  • When it comes to eating healthy, you must try not to fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diet plans undoubtedly are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritional intake. While they may generate rapid loss of weight, these kinds of diets will never be a long-term answer for your weight problem. You should check out Custokebon Secrets on google search engine since it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • As expert, I think Custokebon Secrets is good way to lost a ton of weight. Why not give it a chance? maybe it is going to work for you too.

  • Supplements don’t work it’s a scam, you want results a strict Clean Diet and hard work in the gym, pre-workout powders are poison to your body protein powders are cut with sawdust and chalk, and too much protein is hard on your liver and kidneys, Just Eat Right have a balance of carbs fats and protein and work your ass off in gym if you want results, those bodybuilders you see selling supplements didn’t get the results from there supplements that got it from steroids and HGH don’t be tricked or full by the charlatans

  • When it comes to eating healthy, you must never fall victim to modern day fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your everyday nutritionary intake. While they might induce fast weight loss, these kinds of diets will never be a long-term answer for your weight problem. You should search Custokebon Secrets on google search engine since it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • I don’t want to be one of those people that says there’s a food conspiracy… But there’s a food conspiracy. The Mediterranean diet is nonsense.

  • Too bad I can’t trust this. I see this as a big promo for Athletic Greens, because that’s where the best money is. Why would you include Green Vibrance and digestive Vibrance, but not Maximum Vibrance, which is the best they have to offer?

  • Anyone tried the Custokebon Secrets? I have heard some great things about it and my friend lost tons of weight with Custokebon Secrets (search on google).

  • This video is amazing! It helps me remember of times when my spouse used Custokebon Secrets to get rid of 19 lbs and enjoy being healthy again! Most people want to lose fat, but we also require to stay healthy, and that is what Custokebon Secrets gifted.

  • I take Green Vibrance if the taste is important to you than this is not your drink BUT it as a lot of good quality things I feel more alive when I take it. I mix it with Apple Juice.

  • I love all your videos! I am so excited for Sally K. Norton’s book, which will be coming out in 2020. Perhaps the low oxalate diet will be more popular in this new year.

  • I would be happy if you would allow the change in the subtitle selection so that it is possible to choose a language and not to have only English automatically.

Thank you very much for your blessed work and very much enjoying your knowledge. Bless you.

  • I only believe in *Next Level Diet*. They provide you with personalized meal plan, training plan, fitness tips, healthy recipes. Thats everything you need to transform your body and get six pack:D

  • I notice lots of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets (just google search it). But Im not sure if it is good. Have you ever tried using this popular weight loss secrets?

  • What about Tofu? I have heard mixed reviews. Starting keto the right way this time. I made fresh bone broth and its so great to have when you feel hungry but dont want the extra calories.

  • I think this is do/don’t very much depending on what else you eat and how much you consume of each item. I wouldn’t rule ANY out keto friendly food as long as I keep relative track of how often I’m consuming it. I’ve been on keto for three years, I’ve lost 20 kgs since and I’m on a very steady weight (currently weighing 67 kg, I’m 1.70 mts) I drink red wine weekly. It’s all very relative. I truly think the keto diet is very personal.

  • This video has good advice, but I am not sure about the best diet plan that I need to use, only because I have never taken any. Anybody tried using the Custokebon Secrets? I’ve noticed several people refer to incredible things about Custokebon Secrets.

  • From what I understand, you should dilute the apple cider vineager. Too much acid for the throat, to the point that it can do bad things if not diluted

  • If you eat peanutbutter from whole foods w celery its a little more feeling. Rasberries Blackberries arr lower in sugar my husband still lost weight doing Atkins w berries. Blueberries high in sugar slthough high in antioxidents.

  • Love the video! I was just wondering, what’s the difference between the limited edition oxyshred the bubblegum and the normal one? I heard the limited edition one has the ingredients modified as well?

  • You are stupid! You can’t tell how much protein a person need without looking at his body dude. A 80kg well built guy and a 80 kg superfat guy has different amount required. You can’t give same amount of protein to both just because they weight equal. Protein is required by muscles and not fat stupid. So if a person has too much fat at 80kg weight he might be having very few Muscles and hence he will not require more than 100-120g protein stupid.

  • Good video I agree with what u say through trail and error I found this out I create my own pre workout minus the caffeine it’s not needed

  • They say, For weightloss, Don’t eat…
    1. Nuts or nut butters
    2. Cheese
    3. Baked goods
    4. Berries
    5. HWC
    Bonus no-no CHICKEN?!?!

    They say, Do eat…
    1. Eggs
    2. Red meat
    3. Soup
    4. Fat bombs
    5. Seafood
Bonus go for it…THEIR MICRO MUG CAKE!

  • Plant based protein or vegan protein is far superior to cow milk/dairy/whey protein. Adult humans (or any humans) do not need to consume cow secretions in any form. We are not baby cows. In fact, milk from cows can be harmful due to the increased amounts of hormones, antibiotics, and questionable ingredients those factory farmed cows are force fed. It’s not a mere coincidence that many of those who consume dairy and whey protein get upset stomachs, diarrhea, and bloating. It’s because of the lactose in cow milk products such as whey protein. Eat healthy, train hard, and live well… #plantbased.

