  • Adding dates to the pancake batter is genius. My tip: in the morning my kids take one frozen pancake and put it directly in the toaster. It makes it crunchy on the outside, as if it was coming out of the pan.

  • We need more of this stuff. I want to eat healthier but all I get is bodybuilders cooking chicken and broccoli 5 different ways or a yoga lady using 10 different spices and an avocado

  • Yes, I too am guilty of jumping from weight loss plan to others as well, I think that I need to have tested every weight-loss program that was available, however eventually not one of them helped me to reduce and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Custokebon Secrets mainly because my cooworker who told me incredible things about it and so far to date I have effectively lost 17 lbs within 3 weeks!

  • Does Custokebon Secrets really help to lost crazy amounts of weight? I’ve learn a lot of good things about this popular fat burn method.

  • I lost 8 pounds within the first two weeks of using this product battle-obesity.beaninfluencer.us. I didn’t change my diet at all or work out. It definitely curbs your appetite yet doesn’t make you feel jittery.

    දැන් නෙවේනම් වෙන කවද්ද?

    If not now, when?

  • Great ideas and something for everyone! I personally love raisins especially when they’re warmed by the oatmeal and plump up! Mmmmm! Great ideas, thank you!!

  • The best diet i have ever followed to lose 4 kgs in 6 days.. without any sort of workouts or physical exercises.. is intermittent fasting.. which i did in my own way like.. my day starts with one sizeable mug of boiled water with cumin seeds which are soaked overnight. Then after one hr a fully ripen banana. Then one hr later a healthy omelette with 2eggs both white n yolk.. with lot of onion some spinach or any sort of leafy vegies.. and pepper n salt. 11am a small apple. Then followed by a mug of turmeric tea.. which is very very important. At 2 pm a bowl full salads including half cucumber 1 carrot 1 onion, and half apple seasoned with bit salt n one tspoon of acv. And 2 medium size pieces of boiled chicken marinated with pepper salt n turmeric. N thats it for lunch. Again 3pm one turmeric tea. N by 5 pm i have an apple as my last meal of the day. Then you can have one or two cups of turmeric tea before bedtime. And stay hydrated with plain water all day. Without any workout we can shed 4kgs in 6 days. On alternative days you can substitute lunch with an oats and cauliflower porridge which is spicy enough. And breakfast with boiled sprouts one small cup.. instead of omellete

  • Omg wait WHAT how do you NOT have like 3 million subscribers yet?! I’ve been watching for YEARS omg everyone, let’s get Beth to a million please
    this lady CLEARLY deserves it

  • You really want to lose weight and keep it off. Stop eating out. Eat organic. Stop buying processed food. Stop drinking milk, yogart and butter. Buy grass fed and finished butter. Grass fed and finished beef. Buy organic veggies they are not sprayed with Monsanto Weed Killer. Organic fruit. But cold pressed extra virgin olive oil and extra virgin coconut oil. No other processed oils that clog arteries. Buy einkorn flour no processed flour. All my craving stopped no more depression no more breakouts. No more hard bowel movements. I never felt better in my life. I was not trying to lose weight but slowly started losing excess body fat as a by product of eating right now i do not miss eating out at all. And the food has so much flavor. Hamburger tasts like hamburger. Veg have flavor. Fruit is sweet. Stop buying food that is made to kill you off early. Diets do not work. This is a life style that works. No tying of stomach.

  • Cooking honey to 40 degree Celsius causes negative chemical change

When cooked, honey becomes equivalent to glue, producing toxins

  • umm im sure this tastes great, BUT milk and banana? isnt it bad combo for digestion. Also citrus and milk? Аlso banana, apple, dates and oats… isnt that too much sugar?

  • I am on a weight loss routine as well, I have lost about 4-5 kg in about 45 to 50 days, after that I am stuck. Watched the video with hope, but seeing you adding that much Kaju and butter, now I know I need to keep looking. Although your other videos are great, this one just don’t serve the purpose

  • Jaimie i’m your fan and my dream is that you come to madrid spain and i can meet you i cook peruvian and spanish Food i have learned a lot from you thanks you i love you

  • I grate the whole fruits, the next day they were all brown, altough I replace the “smothie” with raw milk, maybe that’s the reason(?)

