself) can’t cook to save themselves. He’s not making a video on how to cook… it’s a video on how to get easy protein in

  • I feel like I would lose all kinds of gains consuming just 140g of protein a day but then again I’m also 225 lbs so obviously the leaner I get it wouldn’t be that bad.. but still lol. I wouldn’t ever eat less than 160g a day no matter what simply because I beat up my body at the gym every single day

  • I recently started trying to eat more protein and all the roasting in the comments is so funny bc ive literally been eating egg whites & a protein shake everyday for breakfast (granted i cook the eggs in a PAN rather than the MICROWAVE lmfao) The farting has definitely been real tho unfortunately

  • I’ve been vegan for over a year and I’ve not managed to get more than 40g of protein per day and some days I have like only 7g of protein

  • Tip for the scrambled tofu: Pour some soymilk or almond milk and it will make it more custardy. My mom thought I was cooking real eggs! And I always like chopping some fresh garlic and onion, but it’s up to your own preference. I personally love mushrooms and parsley on mine.

  • How about making a video where everything is gluten and soy free as well. No wheat, no grains. No sugar. No oxalates. The struggle is real. Lol

  • This channel has been my life saver! I moved to a different country, new language, and have been so overwhelmed trying to get settled I have been eating peanut butter and jam for like a week now haha. Love this for the easy and quick recipes that are healthy and I can make on a budget! <3

  • So I made this. It’s incredible. Assuming I dont have any unfortunate gastrointestinal events, I’m going to wake up tomorrow and buy his book and be 10% bodyfat in a year. I could literally just eat this 3 times a day for the rest of my life.

  • Pretty sure your channel is going to single-handedly help me be an actual healthy vegan. I’ve been vegan for 3 years (vegetarian for 6) and only just now am I starting to care about protein, etc. My bad…but thank you for being such a great resource!

  • Tip for the scrambled tofu: Pour some soymilk or almond milk and it will make it more custardy. My mom thought I was cooking real eggs! And I always like chopping some fresh garlic and onion, but it’s up to your own preference. I personally love mushrooms and parsley on mine.

  • I don’t really like something about the flavor of Tempeh… Do you have a recommendation for a seasoning that might balance it for the best type of Tempeh?

  • 1.Lots of sugar
2.Enough gas to make your gut explode
    3.Very low bioavailable Proteins
    4.Empty Calories from carbs
5.Low nutritional value mostly burned from cooking
6.Congratulations to your super “healthy” meal

  • Videos like yours always come when I need them I am currently eating raw but I was watching Forks Over Knives with my mom and she has type 2 diabetes, she keeps hearing about the “Whole Foods plant based” diet/lifestyle and it seems like she’s finally willing to try it but she asked me for examples of what she could eat for protein, I could think of the types of foods but what she needs is meal ideas so thank you so much for being an inspiration

  • This is just what I needed. My diet has been crap lately and my weight has been going up. I LOVE your macro breakdown. Iove that you show how you can get loads of protein without resorting to protein suppliments. You win the vegan internet for today.

  • i prefer to die fast to being vegan. vegan-ism is just painful slow dead. also she cant cook fats deliver taste and smells, cant cook that low fat vegetarian food, aint tasty and its not good for you

  • adding some gluten flour to bean balls is great for texture and extra protein!:) I sometimes make protein falafel or white bean balls that way:)

And thanks for the nice recipe video!

  • I LOVE it when Rose breaks out the food science! Yay for protein packed! I totally feel Rose’s wisdom, when I eat more protein, I am more satisfied with my meal and I don’t get hungry for hours. You rock, Rose! Thanks for keeping it cheap, lazy, and always vegan!

  • I’m trying to get my protein intake up, but often…when I actually tally things up…come far short of my goal.:-/ I miss the fake meat products I used to rely on but can’t eat now that I have to avoid gluten. So many are full of seitan/gluten.

  • This is good because you show 100 grams of protein not using too many calories. If you eat a bit higher calories it’s obviously easier to get in.

  • VEGANS need more of the good quality Organic or non-gmo OIL, esp. the kind that is “expeller pressed”
Don’t skimp on Oil, as this is the main reason that People go back to meat-eating… Once you ingest plenty of Chlorophyll> No problem digesting the Oils…

  • Loved the video. Recipes looked great! I always find it to be a struggle as a vegetarian to get enough protein as I’m trying to add more muscle.

  • Did you eat the WHOLE block of tofu for breakfast? I think I’d get full on just that haha. (I also have been eating 100g protein daily)

  • Rose, I’ve been on a vegan ketogenic diet for the past four months, and I was wondering if I could challenge you to make some relatively low-carb but higher in fat and protein recipes. I know, it’s a challenge. Believe me, I know. But I believe in you! I’ve sworn by your recipes for at least the past two if not three years, and I know you can serve it up with flair. Let me know if you’re up to the challenge, I will eagerly await your response while I enjoy your vegan Asian recipes

  • Edgy meat-eaters: “bUt baYcOn tHO hur HUR HuR”

Cardiac surgeons (upon discovering that cardiac arrest is one of the biggest killers in devloped countries): “Excuse me, what the fuck?!”