  • Guys. lost a lot of weight doesn’t need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a popular diet plan called Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine). Thanks to it I’ve lost a lot of weight. I should not even be talking about it cause I don’t really want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just simply in a great mood today and so I will share the wealth haha.

  • I lost 12kgs on Weight Watchers but I became obsessed with counting points/food and became anxious when I had no points left for the day. I also spent way too many points on treats. Not healthy for me.

  • A lot of people nowadays are working to find out the best way to drop weight. Then again, having the ability to discover a diet plan that can work for you is hard to find. A very important thing you want to understand is that a diet that works for one person may not work for another. So you have to understand what your getting into before you start one of those diets. Therefore we’ve decided to offer you a good look in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. This can provide you enough info to learn if this really is something which is suitable to your requirements. • I don’t like steak. I will keep eating chicken. I LOVE cheese. Gonna eat cheese but I don’t have a farmers market where I can get raw cheese. Closest thing in my area in Sprouts.

  • I have a tough time losing weight. Every time I lost weight I looked back & realised I ate a lot of burgers w out the bun. I usually ate chicken & turkey list nothing even when ate very healthy. I read for my blood type turkey & chicken were the worst meat to eat do maybe the burgers were the difference.Ate celery everyday w cheese or blue cheese dressing. Also intermitten fasting not on putpose looking st pjone doing stuff & its 2 or 3pm I havent esten yet.nuts handful or 2.

  • I was sold on Athletic Greens until I saw their price tag, now I’m trying to figure out what vegetables I need to start stuffing down my throat.

  • This whole “fear of fat” and worrying about calories really isn’t a keto approach. Some people get thrown out of ketosis if they eat cheese, but it’s the milk proteins that are stopping the ketosis. Heavy cream and butter have almost no carbs or protein. If you’re going to eat cheese, stick to hard cheeses, not things like American cheese or Velveeta that have a lot extra milk added to them to make them softer and mider.

  • Reminds me of a book I read, “Food Politics” and “Unsavory Truth”, both by Marion Nestle. This is all about the food industry pouring money into PR firms. I know because I work in the media industry for a very long time.

  • Ive lost 130 lbs doing keto and IF over a year and a half.
Yeah, nuts are so good but I had to learn to portion them out.
Cheese is amazing and I still eat too much here and there. I would open a bag of shredded cheddar cheese and dump it in my mouth like I used to do with chips.
    Baked goods I mean yeah
Berries are good, frozen berries often have added sugar, though
Heavy cream is dope but yeah
Chicken I understand, very lean. I would say turkey, too.
Eggs and red meat are great.
Soups and stew you need to make yourself, yeah.
Slim fast fat bombs are fucking amazing lol

  • Good information….I agree that beef and/or red meat is filling and healthy protein loaded with iron and other vitamins. Red meat gets a very bad rap and it’s stupid because it’s pure protein and as long as it’s lean, minus the fat,it’s very healthy. I love seafood too,! Where’s mini-Matt….. he’s the star of the show!

  • I am Italian. Italian people aren’t healthy and are often overweight. They eat too much grains like pasta pizza bread. My father has followed the right mediterranean diet (many vegetables and very small meat because his family was poor) and had the cancer at 28 years old. The mediterranean diet isn’t healthy.

  • Seems like you assume people don’t have any discipline. I think if you weigh your nuts, berries, etc that’s fine. I have no problem eating 1 oz of nuts.

  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar in the laundry helps remove any lingering odors in your clothes and the washer. Not really weight loss related, but since you will have apple cider vinegar on hand anyway…:D

  • What if you use heavy cream in a recipe? I can’t imagine just eating heavy cream alone. I also eat a few berries at breakfast. Is that not good either?

  • Wouldn’t you agree that shrimp and chicken breast are both high protein low carb??? And I could eat a boat load of shrimp before I could ever eat an entire roast chicken

  • At 63 I found that I can only lose weight eating 900 calories a day. The high fat foods leave me with one meal and a half a day.
AND I do 4 one hour workouts a week. I’ve been doing this Keto for 4 weeks. Lost 4 lbs. Cheated one day for a family gathering and gained 2 back…in one day.
    I can’t win.

  • I lost 30lbs on paleo, and then evolved to carnivore based. Numerous conditions cured (acne, eczema, IBS, irregular periods with massive cramps, smelly sweat, shaking if I don’t eat every hour). I have no trouble sticking to paleo or carnivore. I choose health.

  • Anyone know what is Custokebon Secrets about? I hear many people lost lots of weight with Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine).

  • I never count calories and my weight has stabilized. 25 years of calorie counting resulted in 2 1/2 decades of being overweight with intervals of weight loss then followed by weight gain again and again. Total BS way to live! DASH and Vegan diets are the worst!

  • A collection of mostly bad advice based on ignorance. A little knowledge is dangerous – too much based on opinion and not science. Check out Intermittent fasting experts like Dr. Berg and Thomas Delauer.

  • I’m sorry but I rather only people that actually looked of what the preach. No offence
But she looks average, and he just looks like any skinny guy that works at a skate shop.

