  • The big thing makes sense if you look at USDA standards it’s common like Ground cinnamon can contain up to an average of 400 insect fragments per 50 grams. As long as the insects aren’t poisonous then it’s not that worrisome on top of that they do not allow whole insects though you can buy whole insects to buy. I just find it funny when people use “no bugs” in marketing because chances are something else you do eat will have them anyway. Not to dissuade people from chocolate of course I just feel like people don’t realize how common it is sometimes.

  • Grassfed butter has vitamin K2? Great. I have a sister who has early menopauze and I read that she would benefit greatly from K2 to help fight osteoporosis from not getting her periods, but thought the only sources were fermented products like kombucha and kefir.

  • I was eating 1300 calories for a little bit over a year. I’m reverse dieting now, I increase my calories by 100 calories each week and increase 20 grams of carbs. I’m at 2,200 calories right now. I want to reach 2,600. I can feel the uncomfortableness now, it’s soooo hard but I need to get through this. I want to fix my metabolism. I can also see some changes in my body I’m gaining some weight in my midsection. But I keep telling myself it’s okay I’m going to gain some weight because my body is not used to high calories and higher carbs. I keep telling myself that it might even take a a year or more for my body to adjust to the high calories and high carbs and eventually my body will start burning the stubborn fat. My goal is also when I cut for the summer is for maintenance calories to be my calories deficit and not restrict so low to 1300 calories. I would start to binge eat when I was so restrictive to 1300 calories. Thank you so much for this video ������

How “embarrassing” they must feel in those bodies. So literally every straight man alive is gong to buy her crap and set up “coaching” with some warped fantasy she will fall for him instantly. Every secure tween, teen and adult woman is going to buy her crap thinking it will transform THEM into HER.   • You seem to be eating much more sugar and carbs than you used to. With the oatmeal and sweetened coffee drink and then the huge bowl of apples and squash, and the chocolate you said was 72% so probably around 6-8 grams a serving and half the bar would be probably 2 servings. Wouldn’t it be better to eat a more paleo or keto diet higher in fat and protein?

  • Ugh I love your videos so much! I was a professional athlete and so naturally I used to eat sooo much more than what I would need now. Thus, my hunger cues are all messed up so I have been trying to eat mindfully so I don’t have to think about it too much during the day. It is so hard to not be obsessive about looking the way I used to (even though I look perfectly healthy now)… so thank you for the tips!   • Intermittent fasting goes best along with a ketogenic diet. Because the ketogenic diet is high in fat, it keeps you feeling satiated for longer, and for people who actually do need to lose weight, spiking insulin fewer times a day, along with a low carb diet can be beneficial.

I do actually increase the calories for myself because I don’t think the portions fit everyone if I stuck to her calories I would be starving I just tweak it to be my healthiest.

  • If you’re insulin resistance, like me, intermittent fasting genuinely works. Whatever your body responds to positively, I think it good.. so… IR is magic for me, for sure. I heard this example, when you are busy and forget to eat lunch, then remember at night you didn’t eat. It’s like that for me and others, you just don’t think about eating, also because I know that my metabolic panel levels are getting better and better.

  • I just want to throw this out there, intermittent fasting helped me a lot when I was struggling with relapse (bulimia). I’m not sure why, I’m not super strict with it, but it helped. Okay bye:)

  • I really appreciate your videos, and have been enjoying them the past few days. However, one area I personally have some disagreement is around the idea that someone can not be more proud or confident when they work hard on their nutrition, fitness, or overall physique. Not every journey towards weight loss or looking better is disordered. There is a lot out there that is, of course, but it seems like you discourage any of that type of thinking in your videos. I personally do feel that the emotions of pride and confidence should come out of something one has worked towards or improved upon. I don’t agree that pride comes from something that is just natural, that you personally haven’t controlled in any way. So if she is someone who enjoys fitness and nutrition, and has used that in a way to improve her body in a way that she wants to, then I DO think that is something she can be proud of or feel confident about.

  • I have been intermittent fasting for months and the results have been amazing for me. I do IF 5 days a week and allow myself a bigger eating window on the weekends. I actually aim to eat a lot on those days but find that I’m not as hungry than I think because my stomach had shrunk from the IF throughout the week…so it’s actually hard to binge eat. Besides there being a calorie deficit there are also other benefits such as autophagy, ketosis, and raised HGH levels. I’d like to know Abby’s view on those aspects of IF.