  • When I’m doing Plant Based. I so need to watch my Calories and Protein intake. I don’t think I get enough of either.:) I love lentils. I never thought of putting Hemp Seeds with them. I’m hooked on Hemp Seeds. lol. My 1 oz bag became a 1 pound bag now. Lol. Wouldn’t mind seeing more video’s like this.:)

  • Crazy how you got so much protein in such few total calories. The macro split looked really good (in my inexperienced eyes). You also got your omega 3’s in:)

  • Hello beautiful.
Thank you for the recipes, I love you videos
Can you please tell me whats the name of your food processor.
Im searching for a good food processor and blender but don’t want to ruin myself by buying a vitamix haha. Thanks in advance.

  • Would have been also nice to see the total cost of everything. I know I can’t quite compare prices since we live in different countries but general idea of how much people spend on healthy vegan food is interesting.

  • All my Clients are put on high carb diets in order to retain the most muscle mass/fullness possible throughout a Fat loss Period. Don’t be the person who starves themself during a diet!

  • What’s so important about high protein? Too much of it is bad for you and it’s apparently it i very difficult to not get enough protein. I think all this high protein malarchy is just fuelling the “where do you get your protein from” uneducated brainwashing.

  • You look adorable!! I love your hair up like that, and I’m really liking the green more and more, each time I see you!!! LOVE YOUR HAIR UP SO CUTE!!!

  • I spent like 3.5 for meatless meatballs at Aldi, I should have done the bean balls tbh. Well, I tried to improvise and I forgot to include oats which is the thing that helps to stick I assume. I will try next time to save money/be healthier. Also thanks for the tip about keeping the lentils in water for 10 minutes I will see how much that helps:)

  • I love your site. I am vegan also and love it! What’s the jazz music in the background? I also love Jazz music. I have subscribed to your site. Thanks and have a great day

  • Damn, that blenders louder is it a ozito brand? Also as if not weigh everything precisely, her so lean and he free pours everything…. doubt

  • Now I don’t have to keep bugging you beck to tell me what to eat in a day. Btw the chicken pasta was amaze I highly recommend everyone makes that n eats it. Wow!

  • I don’t like sausages, but that’s only because as a child I would always bite into sausages that were way too hot, this eliminates that problem! Must try!:)

  • The close up of the sausage being sauted was making my mouth water, and it is only 5am-
this could possibly be breakfast today 😉
favorite recipe of all time has to be the peanut butter fudge, before that recipe I hadn’t had PB fudge since I was A kid but now I make it once in Awhile and it is healthy and really delicious.

  • hey bro just came across your channel, the best cooking channel on YouTube

in terms of suggestions, how about a Calzone Pizza?

  • Just made my first batch of these ever and I could not be happier. Thanks for all you do Greg you really have kicked my ass in gear!

  • My slightly modified version:

    4 whole eggs
    3 slices wholegrain bread (120 cals, 19 g carbs, 6 g protein each)

42 grams of protein, 640 calories.

Been having it every morning for 2 months now.

  • Im on a 145g protein and 75g carb a day and finding it difficult to reach the protein intake because of the low carbs. Is this possible to achieve?

  • Dude I’m not trying to sound gay and don’t take it that way but you look good as fuck.! I would love to sit down and pick your brain about what to eat to get ready for a show.!

  • I’ve been eating egg whites nearly every day for like 4 weeks and now I can’t eat it without gagging just rubbery tasteless mush

  • 3 cans of drained tuna and a chicken breast equal about 140 grams. That’s about all the protein I can handle anyway in a day. I would do almost anything to look like you!!!!

  • Jesus how u get so big arms with only 140 g of protein how many carbs you do eat? I try and get atleast 400 g but how many do you eat?

  • I feel like I would lose all kinds of gains consuming just 140g of protein a day but then again I’m also 225 lbs so obviously the leaner I get it wouldn’t be that bad.. but still lol. I wouldn’t ever eat less than 160g a day no matter what simply because I beat up my body at the gym every single day

  • really enjoyed these videos pls make sure do more full day of eating as you get closer to the competition can you make maybe one a week of this until your show????

  • Im 15 im 150 im 14% body fat how do i get down to 8% by next month naturally with out pills n other shit that’s considered not “natty”

  • How do you exactly make a batch? Do you freeze the liquid without the bread and add the bread one night before cooking? And should it be frozen or cooled in the refrigerator?