  • I’m 180 lbs 5”11 skinny fat and I’m gonna cut first but I’ve never lifted before just did basics while in military I’m mistreated in building aesthetics physique what supplements should I use

  • Buy veggies, kale, cucumber, carrot, parsley, slice of lemon, slice of lime, piece of ginger, spinach, half cup blueberries, blend enjoy save money!

  • Kait, I’m just wondering if you have any suggestions to fix constipation when eating Carnivore? When I eat that way I suffer badly…not sure where I’m going wrong. I asked this on another Carnivore site & was told to “up” my salt intake…but this caused my bp to go up(not good!) & I felt dreadful. I prefer to eat this way as I love meat/butter/cream/eggs! But I do get so confused as, when I eat oats for breakfast, I “go” regularly (& easily). Help!

  • I’ve been losing hella weight from drinking water and walking outside around my neighborhood in Charlotte NC for 1 hour 3-4 times a week. I mean snatching my arms mid section and all ladies. Yes. From walking alone. Don’t sleep on walking. Doing floor exercises on my yoga mat a few times a week will help too but it’s def about what you eat. I eat clean mostly but still pull up to drive thru’s and was still seeing results until this foot surgery so I’m going back to the basics of eating clean, water, a lot of water, and staying active lol () GREAT VIDEO✔️

  • Thanks for another great video guys!!! Awesome as usual and changes will be made lol Can you review the Country Time Zero Sugar packets please i have a topic that i need answers about and thats recurring bv infections or keto crotch/breath. I here alot of talk about it but nobody talks abt it do you mind doing a video about these effects and Keto

  • I’ve been doing keto for 15 months. Still haven’t had a single fat bomb. But I will take a spoonfull or two or cream cheese or mayo

  • Add Coconut Butter to your list.. Not coconut oil, but coconut butter or coconut manna. It’s delicious and filling and replaces nut butter because it has far less carbs and way more fiber

  • I just subscribed and have been on this keto plan for about 12 days and have lost 10 lbs. I have 70 to go. My breakfast is coffee w/butter 2 tbps and heavy whipping cream about 3 tbps NOT EVER giving that up. My main treat for the day.. I think it adds up to 300 to 400 calories and I love it. My problem and stress is not knowing how to figure calories on all the other stuff I eat. I have a ton of medical issues and at 69 yrs old I get confused and overwhelmed easily. But when I stepped into diabetes well that was the trigger for me. I have been on high doses of prednisone for 4 yrs and was told I would have a hard time with that to lose weight. I was also told to stay away from keto. WELL, I feel better than ever. I went into Ketosis right from the start have no problem with intermittent dieting but unsure if we are to do it everyday. Not sure if my coffee bomb takes me out of fast but I don’t eat for about 4 hrs. I don’t normally eat after 8 pm and some days I don’t feel hungry at all but eat because I feel I am supposed too. I am even thinking about getting a dog to walk with me. Walking with a muscle disease was not an option but my muscles don’t hurt so am going to build up slowly and try to get a life back. On social security so would join your group but need to see what else I can drop. Not complaining haven’t had TV for 4 years and think it is a good thing….so anyway… thanks for your videos.

  • This still surprises me, just how many people are not aware about Custokebon Secrets, although many people get good results with it. Thanks to my mate who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I’ve lost a lot of weight by using it without starving myself.

  • Dash diet for one is scary. I have the recipe books from a few years ago and I can’t be believe they recommend this diet for diabetics. Unbelievable!!!!!

  • Every year these studies are published nonstop. I first started doing keto in 2017. I went from 235 to 155 lbs.
Unfortunately I fell of last year, but now revamping with maybe 90% carnivore and some veg every now and then. And the weight, of course is dropping. I donate platelets every 2 weeks, so I get my cholesterol levels checked. They are consistently under 150 triglycerides are low. And feeling awesome! The only time my levels were high, was during Thanksgiving… go figure, I ate all kinds of sweet carbs then… Keto/paleo/carnivore worked wonders for me!

  • Hello frm Tokyo, Japan. I had followed keto for a few months, but I lost waaayy too much weight, so much that everyone think i have eating disorder!! So thank you so MUCH for this info. I guessI should eat a lot almond and macadamia nuts.
Sorry for my not perfect English!

  • This video is definitely fantastic! It helps me recall of times when my spouse used Custokebon Secrets to lose 15 lbs and enjoy being healthy again! Many people would like to lose fat, however we also require to remain healthy and balanced, and that’s what Custokebon Secrets gifted.

  • Tips for peanut butter: I measure out 45g then put it in the microwave for 15-30 seconds then eat it with a spoon. Much more satisfying without gobbling it down.

Yet measuring and tracking anything before you eat it. I eat strawberries but only 3-6 but track to make sure it doesnt make me go over my net.

  • Hey Mike, Do i have to take Supplements so i can get a six pack and grow muscles? Or I can achieve it from a good diet only? I’m 13, and my mother doesn’t want me to take supplements because she thinks it’s bad for my health (I don’t know if it is or not so is it?) And how much time would it take me to get a six pack? I’m 71KG and my body fat is around 24%

  • I love to SNACK at night! Fast until around 2pm. Eat my healthiest meal then. Use my second meal time as my healthy snacks to watch TV. Celery with dip, olives, dill pickles, saurkraut and maybe an ounce of cheese (smoked gouda). YUMMO!!! Down to 108 lbs. and staying there. Every other day on treadmill for 25 mins. at 2.8 mph. That’s my plan.

