HOW TO MAKE. Loaded Greek Salad: 3 cups romaine lettuce, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup diced bell pepper, 1/4 cup diced cucumber, 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese, 2 tablespoons diced red onion, 8 pitted Kalamata olives. Here, we show you what roughly 2,000 calories looks like at some large chains. (Depending on age and gender, most adults should eat between 1,600 and 2,400 calories a day.). But that’s just a bunch of numbers to many of us. To help us understand what 2,000 calories of food actually looks like in one day, The Huffington Post Australia spoke to two dieticians. Just how many calories you need in a day varies with your gender, age, weight and activity level, with the most common.

For many people, 2000 calories is around the number of calories you should consume in a day. But what does that even look like? BuzzFeed made a simple video to illustrate how many — or in some cases, how few — servings of various types of food equal 2000 calories.

Ready to be surprised? For example, if you reduce your daily calorie intake from 2,500 to 2,000, you should lose 1 pound (0.45 kg) in 1 week, as 3,500 calories (500 calories saved over 7. While every meal in this book has roughly the same calorie count (about 300), what you’re eating matters just as much as its calorie content: a 300-calorie scoop of ice cream, for example, is just not nutritionally equivalent to a filling 300-calorie egg white, veggie, and ham scramble with a side of whole wheat toast.

  • With all that grain, fruit, and carbs spiking your insulin all day, when does your body burn fat? (Insulin is the fat storage hormone).

  • When it comes to eating healthy, you must never fall victim to modern day fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your everyday nutritional intake. Many of these fad diet plans work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should search Fenoboci Diet Plan on the google search engine as it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • One, how do you eat like this daily. Two, after watching this I think I consume about 700 calories a day, which is probably unhealthy. (5’6″ 111 LBS)

  • I’m currently trying to lose weight so I calculated that I should be consuming around 1800 calories a day to lose at a steady rate but I’m currently struggling to get even close to that number. I always fall short by about 400-700 calories and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong because I eat a LOT of food??

  • Hey there. I’m trying to gain weight I am 5’8 and 97 pounds. I don’t eat that much (I prob eat around half of what you’ve shown here) as I get full really quickly and lead a sedentary lifestyle. How do I gain weight without decreasing my metabolism rate? I’m almost 30 so I don’t wish to slow down my metabolism because I know it will naturally increase as I get older.

  • This helps a lot as I am a very petite girl, about to turn 22 years old and always struggled with appetite (no eating disorder!)… I am constantly losing weight, I was even hospitalized once for weight loss! Maybe it’s stress? I don’t know, but the doctor told me to eat 2,000 calories a day!

  • The big thing makes sense if you look at USDA standards it’s common like Ground cinnamon can contain up to an average of 400 insect fragments per 50 grams. As long as the insects aren’t poisonous then it’s not that worrisome on top of that they do not allow whole insects though you can buy whole insects to buy. I just find it funny when people use “no bugs” in marketing because chances are something else you do eat will have them anyway. Not to dissuade people from chocolate of course I just feel like people don’t realize how common it is sometimes.

  • I honestly would rather eat all my meals at once or at most twice considering I see eating as a chore like bc tbh I don’t have that much time considering I work 2 jobs lol

  • This video is definitely fantastic! It helps me remember of times when my spouse used Fenoboci Diet Plan to get rid of 15 pounds and enjoy being healthy again! Many people want to lose fat, but we also require to stay healthy, and that’s what exactly Fenoboci Diet Plan gifted

  • im currently around 6ft3 265….. ariund 21% bodyfat. I am eating around 2000 cal to lose weight. No protein shakes just straight food. Keep it up man

  • Thank you so much for sharing your inspiring journey with us. Watching your videos have helped me to consistently restart my resistance training and do a reverse diet. It is amazing to see how you stuck with it and let things improve little by little at their own time with a lot of patience and hard work. Please keep on doing what you do!!

  • I dropped from 255 to 180 and now I want to start building muscle, while losing some of my body fat, would this be a good way to do so?