  • Coach, you’re a fucking genius. Adapted the recipe a bit with ingredients available in Germany, resulted in these macros (3 slices whole wheat toast, topped with yoghurt and low cal caramel sauce):
    40g Carbs
    30g Protein
    3g Fat
    300 kcal
For fellow Germans: You can get egg whites in a bottle from DM, costs about 5€ for half a litre. I used low calorie caramel sauce from Got7 which I got from Amazon, it’s a bit expensive tho. That stuff tastes amazing.

  • For all of you guys who don’t know that is the kind of weird ass crap that you have to eat if you want to look like this guy.
I think that microwaved egg white is a step too far for me but if it works for him then great and should not try to copy something that works for him cause it might not work out for me. Try it out though if you happen to like it then fantastic if you don’t it’s ok. do what works for you

  • Well m on Dianabol with Testorteron cycle nd u r too coz I hv seen nattys don’t get cuts like u what I meant is I use steroids nd my aesthetic is good whereas my friends those who r Natty their from is not so good

  • Rip liver and kidneys, plus past 35 you need good fat for max testosterone production (cholesterol the mother back bone of all anabolic 6 carbon ring hormones), not protein (on top of damaging the above)

  • I’m still waiting for you to hit classic poses or a routine on insta. But that takes work/practice to get down. Good biceps shot and good carb info! Crazy impressive how hard you work!

  • Do i have to use the whisk to mix it?
Can’t i just use a blender? I don’t wanna overtrain by manually mixing stuff. I mean I don’t wanna lose muscle

this is sarcasm for those who are new to the world

  • Do you think I could use whole eggs instead because in my country i couldn’t find eggwhites liquid in any stores. Neither can’t buy online because of the pandemic and all.
So, will it still taste good with the whole eggs? (i can’t throw the yolks away my mum would kill me)

  • Sadly this is not helpful. Chemical sweeteners hurt you no matter what. Being flippant about what your audience wants to see and hear from you is not good. Preparing for an entire week of foods and goods is an amazing positive decision. Treating your audience like it’s not worth your time to show the steps… worthless. Not Priceless. Teaching is an effort. No matter who is listening and learning.

  • Im 15 im 150 im 14% body fat how do i get down to 8% by next month naturally with out pills n other shit that’s considered not “natty”

  • After binge watching Greg’s videos for the past few days I finally decided to make these and omg I have no idea how he eats 6 because I am in a food coma after 2. I’m just lying on the sofa in need of a nap but I need to go for a walk because Greg keeps yelling at me to do so >< it was a mistake to eat that second slice. I was already full after 1. If I ate all 3 I probably won’t be able to eat again for the rest of the day and it’s only 700 calories total (I added a banana). No wonder you can’t get fat on this diet.

  • 10:04 10:24 no offense ik the guy was working out but it genuinely sounds as if he’s having sexual intercorse or jacking off
/by the way Very GOOD vídeo really enjoyed it

  • I spent like 3.5 for meatless meatballs at Aldi, I should have done the bean balls tbh. Well, I tried to improvise and I forgot to include oats which is the thing that helps to stick I assume. • Is there any alternative to the p28 bread? In my location I would have to drive 78 miles to get a loaf. I need the high protein but cant spare the mileage driving that far.

  • Hello beautiful.
Thank you for the recipes, I love you videos
Can you please tell me whats the name of your food processor.
Im searching for a good food processor and blender but don’t want to ruin myself by buying a vitamix haha. Thanks in advance.

  • For a guy who weighs around 90kg, is 100-110 grams of protein too much? That is, consuming around 70g after a fast of 16hours and the remains 30-40g in the next 6-7 hours.

  • Why one shake of cinammon per cup of egg white lmao just put whatever you want.
260 Cals per slice, my calories allow me to eat 2 slices (barely), do you think I’m gonna be full? NOPE.
Funny the P28 bread has guar gum in it. I’m gonna make my own bread with guar gum and make huge slices of bread so I’m full with less calories.
I’m hungry after that meal I don’t know how people do it, they must eat like 5 slices.

  • 3 cans of drained tuna and a chicken breast equal about 140 grams. That’s about all the protein I can handle anyway in a day. I would do almost anything to look like you!!!!

  • Can anyone explain me how does Greg say rice and bread are the same when bread contains twice as many calories as rice? Am I missing something?

  • I made these for the first time today. They’re delicious!!!! Only difference is use pure maple syrup so I just make sure to use less so I don’t overdo it on the sugar

  • Crazy how you got so much protein in such few total calories. The macro split looked really good (in my inexperienced eyes). You also got your omega 3’s in:)

  • Men the bread i have in my local supermarkets are 263 kcal per 4 slices and only 8,8 grams of protein. What kind of regular ass bread do u have there in america?

  • Love this stuff. But I also just usually have a big bowl of Greek yogurt with granola and fresh berries and tastes pretty damn good as well.

