  • Right now the top comment here is a meat eater saying how they would be happy to try these and in their comments someone is saying how you eighter eat meat or don’t… That’s wrong. I eat meat. I like it. But half my family is vegetarian, so I do eat a lot of vegetarian and vegan food as well. I myself have sometimes commented about this and have gotten comments saying that I should just choose and bot eat both. Why not? They both taste good. I’m also happy to cook both vegetarian and meat foods. Of course ones I move to my own house I will go with the cheaper options (vegetarian food), but I still like meat and so if I get the chance I will eat it I do understand the reasons why people don’t eat meat. In my family it’s a combination of not liking the taste and wanting to be healthy/help the inviorment. I try to do that as well by only eating meat that comes from nearby and not eating shrim/clams and whatnot. Still, I seriously don’t think it’s good to tell someone to “Just choose one!” Because that is something that actually makes me want to eat vegetarian food less sience the only people who’ve ever said that to me have been vegans or vegetarians. Of course I know that not everyone thinks like that, but it’d be better if no one thought like that! It’s ok to want go try other foods as well even if you still like meat and plan on eating it.

  • PSA the Five Guys Veggie Sandwich isn’t actually veg. In the morning after they cook the bacon they cook the onions and mushrooms before they clean the grill (so they get cooked in bacon fat basically). If you want something veg, get the grilled cheese because they cook it on a separate grill that has been cleaned from a former Five Guys employee

  • I use ground oats as binding agent, include smoked paprika as ingredient and omit the cuscus crust. The consistency is way better, freezes great and it’s as tasty as the original recipe plus they don’t disintegrate in the process.