  • Hi Mike with IF 2 meals total of 150 grams protein for my 150 body weight I have to eat at least 75 grams protein each meal. It’s that too much protein at a time? I’m 5ft 5 inches height. I want to lose this last 10 lbs but what ever I try not able to lose. Thank you

  • This still surprises me, just how many people are not aware about Custokebon Secrets, despite the fact that lots of people get great results with it. Thanks to my work buddy who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I’ve lost a ton of weight with it without starving myself.

  • U weren’t very clear as to what is good or bad keto foods. U mentioned each but did not state clearly if it’s good or bad. And u are assuming we all know what a fat bomb is and where to find them in the store and what they are used for? A snack, something to cook food in so it doesn’t stick to pan?

  • I could live on fruits ( especially Georgia peaches ), but since going on keto, having berries is the one thing that keeps me on track. In moderation, of course. Otherwise, I think keto is great because I love me some steak and eggs!

  • It’s not all bad news about diets that don’t work. Thanks to you and many other YouTubers, including doctors, the word is spreading about keto. Both my GP and psychiatrist are on board with me being on keto, and both of them are approaching 60, if not already there. There is also a grocery store in my city that has keto products, although some of them I wouldn’t consume on a daily basis because they have a lot sugar alcohols. That grocery store also does keto info sessions. And I spread the word about keto whenever it’s appropriate to do so. Doctors I know of on YouTube are Dr. Eric Berg, Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Boz (Annette Bosworth), Dr. Mindy Pelz, Dr. Eric Westman. Also nutritionist Amy Berger of tuitnutrition.

  • Oh geez. My first go round with keto almost 5 years ago I learned the super hard way with the nuts. I craved hardcore sugar, and macadamia and pecans were the answer, I thought. Caused me to stall so many times. This time after an 8 month hiatus, I’m not going in with the keto sweets and homemade baked goods, and I’m not craving sweets as terribly as last time. No Lily’s chocolate that I went overboard with last time, either. I am using heavy cream in the coffee with one stevia every morning. I am absolutely burnt out from eating Ribeyes every single times 4 years so I’ve gotta switch that up some how. Rotisserie is working as far as keto casseroles, recipes…I eat the skin as well. I went into ketosis very quickly this time and I’m at day 8, and actually don’t have much of an appetite at all, but I’m tracking my macros and making sure I’m definitely getting enough to eat.

  • Guys, losing weight doesn’t need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that course has transformed my entire life. I probably should not even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

  • I’m confused this list is contrary to the one you…. Come on guys.. Cheese, nuts, berries, heavy cream (in mug cakes) etc, Yes or no??? I’m totally confused now

  • I’m cautious on products that doesnt label the percentage of whatever it contains, I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the companies “fairy dust” their products. A pinch of this in a container is useless.

  • As specialist, I do believe Custokebon Secrets is great way to lost a ton of weight. Why don’t you give it a chance? perhaps it’ll work for you too.

  • Something that you only hinted on when talking about taste is sugar content, do some of these taste better because sweeteners are used and if so what are the sweetness? I am a diabetic so it is important to know if these products are diabetic friendly, yes I know, I can research the ingredient list.
I just read a review on Amazon for MacroLife macro Greens and I quote “Unfortunately, this powder blend tastes like candy. If you read the Nutritional Facts label, it says that one measuring scoop (9.4 g) contains 2g of sugar. That’s about 21%. That means that there are about 120 g of sugar in the 567 g container. How is this possible?” This is a bit confusing to me because on the Macrolife website they claim that stevia is used as a sweetener, thus, I assume that any natural sugar content must come from the plants that are used. Natural sugar is still sugar so in other words Macro greens would not be diabetic friendly because it has high sugar content? I am asking, not stating a fact.

  • At start i found this video very good and with reliable information. Till i did some research on the products themselves. You are recommending a product that contains lead. At least read the labels of your sponsors before recommending them please.

  • So, a couple comments (you did ask):

Fat is the most dense in calories and has the highest satiety factor.

BUT. How your body registers what you’ve eaten plays a role. Seeing your food and how much chewing you do is part of how your body registers that it’s getting calories. So for instance, fat bombs, downed quickly will not immediately register in your body. If portion control is a factor, focusing on your food and eating it slowly helps your body register the content you are consuming.

Adding fat to foods you do chew can help up satiety levelsso for instance you mentioned the difference between chicken breast and chicken legs in satiety. Adding some chewiness and fat content to the chicken breast should have a similar result.

A note about cheese When blood sugar levels rapidly rise (and some people react to dairy with a blood sugar spike), it actually increases hunger. In addition, pre-shredded cheese is generally coated with potato cellulose, which I learned the hard way. How the body reacts to a food is probably the cause of some of your differences in opinion lol

As always, the best foods are the ones that work for you. Great video.

  • I love smoothies and my fav foods are baked goods, nut butters I take a tbsp every other day, and yes I can’t reduce weight. It stalls.

