What 1,800 Calories Looks Like on a Macro Diet. by Danielle Omar, RD. April 14, 2020. No Comments. Share it: Macro-based meal plans have always been popular among strength and endurance athletes, but they’re gaining traction with those trying to lose weight, too. Sample Macro Breakdown.

Here’s an example day for me. My total calories for the day are 1,779. I train hard and this is about what I need to maintain my weight! If I’m interested in losing weight, I’d drop my calories by about 200 and decrease my carbs a bit. Currently, I.

An 1800 calorie diet plan allows for an extra snack and a bit more starch than lower calorie diet plans, in order to meet the body’s needs for protein and carbohydrate. If you’ve looked at my menu plans for 1200 or 1500 calories, you’ll notice that the. Calories: 1,497; Carbs: 195g (784 calories,51%); Fat: 44g (401 calories, 26%); Protein: 87g (348 calories, 23%) Tags eating for weight loss healthy eating tips macros meal planning What 1500 Calories Looks Like What Healthy Portions Look Like. Select from a number of common diet ratios. Or, put in custom ratios.

Select how many meals you eat each day. Calculate! Results show exact number of Calorie and grams required for each nutrient.

How Does This Work? If you have figured out your ideal daily calorie intake, the Macronutrient Calculator helps you convert this into grams of food. Macros, short for macronutrients (proteins, fats, and carbohydrates), are the basis of all the calories we consume.

1 g of protein has 4 calories, 1 g of fat has 9 calories and 1 g of carbohydrate has 4 calories. Tracking calories and macros isn’t for everyone, but if you’re struggling to lose weight, then this is definitely something you. And there you have it—your 800 calorie diet meal plan is complete. Follow these steps to a T for seven days in a row, and you will see some massive changes in your body.

Eat This Much is an automatic meal planner that works for every kind of diet, including weight loss, bodybuilding, atkin.

An 800-calorie meal plan often forms part of a 5:2-style intermittent fasting diet, in which you cut down to 800 calories for a couple of days a week, but eat normally for the other five. Though fasting has often been thought of as unwise, there’s some emerging evidence to support positive health effects from consuming very-low-calorie diets. For example, here’s an 1800-calorie diet with a 40% protein, 30% carbohydrates, 30% fat ratio.

Protein = 1800 x 0.4 = 720/4 = 180g Carbohydrates = 1800 x 0.3 = 540/4 = 135g.

  • Couple bite of this and that all adds up especially if its bread and milk…. as you lose weight it gets easier and you get less hungry as your stomach shrinks. I lost 30kg. Started at 86kg and if I dont eat much in a day I’m not even that hungry…. your body will tell you what to do!!!

  • Please do not do this to your body!! Being healthy is wayyyy more important than how you look. You need more nutrients than this. I am not trying to show hate, but you are basically starving yourself even if you don’t feel hungry.

  • *tip*: i find eating really spicy food makes you need to drink more water and honestly it makes me get about 3 extra cups of water in a day

  • Basically i eat 900-1100 calories per day, i can’t eat more because i don’t feel hungry, the secret is i eat real food, it makes my stomach full.

  • If you wish to lose weight, you should search Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine. They’ll make it easier to get the body you should have.

  • 5’6” 123lbs, female, would you think this would keep me sustained for climbing? I need to drop 13 pounds, but keep my muscle mass!:)

  • hey babe, you should really use a food scale, theres no way that was 113 grams of yogurt or 200kcal worth of avocado. you might discover you can actually eat more than you think:) also would you help you avoid accidental promotion of under eating

  • Diet Plan known as Custokebon Secrets kept showing up here on many youtube and I thought they were scams. However after my friend follow it, and finally lost tons of weight with it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. You should not take my word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on google.

  • This video has great advice, but I’m confused about the best diet plan which i should use, only because I have never taken any. Anybody tried the Custokebon Secrets? I’ve noticed some folks talk about unbelivable things about Custokebon Secrets.

