Place 3 Place cauliflower in large bowl. Using potato masher. Place pitas onto a foiled and greased baking sheet, topping with the tomato sauce—use more tomato sauce than with the cauliflower pizza, around ¾ cup to 1 cup—and pile high with cooked vegetables and cheese.

  • I love this recipe! Made it for girls’night today, taste goood! Have twi
questions, could I prepared pizza crust ahead of time and freeze it for the next weekend? And could I use mozzarella cheese? Thank you.

  • A Excellent Video.. Highly Recommended.. Thank You Very Much For Sharing.. I Have Got The Swiss ZEPTER Cookware Grader With A Bowel…When You Grade Your Cauliflower Or What Ever It Falls Into The Bowel..

  • Now my Califlower everyone ignored is popular
    And twice the dam.price
    Leave my vegtables alone
You can have giant rutabager s
    Go for it

  • I always see paneer cheese but have never bought it. Does it taste like a mozzerella? Is it a mild tasting cheese? I will definitely try this recipe. Thanx

  • Hi Sonal, this recipe is soon delicious. Ive made it twice already. My only issue is that my pizza gets totally stuck to the baking paper and i end up having to scrape stuff off. Do you highly recommend this silicone mat?

  • I tried it according to your instructions but unfortunately it did not turn out to to be binded well:(. It was separating more like casserole…..

  • Flax seed, brilliant substitution, and healthful too! I eat some dairy, but no egg, so this is really helpful! I wonder how well chia seed would work, given that it gels.

  • Love your energy and presence on the camera. I think you’re mission has been accomplished, I am certainly going to try this recipe out. I am fond of all these ingredients, I just never thought of blending them together until you came around. Thanks from Tangier, Morocco.

  • I don’t understand why someone who appears to be into eating healthy food would use a microwave oven?
The other issue I noted, and it’s not just with this video but all American cooking videos i’ve watched, is why can’t they use metric? For someone who lives outside of America (around 95% of the planet) Fahrenheit makes little sense and causes confusion.

  • While we’re on the topic of healthier eating, can you do an episode on different easy ways to do chicken breast? It can be a super boring food otherwise, but it’s a staple for healthy eating.

Love your channels (especially the baking. Yum. Seriously).

  • Can you please reveal the ingredients before the recipe,so that we can make our ingredients ready and add some subtitles so that we can understand better

  • Looks really good and want to try it….I first clicked this video thinking I could make a pizza healthier by making the base from cauliflower…but with all that cheese in it tbh I don’t think it’s gonna be very healthy…..still give it a go coz it looks really yummy

  • If you’re using parchment paper why on earth would you spray it down with an oil!! The whole purpose of using a parchment paper so you don’t have to spray it you just destroyed the healthiness of it.

  • Thanks for the great video and recipe!!! Can I make the “pizza dough” 24 hours ahead of time? For example, could I make the “cauliflower pizza dough” on Friday morning, leave it covered in a bowl in the refrigerator and then on Saturday afternoon spread the dough on a cookie sheet, cook the crust (per your excellent instructions) and after the crust is cooked, add toppings (sauce, cheese, veggies etc)?

  • I’m french, and when I make a pizza, I make a bread dough with a spoon of olive oil and it’s healthier cause there is cheese on the pizza no need to put it on the crust.

  • Tried this pizza today as I was craving.. I didn’t have paneer so I used cottage cheese n it was perfect. N I used broccoli instead of cauliflower…. was super hit as u said

  • Finally an egg-less cauli crust!! I tried so many times and recently succeeded to make those by substituting the eggs with 1 tbs chia seeds mixed with 1 tbs water. Thanks and looking forward to more recipes!

  • I don’t use the yolk in fat head doughI find it too eggy and liquidy and find that you have to use to much almond meal/ almond flour to get the wet vs dry rarion right for the dough.
I use the yolk for something else.

  • Wow I loved the recipe,I will surely try this one. The last one I tried had a eggy flavour… Btw Sonal you have a very pretty smile, keep smiling girl keep cooking and share these easy and quick recipes… I have messed up with my Keto diet but trying hard to get back to it… Thanks dear

  • Cauliflower is toxic and it’s a hybrid plant that demineralizes your body from vital minerals, do your research if you don’t believe me

  • Y’all are so stupid there is too many cheese in this thing that is worst than pizza dough so we y’all should never stop eating real pizza! i’m i right

  • I have seen another video where the cauliflower is put in a fry pan on low heat to get water out of it and make it drier, so I would never put it in water!