  • Happy to be from Ireland where grass fed butter and beef is very inexpensive!! The least we can get from all the rain and grey sky days.

  • Its still amaze me just how many people have no idea about Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine) even though many people lost tons of weight using it. Thanks to my personal friend who told me about this. I have lost a ton of weight.

  • Does Custokebon Secrets really work? I notice lots of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets. But Im not sure if it’s good enough to lost a ton of weight.

  • Great video but I do think you’re a bit too heavy on the meat, you have it with every single meal! Could you try cutting some of it out for some of the meals and replacing it with some plant protein??

  • Hey man!! Love this vid, just uploaded my own 2000 calorie Full Day of eating, so really good to see some others hit their 2000! Loving the channel! give mine a little watch if you get time! Always good to engage with other similar youtubers!

  • i thought i was eating a lot but looking at your meal plan i have a feeling that im only eating about 1500 calories even for muscle building. eating a lot is pretty hard for skiiny hardgainers like me

  • I would be so sick, fat and bloated if I ate 2000 calories a day.
Many of the foods you eat make me sick also. Food allergies.
I dont know how the rock eats 5000-15000 per day.
I would be puking all day long.
I eat one small meal per day.

  • I love that you talk about binge disorder. I have it and intuitive eating was a miracle for me, instead of going the other way trying to lose weight I didn’t even personally want to lose. I maintain now.

  • She is so bad! Her recent detox is even worse! I can’t stand how many people get hate yet she just posts all of these toxic diets and triggering videos and she promotes super unhealthy views and no one ever says anything!

  • Laura Spath is a new Carnivore YouTuber. She eats only meat once a day and does a lot of extended fasts especially after having a “big meal”, like a binge/purge thing. I think you should review and debunk her disordered eating.

  • Grassfed butter has vitamin K2? Great. I have a sister who has early menopauze and I read that she would benefit greatly from K2 to help fight osteoporosis from not getting her periods, but thought the only sources were fermented products like kombucha and kefir.

  • I was eating 1300 calories for a little bit over a year. I’m reverse dieting now, I increase my calories by 100 calories each week and increase 20 grams of carbs. I’m at 2,200 calories right now. I want to reach 2,600. I can feel the uncomfortableness now, it’s soooo hard but I need to get through this. I want to fix my metabolism. I can also see some changes in my body I’m gaining some weight in my midsection. But I keep telling myself it’s okay I’m going to gain some weight because my body is not used to high calories and higher carbs. I keep telling myself that it might even take a a year or more for my body to adjust to the high calories and high carbs and eventually my body will start burning the stubborn fat. My goal is also when I cut for the summer is for maintenance calories to be my calories deficit and not restrict so low to 1300 calories. I would start to binge eat when I was so restrictive to 1300 calories. Thank you so much for this video

  • Its so refreshing seeing a woman eat more than 1500 cals!!! The other channels make me feel bad for eating normal amounts. This is so nice to watch

  • Who wants to see more full day of eating videos over the next couple of weeks (different calorie targets in each video)? Comment below if you’re interested and I’ll make it happen

  • I legit love your videos, so knowledgeable and encouraging! I am due at the end of May with baby #2 (lost a lot of the muscle I have built) and then it’s project comeback baby!! I want to reverse diet for about 8-12 weeks possibly and then shred down and see all my muscle built for a wedding I’m in in September!!