  • For mug cake I don’t have protein powder so what’s the substitute for that? Almond flour? Tell me something about smoothies made from coconut milk they’re thick and amazing

  • I couldn’t stop eating without stopping and I was starting to look fatter than normal, but thanks to Keto I lost more than 70 pounds with keto in my first year, no rebounds, it’s sustainable Thanks to Keto today I feel great!! always satisfied and sure of myself. Today is my day 480.

  • This video has good advice, but I’m not sure about the best diet plan which i need to work with, only because I have never taken any. Anybody tried using the Custokebon Secrets? I have heard some folks refer to great things about Custokebon Secrets.

  • Sustainability is the most important way for any diet to work. For me keto and carnivore diet was not good for me after 4 years doing it now i just eat what i want high carb low fat diet been great. Not everyone can do keto and not everyone needs to it all depends on the person.

  • Its simple, they always use sciencey arguments that dont make a lot of sense. Eliminating food groups?, every diet eliminate them to a certain extent, and you cant eat them all, because you have a limited amount for each one, its like knowing all science disciplines, but not specializing in one vs being very good at physics, thats how I see it. The current recommendations allows 50 to 60 grams of fat or something like that and they eliminate certain high fat foods or reduce them entirely. So its hypocritical to use that argument. The other argument I hear is about not being sustainable and that people in general dont follow the dietary guidelines recommendations(well duh they dont follow it, because they dont work, people are miserable just counting calories, only a small percentage of people manage to be successful at dieting long term. ). keto its the number one trend diet along with Intermittent fasting at this moment, I have seen more success stories of them, than any other diet combined. So again, the arguments are pretty weak. Then comes figures like layne norton which tries to sound like he knows it all, to diminish the excitement about people changing their health. Again I am not asking for everyone to be keto, I am just saying it deserves more praise and more recognition, people are changing their lives, going off medications, managing certain diseases like epylepsis, pcos, diabetes etc. WHEN IS IT GOING TO BE ENOUGH in order for nutritionist and mds to recognize it and openly recommend it?, I think it wont honestly, so at the end of the day keep doing it and ignore them, and do what works for you.

  • It’s important to NOT believe ‘everything’ we read on the internet. They don’t post the Truth. They’re creating CONFUSION to disorientate people. Thank U for CLARITY!

  • This guy looooves to do videos but never answers your questions…oh…and if you look he’s done at least 3 other videos promoting Athletic Greens.

  • I think the keto and paleo diets have their place in the world, but I also think carbohydrates have their place. I’ve tried keto for a month it just was not for me. I lost some weight, but it quickly fizzled out and I’m sure the weight loss was only water weight. Btw, before anyone comes for me, I was tracking my food and using a food scale to do it, stayed below 30-50g of carbs and I did not like it. I liked that I could have heaps of fat, but hated that I could not have as many vegetables as I liked because of carbs. So, if a ketogenic diet works for you, that’s awesome, stick to it and get happy. But for me, it just wasn’t the right fit. I might go keto for a couple of weeks again, just to have an excuse to consume more butter, but that’s about it. It was fun to do but not sustainable for me

  • As an actual Mediterranean person, whose country is within the top 15 countries for life expectancy, I can tell you that the stereotype for the Mediterranean diet of being incredibly low in meats and fats is not true. We do eat plenty of vegetables, grains, and beans, but we also eat plenty of fish, chicken and beef.

Many of us claim that we only eat red meats about 4 times a month, but that is not counting the minced beef we add to our sauces (as in pasta sauces etc.), and raw herbed pork sausages (which can also be cooked) that we also eat. We have an abundant amount of seafood in the Mediterranean, so we eat a variety of fish like the Mahi-Mahi, tuna (both canned and in steak forms), swordfish, seabream, seabass, grouper, mussles, sea urchins, salmon, shrimp, anchovies and clams. We also eat lots of cheese and other dairy products.

Another thing no one seems to mention is that we love eating whole foods rather than buying fancy things marketed as “superfoods” or processed junk. We also, always prefer buying things fresh, rather than pre-packaged.

We don’t limit fats, in fact, we butter our breads, we cook with oil, we season food with oil.

Our desserts, not always include processed sugar, we often have desserts with fruits like dates and figs.

The red wine thing isn’t true. We do tend to cook with red wine, sometimes, but it’s not an everyday thing. We mostly tend to use it to cook things like seafood etc. in it. Overall, I’d say we mostly just drink one glass of red wine per week.

Many of us, don’t eat low fat. We like eating a bit of everything. Moderation is key to the Mediterranean diet, I’d say.

  • In my opinion keto diet is the best diet out there I had lost 50 pounds and I haven’t Gain any weight after a year and a half Go keto

  • Loved the advice and health choices to lose weight.i found also this article is so important if toy want to lose weight

  • Thank you for your amazing videos! I have no idea how some people could think that grains are good for us. Grains destroyed my stomach for most of my life. My immune system was always compromised from processing the grains and plants that it was not properly adapted/evolved to deal with. I no longer get sick 3-4 times a year. Moving to a keto diet has completely healed my stomach and immune system.