  • the other video that most people also forget about/ might not have seen because she took it down 30 minutes after it was posted in 2018 was of her and her sister Faith and i think it was titled “binging one last time” or something like that because for one night they allowed themselves everything “unhealthy” the wanted; so they went to like a bunch of fast food chains, ate candies etc etc and the whole time they complained that they were too full and felt sick but just kept eating bc they would start over tomorrow and be “healthy”… and if that isn’t the epitome of disorder eating and promoting binging/purging culture to young audiences i don’t know what is. that’s the moment i unfollowed her and actually realized that everything she stands for once you actually pay close attention and remember that she is NOT a certified trainer, NOT a certified dietitian is a lie and she is feeding so many unhealthy habits in young girls it makes me so so sad

  • Recently, I’m questioning my diet too… I know I don’t have enough protein lately, so I’m already trying too have more, butttt I also noticed how my breakfast was super low calories but would fill me so much and then these 2 last weeks I also noticed that although I have this very small breakfast, I’m not hungry until 2pm! And because I’m working out every day (not weekend) at 1pm, I was basically forcing myself to eat some soup, bread and cheese at noon. But I’m not hungry at all! I don’t understand… My breakfast is only like 150kcal (and basically carbs so even more weird!) �� I figured out maybe it is because I’m bored of eating soup for lunch, but I’m kinda stressed… I planned real meals next week to see, and I’m also going to mesure everything to see my macros and calories for at least a week, maybe 2 weeks, to see if I eat enough and if my macros are okay. I’m assuming I’m gonna have way too much carbs (way too much sugar at least) and also not enough protein. For calories, I honestly have noooo idea if I eat enough… since my breakfast is only 150kcal and my lunch is just soup with bread and cheese or nothing since I’m not hungry… ugh… I feel so lost

  • Great job hitting your goal for calories! I am still hoping to eventually get the good workouts on my reverse diet, but still not there yet. Is there a reason why you don’t want to keep increasing calories over the month instead of just staying at 2500? Wouldn’t that make your diet even more effective?

  • Do you think you can go through a cut without feeling “very” hungry if u r smart with ur food choices and implement a lot of volume eating and lean sources of protein?

  • Sharpen your knife so you don’t cry when cutting the onions, you cry bc with a blunt knife you break open then fibers of the onion releasing the odour, but if your knife is sharp you don’t break if you slice through it, releasing no where near as much. Thank me later

  • Don’t be surprised if you find you can’t actually cut on 2000 calories… maybe you will be able to, but your metabolism also might adapt back down when you drop calories. It really depends on the person, dieting history, hormones, metabolism tendencies, and how long you stay at maintenance etc.

  • Little onion tip: do not breathe through your nose while cutting onions and it will not affect your eyes. Doesn’t matter the color of onion. Thank me later ��

  • surely its qiute easy to get 2500 like if i ate what i wanted in a day just have a few more bowls of cereal or a peice of cake and thats an extra 1000 right there! also you said you cant eat before working out but have you tried having an extra meal right before bed? i do this and and then run 16km in the morning without breakfast, makes the workout much better x

  • counting calories by 50 is inaccurate and untrue… watch Casey neistat’s video on calories in foods. the calories are dependent on sooo many things and its never going to be an accurate measure. you have a healthy relationship with food and i dont which is probably why i take your advice with caution. i just hope youre aware of that lmao

  • Hi Marisa! I would just like to say you’re the best. I have taken your advice and decided to start a very slow reverse diet to increase my maintenance calories so I can eat more on a deficit. I started at 1800 for a week to see if that was maintenance for me, and lost a pound in a week(granted I am still working out 3x a week). Raised to 1900 for this week, and have started incorporated carbs back in (sweet potatoes, beans, and oats to start). I am a bit bloated, which I was expecting considering having been keeping between 50g and 75g of carbs. Your videos are quite inspiring. Any tips specifically for those attempting to reverse diet solely to increase maintenance and not to bulk?

  • as a person who was/is really underweight and currently reverse dieting/bulking i will probably do this a lot longer until i am at a healthy weight and over that… I don’t know how i’m going to cut or just wait until i lean out but i know that i will just enjoy the process!

  • So when you first started reverse dieting I was thinking that I would literally neverrr want to reverse diet, but I was also juuust getting back in track. So I’ve been “on track” for a few months now and my calories are pretty low when I’m in a deficit soooo I might actually do a reverse diet sometime soon. I want to look good for summer�� so idk if it will be now, during the summer, or in the fall but watching you has made me want to do a reverse diet really badly!

  • I may be the most unusally subscriber I subscribe to your channel for my son {20} a long story short he has Asperger and 2 years ago after a 2nd big loss he gave up eating anyways it been a long road and he is doing better and I had to not this meal plan but making sure he was going up to 1200 calories plus right amount for fibre, protein and looking a different sites medical ones where to much more facts and reason and was not needing all that other had foods my son will not even touch or it was all protein shakes with pills and I do not mind protein shake he drinks them but I wanted more food not drink 3 +shakes a day so I some how came upon your channel and it seemed you was the only channel that I liked you had actual food and you broke it all down and no big lectures haha I have been following your meals plans and snack changing few things here and there and my son doing a whole lot better I this wanted to say this mom appreciates the videos you make they made a big difference for us and I no longer doing 3 hour meals plans each week and I even recommend your channel to others in our group a big Thanks you