  • How did you get through this review without mentioning whet she’s really selling here. I’ll refer you to the edamame scene. She’s literally bent over the counter and closing her eyes as she sucks a bean from a pod. With zero irony. Seriously? And I love how she talks about how SHE is also insecure in a bikini then throws up a montage that was an inch of fabric away from being a cliché So Cal porn video. Yeah she looked horrible. How “embarrassing” they must feel in those bodies. So literally every straight man alive is gong to buy her crap and set up “coaching” with some warped fantasy she will fall for him instantly. Every secure tween, teen and adult woman is going to buy her crap thinking it will transform THEM into HER. Which we all know, simply ingesting the same foods and supplements as another person will miraculously transform us and make us look exactly like the seller. And she wasn’t only driving and filming at the same time she was driving filming twisting her body toward the door and lifting her left foot onto the steering wheel. I know that’s how they taught me when I went through driver’s ed. How is there no uproar, no fury over how RIDICULOUS her whole deal is here? And the driving thing is just outright dangerous and irresponsible. How many young girls are going to copy that BS for Instagram or TikTok and cause car accidents. I know you’re a nutritionist but if you’re going to review a person but not address the truly harmful content it’s a little bit of a disservice.

  • The second ingredient in her protein powder is Organic Cane Sugar. Should I be concerned that this might affect my weight loss journey?

  • Lol…. I didn’t know grass fed butter was a thing …. I live in Ireland….it’s all the same here… like kerrygold is the name brand stuff…. (it is so yum tho)

  • You seem to be eating much more sugar and carbs than you used to. With the oatmeal and sweetened coffee drink and then the huge bowl of apples and squash, and the chocolate you said was 72% so probably around 6-8 grams a serving and half the bar would be probably 2 servings. Wouldn’t it be better to eat a more paleo or keto diet higher in fat and protein?

  • Ugh I love your videos so much! I was a professional athlete and so naturally I used to eat sooo much more than what I would need now. Thus, my hunger cues are all messed up so I have been trying to eat mindfully so I don’t have to think about it too much during the day. It is so hard to not be obsessive about looking the way I used to (even though I look perfectly healthy now)… so thank you for the tips! Also I am vegan too so I have to watch how I think and feel to steer away from eating disorder way of thinking!

  • The early morning lion’s mane hair looks really good IMO. It’s cute. My friend has naturally curly hair too and whenever she lets her hair air dry it just looks so dang charming! Major hair envy. Of course she thinks I’m crazy, but rock that lion’s mane girl!

  • The more I get into intuitive eating the more I wonder what is wrong with having goals. I am not a naturally thin person and need to work at making healthy clean choices. Currently using a tracker to watch trends, try to incorporate more protein, and non refined carbs. Some parameters are needed for some people.

  • How would you feel about reviewing one of Rebecca Jane’s what I eat in a day? With her permission of course! I absolutely love her and her courage in recovery but am super curious what a dietician thinks of her food choices. To be honest I highly doubt she cares too much about what you (or anyone!) thinks:) Thanks!

  • Intermittent fasting goes best along with a ketogenic diet. Because the ketogenic diet is high in fat, it keeps you feeling satiated for longer, and for people who actually do need to lose weight, spiking insulin fewer times a day, along with a low carb diet can be beneficial.

  • Hi Abbey! I just recently discovered your channel and I just have to say I love the positive / educational messages you discuss in your videos. I have been struggling with disordered eating for many years and I’m just now starting to understand that my body is something that I should cherish and fill with what’s best for it and not to buy into a culture that says that my body should be any certain which way. Keep up the awesome work, I love watching your videos!

  • Also, WARNING for women trying to conceive-intermittent fasting combined with cardio can mess with your hormonal balance. It can stress your body out (maybe not for all women) and make it very difficult if you want to have a baby. Speaking from experience.

  • ALL cows in Norway is grass fed The law says cows need to be outside at least 3 months a year here, and inside they get processed grass (use CH3COOH on the grass). They gets pellets too (lots of soy from Brazil which is really bad), but main diet is grass.

  • I really like how nice you are. I know you also can sass like the best of them, but you really do such a wonderful job being supportive when it’s deserved.

  • I’m obsessed with your videos… you are doing so much good by being so forthright about the info that I swear the public NEVER learns. And from a SCIENTIFIC ANGLE! Thank you so much.

  • I do not understand one thing, why do you only eat eggwhites and than replace with highly fat ham? The nutrition are the same, and they about the same amount of high fats, the only difference you miss all the benefits from the egg yoke.