  • The mainstream doesn’t hate keto. A lot of people are doing it. It’s most Doctors that hate keto. They think it’s unhealthy. Being a doctor doesn’t mean you know everything though obviously. Whatever. Regardless whether it’s healthy, a lot of people I know have lost weight fast on keto. I’m vegan, but I don’t think keto is necessarily bad for a person’s health. I don’t know much about it though honestly. I’m not really looking to lose weight. Keto would definitely be easier than vegan though. I won’t deny that. Meat is on every corner.

  • Diet trends.. Golly most of the people I mix with still count calories >>> how nuts is that, These weight watcher type clubs are leading people wrong!!!!!! in my opinion..

  • SERIOUSLY?! Paleo and Keto aren’t seen as good?! My goodness… I eat my version of paleo, meaning I eat real food including some dairy and white/gold/red potatoes and brown rice (apparently potatoes arent seen as paleo depending on who youn listen to). Currently Im surrounded by holiday treats so my big focus at meal times is fat and protein so that I can have some gluten free cookies and attempt to keep my macros in balance. People are crazy. Eating whole natural foods will always help someone lose weight but its also a personal thing like with macros. Diet shouldnt be so complicated. Listen to your body’s response to certain foods and avpid what doesnt make you feel awesome. Easy.
After the holidays I plan to do a full week of carnivore and then slowly add in carbs I know I handle well, keeping it moderate to low carb intake. Very eager to get started!

  • Do anybody know about Custokebon Secrets? Does it work? I hear many people burn their weight with this popular weight loss secrets.

  • My girl used naturekindness .com for sometime and it really helped her lose some inches. She also used to run every morning for 30-40mins. Never seen her being so confident. Really proud of her.

  • I am with you Kait. This constant perpetuating these ridiculous diets is just infuriating!! Obviously they have an agenda to keep people uneducated and sick. Zeus was adorable:-)

  • Vegans have lower BMI cause BMI doesn’t take into account muscle tone. I would have to get to negative 4% body fat to get to a “healthy bmi”. Worst thing doctors ever did was go to BMI. It reeked havoc on its in the military when they made the switch cause most of us became obese the next day.

  • Do you calculate macro in carnivore diet? I usually eat rump and ribeye steak, organs, beef briskets, bones, etc. once a while I will have some smoked trout, or mackerel (actually just ordered a calf head and a whole set of organs from cowsharing here) However, I notice that I still consume quite a lot of protein. SO difficult to lower the protein under 100g…but if I eat less protein, I don’t feel satiated..the best is to combine with liver.

  • Hi, I am 53 years old and need to desperately lose weight and gain muscle. I am 5′ 9″ tall and weight 275. Diabetes type 2. What is your recommendation for a meal replacement, fat loss, muscle gain protein powder.

  • The thumbnail for your video had a caption that says gain weight while it points to a jar of Ghee by 4th & Heart but your video doesn’t discuss Ghee. That’s some serious clickbait manipulation you have going on there. I guess you are looking for viewers who don’t pay attention to the details? That’s not me and being manipulated, kind of pisses me off so I doubt I will be checking out your channel any further?

  • Hello so I have just started watching your channel…I have been looking at keto and carnivore and fasting for about the past year now.. I have lost around 50 lb and I’m still learning still evolving still trying to Make smart choices and moving the right direction.. but I just want to say that you seem to have a nice channel you seem to be a educated woman very attractive and I’m going to start going to your channel a little bit and checking out some early videos.. so keep doing what you’re doing we all appreciate it and look forward to the next one

  • There are lot’s of doctors Scientists and even professors on keto / Carnivore diet. Jordan Peterson is on a carnivore diet for Instance. The USA is the worst Country for the promotion of cheap high Carb foods which are often GMO. There are”BIG BUCKS” involved hear. American Animal farmers use Anti-biotics and steroids to fatten up the Animals for slaughter for a quick turnover, A practice banned in the UK and throughout the European Union. The Uk is not known for it’s Fantastic sunny weather..we get lots of rain and rain and rain. And when it’s not raining it’s grey clouds. On a positive note we have lots and lot of rich green grass which the farmers feed their animals on. that’s why we have some of the best Beef and Lamb in the world like Scottish Angus Beef or Welsh Lamb the Uk is a great place to be a carnivore.

  • Just finished watching a video by dr Paul Mason talking about how an enzyme called hormone sensitive lipase is needed for the fat to get out of the cell and how high insulin blocks this enzyme. So in our “science” based list let’s ignore the 2 diets that keep insulin the lowest. Also weight watchers having all of the fruit as 0 points is such a joke and even more ridiculous is anyone who says a vegan diet is more sustainable than a keto or paleo diet.
I can’t weight until carnivore gets more popular, if these ppl are having hissy fits over paleo or keto carnivore will make their heads explode.

  • I love the list. But the greek yogurt should be organic and plain. The added sugar kills a lot the benefits. If it’s too plain for you, add organic fresh berries.

  • I don’t eat fewer calories doing intermittent fasting. In fact, I probably eat more calories eating keto carnivore and doing OMAD/intermittent fasting because the one or two meals I eat are bigger and higher in fat. And yet I still lose weight or maintain my weight, whichever I’m trying to do.

  • Please DO try the DASH diet after getting a full blood panel, you are young and healthy and can take one for the team! I’d LOVE to see your results. I’m almost positive (like you are) that your stats would actually get worse after eating that way.