  • Would’ve liked to see you make the actual pizza as well, to see if the crust holds up like a normal crust, or if it ends up floppy etc.

  • Thing is most of cauliflower recipe required to squeeze it after the microwave, this easier but consistency of the crust not exactly the same but still foldable…………….carefully:)

  • Just so you know this is NOT healthy, it is gluten free however. It is just a glorified cheese and cauliflower omelette that has allowed to harden, you can do the same with cornflower and rice powder which are also gluten free.

  • Is it just me who’s confused why her mozzarella is a dry cheese like that? I always buy mozzarella and it comes in a little bag filled with water….

  • This looks so good!! I’m sure it doesn’t need a whole lot of toppings if any. Maybe leave it a few more minutes in the oven and you’ll get something like a Focaccia (Pizza bread) which usually is topped only with dried herbs like Oregano or Rosemary or Thyme, or minced garlic and a little olive oil.
All the beat to you and everyone here!!

  • This was sooooo good!! We loved it! Next time I’ll be baking both sides to get even crust. This is by far the best eggfree keto pizza recipe out there! Thank you for this.

  • There are some who cook the cauliflower..on the stove top…i felt i made the mistake of not doing this to get rid of the moisture..then i thought i found one to find at the end of the video she add a small amount of almond flour…Uggh. So I have seasoned my mixture and I’m putting it in the oven for 30 mins..same temp as the other video..just longer..i used my whole cauliflower and didn’t measure anything out..just used a hunk of mozz..(not all of it ) with the grated parm..once I put my roasted veggies upon it.. we shall see and yes one will have sauce..as I divided the mixture and one just cheesse please.:)

  • Ok I made this today and it was great. I left out most of the spices and I used Trader Joe’s cashew spread. It’s like cheese.and it’s pretty good. I wonder how you could make it firmer. Do you think mixing whole wheat flour might do it? Thanks.

  • I just came across your channel. You are amazing and I love all your videos. You have all the great foods covered lol. I am a new sub. Love your channel already ❤️❤️❤️

  • Love how the video is made. No talking at all compared to too much of talking on most video. For the first time i have to slow the speed to watch.

  • I love the recipes! Tip: maybe add nutritional yeast to give it a bread taste and to load up with Vit B for vegetarians. Our family members are Indian food junkies so these Keto recipes are such a blessing. Thank you again

  • I don’t understand why you would add water to Cauliflower before you cook it, then remove the water out of it later, as Cauliflower has enough water in it to cook it in a microwave or on the stovetop covered & the cooking would steam it & remove the excess water out of it at the same time so the Pizza crust wouldn’t be so soggy when you add it together with the other ingredients!

  • Why remove the water from the cauliflower when you’re going to add it back again to the flax powder? Why not just add the flax powder to the wet cauliflower?

  • How is it re-uploading if they have 2 different channels? I for one am not subscribed to both and did not even realize they had 2 channels. If you don’t like seeing it twice don’t subscribe to both, easy solution.

  • Just made it, turned out great. I eat the wheat dough pizza, my wife tries to keep wheat out of her diet. Perfect for us both to enjoy pizza.

  • Just FYI, the “garlic powder” that you used in the video is not vegan. It is garlic bread seasoning and is loaded with Parmesan cheese. Just in case you were not aware. Great video also!

  • Terrific video clip! Here at Y&S FOOD! we all love to discover this form of contents. We create Travel & Food shows too, world-wide, and so we are often interested in inspirations as well as techniques. Thank You.

  • If you really think that all that animal secretions and chicken’s period mixed with cauliflower is healthier than eating a regular flour pizza dough then you need to think it twice

  • I like this but dont have vitamix. you should use normal tools so ppl who dont have complicated machinery can also make these recipes

  • I forgot to mention that we’re learning to transition more from meat-eating to vegetarian. It’s hard to give up the butter and eggs. If you can show meals that can be cooked in minutes with very little ingredients that are high in taste, that would be fantastic!

  • Jojo, would you please share more vegan-vegetarian that are simple and delicious. I’m glad you showed how to make an eggless version of the cauliflower pizza dough. Do you make a variety of ethnic veggie foods too?

  • Great video! I love your vegan recipes and please do more of them. I’m totally going to make your recipe, maybe this weekend. If I do, can I tag you in my photo on Instagram?