  • I don’t think it’s fair to look down on content because it makes You feel uncomfortable. I follow Cambrie on IG where a lot of people post about her meal plans and supplements and the reviews are really positive. A lot of people have really integrated her advice into their daily routines for a sustainable diet and lifestyle.

  • people are sensitive if the words strengthening and toning are triggering. it’s ok to have a goal of wanting to be comfortable in your body during summer beach days
also are you going to mention just as a disclaimer the dangers of too much soy

  • Thanks for being so real! I have I bought into so many of these ideas or powders and you just bring me down to earth and make me feel more centred (and also save me money!). I also loved what you said about the bikini body trend thank you ❤️❤️❤️

  • Great video This is just what I’m doing at the moment trying to lose fat with a lower calorie high protein diet but is it really important that I hit high protein?

  • Am I the only one who feels like modeling montages are a little bit triggering in these types of videos? I’m listening to what Abby is saying and I agree that my confidence shouldn’t come from working out or eating differently but then I see a that and I instantly feel horrible because I have never looked like that and honestly don’t think I ever will and that saddens me because I’m not at a place where I’d like to be in a bikini but I wish I was.

  • I have tried her meal plans and I personally love them help so much with modelling. And in her meal plans it has self love affirmations. I do actually increase the calories for myself because I don’t think the portions fit everyone if I stuck to her calories I would be starving I just tweak it to be my healthiest.

  • Thank you for addressing this!! As someone who IS a qualified fitness pro, I hear all these disordered buzzwords that Cambrie uses on a daily basis and it breaks my heart. I wish all my clients could understand that we literally cannot hate and punish our bodies into the shape and condition we desire!! Confidence comes from within and food is FUEL!!!!

  • My work buddy laughed when I told them I was planning to lose weight with just implementing Fenoboci Diet Plan, but after I showed them great results after I used it they are begging me to share with them about it. Of course I won’t tell them the details about this diet plan, haha

  • This was sooo triggering yet made me feel like I’m in a completely different place from where I was and that I’m going the right direction, love your videos abbey! xo

  • I don’t know if this is petty, but I cannot stand how she eats and speaks at the same time. Eat, chew, swallow and then talk, please!

  • If you’re insulin resistance, like me, intermittent fasting genuinely works. Whatever your body responds to positively, I think it good.. so… IR is magic for me, for sure. I heard this example, when you are busy and forget to eat lunch, then remember at night you didn’t eat. It’s like that for me and others, you just don’t think about eating, also because I know that my metabolic panel levels are getting better and better.

Also, I have VSG, so I need my protein powders and drinks..

  • I’m learning that these gorgeous models look drop dead in photos, and extremely average sometimes weird(false filled lips) in their videos.

  • I really love your sensible approach to critiquing “what I eat in a day video”. Couldn’t agree with you more regarding the language used by others. This was kind of heartbreaking too… as far as her superficiality.:(

  • I just want to throw this out there, intermittent fasting helped me a lot when I was struggling with relapse (bulimia). I’m not sure why, I’m not super strict with it, but it helped. Okay bye:)

  • I really appreciate your videos, and have been enjoying them the past few days. However, one area I personally have some disagreement is around the idea that someone can not be more proud or confident when they work hard on their nutrition, fitness, or overall physique. Not every journey towards weight loss or looking better is disordered. There is a lot out there that is, of course, but it seems like you discourage any of that type of thinking in your videos. I personally do feel that the emotions of pride and confidence should come out of something one has worked towards or improved upon. I don’t agree that pride comes from something that is just natural, that you personally haven’t controlled in any way. So if she is someone who enjoys fitness and nutrition, and has used that in a way to improve her body in a way that she wants to, then I DO think that is something she can be proud of or feel confident about.

  • She can say what she likes about her and how she feels and how she worked hard for it just because it may trigger someone doesn’t mean someone has to reword and change themselves for those people.