  • When considering eating healthy, you must try not to fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diets undoubtedly are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your daily nutritional intake. While they might induce rapid loss of weight, these diet plans will never be a long-term solution for your waistline. You should search Custokebon Secrets on google as it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • has helped my friend so much with his weight loss. He also used to workout 3-4 days a week and follow lean diet. I have never seen him so happy and confident.

  • I am 51 years old and have tried to exercise and eat correctly my whole life. I ate low fat and a heavy plant based diet most of my life, thought it was the right thing to do. As I got older I got fatter, started losing muscle, and had chronic pain. I now eat almost nothing but meat, getting stronger, getting leaner and feel a decade younger. From what I see I am not alone and believe the evidence for a keto or carnivore style diet overwhelming. Do they want us to stay fat and sick? It really is starting to feel that way.

  • For my experience.. keto or carnivore combine with intermittent fasting are most powerful to lose weight and improve health expecially reversing diabetes.

I have lost weight 38 kg since last year by doing keto / carnivore + fasting 16hours.

Keto probably more doable in long term rather than carnivore… Because more food variety… And some people can be hypoglycemia if consume 0 carbs.

  • Dash Diet high carb high sugar = trash and the whole wine thing is based on the French Paradox and that dispels that whole notion. As someone who has done IF for 5 years now I hate that it gets mentioned under Diets…It is NOT a diet it is just a window of eating and not eating. You can be carnivore and fast or vegan and fast…

  • If you look at the “diet” meal replacement shake mixes at the supermarket and chemist, the number one ingredient is usually… sugar??!!!?? So that’s gonna work…

  • Another question for something sweet the mug cake to have protein powder? Which powder exactly? I have never used protein powder and I use carb manager to keep track of carbs.

  • Just insane. Every time I eat, I always think of you and what you said. “I don’t eat food for the taste..” it’s the mindset. JUST INSANE! Like you eat what it does for you. You eat to make your body strong. I love food, and eat and eat because it taste good. I love foods and tasting different things. But trying to eat better!

  • You need to remember they need people (customers) buying their stuff and signing up on ther plans. Low carb-keto along with fasting it’s the easiest and fasting it’s free. They don’t make a profit that’s why it’s being targeted by many. I’m a living proof that it works. From 240lbs down to 182lbs looking lean feeling great being on the keto intermittent fasting lifestyle for 18 months very consistent. I was able to loose the first 30 in basically 60 days!

  • I can’t believe anyone would promote WW as a healthy way of eating. Assigning points to food is disordered eating habits and just does not guarantee weight loss. It’s as bad as mono diets.

  • I love you guys. I’m new here and started August 11th and I’m down 8.5 pounds. I only have 10 more to be my ideal weight before I had a terrible knee and shoulder injury, still recovering.

  • Grains & beans had me bloated & miserable…I’m happy to eat mainly grass fed meat, wild caught fish & pasture raised eggs for the rest of my life…this is 90% of what I eat & I work other foods around it but it’s not grains, sugar & loose stool beans

  • The problem is that everyone trusts what the FDA says. Which is odd, it’s a part of the government. Many people don’t trust the government, but they don’t question this part of the government. What they don’t know is that the FDA members are often people from pharmaceutical companies and other corporations. These people have more agendas than just the health of the American population. Just read the first article I found when searching on “FDA conflicts of interest”, that was actually available Very interestingly, there were several results for it on the FDA website, yet all were broken links. Hmm. Anyway, we trust without question what the FDA says and the FDA is influenced by the most greedy people, big pharma. Big pharma stands the most to gain by promoting veganism, SAD, and anything that says eat grain, sugar (starches) and stay away from beef. And they have the most to lose if you’re healthy. The more unhealthy you are, the more the doctors will prescribe their company’s drugs and then the more the doctor will get kickbacks for doing so. Don’t ever question big pharma, they know what’s best for you.

  • Love the outtake with Zeus! Yes we want Kait to do a full blood panel and DASH it up for a week! keto doesn’t work, I’ve lost 130 pounds this year. Glad I know now! Thanks health coach Kait!

  • Is there a free online journal that you input what you eat in a day and it calculates how your diet is? I’m looking for browser friendly, and doesn’t only calculates calories.

  • Hello there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Just do a google search engine search. On there you’ll find an awesome suggestions about how you can lost a ton of weight. Why don’t you give it a shot? perhaps it is going to work for you too.

  • Spinach is prolly the best thing you could ever eat (that’s where Popeye gets his strength). Men got erection problems? Spinach is high in folic acid which will solve your problem now you know why Olive Oyl always has a smile on her face.

  • I`ve been applying this weight loss program for a few weeks right now and until now I really like them! I still have the energy I need without having suppressing the desire for foods without making me really feel jittery. I have not changed anything else I am doing and also have lost 7 pounds. Google should help you to discover it. Weight program’s name is Bella Kaγozko
    good luck

  • I absolutely can’t understand keto. Macros…? Somebody help me. I come from an Atkins background where you measure nothing, just count carbs. Keto…It sounds so complicated. Where can I get an easy explanation?