  • Sugar and butter
That’s not a healthy diet. Moreover will be much more better to have plain oats rather this muesli to loose weight and remain healthy. Even if need to gain weight, sugar and butter will never be recommended.

  • I will always second the tomato comment, homegrown heirloom tomatoes taste night and day different than store bought… Wasn’t a fan of them until I had real ones

  • I make the same without sugar and butter… i add to the bowl mangoes, grapes and strawberry.. sweet cut fruits instead of stupid sugar and butter

  • This still surprise me, just how a lot of people have no idea about Custokebon Secrets, even though many people get great result with it. Thanks to my cooworker who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I have lost tons of weight by using it without starving myself.

  • I watched your video about explaining on shooting your own videos, but honestly your recipes are what we are interested in and you as an expert on cooking! Stay safe!

  • Thank you for such a helpful video! Could you do similar videos for healthy snacks and lunches? I find these so doable and need different ideas especially now that school is online for us.

  • Oops sorry i just saw this now my gmail dont show the videos Yum looks delicious i am making this soon with few subs drooling over my samsung galaxy note 8 love your recipes making me hungry Thanks Ramya

  • Something I’ve found that helps is setting up a “protein, veg, carbs” system i.e, Chicken, Pasta, Sweetcorn or Sausage, Peas and Carrots, Roast potato etc or Chicken, Rice, Salad and so forth

  • I make my Brircher Muesli exactly like Jamie does but without all those nuts and fruits and the cocoa.
My best Brircher Muesli recipe: rolled oats, milk and brown sugar. All the rest is just messing around.

  • yum. The only thing that worries me is the orange juice with milk… won’t it split the milk? But hey, if Jamie says it’s ok, then it must be ok:D

  • I love your channel, Beth! These 5 breakfasts look so good. I was just wondering, what editing app do you use for editing your videos?

  • I heard pple say that you don’t have your camera crew anymore and you’re filming your own stuff, which is fine. I’m here for the recipes,I’ve used them for yrs and they’re a winner everytime in our house. You’re doing great Beth.

  • So did Babish edit in those other three dishes afterwards, idk what it is but the other bowls just seem mildly fake and added in post? I mean he did use to do that before Binging with Babish for commercials so you never know.

  • I just made your granola. My son made homemade yogurt in his instant pot so that will be my breakfast this morning. I have a binder of all your recipes. Thanks from Manitoulin Island, Ontario, Canada

  • Thank you for this video! Im currently taking care of my grandfather and was running out if healthy meal ideas that don’t taste like sawdust, since he needs to avoid so many things.

  • Hi Beth. Thank you for sharing wonderful recipes. I have a question about the oatmeal that will the 1:1 ratio will stay the same if we increase the qty of oatmeal?

  • All these recipes are really amazing but thank you so much for the blender tip. So helpful and can be used for all types of stuff that are hard to get off. Always using that tip in the future. Have a great day❤

  • Please do a Basics series for Vegetarian and Vegan recipies. Im Pescetarian and you make so many red meat dishes, would love to see some more vegetable dishes.

  • Hello there, have you thought about this kind of diet plan known as the Custokebon Secrets? My mate says it helps people lost a ton of weight. Is that possible? I also heard numerous great review relating to this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • What is the best product or brand to lost a lot of fat? I read plenty of great reviews on the net about how exactly Custokebon Secrets can assist you lost tons of fat. Has anyone tried this popular fat burn methods?

  • Birchermuesli needs in minimum yoghurt and one blonde orange, the rest oft the fruits is your choice. No cream nor chocolate. If you want your birchermuesli creamy, replace 10% of the oats with millet. No cream. You can add nuts. If you take 500 grams fruits yoghurt, no additional sugar must be added.

  • I don’t like banana in my baked goods. Can I substitute a diff sugar like date sugar or applesauce? I imagine they won’t be as moist if I just use regular sugar but maybe applesauce will work?? Or date or coconut sugar combined with milk? Hmm.

  • Cashews are known as the natural anti depressants, so cashew cream/milk is a brilliant way to shake up adding them to your diet to boost serotonin. Also, try to reduce carbs, but don’t cut them completely (unless you’re on a sugar/carbless diabetic diet), as consuming copious amounts of carbs have been found to make depression worse. So substituting regular pasta for lentil pasta is a great way to get some extra protein, and avoid too many carbs.