  • hmmmm now I want some chocolate too. Amazing that you managed to get to 2500! I don’t know if I could do it, but as you’ve shown, it’s not impossible:D

  • I’m sorry if you’ve covered this, but I don’t totally understand something. If you continue to reverse diet, would you slowly continue to put on weight if it’s more than your body needs? Thank you, awesome video!

  • Does it matter if everything is organic/healthy? I eat mainly healthy stuff but I can’t buy the best brands because I live in a small town and my mom grabs whatever is marketed as healthy that seems cheap

  • right because in today’s society the way you look totally doesn’t affect your confidence…..saying that you should just love your body however it looks is totally unrealistic and quite naive

  • I have been intermittent fasting for months and the results have been amazing for me. I do IF 5 days a week and allow myself a bigger eating window on the weekends. I actually aim to eat a lot on those days but find that I’m not as hungry than I think because my stomach had shrunk from the IF throughout the week…so it’s actually hard to binge eat. Besides there being a calorie deficit there are also other benefits such as autophagy, ketosis, and raised HGH levels. I’d like to know Abby’s view on those aspects of IF.

  • the other video that most people also forget about/ might not have seen because she took it down 30 minutes after it was posted in 2018 was of her and her sister Faith and i think it was titled “binging one last time” or something like that because for one night they allowed themselves everything “unhealthy” the wanted; so they went to like a bunch of fast food chains, ate candies etc etc and the whole time they complained that they were too full and felt sick but just kept eating bc they would start over tomorrow and be “healthy”… and if that isn’t the epitome of disorder eating and promoting binging/purging culture to young audiences i don’t know what is. that’s the moment i unfollowed her and actually realized that everything she stands for once you actually pay close attention and remember that she is NOT a certified trainer, NOT a certified dietitian is a lie and she is feeding so many unhealthy habits in young girls it makes me so so sad

  • Recently, I’m questioning my diet too… I know I don’t have enough protein lately, so I’m already trying too have more, butttt I also noticed how my breakfast was super low calories but would fill me so much and then these 2 last weeks I also noticed that although I have this very small breakfast, I’m not hungry until 2pm! And because I’m working out every day (not weekend) at 1pm, I was basically forcing myself to eat some soup, bread and cheese at noon. But I’m not hungry at all! I don’t understand… My breakfast is only like 150kcal (and basically carbs so even more weird!) I figured out maybe it is because I’m bored of eating soup for lunch, but I’m kinda stressed… I planned real meals next week to see, and I’m also going to mesure everything to see my macros and calories for at least a week, maybe 2 weeks, to see if I eat enough and if my macros are okay. I’m assuming I’m gonna have way too much carbs (way too much sugar at least) and also not enough protein. For calories, I honestly have noooo idea if I eat enough… since my breakfast is only 150kcal and my lunch is just soup with bread and cheese or nothing since I’m not hungry… ugh… I feel so lost

  • The Joghurt is a game changer, I’ve been eating 500g of Skyr with some Chunky flavour and 200g of Bluebeeries mixed in for the past few months. It’s always been my lowest calorie meal of the day. Good video man, you just earned a sub

  • Hi Jonathan, hope you’re well. This might be a bit extra but could you send me the link of the resistance bands you got off Amazon? Thanks a lot and take care of yourself mate

  • Just to let you guys know the jellies are 6 in a pack for £3 at Aldi!! Think quite a bit cheaper then tescos:)) also fab content thanks

  • I got my jellies from Tesco a few days ago, amazing, only 10 kcal, didn’t even know they supply it and I have been doing Tesco over 5 years lol

  • Thank you for another full day of eating. You really inspire me during my body recomposition. I try to lose fat and gain muscle but i often dont hit my Protein goal for the da, so thank you for your meal advices. I hope we can get out of this Corona lockdown as biests.

  • What are some ways to lost a ton of fat? I read plenty of superb reviews on the net about how Custokebon Secrets will help you lost tons of fat. Has anyone tried this popular weight loss method?