  • “They” don’t want us to be on the proper human diet (keto) because everyone would be healthy so who could they medicate then? I’m so frustrated by this, l lost 25 years of my life to illnesses, I listened to my doctors, nutritionist, diabetic clinic advice etc. When I said this is enough last year and found keto my life changed so much. In one damn year I’m no longer diabetic, off over a dozen meds and lost 126 pounds. Every illness is gone but still my Dr wants me to eat carbs! I no longer go to the Dr. Lol. Sorry to ramble but this makes me so mad.

  • Now I know…. You face is chubby, what happens? Back on ur first video, have a huge difference….
Keto make face more leaner, to much protein have a big impact on insulin…. Insulin more fat equal chubby face

  • Could you possible review “Man Greens” it’s apparently made with mans hormones in mind.

  • You lost me at avocados! I tried to get into avocados and i almost died i felt much soul lift from my body. I mixed it salt pepper and lemon juice and it just wasn’t enough flavor in the world for me to swallow it.

  • Wish they would stop promoting grains and legumes as healthy. I spent most of my life with really bad hay fever, for several months a year, and then adult onset asthma. Took the grains and legumes out of my diet and both completely gone.

  • What do you recommend for sea sickness? Watching your arms and head move around like you’re having a fit made me nauseous. Thanks for getting to the punchline upfront so we don’t have to sit through the whole video.

  • Would someone do me a favor and give me just one simple, basic Day One plan for a morbidly obese person, so I can give it a try. LMK if I can continue that plan for a week. Thanks in advance

  • Hi Mike,

I have been using pre-workouts for a while now but have not seen any videos about long term effects.

I think pre-workouts are a great supplement for endurance and enhancing my gym sessions but don’t want to have a higher risk on developing cardiovascular events in the future!

    What’s your thought about this?

    Thanks in regard!

  • Hello there, I want to know if Custokebon Secrets, will work for me? I notice lots of people keep on speaking about this popular lose weight methods.

  • A local manufacturer here in NZ makes skinny dipped almonds which have a mere smear of chocolate over an almond and I find 2/3 of theses satisfies my choc craving

  • Guys. lost a lot of fat does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a popular weight loss secrets called Custokebon Secrets (do a search on google). Thanks to it I’ve lost a ton of weight. I shouldn’t even be talking about it cause I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I am just simply in a excellent mood today and so I will share the wealth lol.

  • Cheese I live in France, I thought by keto I would enjoy more cheese varieties!!! Thank god saw this video before gaining even more weight

  • Anybody tested out the Custokebon Secrets (google search it)? We’ve heard many amazing things about this popular diet plan program.

  • A friend of mine turned me on to you videos due to gyms being closed and feeling like i just wasnt getting a good workout at home. He suggested you 15 day challange. All i can say is I am totally obsessed with your workouts. I am getting results that i never imagined. Thank you so much

  • I’m just starting keto and have watched many of your videos and been to your website. Fantastic all. But I’m super confused by this video, why no heavy cream? Nuts?

  • Ugh, the volumetrics diet. I told a doctor I was doing this back in 2018, when my BMI was much higher. She totally applauded it and told me to keep doing what I was doing. I was constantly prepping in the kitchen, always thinking about food, and tired all the time. Just because you get to eat more of a certain food, it doesn’t mean it will keep you full for long. I continued to gain weight eating a bunch of salad, quinoa, random roasted vegetables, and whatever “lean” meats I threw in (the bloat sucked too).

Keto is a totally different story; a couple buttery eggs and some bacon strips for breakfast, and I’m sated. I don’t think about food again until the afternoon, and I can delay my meals without feeling like I’ll pass out.

  • I agree with Megha on the fat bomb, I take them more as a treat after my dinner at 5pm last meal of the day with just under a 1/4 cup of walnuts is perfect you get the sweet chocolate (zero glycemic) and the crunch from the walnuts and I think between the 2 is like 4.3grams of carbs. I do it every other day.

  • Do Eat: Butter on everything. Real foods.
Don’t Eat: Anything labeled “Keto” (it’s usually too delicious and one serving isn’t enough)

  • A little trick to boost that burning of fat with the apple cider vinegar is 1 or 2 tbs with 1/4 tsp of baking soda in half glass of water and you good to go,one before bed and one in the morning

  • DO NOT DRINK APPLE CIDER VINEGAR STRAIGHT!!! Drink with water…you can add cinnamon, lemon, red pepper, etc but do not drink straight, always dilute with water.

  • A lot of people today are working to find out the best method to drop weight. Then again, having the ability to discover a diet plan that can work for you is tough to discover. A very important factor you want to understand is that a diet is effective for one person might not operate for another. And that means you must know what your getting into before you start one of those diets. This can provide you enough info to learn whether this really is something which is appropriate to your requirements. Read more here

  • keto goes so good
i lost 20kg in no time. but other than these vids trying to back it up. just talk about how to enjoy and get the most out of good food.

if people dont want to try keto. well fuck em

  • Does Custokebon Secrets really help to lost crazy amounts of fat? I have learn numerous good stuff about this popular weight loss method.

  • I love grapefruit. Grant it I hated it after my first bite but if I can scarf oranges, I can murder a grapefruit. I tried apple cider vinegar straight up……..couldn’t do it
