  • Hey just wanted to mention the egg yolk, as much as it is tasty it’s very unhealthy, containing mostly saturated fat and no vitamins and minerals. Put in crononeter 2000 calories of egg yolk and you’ll see how low it is in vitamins.

  • You eat a lot of junk. Try some fruit and nuts and real food. Even when it says low or no sugar. There still some type of sweetener.

  • 80kg at 178cm (176lbs at 5’10). Have been eating 1500 calories for 2 weeks now. Train 7 days a week (running everyday 1.6km (1mile) + 3 real running days (10km/6miles each) & weights 3 days a week + abs on running days.

    I can’t sleep and I feel VERY irritated 90% of the time, ESPECIALLY during and after working out.

    Just 4 more weeks to go ��

  • The nuts on a low calorie diet and using lettuce as a wrap? You just don’t do that it’s terrible. You could’ve used a lower carb wrap with some tuna and veggies to make a healthy wrap of 250 kcal probably! My fav mlea is protein ice cream! Seems awesome dude
