  • You would be surprised how much non seasoned chicken you can eat and lose weight.
    I started shoving as much chicken down my throat as possible and lost a LOT

  • The only reason I pay extra for pasture raised animal products is because a relaxed and happy animal tastes better, same with furs and leathers, you want a good fur coat/leather jacket then the animal had to be raised on a proper farm living the dream.

  • Looks good as a low calorie snack, even on an intermittent fast diet it should be good. I burn at least 1.8k calories from the gym alone but I have problems losing weight and some say it’s because I don’t eat enough lean proteins and veggies.

  • Thank you so much, I’ve been seriously dieting the last 3 months. The one food I have been dying to eat is pizza! I’ve been to so many patty’s, celebration’s, birthday’s where I’ve had had to pass pizza up. I do believe it is okay to reward yourself when reaching a goal, and having a food you enjoy, but atleast when I do have that “cheat meal” it can still be a healthier option!

    1 egg = 78kcal

    1tbsp (7grams) Coconut flour = 30kcal

    Marinara sauce half cup? = 32kcal (lowest I found)

    28grams Mozzarella = 90kcal

    Dude that’s 282 kcal, damn that title but hey still a good job, and definitely worth trying.

  • Hello there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Simply just do a google search. On there you’ll discover an awesome guidelines about how exactly you can lost lots of fat. Why not give it a shot? perhaps it is going to work for you too.

You should do a similar video on calories in alcohol/effects on metabolism from alcohol I think a lot of people don’t realize how many empty calories are in alcohol!

    Cocunut flour 7gr (1tbs)
    Extra vergine olive oil spray for cooking
    Eggs white 100gr
    Whole egg 1 large
    Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
    Mix everything together and put in a pan. Put a lid on. Leave it a minute, flip it. Careful not to burn it.
    For toppings
    Tomato sauce
    Mozzarella cheese
    Turkey pepperoni
    Put in an over a few minutes or on a air frier.