  • Guys. lost a lot of weight doesn’t need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice now. Get a popular fat burn method called Custokebon Secrets (do a search on google). Thanks to it I have lost a ton of fat. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I don’t really want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just simply in a excellent mood right now and so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  • Hi there, have you thought about this kind of diet plan known as the Custokebon Secrets? My buddy says it helps people lost tons of weight. Is that possible? I also heard numerous great review relating to this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • Im on 800-1000 on off days and 1200-1600 on gym days, I’m a 5 10 guy, I’m 156 lbs trying to get to 150 40 years young, I’m getting very bad dioreah though, but I feel great.

  • GUYS! If your OVERWEIGHT/ OBESE you will be fine eating Around 1000-1200 calories a day!!! You’ll have a lot of fat stored and eating like that for a while is fine as long as having the right foods!!!

  • I feel amazing on 1800 calories. When I eat 2400 calories which is supposedly my maintenance I feel bloated as shit. I think my body does not need that much calories. Everyone’s different I guess.

  • I eat roughly 800 calories regularly and I eat real food no shakes or bars. An example: chia seed pudding with almond milk breakfast (250 calories), 10tbsp cottage cheese with tomatoes and black pepper lunch (150 calories) can of tuna fried with some onions and some grilled vegetables or maybe a boiled egg and some grilled vegetables dinners usually 400 calories. I go up to 1000 or 1200 a few times a week with dark chocolate fruit and nut. I’m a bit over weight 12 stone but still losing weight and building muscle. The myth about you lose muscle under 100 is not true because you can easily get good healthy protein full nutrient full real meals in and workout on such calorie intake and esp if you’re heavily overweight like I was at 14 stone when I began. Dont listen to everyone! We all have different metabolism too. It’s very possible to get this calorie intake in a more natural sustainable way.

  • For breakfast i ate korean noodles 550cal
For lunch i ate some beans wich was 40.5cal
For lunch i ate small flamin hot cheetos 210cal

    Total=800.5cal
Guys do you see that its good 181.5pounds
    (82.8kg)
And i didnt starv at all
Do you guys see that its okay?

  • oh also on the tracking app (ahah so awkward) but how did you guys change your app so that it says calories not kilojoules? I am so lost ahah I cant read Kilojoules but would love to use the app xx]

  • This slows your metabolism temporarily, feel tired/weak, and his hard to stick to! Never eat under 1,200 calories for women and boys never under 1,450!!!!

  • I can’t figure out if this is a handbag commercial or an advert for pre-made diet shakes and bars. I was hoping you were doing the Michael Mosley Fast 800 Diet and were eating actual real food but it doesn’t seem so.

  • At last a sensible meal plan. I’m stuck on a plateau and can’t lose anymore weight, I’m on exactly 1900 calories a day and do an hour of cardio and abs 5 times a week, macro split about 40protein, 30 carbs 30 fats and my weight hasn’t moved so I’ll try yours. Many thanks

  • When it comes to eating healthy, you must never fall victim to modern day fad diets. Extreme diets undoubtedly are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritional intake. While they may generate fast weight loss, these diets are never a long-term solution for your weight problem. You should search Custokebon Secrets on google search engine as it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • Is everyone who says „wow your results are amazing „ fucking kidding me.
    She’s clearly starving herself.
This diet is NOT SUSTAINABLE AT ALL.
if you start eating normal again you will even gain more weight please please don’t do that this is doing so much damage to your body

  • my kcal per day is 1700-1800 to loose weight, i can eat healthy the whole day, but i have to use 200-300 kcal for small dessert
    during the day

  • I Google one cup rice in gramms and it says it weighs around 195-200 gramms cooked. Is that correct? So 3 times 200 gramms rice every day?

  • How tall are you? I’ve been eating 1800 calories but I’m 5’10 at 199 lbs. And you seem tiny. I’ve already lost 30 lbs but I’m concerned I’m not eating enough.

