  • I just posted a video on this, because I was struggling so badly with Fungal acne. I worked really hard to clear it and the severe breakout is almost completely gone two weeks later! thank goodness! If anyone is curious, I mention some products that I used with helped tremendously.:) That’s for the video!!

  • you can make juice without a juicer! Just blend it in a blender (maybe add more water, and grate carrots and beets before sticking them in) and then strain it! That’s what I do!

  • If you are going to drink fruit and veggie, you may as well eat them. You get all the fibre and all of the importants stuff you are missing out by juicing. You also drink way more servings drinking 1 drink than eating a couple of pieces of fruit. This can be good if you don’t get enough servings of fruit of veggies already, but fruit and veggies make a great snack to fill you up between meals, juicing misses out on all that goodies

  • I’m not with juicing diets. I like to eat. Period. I’ve seen the torture through friends going about this and they seem like they are constantly longing to actually chew on something followed by a binge after they do it. Plus, you won’t be doing it forever. People are all about quick fixes. I say, eat nutrient dense foods. Eat within your calorie range and/or at a REASONABLE deficit. Be physically active. Fat foods in moderation. I know I’ll personally never give up some of Philadelphia’s finest deliciousness.  Cheesesteaks and scrapple for life, yo. It won’t kill you to eat a cheeseburger once in awhile. Don’t obsess. Live one day at a time.

  • Will a juice cleanse help detox my body especially liver of toxins? I’m keen to do it not for weight loss purposes but to detoxifying my body. 

  • Well, juicing really isn’t good if it takes out the fiber in the fruit, so I would suggest ‘juicing’ with a blender to keep the whole fruit. But yea…. it’s great for getting more nutrients in your diet:) Just don’t go on a fast lol.

  • The sad part is that she didn’t really tell us the tretments… I used to have it on my forehead. I want to share it to help anyone who struggles with fungal acne. I used a ketoconazole cream from the pharmacy. It took me 1 week to get rid of it. But what really kicked its ass is tea tree oil!! It works wonders! But please dilute it with water before application.

  • Well my dad works from 6 am-6pm everyday and is busy on weekends so he doesn’t have time to diet. But he lost a lot of weight by snacking on a fruit bowl from Winn Dixie until 12, and then he ate whatever he wanted for the rest of the day. No working out, and he has gone down 2 belt sizes!!!!! No workout required. I found that amazing. I still want to do blogilates workouts bit I’m gonna start doing what he does also. It really works

  • Guys, I think we’re all misunderstanding Cassey with what she’s talking about fruit. Shes saying that veggies are better for you, whether it is weight loss or just as a healthy way of living. She’s not saying that you shouldn’t eat fruit, but she’s saying that if you’re focusing on a healthy lifestyle, you should really focus on veggies rather than fruit to get more essential vitamins and minerals than fruit gives you. Fruit is definitely a good and healthy source of energy, but nutrient wise veggies are inevitably better. And for all you people that don’t like vegetables (because I admit it, I used to never touch anything green in my life) you can find ways to use in cooking rather than eat them raw (although a vegetable in its purest form is obviously better as the nutrients tend to decrease as they are more cooked), or find vegetables that you do like. There’s a whole bunch of vegetables to fall in love with.

  • I need help, Does anyone know how to make a smoothie or a juice? Like do you put fruit in a juicer and thats it? or do you add orange juice? or water?

  • Juicing is great, the only thing is that when you mush all the fruits, and especially the vegetables, you reduce the fiber that they have. Other than that, I am with you.

  • No please don’t do it!!! It makes you binge, makes you moody, and in the end it makes you gain more weight plus you won’t have energy to exercise because you are basically starving yourself

  • blogilatesI went to Jamba Juice today and ordered the Veggie Harvest since you recommended it. WOW! I’m assuming the employees made it WRONG! It tasted absolutely horrible. I’ve had other veggie based juices at Jamba Juice that were yummy! The veggie harvest I had today almost literally made me ill. It tasted completely like dirt. I mean like soil! Ew. There was so much gingerSPICYit actually made my fingers and toes tingle. Mine was brown too! Not pink like yours in the video. I couldn’t ask for a refund because I took it carry out. But I immediately did the customer satisfaction survey to let Jamba know about the mix up.

  • I tried the Veggie Harvest yesterday and it tasted really gross in my opinion…. i couldnt even bring myself to drink half of it, and so i threw it away…. im not sure if the lady who made it, made it wrong or its just the drink but that was a horrible first experience with the drink.

  • I’ve been juicing almost every day in the morning for the past 2 years and the days that I don’t juice I don’t feel as energized. I recommend juicing to everyone! I love juicing beets, carrots, celery, and apples. They taste really good together.  

  • I can’t bare to actually blend veggies but I love fruits! I know that veggies are really good and I love to eat them, but blending and drinking it? I don’t really know, does these juices have the taste of veggies in them? Or does the fruit completely overpowers it? Thanks:)

  • When I do cleanses, which is a couple times a year, I don’t do it for weight loss. I do it to really clean out my system if I haven’t been eating the best. It really makes me feel better and more energized. And I never do it for more than 3 days. Also, I do it with Juice Press, and they actually have a smoothie and a coconut milk/meat drink that makes me feel less hungry. They also have a decent amount of fiber and protein.

  • Thank you SO MUCH Cassey!!! <3 I'm studying to become a registered ditietian and I always hear about people going on "juice cleanses" and juicing like crazy in order to lose weight. Basically everything you've been saying in this video is completely correct. 1.Juices generally contain more calories because it's "condensed" and you're cutting out the chewing process = more intake of calories + less fiber. 2. Juice cleanses will "lose weight" because they're losing lean muscle mass + WATER. Water is a huge weight loss component but doesn't actually mean you've lost any substantial weight because water fluctuates so easily. 3. Juicing is definitely a great way to sneak in those other nutrients of fruits and vegetables if you're a busy person. 4. Juicing is extremely expensive for what it is.
    Again, I can’t stress enough how great I find your video. So many times I see people giving misinformation on youtube. <3 keep up the amazing work!

  • To all the people saying 801010 is the way to go:  Everyone’s bodies are different.  There is not a “one size fits all” diet.  801010 works for SOME people, not ALL people.  Some people feel great and look great on paleo, keto, vegetarian, pescetarian, or just regular vegan.  

  • I have to say that I agree with her on needing more veggies in your diet than fruit. I see some diets/ lifestyles on YouTube that people seem to just eat tons of fruit and eat veggies only for dinner. I was always taught that veggies were better for you than eating a ton of fruit. Isn’t that why you start feeding babies veggies before fruit because its better for them, hence it would be better for adults too.