  • That’s a lot of meat bro.. 4 slices of bacon, 1 and a half of beef burger and 200g of chicken… Damn, i dunno how you manage to eat all that meat.
I’m 88kg rite now, someone have any tips how could i take 150g of protein /day and only eating once meat..?
All that in 3 meals.. + eventually snacks.

  • So true about what you said in rgds to the protein from chick breast, ground beef etc. Compared to the handy but less available protein grams in a protein bar. Respect JC.

  • Great job hitting your goal for calories! I am still hoping to eventually get the good workouts on my reverse diet, but still not there yet. Is there a reason why you don’t want to keep increasing calories over the month instead of just staying at 2500? Wouldn’t that make your diet even more effective?

  • Do you think you can go through a cut without feeling “very” hungry if u r smart with ur food choices and implement a lot of volume eating and lean sources of protein?

  • Sharpen your knife so you don’t cry when cutting the onions, you cry bc with a blunt knife you break open then fibers of the onion releasing the odour, but if your knife is sharp you don’t break if you slice through it, releasing no where near as much. Thank me later

  • Bang on time, needed this right now. And because you’re so generous you’re still currently giving me 200 cals to work with on top:)

  • Hi there, have you considered this diet plan known as the Fenoboci Diet Plan? My cooworker says it helps people lost crazy amounts of weight. Is that possible? I also noticed numerous great review about this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • Yo bro do you think it’s fine to cut on 1500cals I’m 6ft7 and weight 109kg I normally feel fine with the calories I also do a good bit of cardio

  • Hi Abbey, GREAT STUFF. As a fellow RD, I applaud your commitment to providing informative and relevant content in a consistently entertaining fashion. I did want to ask, however, don’t you feel that you could have also addressed the coconut butter? Surely we should dispell the notion that coconut butter is healthy, shouldn’t we? Many people think coconut butter is healthy because it’s “plant-based.” It’s certainly marketed as healthful. Anyway, I just wanted to hear your thoughts on this.:)

  • I finally found a fitness channel I Love and can relate to!!! THANK YOU. Sooo. 2 questions: opinion on cold showers and stomach vacuums??

  • I don’t really understand how people are so precise with their calories? my eating is like 1800 and 2400 and so on, I’d never get to within 50cals! do you have tips on how to be more precise? I weigh and that but like I don’t wanna be leaving weird half or quarter portions in the fridge

  • Also, a couple of years a ago, Olivia Jade followed Cambrie’s diet plan, and she was completely under eating. The almond snack only allowed for 3-5 almonds, so all the portions were dangerous.

  • If I want to reverse diet just to get my maintenance calories higher not necessarily bulk, how many times a week should I weight train?

  • Yo man! In each of your videos you always recommend taking in 2.2 grams of proteins per kg of bodyweight. Isn’t that too much? I mean, in light of some other fitness youtubers, such as Joe Delaney for instance, 0.8 grams to 1 g of protein are more than enough both whilst bulking and cutting. What’s your take on that? Thanks

  • So did you experience any weight and fat gain while you were increasing calories? Has it gona back to your maintenance?
I’m afraid of trying reverse dieting because I think it would undo my many-weeks progress…

  • Abbey bhai.. Consuming boiled eggs and bananas at the same time Definitely creates Poison in stonach.. Beware of it!! Recently
2 persons were killed due to this..
Yaar Jaan se baadh ke kuch hai kya??

  • Don’t be surprised if you find you can’t actually cut on 2000 calories… maybe you will be able to, but your metabolism also might adapt back down when you drop calories. It really depends on the person, dieting history, hormones, metabolism tendencies, and how long you stay at maintenance etc.

  • Little onion tip: do not breathe through your nose while cutting onions and it will not affect your eyes. Doesn’t matter the color of onion. Thank me later

  • Hey I’ve been meaning to ask, how many exercises do you do usually when you workout and how many days a week? I need a workout plan:)

  • surely its qiute easy to get 2500 like if i ate what i wanted in a day just have a few more bowls of cereal or a peice of cake and thats an extra 1000 right there! also you said you cant eat before working out but have you tried having an extra meal right before bed? i do this and and then run 16km in the morning without breakfast, makes the workout much better x

  • have you ever thought about trying the curly girl method? Didn’t work for me but your hair is so long I think you would get great results!