  • Looking your video i noticed that we have this to buy in shop ready. Just i always avoid it because they put suger on it and even that is not good to health. I will rather eat that just whit seeds end honey.

Thank you very much for this amazing video!
Your breakfast ideas are wonderful! Healthy and delicious!
I enjoy your videos! You are full of good energy!
    Have a great week!

  • All of theses look delicious! I would make the pancakes and eat them like toast with a little butter and cinnamon sugar! I work from home so I would actually eat all of these for lunch

  • Hi.jamie it’s first time to send u this comment n when I was baby u r my favorite chef all the best for you n good luck king of kitchen

  • I’m genuinely concerned/ confused when someone claims that any bread is healthy.

Bread contain two proteins in it called glutenan and gilaidan.

These cannot be broken down in ANY human body.

Again, [No one is able to completely digest it.]

It causes inflammation in any part of your body and causes brain fog along with other detrimental effects on your body.

If anyone tells you bread is healthy..slap them…with bread

  • Some great, healthy ideas…but I hate eating sweetened stuff in the morning. I’m all about the savory! So I guess the mini tacos for me. LOL

  • First, this is no Bircher Müesli at all. Second, “Bircher” is spelled “Birr-kher”. Third, don’t you ever use Greek yoghurt with this.

  • Thank you so much for these! I am currently a sophomore in highschool and my breakfasts have consisted of an an apple and running upstairs to the computer to start class. I will definitely make these.

  • I’m so happy you’re straight-up about the comparison between a real BLT and this version. I hate when chefs pretend certain things will be better than/comparable to their unhealthy versions and then you taste it and it’s like -_-

  • Beth, I wish we could be neighbors and you could cook for me. Lol I think i would just love all of your food and not to mention your baked good.

  • Hi Beth!! Loved all the recipes. Will definitely try the granola recipe, store bought are always too sweet. How about this new method for cooking oats!!! I’m intrigued and will report back tomorrow, because I cannot wait to give this one a try!

Indeed, a back to school like no other this year. But no matter the weather, we always need breakfast, right? Thanks for the video, great suggestions as always.

  • sir i wanna add jowar and millets to it…. so how should I add it to muesli?? i mean roasting it or frying it??or some otther way??

  • Here because after cooking various other bwb recipes my boyfriend complained that the food was too good and I was making him fat

  • Looks good, but wow that’s a LOT of oil, which is great for the kiddos but not so much for us 40 somethings! Any ideas for reducing or substitutions?

  • I need help on the oatmeal pancakessometimes when I make oat based ones, it doesn’t cook in the middle of the pancake because it’s so thick and gummy but the outsides are already really brown and would burn if I leave them on there longer. Tip please??

  • Hi Beth!!! Beautiful video as usual, and great recipes:) However I noticed that your pace has been sped up a bit and I wonder if it’s because ever since quarantine you had to shoot your own videos. I personally think you could slow down a little (editing and transition effects maybe?), I understand your frustration mentioned in the previous video, but you’re doing GREAT, no worries!!!! Much love.

  • Helllo Beth! The pancakes looks so awesome! I need your help for this Saturday. I’m having 6 people over I would like to have an entertaining recipe using chicken with a side? Please, help me!

  • Beth I love your videos. I’ve been watching your cooking recipes for years! You’ve inspired me to start cooking. Hello from Lebanon

  • Hi Beth, with regard to the yogurt in the Instant pot I find it a bit sweet, however it does taste great with your granola. The yogurt is a nice texture, it sits for 9 hours in the fridge. I may attempt to make in one day, that is if I ca an get the ingredients where I live. It is in my binder already. Thanks again. I’m anxious to try your Pain Perdu.

  • Thank you Beth for all of your great offerings! I am so glad you mentioned that you have oatmeal for breakfast often. I have been interested in what you typically eat in a day because you are so vibrant and fit. I am 65 and I appreciate a hard working wife and mom that also takes great care of themselves at the same time. You are great! Lots of love from Texas!!! Cindy. ❤️

  • What I love about these recipes is that most of them have oats, and even better, they don’t all involve the oats needing to be cooked into mush. It’s weird, but I love granola and oats when they’re toasty!
