  • This is interesting to watch!!!! I can’t count calories because I’m recovered from an eating disorder but it’s cool to see what you can eat to stay healthy. Because I had to eat 3,500 calories a day for a year or so I’m not very healthy lol but I might try this out!!!!!!

  • Your hair looks sooo good in this video also def trying this shrimp recipe! I love your relationship with food, you’re such a fun and healthy foodie inspiration

  • I LOVE your personality it is so cute and charming Can I ask, do you know if there is any trick to preventing metabolism slow down while dieting/cutting calories? This is my biggest fear that my body will adapt and if I ever want to increase it will cause weight gain..

  • What I dislike about kale is what makes it great and cooking. I find it to be a little too tough when it comes to salads, but when you cook it it stays a little firm unlike spinach.

  • I LOOVED this video! It inspired me to make a vlog style video on my 1,500 calorie meal plan as well, which I just posted! Thank you for the Inspo!

  • You guys should download a. App called ( calorie munch out ) its a good app to monitor your family’s calorie count. Ita available only in the apple app store..

  • I’m also 5’2″ and I eat like 1500-2000 calories depending on my activity level! When i go on a long run, i need those extra calories lol

  • I must have a problem with how i count my calories. I try to stick to 1300-1400 calories per day, but i tend to “overcount” like saying “it says 57 calories but I’ll just say it is 80 to be sure” so at the end of they day I eat waaaaaaaaay less than you but i have higher calories intake in the app I use to count my calories. Idk i just can’t trust the packaging or the serving sizes.

  • You should have added body fat. 200 kcal is about 26 grams of body fat.
Mind the kcal, because the calories mentioned here are actually kilo calories or 1000 calories.

  • Steph, I really love your videos! It’s so realistic and the food is actually something I would eat! I am so tired of videos where all people make are salmon and green beans with rice or any other protein with rice lol. I am also a savoury type of breakfast person, not a big “fruit and overnight oats” fan, so your breakfast ideas are bomb!! And girl, YOU SEASON YOUR FOOD!!! I am Serbian and we like seasoning but so many videos I have watched on healthy eating involve such bland food . Please keep making these videos and grocery hauls!!!

  • love the video! does canada sort plastic separately and recycle it? just wondering. weight loss should go hand in hand with waste lessening! its just nuts how much plastic is produced with food, there is like more plastic than food itself. ive realised it while starting analysing what im eating myself

  • Question! Do you track how many calories you burn in a workout and if so do you eat those back as long as you’re within your deficit?

  • You are my absolute favorite YouTuber Stephanie! I watch your videos while at work and you make me lol I hope you enjoy your trip to LA, I spend a lot of weekends there. Subscriber from Coachella, CA!

  • I can’t do 1,500 I have to raise my metabolism to like 3k before I cut my calories to around 2,000 2,500 if I don’t I’ll seriously attack someone lol.

Also, you can raise your metabolism without gaining weight, but it does require working out with weights which you said you weren’t doing so good on you for recognizing that haha.

P.s. the waves are super good on you.

  • Where did you get your grey crew neck that you are wearing?! ☺️ also are you related to Amy Macedo because you two sound exactly the same

  • Girl i love this what i eat in a day!!❤️ so making those tacos tomorrow. And your hair is so on point girl we need a hair tutorial asap

  • Hi question how do you figure out how many calories you should be eating I used the my fitness pal app it says 1200 calories but I am not losing some day I need to eat more??? I go to the gym 3 to 5 times a week and I do the hour class when I go any advice?

  • I’ve been considering weight loss, but having a hard time finding realistic videos. I love this! These look like meals I would actually eat and would be effective. I also love how easy these are!!!
    Thank you ❤️

  • I cannot eat that many carbs and still lose weight ur lucky! Haha But still love ur videos I tend to eat my crabs like bread either at lunch or breakfast only. I also took a break after losing like 35-40lbs I gained like 10bk but after being so drained I started back up this week…

  • I’m sorry there are not 800 calories in one cinnamon roll. Sorry that’s false. There’s probably 400 maybe 500 but no way 800. Maybe I’m wrong I don’t truly know that just seems like a really high number

  • Add ginger garlic paste Nd tandoori masala in your shrimps! Without Mexican powder.
I have noticed you love Indian foods so you might like this ❤️

  • I wonder if steph hates winter as much as I do due to the fact my asthma acts up the most around that time. I hate the cold. But I love watching videos of this of step especially her cooking is so satisfying❤️❤️❤️

  • This might work for healthy people but won’t work at all for people with sensitive insulin. Intermittent fasting or OMAD with low carbs, moderate protein and high healthy fats will do magic. I have lost 12 kg in 50 days.

  • Did anyone else see 3/4 view of a monster face in the peanut butter? I was yawning when it came up and my brain read it as scary face.