  • I’m Mohamed Moghrabi and my weight is 98 cm and my length is 179 cm. My story is 1730 calories with macros in 86 grams protein 215 grams carbohydrates and 57 grams of fat I want to lose weight and I like to be happy in Barbang Eating does not eat 1730 and

  • I did 800-900 days for a few months and it ruined my metabolism. Sure I lost a lot of weight which is normal because you basically starve yourself but I also lost my period and still have a problem with getting it back. And also, because this lifestyle is really hard to maintain, once I started eating I couldn’t resist food, I binged and gained all the weight back + some more. So my advice is to not do this ever! It’s better to eat a healthy balanced diet and workout. You only have one body, might as well treat it right.

  • I am 17 155 pounds and I’m 5,5 I have a lot of back fat and some big love handles with some man bobs and a little bit of a stomach. I have been running 2 miles a day for 3 weeks, any other recommendations you may have, I also only eat about 1800-2000 calories

  • I am 5’7 160 lbs at 12% bf my cut has me at 1,820 calories but with Macros at 160g of Protein 182 g of Carbs and 50G of Fat is there anything you feel I should change I feel like 1,820 is more than double what I eat on a Daily basis

  • Omg I actually eat under 1,000 calories a day and can confirm I eat more than this! Like actual veggies and fruit not only drinks and a bar that is 200 calories already THIS IS NOT HEALTHY!!! your morning shake is over 200 calories already GIRL you can have weetbix with banana and it’s 130 calories only! And your “lunch” tea with a bar is over 230 calories when you can have veggies and egg for like 250 calories. This diet is just simply silly.

  • Hi Georgie.:) I love your videos, you are very sympathic girl, your work is amazing! <3 I also have some questions. 😉 After your workouts (especially during the intermittent fasting) don´t you care about eating immediately after the training? And what do you think or how do you solve fats in your post-workout meals? I read that fat in these meals slows down the regeneration. Thank you for answers and have a nice time. Love you. xx

  • The thing about this diet is I will work to lose the initial weight but is obviously not sustainable so when you start eating more calories, even if your eating healthy, the weight will come back slowly. Just eat healthy and workout guys it’s worked for me and is still so there’s no quick fix

  • CommentI always thought dieting is expensive and ‘healthy’ food costs a lot. Little did I know. I got my diet plan from Next Level Diet and I was able to select foods that fit my budget.

  • I love these videos and i think you’re stunning! I wish i had your body!! It’s perfect and i love that you always put health first and don’t promote fad diets!!

  • Awesome content! I must try the Mylk chocolate out:) P.s I love how onw of the puppies is sitting in the background like batman at about 5:44 of the video!

  • I’m a little late, but do you cook your rice fresh every day? I’ve seen (and heard) loads of different opinions on the “safety” of storing rice. Also, sorry if this has been covered elsewhere.

  • I just started today. I skip breakfast, and then eat a very small lunch and somewhat of a dinner. 800 cal max, 15 grams of sugar, 30 carbs, and 15 gram of fat everyday day. It might be a bit less or more, but around that. Plus I have made an exercise routine.

  • Do you find it hard not to snack throughout the day?? I find around 4pm I need something sweet or just a snack or I’ll be feeling starving makes it hard sticking to under 2000cals

  • 🙂 I enjoy watching your videos in the morning with my coffee before my kids wake up:) lol It’s like my little mommy escape before the chaos of the day begins lol the pumpkin bread looks really yummy!

  • You can intake a lot of food with 1000 calories as long as you eat good natural food. Cut all the junk and people will see how easy it is.

  • Hey Hun, thank you so much for posting this video I love all your content so much I just think its so real and I can really relate to how bad you have felt lately with the water retention and bloating ahah, I was just wondering how you knew what your maintenance calories are? I have been on a health journey lately and I am not sure what it is my body really needs just wondering how you calculated your bodies macros/ calories xx

  • I bought the Botanika Blends protein because of you and I’m OBSESSED! I’ve never liked any protein powder I’ve tried and the fact that I love this is amazing, let alone the fact that it’s vegan!