  • Did you start IF when you were busy studying? I tried it again but I felt like I just got suuper hungry in the mornings also eating a big lunch as my first meal didn’t feel too good, I’d feel hungry even after that. I would like to do IF to get all the fasting benefits though.

  • I hope you do an updated review of fit with Cambrie. Mainly her free quarantine detox guide she haas on her website. And her debloat pills

  • Great Video bro, really like the style of how you put the nutritional breakdown. and was literally eating the fulfil cookie dough and caramel as it popped up. Keep up the good stuff!

  • Since you mentioned your hair… I love your hair. My hair SOMETIMES does that. Very rarely is it cute enough to wear in public. Love your videos.:)

  • I dont eat breakfast but I wont do any sport before I havent eaten. If I do sport on an empty stomach I feel dizzy and not energized

  • counting calories by 50 is inaccurate and untrue… watch Casey neistat’s video on calories in foods. the calories are dependent on sooo many things and its never going to be an accurate measure. you have a healthy relationship with food and i dont which is probably why i take your advice with caution. i just hope youre aware of that lmao

  • Good advice I think you’re video is awesome love the thumbnail gee so educating and informative. I have learned a lot from this experience wow I also have a channel and it’s all about health, recreation and working out you should check it out and Subscribe so you don’t miss anything . Thank you for your motivation hope to hear from you soon…Guys go check out Martin Clarvin in your YouTube search bar . Thank you all for your support looking forward to a long healthy relationship . Tip commenting is an advantage. I always reply.

  • Hi Marisa! I would just like to say you’re the best. I have taken your advice and decided to start a very slow reverse diet to increase my maintenance calories so I can eat more on a deficit. I started at 1800 for a week to see if that was maintenance for me, and lost a pound in a week(granted I am still working out 3x a week). Raised to 1900 for this week, and have started incorporated carbs back in (sweet potatoes, beans, and oats to start). I am a bit bloated, which I was expecting considering having been keeping between 50g and 75g of carbs. Your videos are quite inspiring. Any tips specifically for those attempting to reverse diet solely to increase maintenance and not to bulk?

  • as a person who was/is really underweight and currently reverse dieting/bulking i will probably do this a lot longer until i am at a healthy weight and over that… I don’t know how i’m going to cut or just wait until i lean out but i know that i will just enjoy the process!
Thank you for sharing your journey

  • Brilliant vid, one of my fave full day of eating youtubers cause they’re so much more realistic than others! Loving the work mate, keep it up

  • So when you first started reverse dieting I was thinking that I would literally neverrr want to reverse diet, but I was also juuust getting back in track. So I’ve been “on track” for a few months now and my calories are pretty low when I’m in a deficit soooo I might actually do a reverse diet sometime soon. I want to look good for summer so idk if it will be now, during the summer, or in the fall but watching you has made me want to do a reverse diet really badly!

  • I may be the most unusally subscriber I subscribe to your channel for my son {20} a long story short he has Asperger and 2 years ago after a 2nd big loss he gave up eating anyways it been a long road and he is doing better and I had to not this meal plan but making sure he was going up to 1200 calories plus right amount for fibre, protein and looking a different sites medical ones where to much more facts and reason and was not needing all that other had foods my son will not even touch or it was all protein shakes with pills and I do not mind protein shake he drinks them but I wanted more food not drink 3 +shakes a day so I some how came upon your channel and it seemed you was the only channel that I liked you had actual food and you broke it all down and no big lectures haha I have been following your meals plans and snack changing few things here and there and my son doing a whole lot better I this wanted to say this mom appreciates the videos you make they made a big difference for us and I no longer doing 3 hour meals plans each week and I even recommend your channel to others in our group a big Thanks you