  • The myth that you need insane amounts of protein in your diet is literally a bro science. Many studies have shown that you don’t need that much protein anyways

  • So what would happen if we’d bake these in a pan or oven? I get that there’s no egg and stuff in them but will they just burn or might they get some sort of crisp?

  • I just made this for the first time. I am addicted to it. Best breakfast ever. I can eat breakfast anytime of the day. This stuff is so good. Thanks coach. You’re the best!

  • I don’t know why you use oil. Try veggie broth. Oil is not healthy. I do love your videosyour voice is soothing and you are very sweet

  • Genuine question, Greg: Packaged egg whites usually state that they should be consumed/cooked within a day after opening. You mention preparing a big batch for a whole week. Did you have any negative experiences with egg whites gone bad? I guess 1-2 days isn’t the end of the world, but leaving unprepared egg for 5-6 days in the fridge makes me uneasy. Any thoughts on that? Thank you for all the free valuable information you put out here on YT.!

  • Chocolate Protein Balls With Protein Powder Easy No-Bake Recipe.

Protein balls are such an easy to-make and favorable high-protein snack. In case you take after this equation, each ball should contain 19g of fantastic protein. A no-get ready system is used, which is super advantageous and extra time profitable. Also, since no glow is incorporated, this may in like manner lessen any possible damage to the extra protein.

These little nibbles can be set aside a few minutes, and in mass, and basically set away inside a cooler until required. They can be eaten as they might be, or joined with various nutritious trimmings. I for the most part seem to have coconut or nuts in the bureau, so I’d consistently use these as enhancements. I figure you can be as gutsy as you wish, essentially endeavor to keep it sound.

This part is totally optional, anyway since I am an enthusiast of prosperity supplements and superfoods when all is said in done, I added acai powder to this recipe. Afresh, this is optional! Acai is so versatile and you can genuinely add it to anything. In Brazil, the nation of acai, they use it in both sweet and appealing equations. From what I hear, the tasty equations are more common up north and they merge them with beans. They are a little bean crazy in Brazil btw and will go along with anything with beans.

If you can’t source acai, by then you could in like manner endeavor wheatgrass powder as an energizing included substance. Afresh, this is totally optional and not required, yet rather it could be a nice option if you wish to make an all the more adjusted and nutritious goody. Wheatgrass contains various vitamins, minerals, disease aversion specialists and besides a little measure of protein. Obviously, wheatgrass contains more vitamins and minerals (weight per weight) than other green verdant veg or serving of blended greens. Directly I will express this, it tastes like a mixture of green tea and freshly cut grass, so in case you couldn’t care less for this kind of flavor, by then don’t add it to the equation.

The equation discussed underneath, is for chocolate protein balls, yet if you are not a fan of chocolate, no issue, you could without a lot of a stretch change this recipe to make nutty spread protein balls (or protein bars). To do this, essentially overlook the cocoa powder, use an unflavored or vanilla protein powder and, to the mix, incorporate to some degree more nutty spread (around 1/3 holder extra).

These chocolate protein balls respect keep refrigerated for two or three days, notwithstanding the way that for longer term storing and comfort I would recommend to harden them. Essentially let defrost for around 10 minutes before use and bob’s your uncle!

    Fixings:

    *1 1/2 glass (135g) Oats, coarsely arranged.

*1 1/2 mugs (135g) Protein powder, chocolate, vanilla or unflavoured. I use ON Gold standard WHEY protein powder.

*1/3 glass (87g) Peanut margarine, then again use almond or cashew spread.

    *2 tbsp (45g) Honey.

    *2 tbsp (15g) Cocoa powder.

*1/3 (80ml) Almond deplete, may use standard deplete or water.

*2 tbsp (15g) Acai powder (OPTIONAL).

    *Sprinkle Pecan nuts (OPTIONAL), hacked.

    *Sprinkle Desiccated coconut (OPTIONAL).

    1) In a sustenance processor, for the most part process the oats for two or three minutes. You have to get a coarse dinner, not a fine powder. It is more brilliant to process in short impacts.

    2) Add the almond deplete (or ordinary deplete, or water) to the sustenance processor. Combine the nectar, nutty spread (then again use cashew or almond), cocoa powder and acai powder (optional). On a high setting, technique to combine all fixings. On account of including acai, it is more astute to incorporate in the midst of this liquid progress.

Note: I add the acai powder to give it an extra nutritious lift. The acai berry is a Brazilian superfood, which contains a high gathering of growth anticipation operators. As showed by late written work and information found on the web, acai may have threatening to developing and against infection properties. This powder also incorporates some extra protein and fiber to the recipe.

Instead of acai, you could incorporate wheatgrass powder for included healthy favorable position. As I said previously, it suggests a flavor like green tea, so if that is your sort of thing by then don’t dither to investigate!
