If I consume no more than 3,000 calories, I’ll lose weight dramatically. Do you think you could do a video on the best ways to gain weight quickly because I’m dangerously underweight.

    6 slice cheese, butter,mayo and half a dozen eggs. 5000 calories 7x amount of fat but super delicious

  • Duh these things are gonna be incredibly high calorie if you don’t eat them in moderation. Who needs a venti white hot chocolate or a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights? Get smaller versions and the calories aren’t nearly as much as this video makes them out to be.

  • Darling Zee, i tried all this meals and realy happy but the fruit yoghurt didn’t come out well, i did it exactly d way u did, though i used the blue berries, kept it in the fridge over the night and when i got to work in the morning, it was super super bitter and couldn’t take it. Do u by any chance know why?

  • It took me like 7 years to realise that just because I’m craving a pizza & it’s 1500 calories doesn’t mean I can never have pizza…. you see one slice is only 1/8 of that amount…. nobody ever said I have to eat the whole thing… yet I’ve always been conditioned to clean my plate.. 1 sandwich is 600 calories? Yeah but half is only 300. 1 chocolate bar is 200? But 1/2 is only 100. I don’t have to eat the whole thing. Shocking. I know. It was for me.

  • The amount I should be eating in a day is 1300 I have to eat two meals a day or less. My first meal is always 110 calories oatmeal. Then a snack or two which equals 200 to 500 calories and dinner which is 300 to 500 calories. That’s because I want to lose some weight like 10 pounds. And gain 3 pounds muscle. So 1000 a day or less. If I eat fast food I won’t finish it, I give one fourth to my dogs.
